My stay was peaceful The checkin procss did not take much time and the staff helped with luggage the bathroom fittings were a bit old but everything was working fine

The calm surroundings, spotless rooms, and delicious food created a pleasant experience that we would happily choose again in the future.

After a long journey, this place offered a comfortable stay with smooth check-in, polite staff, clean rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere that felt truly relaxing.

for 3200/night (discounted), there are much better options. not value for money. would be a good place to stay at for 1.5-2k

The staff at Grand Orion Kailash were wonderful and really took care of me. They were very kind and helpful and respectful at all times, helping me with my luggage and cleaning my room each day. The hotel is very safe with a gate at the front and security guard and doorman. Room service was wonderful and very obliging. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything. For me, location. Great clean large room with facilities. Exceptionally friendly helpful staff. All floor staff amazing. Especially Santosh. Great food and varied menu in their restaurant. Great staff there too.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was nice, with an AC and a fridge. The bathroom was comfortable

The property was average.

Its dates and needs a refurb. The toilet flush was broken and the shower had lime scale buildup. The food was over priced and the owner refused to honor the 20% discount on the food that was offered at the time of the booking.

Proximimty to the MEtro station was th ereason for choosing this as a place to spend the night before running the New Delhi Marathon. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC and fan were functional.

The bathroom fittings were a bit below par. The electric kettle had to be replaced as it was not functional.

Room was just like one star hotel and washroom was so old that it never give feel of Rs5700 for one day Very much over hyped

Great location for Stunning Dentistry & GK bars & restaurants. Great VFM with easy access to Metro. Room comfortable for hotel in this price range.

Location for our trip was exceptional. Room service was great for us and we used it extensively The staff were always pleasant to deal with

Language barrier was an issue for us. There was only one staff member that could understand English and this made it quite difficult. We experience issues with payment for our meals for the first week. We were told to pay cash for these then had no proof of our purchases so we got charged twice for several meals. It was very difficult to negotiate with the language barriers.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the hotel staff, particularly the receptionist. Despite being able to request ID at the time of check-in or when I was at the front desk, I received multiple calls around 3 AM just to ask for ID. Then again around 4 AM, I was called regarding car parking. These calls were completely unnecessary and disruptive. I was trying to rest after a long and tiring journey, but the constant disturbances made it impossible to sleep. It was frustrating and showed a lack of consideration for guests' comfort and privacy

Breakfast wasn’t very good and I think over priced room compared to another hotel I had previously.

The staff is amazing and has flexibility for early check in and late check out whenever it's available. Overall it's a proper hotel setup with 90% clean, comfort environment, friendly staff great you whenever they see you. The room service food and drinks also has it owned quality and delicious too. Recommended stay for someone who need to be on business or leisure trip within Greater Kailash area.

I stayed for 16 days whilst having dental work done. I had done a lot of homework about Delhi before leaving, so I knew not to expect accommodation to be the same as Western accommodation. So, yes, the buildings and maintenance are not the same as back home, the room was clean, tidy and a good size. After 1 day I started to get to know the staff more, I found them to be so helpful, especially my floor manager, Santosh he was amazing, he really looked after me whilst I was there. The other person that really helped me so much was the restaurant manager. Every day I would go down for breakfast, (Yes, a more Indian style breakfast) The manager would accommodate me with foods that I was able to eat due to having no teeth at times whilst the dental work was being done. So a great shout out to all the rest of the staff also. Thank you.

Location in Kailash colony was pleasant one and we felt safe, close to grocery, eye clinic and H Nizamuddin train station. Staff were very helpful who helped us to carry luggages, finding taxis and storing our luggages in the hotel while we were away.

Bathroom was rather run down and may need some renovation.
