The standard room is located at the back fire exit passageway to enter, which have heavy smoke smell which the hotel unable to resolve. When entering the room, the smell will enter which is unpleasant.

As we were leaving early morning the hotel provided a packed breakfast which was a nice touch. Good value for money

Probably will need an upgrade after some time. My experience at check in could have been better. The staff was abrupt and rude. Maybe new and needs more training. The rest of the staff were just great.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2024This was a convenient hotel to stay at for a first-time visitor to India. The reception staff were helpful and kindly upgraded me to an executive suite after the first night. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The restaurant had a variety of food for breakfast and dinner. All of the day trips I organised picked-up from the hotel; and the hotel was in close proximity to metro stations and walking distance to nearby streets for shopping and soaking up the atmosphere of Delhi.

Reviewed May 16, 2024Shervani was the first hotel in Delhi and our trip started with it. The hotel is located just 2 mins away from the metro station - Nehru Enclave. The location is excellent and accessible in every way. The hotel rooms are small but very comfortable. We had a great time there. They had arranged for packed breakfast as were leaving early morning for our next destination. The check-in process was smooth. Mr. Dilip Ghosh, took care of our breakfast and attended to our requests. We were glad to stay here. Thank you Shervani.

Special mention to Nidha on the front desk who was always smiling, helpful and courteous as well as the two gentlemen in the restaurant who were ever so kind. We got 2 room upgrades which was very thoughtful. Rooms were a great size too. Better than a lot of 5 star hotels I've stayed in Delhi. The hotel smelt nice with all the oil diffusers in the lobby. Flexibility with check-out timings.
Cleanliness in the lobby's/ backdoor exits etc can be looked into. A lot of dust of the artificial flowers/ wall hangings etc are visible. Mirrors were dirty too. Minor things that can be easily rectified. Saying this, the rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. Overall decor of the hotel needs an update and I would suggest the staff uniform too. They would really benefit from this as the hotel itself is good, though first impressions do count. Quality of food served at the restaurant.

The location is great as the hotel is a 10 minute walk to the subway which is easy to navigate as a foreigner. I was very happy to see they included soy milk at the breakfast buffet as this is hard to find in India

Reviewed Feb 19, 2024The location of the hotel is a sure winner, close access to the Metro making travel to any part of Delhi easy. Close to Epicure which offers enough eating variety. The property must ensure that the basic finish is improved, cleanliness needs to improve significantly. Staff are very courteous. Adding a few more female employees shall probably change the service quality standards and customer experience.

The doors were very heavy to the rooms also and people made noise at all hours of the night. It was a so-so place. Service was great but the included breakfast—the indian food—was not up to standard.

I stayed here two separate times for 6 days in October’23. Both rooms I had were super clean, nice bedding and comfortable bed, and quiet rooms. Great breakfast with lots of options. The staff is very kind and professional. Overall the quality of this place reflects the excellent management. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.
