Sehr herzliche, professionelle Mitarbeitende, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Fahrrad-Raum ist perfekt für Radreisen, Autovermietung durch das Hotel sehr praktisch. Tolle Masseurin und kleiner, feiner Spabereich - rundum ausgezeichnet!

Der Aufenthalt war rundherum perfekt. Vor allem das außergewöhnliche angenehme fürsorgliche Personal ,die Lage und Ausstattung.. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gern wieder.

Excellent hotel- very warm welcome from Damien- never actually had a check in quite like it! Exceptional friendly guy. The room was super , hotel very classy. Great breakfast. Staff also called up a restaurant and squeezed us in even though fully booked. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Everything! Beautiful decoration and spacious very well equipped rooms. Lovely small pool and spa area plus rooftop spa and terrace. Fabulous staff, so helpful and welcoming every staff note day. Great breakfast with lots of choice and freshly cooked eggs and omelette on request. Drinks in the hotel were surprisingly good value

Alles sehr schön eingerichtet, modern und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind grandios und sehr ruhig, wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ein Traum und mit viel Liebe immer zubereitet. Rianne, Diego und Damia von der Rezeption sind freundlich, hilfsbereit, lustig und geben immer gute Tipps. Der Besitzer Manuel ist ebenfalls sehr herzlich. Es war ein schöner und herzlicher Aufenthalt, vielen Dank. Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt mit komfortablen Zimmern und leckerem Essen. Umgeben von tollen Restaurants und Boutiquen. Nahe an der Bushaltestelle um die ganze Insel zu erkundigen. Ein familiäres, einheimisches Ambiente mit viel Kultur. Die Strände sind traumhaft und die Stadt hat sehr viel zu bieten. Einfach paradiesisch ✨

Location is amazing as it is right in the hustle and bustle of the old town square but still manages to feel like a small peaceful sanctuary. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for a better stay to start out honeymoon celebrations!

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Unser Zimmer war äußerst großzügig und sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und der Blick direkt auf das Zentrum von Alcudia war traumhaft. Der kleine Pool sowie Spa-Bereich hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Bilder spiegeln nicht wieder, wie toll dieses Hotel ist. Alles ist mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, äußerst stilvoll und das gesamte Personal vor Ort war wundervoll! Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt, viele Tipps erhalten und vor allem Damian (Hotelmanager) hat sich äußerst reizend um uns gekümmert. Wir würden das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, l’hôtel est très joli et extrêmement confortable. Mention spéciale pour le personnel, qui a été extraordinaire tout au long de la semaine. poli et particulièrement attentionné.

Seul bémol : la télé ne permet pas de partager son écran ou d’utiliser des applications de streaming. Dommage, ça peut être sympa le soir !

If anyone is thinking of visiting Alcudia or indeed the surrounding area within the north east of Mallorca, I strongly recommend you stay at the Forum Boutique Hotel & Spa. Having just returned from a wonderful week based in this hotel, there is no doubt in our minds that it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Within a few minutes of us arriving and being greeted by Damia and Diego it felt like we had just reconnected with very good friends we had not seen for a while. They both made us feel so welcome and so special right throughout our stay as did Rianne who was also so friendly and helpful. The service they provided really did set a new high bar for hospitality that all others need to follow and nothing was too much trouble for them. Their local knowledge was also invaluable both in our travel plans and also in choosing restaurants to have our evening meal, every one of which was superb. As for the hotel itself it felt nothing short of luxurious, exuding medieval charm amongst its beautifully appointed modern fittings and the lovely rooms which were always spotless with really comfortable beds. Our room was adjacent to the top terrace which had great views across the rooftops of the town and was a lovely area to relax in an evening as the sun went down. The breakfast every morning was amongst the best we have ever enjoyed, the spa was a wonderful facility (my wife can highly recommend a massage) and the hotel consistently proved to be a true haven to cool off from the high temperatures that we were experiencing out in the sunshine. The location of the hotel is also excellent as it is so close to the very heart of Old Town Alcudia with so many lovely shops and great restaurants just a short walk way and also within very easy reach of the excellent bus service. We look forward to returning and would not consider staying anywhere else.

Zeer mooie locatie op een gezellige plek midden is het ouwe centrum. Heel mooi hotel en vriendelijk personeel met super ontbijt!

De lokatie is super. Het gebouw is erg mooi en overzichtelijk/ klein schalig. Personeel is erg aardig en dienstverlenend.

This is an incredibly special hotel! So much warmth and kindness radiating from the staff - especially Damia who was helpful, funny and respectful. The facilities are brilliant - it’s the perfect mix of character and modern comforts. Great sleep awaits you! The breakfast is delicious - omlettes & eggs to order, Mallorcan delights, pastries, fruit and very good coffee. Mini bar drinks are really reasonably priced - I highly recommend a cool Cava by the pool! I also used the lovely spa facilities - had a wonderful massage! The best thing about this hotel however is its location - right in the heart of the old town but also very easy walks to the port and local beaches. Lots of great restaurants, shops right on your doorstep. I don’t often return to the same hotel but I definitely plan to come back to Forum! Feel very lucky to have stayed.

We werden echt hartelijk ontvangen en kregen de handige informatie mee over leuke plekjes in de buurt. Er stond altijd iemand klaar om te helpen. De kamer was erg mooi en proper. Fijne locatie in de bruisende kern van Alcudia, dichtbij de busstations. Zou dit verblijf zeker aanraden aan anderen. Niets op aan te merken!

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen und bot eine große Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, sodass wir hervorragend geschlafen haben. Außerdem war das gesamte Hotel jederzeit makellos sauber. Unser Fazit: Ein wundervolles Hotel, in dem einfach alles stimmt. Mehr kann man sich für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt wirklich nicht wünschen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

This is a stunning boutique hotel right in the heart of Alcudia. It has excellent facilities; provides superb breakfasts and the hospitality of everyone involved in the hotel is second to none. We have already booked another stay for 2027. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Clean, spacious & welcoming

This was our second time coming here. We love the character of the building, really felt like coming home every day The Staff was once again wonderful! Diego , Rianne and Damian are really invested in making sure you have a nice stay.

We were allocated room on ground floor, there is only one and it is an accessible room. If going again I would prefer a room on one of the other floors, this room was a bit dark and opened out to reception area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the local area, providing excellent dining recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The hotel is very centrally located, within easy walking distance of all amenities, and the rooms were beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. The spa area was a lovely place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed renting the hotel’s bikes, which was a fantastic way to see more of the surrounding area. Cycling is very popular locally, with plenty of dedicated tracks and routes available. We would highly recommend staying here. Tout! Emplacement parfait, ambiance chaleureuse dans ce bel hôtel à taille humaine, surtout un superbe accueil de Diego! Que ce soit pour un bon restaurant dans la ville, un service à l'hôtel ou une discussion amicale, il a rendu notre séjour parfait ! Pour le reste, chambre très belle et bien équipée, lit super confortable, spa très chouette pour se détendre après une bonne journée de marche, bref séjour impeccable. On espère grandement revenir et nous recommanderons cet hôtel autour de nous!

The hotel is beautiful & full of character yet contemporary & comfortable. The welcome was second to none, room fabulous, breakfast delicious and hospitality brilliant! Diego was so kind & thoughtful making sure we had all we needed. Unreal language skills & such a wonderful host with great restaurant recommendations. Serene too was so helpful and welcoming with an excellent wine choice for us. Perfect location in the beautiful, historic old town near free parking, restaurants, shops & bars. Would recommend the room with private deck & hot tub, just perfect & very private. We stayed in March so it was quiet & peaceful yet still had restaurant choices & plenty to do in the vicinity. Thanks so much to the team at The Forum !

L’accueil très chaleureux; le côté boutique hôtel très cosy; le déjeuner avec un mega choix; le silence avec les chambres qui donnent sur cour intérieure; la situation au cour du vieux village.

Comfortable beds, shower, and property. There were spa facilities that you could book for an hour at a time up to 4 people in your party. There was a roof deck, small pool and chairs. Small with a luxury feel and extremely helpful, friendly managers.

Pool was a bit chilly-maybe no heater.

We had a great stay! The staff was very helpful and you could tell they are close knit which was nice. The spa facilities were lovely, and set this hotel apart. We really enjoyed the sauna in particular. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It also smelled lovely. The breakfast was adequate to get us ready for a day of exploring. Location couldn’t have been better - literally in the square at center of the old town. You park outside of town, which was easy, plentiful, and free. Honestly we preferred this to trying to navigate a car in some old towns - it was a relief to drop the car off in a safe little parking lot and stroll into town. Despite being in the middle of the square, it was so quiet and peaceful. Great stay!

We are coming to the end of our trip, but already planning our next visit. The hotel is in the main square in Alcudia old town, but as soon as the doors close behind you, you're in a tranquil paradise. The hotel is modern but based around the original 13th century walls - it is an incredible sight. Our room was on the ground floor, spacious and finished to high standard. Large shower / toilet, very comfortable bed. We were greeted by Damia and Rianne on reception - the two of them, along with all other staff, could not have done more. There is a roof top solarium, and a small pool in the rear courtyard. The spa ( sauna / steam etc ) can be reserved too. The location is perfect- dozens of excellent restaurants and shops right on the door step. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Dieses Hotel ist aussergewöhnlich. Die Lage sehr gut, mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der herzliche Empfang, das schöne ausgestattete Zimmer (wir haben ein upgrade bekommen), die Ambiente und das Frühstück sind einfach top. Eine glatte +10! Danke! Wir kommen wieder!

Perfect Stay — Felt Like Home From start to finish, everything was perfect. I genuinely cannot fault a single thing. My wife and I felt completely at home — the staff and the hotel exceeded all expectations. We spent ages trying to find the right hotel, reading countless reviews, and eventually chose The Forum based on what others had said. Now we know exactly why it’s so highly rated! Damia greeted us on our first day with a warm welcome and gave us detailed information about the hotel and the surrounding area. It was a great start and really helped us settle in. Diego was mainly on the night shift, and we loved coming back to the hotel and catching up with him. He was full of fantastic recommendations for places to visit and eat, and always made time for a friendly chat. Rianne was lovely — she looked after us during breakfast and never missed a beat. She always checked in to make sure everything was okay and made mornings feel relaxed and welcoming. All three — Damia, Diego, and Rianne — were amazing. Attentive, polite, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. To sum it all up: if you’re thinking of booking, don’t think twice. Just do it! Ben and Kelly

Hervorzuheben ist das super-freundliche Personal, insbesondere Damià und Diego, die jederzeit bei allen Anliegen helfen konnten. Die Lage des Hotels, inmitten der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig, ist wirklich optimal für die Erkundung dieser hübschen Stadt, die Bus-Haltestelle ist innerhalb von nur zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, das Licht sehr angenehm warm und dennoch hell, die Qualität der Körperpflegeprodukte ist nicht zu beanstanden. Das hübsche und kostenlose SPA haben wir ebenso genutzt wie die Fahrräder, die insgesamt in einem guten Zustand und mit 15 Euro pro Tag relativ preiswert zu mieten waren. Wir machen selten zweimal am selben Ort Urlaub, aber wenn wir wiederkehren würden, wäre das Forum Hotel erste Wahl für die Übernachtung.

Das Frühstück blieb deutlich hinter den Erwartungen, die wir an eine Vier-Sterne-Unterkunft haben. In einem kleinen Hotel wie diesem erwarten wir keine riesige Auswahl, aber die Produkte sollten sich schon von der gängigen Supermarkt-Ware abheben. Auch die Eierpampe und die labbrigen Würstchen aus dem Eierpampe-Wärmer sowie den Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten würden wir eher in einer Pauschal-Touristen-Absteige erwarten als in einem Boutique-Hotel dieser Preisklasse. Und: Im Urlaub möchten wir nicht ständig an Krankheiten erinnert werden, daher empfinden wir Hotel-Personal, das im Jahr 5 nach der "Pandemie" immer noch mit Staubmaske rumrennt, als störend. Das ist aber unser subjektives Empfinden und würde nicht zu einem Abzug in der Wertung führen. Das Frühstück schon.

The layout and design reminded me of a modern riad. I liked the stone and cream decor. We enjoyed the spa.

We would have a liked a gym. We stayed in room 1 on the ground floor in reception. Storage is open plan and limited. I didn’t like the fact that there was no hanging spaces for my dresses or jump suit. The bathroom includes a generous walk in shower. The sink is a good size but there is limited space for toiletries. We ended up keeping most of our things in our sponge bags on the lower part of the sink unit though again space was limited. The toilet is set too high. I am 5’ 2’’ and thank goodness I am fit ! a wooden step is provided but probably not stable enough particularly if you need to use the step up at night. I asked to arrange a massage but no one got back to me.

The room had a large king size bed with a modern feel, this was an accessible room on the the ground floor, we did not specifically book an accessible room. Breakfast buffet, with a range of hot and cold breakfast selection was very good.The Forum is a small and very friendly hotel with 16 bedrooms. There are comfortable public areas and a small ground floor pool area to relax and enjoy the sunshine and well appointed Spa. Roof top area for further relaxation and sun lovers. The hotel is located in the heart of Alcudia old town. There are many restaurants and bars on the door step of the Forum and more within easy walking distance. Excellent choice to relax and explore the old town and surrounding area for our short stay.

Overall the hotel was quiet and peaceful with some noise from late arrival / early departures from the guests in the room directly above.

Damian was a great and helpful guy! He gifted my parner a bottle of wine for her birthday! Also managed to secure us another room due to us wanting to extent our stay.. highly recommended! Perfectly clean and and a perfect atmosphere. Spar was also really nice and relaxing.

The staff were very attentive and nice, they always provided us with good tips on places to eat and explore around the island. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. Everything was very clean. We tried the massage and breakfast and both were very good. Would highly recommend and come back.

Unglaublich nettes Personal und eine liebevolle Ausstattung. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt von Alcudia.

De locatie was super. Een oase van rust in een mooi en af en toe wat druk stadje. Het ontbijt is super, alles vers en veel variatie. Het personeel is subliem! Ze zorgen ervoor dat je jezelf gelijk thuis voelt. Ze verzorgen restaurantreserveringen in de beste restaurants en geven goede en leuke tips voor de omgeving etc. Wij komen zeker terug!!!

Het hotel kan wat gehorig zijn… met name van de hotelgasten zelf. Hun beleid is rust na 23:00 uur maar de buren naast ons hadden dit niet zo begrepen na een avondje stappen..
