Great bike leasing on the hotel grounds (Huertzeler), good breakfast and dinner with lots of variety, nice indoor 25m pool with swim lanes. Beautiful park-like area.

All in all a little dirty, especially our room which apparently will be renovated soon (although old and dirty are two very different kinds of things). Lots of ducks everywhere in the outdoor pools which makes them unsanitary and a little dirty as well. Some of the staff were extremely helpful, others seemed annoyed and unfriendly.

Las piscinas nos gustaron.

La calidad de la comida y la poca variedad que había. Solo estuvimos 1 día y medio y fue casi lo mismo, teniendo pensión completa. Y la habitación estaba súper sucia, llamé para que la limpiaron y solo barrieron un poco. Estaba llena de arena por el sofá. La cama de muelles súper incómoda y hacía mucho ruido al moverse. Me pareció injusto el precio. Pagando tanto dinero debía ser mil veces mejor.

La comida, era como un comedor de colegio público con poca financiación, además la comida en muchas ocasiones tenía una calidad pésima.

The entire resort was beautifully maintained, including the tropical gardens, swimming pools, and hotel rooms. The different buildings are spread across the grounds, which makes the resort feel less crowded and more relaxed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and some form of entertainment was organised every evening.

The all-inclusive buffet was somewhat disappointing. There was plenty of choice and a good variety of dishes, but we felt the overall quality of the food could have been better. There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes around the resort, probably due to the nearby Reserva Natural de s'Albufereta, a coastal wetland with brackish marshes, canals, and dunes. Make sure to bring a good mosquito repellent containing DEET as well as an anti-itch cream. Do not expect to spend much time on the beach directly next to the resort. There are much nicer beaches in the surrounding area that are worth visiting instead. The resort is located somewhat outside Alcúdia. Although it is possible to get around, travelling by car or public transport is much more convenient than walking. There is a public transport stop directly in front of the main entrance.

Situated just by the sea, farm from loud city. Great for the rest.

Tive uma experiência muito agradável neste resort e, no geral, gostei bastante da estadia. A localização, as instalações, a piscina e o ambiente foram pontos muito positivos e contribuíram para umas boas férias.

A limpeza do quarto deixou bastante a desejar e poderia ter sido muito melhor. Além disso, a maioria do staff não foi particularmente simpática ou acolhedora, o que acabou por influenciar um pouco a experiência.

Sonst der Rest war echt nicht gut, hatten Erbrechen und Durchfall vom Essen bekommen.

Üdülőváros jellege van, ezért tetszett, hogy a szoba inkább lakrész volt, kevés szomszéddal. A medencék szuperek. Nagyon jó volt a reggeli. A területen kisbolt is üzemel.

A szoba maga régebbi építésű, a légkondi nem is működött, ez még így nyár végén is probléma. A hűtő sem működött.

Le cadre est magnifique, en pleine nature et juste en face de la mer. La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable, avec une grande terrasse donnant sur les jardins de l'hôtel (qui d'ailleurs sont très bien entretenus). Les repas sont variés et vraiment très bons. L'hôtel propose beaucoup d'activités et d'équipements dont on peut bénéficier. Gros + pour la zone "Adult Area" qui est parfaite pour les personnes qui souhaitent se détendre tranquillement.

Great facilities and rooms

The property should include one access to the spa in the price, or offer accesses for less than 90 minutes. The spa is quite small so charging 20 EUR for 90 minutes only seems unnecessary Breakfast starts at 7, which is also the time a lot of excursions start. The breakfast area should be open earlier even if just to access the coffee machines and pastries/ fruits

The ambiance, setting and service is especially good.

I couldn't extend my stay for several days because 1 night was not available. It would have been great service if I could have been added to a list for priority cancellations when I first enquired about extending.

Très bel emplacement et belle structure. Le bus 322, très pratique, permet de parcourir facilement toute la côte nord. Une jolie expérience dans un très beau cadre, avec un emplacement idéal.

Le rapport qualité-prix reste décevant. Les horaires de fermeture des restaurants de l’hôtel sont également assez contraignants, avec une fermeture dès 21h30. Nous avons également regretté le manque de sympathie et d’amabilité de certains membres du personnel, notamment Valentin, qui nous a accueillis lors du check-in. Malheureusement, cet accueil nous a laissé une très mauvaise première impression, qui a eu du mal à s’effacer au cours de notre séjour.

La proximité avec Alcùdia et Pollença. Les points de vues autour de l’hôtel (mer et couché de soleil sur l’arrière de l’hôtel avec les montagnes). Le grand nombre d’installations, récentes et très propres. La vue à l’intérieur du spa.

La nourriture n’était pas à notre goût. L’absence de fontaine pour remplir des gourdes d’eau. Le confort des coussins (très dur). Manque de place de parking.

Un loc care îți satisface toate cerințele. Nota 10

Alles. Extrem Familienfreundlich. Tennisplatz, Spielplatz, Spa, Pool. Auch eigener Bereich nur für Erwachsene. Buffet Mega. Frühstück auch. Bushaltestelle direkt beim Hotel und vieles mehr. Einfach spitze.

Bei uns hat wirklich alles gepasst.

The hotel has a pleasant setting and the staff were always very kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The main issue for us was hygiene. Ducks regularly entered the main swimming pool, and we saw feathers, dirt and even duck droppings around the pool area, which made us uncomfortable using it. Also, during our 9-night stay, the bed sheets and pillowcases were not changed once, even when there were visible signs of dirt.

No me gustó que nos entregaran la habitación con poca limpieza, la habitación B-24 olía a pis en la ducha y los primeros días tuve que llamar para que la limpiaran mejor porque olía muy mal el baño. El hotel es lindo pero viejo. La piscina del exterior que da a la calle, también necesita ser limpiada, tiene mucho verdín y moho. O sea, deberían mejorar la limpieza en general en todo el hotel.

Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und es war gut, dass es extra ein Restaurant nur für Erwachsene gab. Gut ist, dass die Bushaltestation direkt vorm Hotel ist.

Die Betten waren leider katastrophal schlecht. Das Hotel ist riesig - wir waren in G untergebracht, was wirklich am Ende des Hotels ist. Extrem weite Wege. Beim Pool hatte man nur kaum oder gar kein WLAN. Allgemein ist es schon eine Massenabfertigung an Menschen...

Cet hôtel est vraiment top, on retrouve tout ce qui peut créer de bonnes vacances ! Les buffets sont top, le personnel est très gentil et le spa est vraiment un bon plus.

La propreté des piscines dû au fait que les canards se baignent dedans, l’isolation des chambres qui laisse à désirer ; on a pas pu dormir à cause des voisins du dessus on entends tout.

Chambre éloigné dans le complexe, deux lits simple quand nous sommes un couple donc un lit double aurait été meilleur. Il faut payer un surplus de minimum 125€ en plus de la réservation initiale pour choisir sa chambre.

Attention quand on réserve par booking on a pas accès au tarif all inclusive de l’établissement. Les coûts des repas et des boissons ne sont pas les mêmes et on a pas accès au spa (20€ à rajouter par personne). Ce n’est pas la responsabilité de l’établissement donc pas un problème en soi mais il faut le savoir avant de réserver.

Jolie chambre climatisée, avec belle salle de bain moderne, femmes de chambre souriantes et aimables Salle de sport plutôt bien équipée

Accueil désagréable, idem pour le service au bar de la piscine, chambre à l’autre bout du Resort, piscine et transats peu propres, maître nageur qui dort la moitié de l’après-midi à son poste…, machine à laver à payer en supplément, petit-déjeuners pas incroyables (large variété, mais fruits pas mûrs, produits de qualité moyenne) et blindés de monde (mode usine +++), « sangria » imbuvables et à 15€ les 2 (dans un verre en plastique évidemment), quelques traces sur les draps.. Sur le papier, l’hôtel est situé à côté de la plage, pas totalement vrai étant donné qu’il donne sur une route assez passante qu’il faut traverser pour atteindre la plage. La dite plage est très étroite et il s’agit d’une plage de kitesurf très venteuse et pas du tout faite pour profiter de la baignade et du bronzage. Le spa est en supplément… (étonnant pour un resort & « spa »). Nous avons eu 1 seule bouteille d’eau dans notre frigo pour tout le séjour. La fenêtre de la salle de bain était cassée, pas possible de la fermer complètement. Par ailleurs, il n’y a pas de store à la fenêtre de la salle de bain et les rideaux ne sont pas totalement occultants, donc pas possible de faire des grasses matinées avec la lumière.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Ursprünglich hatten wir drei Zimmer reserviert. Leider konnte eine Person aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht einreisen. Das Hotel ist uns in dieser Situation sehr entgegengekommen und hat uns für zwei Zimmer sogar bessere Zimmer angeboten. Außerdem wurde uns zusätzlich ein Mittagessen für vier Personen ermöglicht – eine wirklich sehr freundliche und kulante Geste, für die wir uns herzlich bedanken möchten. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön, sehr grün, gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders begeistert waren wir auch vom Essen. Die Auswahl ist riesig und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen: frische Meeresfrüchte, verschiedene Fleisch- und Gemüsegerichte, eine große Auswahl an Käsesorten, leckere Desserts und frisches Obst. Es war alles sehr schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt hat uns unser Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die freundliche und entgegenkommende Art des Hotels sehr geschätzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

We got an upgrade for a really nice suite with garden. The breakfast and dinner (included in our package) were good, different food each night with variations. The big difference for us was the bike rental inside the hotel, since we’re there for a cycling trip.

Perfect for triathletes - indoor lane pool, bike hire, gym is great with equipment which actually works unlike most hotel gyms- 2 x Spin bike etc. kids club was twice a day 10.45-1 & 4-6pm and great. Breakfast great - lovely yogurt and fruit selection. Love the main pool - ducks go in this however it’s surprisingly clean and my son loved the ducks.

Nothing much at all I didn’t like about the property . Location is 2 miles from the beach but is only a bus trip or cab. No straws in the hotel - bring your own like I did. Note- there’s no kids club on a Tuesday. There was brown grime water marks around the spa pool area which was only cleaned on the final day

las piscinas del hotel eran correctas, pero las hamacas estaban ocupadas desde la madrugada con toallas, con lo cual, te quedabas sin si llegabas a una hora normal (10:00AM)

en general las instalaciones no estaban lo limpias que debían. Las habitaciones el suelo estaba pegajoso. En la mesa de estudio y el sofá no se podía dejar nada todo se llenaba de hormigas. En el comedor la comida era repetitiva. No es aceptable que un hotel de 4 estrellas tanto la melmelada como la mantequilla, no tenga porciones individuales. Los zumos de frutas no eran naturales, eran con sabor a plovos. El agua sólo estaba disponoble de la máquina de zunos no había surtido como el mayoría de hoteles de la misma categoría. Etc...

L’établissement et le lieux sont justes incroyables. La nourriture est divine que ça soit le midi ou le soir. Le personnel est très gentil, ils sont adorables !

Un établissement qui est grand sans être les uns sur les autres . De très belle installations, des chambres confortables et modernes . La restauration était très bonne et assez variée . Le personnel est vraiment très serviable et toujours souriant .

Si je pouvais retenir un point négatif c’est le manque de collation sucré pour le goûter dans le tout inclus .

Niveau emplacement j avais des doutes mais quelle erreur de ma part. Tout est impeccable dans cet établissement, les chambres, les employés, le restaurant, l’offre au petit déjeuner. Mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir été avant dans cet établissement

Hela vistelsen var en katastrof. Vi hade med oss vår 3-åriga dotter och vår suite hade inte fungerande aircondition. Vi blev flyttad till en annan suite som inte heller hade fungerande AC mitt i den extrema hettan. Vi fick höra från teknikerna att detta problem var känt hos de sen tidigare och nästan alla suites hade det problemet pga överbelastning. Det gjorde oss frusterad att de inte kunde förklara det för oss i början eller i värsta fall avboka oss så hade vi hittat något annat. Girighet antar jag. Vi hade dessutom 2 rum bokade hos de. Efter mycket bråk och tjafs lyckades vi få lite kompensation men inte alls i proportion med hur mycket problem vi hade och med tanke på att vi hade ett litet barn med oss.

Plusieurs choses. C’est tellement grand que pour se rendre à la réception ou au SPA il y a énormément à marcher. Ils devraient mettre gratuitement des trottinettes et des vélos un peu partout dans l’hôtel pour faciliter les déplacements. Les horaires du buffets ne sont pas adaptés à des vacances. Le buffet du déjeuné se termine à 9h30. Repas midi de 13h à 14h30 et le soir le buffet ferme à 21h30. Tu mets en moyenne 5 heures pour digérer donc le soir, tu n’as pas faim vu que tu as mangé tard à midi. Lorsque tu as faim, tout est bien évidement fermé. Aucune possibilité même de grignoter quelque chose. J’aime l’idée qu’on puisse manger aux heures qu’on veut en vacances !

Najmniej podobała mi się końcowa strefa ogrodu, trawa mało zadbana, roślinność także. 3/4 ogrodu było raczej zadbane. W basenie często pływały różne nieczystości.

La bebida era de calidad y La ubicación muy bonita.

El complejo no estaba en muy buenas condiciones, la habitación tenía humedades, los jardines y árboles abandonados y eso hacía que las piscinas estuvieran sucias, los suelos del exterior de la piscina en malas condiciones, el spa exterior lleno de niños pequeños y sucio, el sistema de todo incluido es muy incómodo, por cada cosa que pedía debías firmar y presentar la pulsera además de que al dejar la habitación a las 12 te decían que te podías quedar pero ya no tenías acceso al todo incluido, algo que no había visto en ningún hotel. En general es un hotel con un potencial enorme por que bien cuidado es precioso, pero, o esta falto de personal o hay mala gestión. Por ese precio no volvería.

El personal es muy amable y atento.

Las habitaciones, la pisicna central es pequeña para todos los clientes. Hay patos dentro de la pisicna (no me parece higienico). El bufet es de muy mala calidad. Los horarios no son para nada comodos. En general la realidad calidad esta muy por debajo del precio que esta actualmente la estancia en el hotel.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, i forgot a charging cable for my bike radar and they charged it for me each day after my ride. Conveniently located for me to get out into the mountains for my training rides, however if you want to head out for an evening meal you will need to drive or get a taxi or bus. An adults only pool was god send during the school holidays as every time i went near the main pool it was carnage.

My room was bit tired, air conditioning was supposedly working but no cold air was flowing from the vent, so to cool down the room to sleep you rely on a ceiling fan, not ideal. Some bins near the rooms weren’t emptied for days. It took house keeping 2 days to replace an empty body wash dispenser in the shower. Buffet was acceptable but you’d like the standard to be a bit higher. The bar next to the adults only pool doesn’t open until 12:00pm so even if you just want a bottle of water you have to walk to the main pool. Which isn’t exactly close by.

L'offre pour manger aux espaces piscines, c'est très basique et peu recherché, une simple amélioration est faisable Le prix est tout de même élevé pour le standing du Resort je pense, mais nous étions la première quinzaine d'août, soit au plus cher de l'année

My partner and I love visiting Port Blue every year for her birthday. We enjoy the hotel so much, and it has everything you need when looking for a relaxing few days 😊 We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a Villa room, which we very much appreciate, and also know which room to book for next time 😝.

I wished it had more entertainment and things to do in the evening.

Ich war mit meine 13järige tochter hier in den Ferien. Für unser geschmack war zu viel „Adults-Only“. Das keine kleinkinder in ein restaurant und Pool erwünscht sind finde ich ok, aber mit 13 sind kinder nicht unkontroliert und könnten duchaus vom gesamten Angebot profitieren.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and this time we chose the all-inclusive option. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. The buffet offers a very large selection, and the food was fresh and generally very good. We also appreciated that spa access is included with the all-inclusive package. We didn't mind paying a supplement for some of the more premium dishes, as the quality justified it. However, we were a little disappointed that certain items, such as steaks, required paying the full price rather than just a supplement.

Allergen information. Although allergen labels are provided for the dishes, they don't always seem to include all potentially dangerous allergens. For example, there was asparagus served with an orange-coloured sauce. The allergen information displayed for the dish didn't mention nuts or peanuts, but when I asked the chef, I found out that the sauce actually contained peanuts. This is potentially extremely dangerous. I have a severe nut allergy that can cause angioedema and can be life-threatening. Guests naturally assume that if nuts or peanuts are not listed among the allergens for a particular dish, it is safe to eat. Unfortunately, I couldn't rely on the labels and had to repeatedly find and ask the chefs about individual dishes. I really hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves the accuracy of its allergen information. Another small downside was the automatic sprinkler system near our room, which operated late at night and repeatedly woke us up. Despite these points, we had a very enjoyable stay overall and would definitely return.

Great bungalow rooms, alittle bit of an issue initially, as the air conditioning didn’t work in the room, but we didn’t unpack and waited for a new room which was excellent and the air conditioning didn’t worked in that room.

The spacious rooms were fantastic, the lovely views, gardens, pool staff and Hector whom helped us with our bags. The reception staff we found very rude, I think they all need to go on training, they aren’t security for the hotel they are the welcoming staff! Please help them be more welcoming.

这边网球场地是免费使用的，网球拍也是免费使用。前台有个帅哥会说中文，他说他在上海工作过，还是挺惊喜的。

位置比较偏僻，周围没什么其他商业，很荒芜，好在门口就是公交车站。离海特别近，但是没什么海景房。可以说是一个在海边但是与海无关的度假村，一个普普通通的度假村，实在没理由来住这里。我预定的是village suite，很后悔预定这个房型，没什么视野，硬件老旧，沙发很脏。一到晚上浴室的天花板上全是蚂蚁，看着很吓人。

L’alimentation n’est pas bonne un buffet de piètre qualité , très très bruyant le restaurant. La photo de l’établissement est trompeuse une route sépare l’établissement de la mer. Pas de parking intérieur même payant pour stationner c’est catastrophique. Piscine intérieur réservé aux adultes à partir de 17 heures

La piscine est super, même s’il y a du monde elle reste accessible. Le système de service boissons, glaces et restauration autour de la piscine est bien pensé Les restaurants sont très bons, ainsi que les buffets Chambre confortable, identique aux photos Personnel sympathique

O perfil dos profissionais, principalmente a Flora da recepção, as meninas do bar da piscina de adulto, e a Sara que arrumava o quarto.

Achei pessimo! Muita comida repetida do dia seguinte, a fumódromo ao lado da piscina não faz sentido, o restaurante de adultos não abria para almoço. Tem detalhes que fazem toda diferença, exemplo como um risort não oferece água a vontade no quarto, falta o cuidados dos itens de higiene pessoal, como algodão, entre outros. Localização longe de tudo, você não consegue ficar pé na areia como imaginava. Não atendeu as expectativas, exceto o atendimento dos funcionários, sempre cordiais e gentis. A comida vocês precisam muito evoluir, quem come de forma mais saudável quase não tem opção. Para um Risort nesse nível é inaceitável.

The staff was nice

We stayed at PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa for three nights during our girls' trip to Mallorca, where we were also celebrating my birthday. We chose this hotel expecting a relaxing experience at a four-star resort, but unfortunately our stay was disappointing. Before anything else, I want to say that every member of staff we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help us. This review is absolutely not about them. The problems we experienced were clearly beyond their control. As soon as we entered our room, we noticed a very strong musty, mold-like smell. It was so unpleasant that we immediately contacted reception. A staff member kindly showed us several different rooms, but they all had the same issue—some even worse. We were then taken to the hotel manager, who openly admitted that they were already aware of the problem. Since I suffer from severe allergies similar to asthma, this was particularly concerning. We spent almost an hour and a half trying different rooms and discussing possible solutions instead of enjoying the first day of our holiday. The manager offered us an upgraded room but explained that it would have the same smell and that we would have to pay the difference ourselves. Considering we were already paying more than €200 per night, this was difficult to understand. He also mentioned that the rooms are around 20 years old and need renovation. The hotel installed an air purifier in our room and even suggested that we could receive a refund for the remaining nights if we chose to leave. However, because it was peak season in Mallorca, finding another hotel at such short notice was unrealistic, so we had no practical choice but to stay. Unfortunately, the room itself also felt outdated and more like a Motel. The television was old, not a Smart TV, and only had German channels. On the second night, we also noticed a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, forcing us to keep the bathroom door...

Krásné místo zasazené do krásného klidného prostředí. Hotel nabízí spoustu programu, který nejde ani všechen využít. Jedno ze slabších míst je relativně frekventovaná silnice, která jé občas do pokojů slyšet a absence lepší pláže. noře je u hotelu hezké a mělké dno cca 5m. od břehu písčité. I když hotel pojme velké množství hostů nebylo to moc znát na provozu a i přes pozdější návštěvu snídaně 9:30-10 personál vše zvládá profesionálně i když se to v tomto čase bez fronty neobejde.

Slabší wifi, lepší pláž.
