Perfect stay from start to finish. Beautiful decor, comfortable and spotlessly clean room. Exceptional facilities and helpful, friendly staff. Excellent location for exploring by car and old town on foot.

The pool area was insanely beautiful! I feel so lucky! The staff were some of the kindest people ever, very kind and sweet.

The hotel was perfect, very quiet and clean, and the breakfast was truly delicious, with different offerings every day. The staff were so friendly and helpful - a perfect stay for 6 nights. The location in the old town is excellent, close to good restaurants and the ‘vibe’ and ‘energy’ of the old town is excellent. Also close to bus stops, a car is not necessary, couldn’t be happier with my stay at Bordoy Mostatxins, Alcudia, thank you, Deborah, Melbourne, Australia ❤️

Werkelijk waar, alles beviel aan dit hotel. De locatie, de ligging, het personeel, het ontbijt — alles was helemaal top. We waren met de motor en die kun je niet direct bij het hotel parkeren, maar op steenworp afstand zijn meer dan genoeg parkeermogelijkheden. Alles is goed geregeld. Het personeel was superaardig, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Echt een fantastische ervaring.

Staff were very helpful, especially when we thought we'd lost an item. The hotel and our room had a very interesting architecture. Our shower was excellent! The public areas and our room were very clean and comfortable.

The pool areas where quite small. So it’s not really a hotel for a pool day. But very nice for a short swip and relax after exploring the area :)

The experience was great from beginning to end! The staff was friendly, kind and ALWAYS willing to help! The hotel was clean and very zen and the beds comfortable! We loved that we were able to come back to a quiet place at night while being right in the historical center of Alcudia and the breakfasts in the morning were delicious and not commercial at all! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Alcudia, quality versus price, it’s simply a wonderful place and well worth the money. Should we come back to Alcudia, I will definitely book the same hotel! Thank you to EVERYONE who works there, you were/are ALL AMAZING!

Really nice place, staff were very helpful. There are two private pools for guests. Rooms slightly small but it an old hotel. Breakfast food. Location is in the old town, so don’t expect any discos or bars as it’s just families with kids.

From the moment I met the staff this hotel Felt like a luxury experience; the rooms are compact but full of nice detail and I loved the balcony whcih was superb to sit, soak up some rays and write. I managed a couple of work related video calls with ease and it didn’t feel like I was causing noise for others. Thanks to Elliss and team

Beautiful property with excellent facilities. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Everything was spotless throughout and nothing was too much of an ask. 10/10 location, right in the old town but on a quiet street. Bed was very comfy, lovely large shower. Th plunge pool was lovely to cool off in after exploring in the heat with a coffee from the coffee machine which was a lovely inclusion. Chilled water available at all times too.

What an amazing discovery!!! What a hotel and what amazing staff . Situated in beautiful alcudia old town this was a jewel in one of the old gnarly streets. We arrived and it was 36 degrees outside and on entering the hotel it was just a sigh of relief with the air conditioning. The hotel is split over 2 buildings and we stayed in the tower. It was simply beautiful. An architectural glass walk way to our room overlooked the most stunning pool surrrounded by walls honed from the stone of Majorca. Staff were simply amazing from front of house to chef to house keeping . A big thank you. Can recommend too highly

Ongelofelijk vriendelijk personeel. Eliis doet alles met een glimlach, een echt zonnetje. We voelden ons meteen thuis. Lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt met à la carte opties. Heerlijk zwembadje. Matras lag geweldig. Geslapen als een roosje. Locatie ook top. Rustig, maar achter de hoek van de hoofdstraat.

We loved the location, the history, how clean and well deisgned the bedroom and space was and the sparkling water machine.

The outdoor jacuzzi we tried was cold and we were told that is normal.

Loved it, the staff were really kind and welcoming and everything was clean and well maintained.. it is in the middle of the old town and around 20 mins from beach and port

This is a lovely hotel situated in the beautiful old town. Clean, quiet staff are extremely attentive and it is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

The staff were brilliant, couldn't have been a more relaxing atmosphere, great holiday, will definitely be back.

Hôtel situé dans un village et une ruelle charmante. Le cadre de l'hôtel est vraiment joli et propre. Les piscines sont superbes. Et que dire de l'accueil et du service qui sont vraiment très agréables. Tout était parfait. Il est possible de se garer à 5 minutes à pied sur des parkings gratuits et bien aménagés de la ville, l'hôtel vous fournit un plan. Il y a un excellent glacier artisanal à 100m.

Beautiful hotel which is located very close to all the action in the old town of Alcudia. Very welcoming and helpful staff and room clean and beautifully presented. They even provide you with a beach bag and towels. I didn't have breakfast but it looked lovely. They have an honesty policy where you can help yourself to snacks and drinks and pay on check out which is a lovely concept. Tea, coffee and cold water provided for free.Very happy with my stay and would happily return.

Uitermate behulpzaam personeel. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Midden in de stad waar veel te doen is maar toch rustig ; geen overlast.

Très bel hôtel, calme et avec beaucoup de charme. La chambre avec terrasse était confortable, la literie au top et grande armoire pour ranger nos affaires. Le personnel est souriant et chaleureux, un grand merci à la personne de l'accueil qui parle très bien le français. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Le petit plus les jacuzzi pour se délasser le soir.

Das Hotel könnte keine besser Lage haben! Zu Fuß, keine zwei Minuten ins „Leben“ der sehr schönen Altstadt von Alcúdia (Geschäfte, Kaffes, Restaurants & …) und dennoch hat man im Hotel die Ruhe die man sich wünscht. Nach dem herzliche Empfang von Martha mit vielen guten Empfehlungen (Märte, Strände, Ausflüge, Tapa-Bars & Restaurants) fühlte man sich von Anfang wohl. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, sehr sauber und hatte alles was man von einem kleinen, familiär geführten Stadthotel erwarten darf. Vor der Stadtmauer von Alcúdia gibt es ausreichend kostenfrei Parkplätze, die nur 5 Gehminuten zum Hotel entfernt sind. Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, denn wir waren in Alcúdia oder auf unseren Kurzausflügen frühstücken. Wir haben die 5 Tage (Mitte Mai) genossen und waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden => 5 von 5 Sterne und wir kommen gerne wieder!

If I stayed longer a sun terrace would have been lovely

Location was really good and access to the town was really easy. Property was trendy and comfortable with a lovely ambiance, quiet and cool. A nice stay

We stayed in a suite which was on two floors which wasn't a problem but accessing the toilet a night which was downstairs from the bed. Also the water machine was downstairs and not usually a problem however when it's raining and you have to dash from your suite, not ideal

A fabulous location in the old town of Alcudia and great base to explore from and easy parking nearby. Peaceful hotel, everything just right, comfy rooms and an excellent breakfast offer. The staff were attentive and super helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, schlechter bzw. kaum Blick durchs Fenster; keinerlei Haken vorhanden zum Aufhängen von Jacken etc. Schrank so eng am Bett, dass man schlecht rankam.

Sehr gute Lage und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Eine Wunderschöne Dachterrasse . Sehr flexible Handhabung mit dem Aufladen und aufbewahren der Fahrräder

Besonders gut an dem Hotel hat uns die Lage inmitten der malerischen Altstadt von Alcúdia gefallen. Außerdem hat uns die übersichtliche Anzahl an Zimmern überzeugt, wodurch eine gewisse Ruhe und Familiarität herrscht. Wir waren unter anderem zum Rennradfahren auf Mallorca und das Hotel bietet sogar einen abschließbaren Fahrradraum. Hervorzuheben ist außerdem das Frühstück, bei dem jeden Morgen frische Eierspeisen oder auch Pancakes bestellt werden können. Wir können das Hotel in jedem Fall empfehlen!

The room was compact but very functional. The beds were comfortable, and the robes and slippers were a great touch! The hot tub and lounge space were incredible. The "honour bar" was a great feature as well! We did not try the breakfast, but it looked impressive.

We may have missed it, but I don't think there was air conditioning. It was fine when we were there in March, but I imagine it might be quite warm in the summer.

La fonctionnalité de la chambre. Il manquait des étagères et des accroches au mur pour pouvoir suspendre les serviettes par exemple. La porte de la douche qui ne coulissait pas très bien aussi.

Locatie was erg goed. Paar minuten lopen vanaf parkeerplaats. Bubbelbad is rustig en fijn.

Das Frühstück war großartig. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt und ist in ein altes Gebäude gebaut. Die Wände sind großartig. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Man fühlt sich im Hotel wohl.

Anders als das Hotel war unser Zimmer 108 weniger einladend. Das Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster in den Innhof zum Pool, wodurch es nie ganz ruhig war. Es war auch nie ganz dunkel, da die Poolbeleuchtung dauerhaft an war. Das Zimmer war auch an vielen Stellen abgenutzt und besonders im Bad hat man dies an den Fugen bemerkt. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr klein und nicht einladend weil kein Tageslicht ins Zimmer kommt. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass die Zimmer im neuen Teil einladender sind.

Très bon emplacement dans le centre historique d'Alcudia. Hôtel magnifique, et restauré avec beaucoup de charme. La petite piscine se trouve dans un cadre incroyable.

Prachtig verblijf midden in het oude stadje Alcúdia. Heel sfeervol en verzorgd verblijf met een goed uitgebreid ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Alles is op loopafstand in het oude centrum. Altijd makkelijk de auto kunnen parkeren rondom de stadsmuur. Het is wat prijziger maar zeker het geld waard !

It was a short stay, but the most romantic and relaxing time with my partner. The town is gorgeous and picturesque. The hotel is small but very modern, it has all you might need. The breakfast is the only thing I thought could maybe be improved a bit. But still would def recommend this place!!!
