The Sunshine Hotel staff are exceptional. Such nice, hardworking people. Facilities are really good & the location in my opinion was perfect for our 2 week stay.

Terrible, la habitación tenía cucarachas y la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. No han limpiado la rejilla de ventilación ni el aire acondicionado jamás. Estaba lleno de polvo por todas partes y el personal no era nada resolutivo ni amable. Se negaron a reembolsar nada a pesar de que me fui la primera noche ya que no pude dormir ahí entre el polvo y las cucarachas bailando a mi alrededor 0/10

The Rooms are great and the stay was excellent. All the amenities were included and excellent service by staff.

I have stayed here more than fifty times. A great hotel that focusses on the comfort of inmates. This time on 18th April the Sonkran Wan Lai they organised was excellent. Mr. Mrugesh, the Cluster Manager had done an amazing job. Friendly staff, good location, comfortable stay, variety breakfast... just no match. Hip up...hip up... hurray...👍 From 17th to 26th August 2026 I stayed here. Previously I had stayed during Sonkran. This time nine nights with friends. As expected the stay was excellent. Clean rooms, friendly front office staff, great breakfast, listening management, smiling and helping room maids, good location... all good. A real value for money. Worth staying. My home away from home. I give the highest star review. Hip up...Hip up...hurray ... ! 👍

I had a great time at this hotel, the staff was very helpful and service was good. Altogether I stayed 14 days here, and the location is perfect in central Pattaya.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la proximité des commerces près de l’hôtel. Notamment le 7/11 en face, les salons de massages pas chers du tout. La proximité également avec la mer (250m). Il y avait Central Pattaya (centre commercial) que nous avons beaucoup aimé et le front de mer. La facilité des taxis pour se déplacer à seulement 30 BHT pour le trajet. Le confort et le personnel de l’hôtel sont irréprochables. Je recommande à 100%.

Very Good Hotel in pattya stay

Hotel is Good and staff is very good as well. Dolly very good and always smiling.

The position was really good, room clean, good breakfast

The pool was closed (they didn’t told me while I booked the reservation), they had another choice at 10min from the main hotel.

Coming as a group,hotel room is good as for standard room even we got the non smoking room but it's good as per policy,however if you want smoking room you must book rooms with balcony then. Good breakfast and pools are awesome. I just want a suggestion as I noticed that in reception they don't have an Indian clock which is must have.

Night staff at night and specially natti is very supportive

The staff is really helpful but the rooms were not cleaned properly. There was hair everywhere (not mine). The breakfast lacked options, very basic but the eggs station staff was really nice. Gym and pool seemed nice but I never used them.

The location is very convenient especially for the travelers who have kids. "Three days after checking out, I realized I left my card case inside the safety box. We returned to the hotel and asked the receptionist for help. I truly appreciate Mr. Earth, who went out of his way to personally check the safety box on the 12th floor, even though there was already a guest in the room. I found my card case anyway. Thank you so much again, and special thanks to my fellow Filipina, Ms. Dolley.see you soon again. From Kathleen and family.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sunshine, Soi 8. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was courteous, and the service was excellent. The location is close to the beach yet peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. Overall, it was a great experience. One small suggestion: please add a few more vegetarian options to the breakfast menu.

All the staff we interacted with, everyone, was friendly, polite, helpful with a happy disposition. We spent a wonderful month there, and almost forgot, the all inclusive buffet breakfast was excellent!!!!

Room was modern and clean

The hotel was used for sex workers and right outside dodgy massage parlours with full or desperate sex workers. Directly outside cannabis shop, name does not fit the description. Loud music and party until 3am

I didn't have breakfast. The location is excellent. Close to the sea. There are many pubs and restaurants around on both streets back and forth. Close to the big Central Festival Mall. I'm really happy with the place and will go back there again.

We are committed to the place, even the laundry service is ready within four hours, better than any other business.

Everything was good overall. My wife and I loved the peace and quiet of the hotel. The pool on the seventh floor was very cozy. Breakfast was varied and served until 11 am. The hotel environment was family friendly. Great location, all the necessary facilities were available.

Upon arrival, I was a little disappointed with the reception staff. They wanted to give us a room without a balcony, but after my insistence, they gave us a small room with a balcony, but it was a bad room, it smelled very damp, and the view from the balcony was of an abandoned warehouse. My wife and I did not confirm the room. When I decided to cancel through Booking.com, another lady, who I think was the manager, came and said: "She will change our room for the next two nights." From the third night, when we changed the room, everything got much better.

They've renovated the rooms and it's very close to the center.

27.06.2026 17:30 When we arrived on time, the staff were very rude to us and spoke to us loudly. I've stayed here many times when I've visited. I've stayed here before with my family and with friends. It was a hotel I stayed at frequently, but the treatment and behavior I experienced this time was really unpleasant. I'm staying alone in a double room, and if I bring a friend, they charge me 200 baht as a guest fee, which they didn't charge the others, and I noticed that. You're renovating the building, but your staff were really disrespectful; I was thoroughly disappointed.
