De slechte start die we gemaakt hadden. Voor een kinder bed vragen ze absurd veel geld. Bij alle 5 sterren hotels is dat gewoon gratis. Ook de korting op eten en drinken van 15 procent via booking.com wilde ze niet accepteren. Door tussenkomst van booking.com accepteerde ze het opeens wel.

We had the absolute pleasure at staying at V Villas for 14 nights. The accommodation was lovely, and the private pools a great size to laze around in for extended stays. What really made this stay amazing was our personal butler, Aom, who was on hand throughout our stay. Aom was simply amazing. And ensured we had an awesome stay!! We came into contact with so many lovely members of the team, Villazzo is the restaurant used for breakfast, along with lunch & dinner on offer, staff member Tom was the standout here & it was always lovely seeing her during our stay. Akoya is a beachfront bar, where we spent each evening watching the day turn to night, the food here was great, but again team members Switch, Neng, Game, Spy & Jo made this very memorable, and enjoyable. We also utilised the spa facilities, and enjoyed the afternoon tea which are both worth a try during your stay. The hardest part about leaving was the people, but they will also be the reason we return.

We have stayed in many exclusive and outstanding hotels around the world, but V Villas in Hua Hin surpassed them all. The service is truly exceptional—whether at reception, by the pool, in the restaurant in the evening, or at breakfast. Every wish seems to be anticipated before you even express it, and any request you do make is fulfilled immediately and with great care. The absolute highlight of our stay, however, was our wonderful butler, Baifern. With genuine warmth, attentiveness, and outstanding organizational skills, she took perfect care of us and made our stay truly unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you for that. What an absolutely outstanding place. Our villa was amazing. Pool with jacuzzi too. Aom was available 24/7 and was super helpful at all times. She picked us up in the golf buggy to take us and our friend who couldn’t walk far to dinner which was lovely. We also had the floating breakfast and private BBQ whilst we were there which were amazing!

From the moment we arrived at VVillas we knew we were in for a real treat for the next 9 days! Wonderful greeting and a thorough welcome tour by Paeng who was our Butler for the duration. She is 10/10 for her constant support, advice, bookings and met our every need. The whole place is so tranquil, high standards, the huge room with private outdoor pool was fantastic and we actually used it regularly for quiet afternoons. The food is beautifully presented and high quality throughout, we ate at the restaurant at least 4 times ( very unusual for us!) it was just so good. The cafe La Vie serves the best coffee and you can also have late breakfast there if you opted out as we did because we like to use the gym and swim first thing. Wut prepared every type of coffee and drinks for us and we just loved it all. The front desk staff are nothing short of delightful and incredibly helpful, nothing is a problem! The pool and sunbathing area overlooking the sea provides a breathtaking view that we’ve missed since leaving. For us there is no other place in Hau Hin to match it and we will be back there in January for a longer stay.

This resort is fantastic. They have thought of everything to make your vacation perfect. Our butler, Baifern was amazing. She took care of every detail. She's meticulous, dedicated and genuinely cares about the comfort of her guests. She's also very personable. We visited the La Vie luxury coffee and tea lounge for breakfast and were really blown away by the beauty, quality and friendly service ! While we were waiting for food the waitress Ao let some beautiful ducks (Jack & Rose) out and gave us food to feed the koi fish. She was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Delicious coffee and super comfy place, nice AC and would be comfortable to work here on a laptop. The surroundings are crazy beautiful - fountain, pond, huge tree.. it's a paradise.

This was my second trip to V Villas Hua Hin, I was last there in 2018. Back then I remember it as being a slice of paradise on earth. Seven years on and it's just as special as I had remembered. That said, recent improvements to the Restaurant area as well as the addition of Akoya Beach Bar made it even more impressive. The spacious villas are out of this world and even if I spent only one night in my life in one I'd never forget the experience. The butler service makes the whole villa experience extra special and nothing is too much trouble. From personalised messages of welcome to daily treats being left in my villa, I was blown away by the attention to detail and genuine five star hospitality. Places like V Villas Hua Hin really do set the bar for the very best the hotel industry can offer. I want to say a special thanks to Resident Manager Khun Non who pulled out all the stops to make sure both myself and other guests had a fantastic stay. I'd also like to mention Butler Manager Khun Trinny who made sure everything ran so smoothly. And finally, Khun Ping who was a pleasure to have met once again having met him previously at another hotel in Bangkok several years ago. My advice, treat yourself and book a stay at this fabulous place, it'll be an experience you're never likely to forget!

I had spent my afternoon with friends at the hotel’s restaurant and cafe yesterday. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of menu options. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff provided excellent service. THAI FOOD HERE are superb, really Thai taste for me. I also had the chance to speak with two staff members by chance" Khun M, and Khun Swiss" who were professional, polite, and gave me such helpful information. Their attentive and genuine approach really enhanced my experience. I also impressed with the green ambiance, lots of beautiful trees around, and unforgettable by 4 ducklings, they are super sweet. I definitely visit this hotel again.

I visited La Vie Cafe at V Villas Hua Hin during the long weekend. The cafe is located within the V Villas, with dedicated parking right in front. ​The cafe staff, especially Khun Oh, provided truly excellent service. She recommended a coffee drink that was impressive in both taste and presentation. The beverages were served beautifully decorated. ​The cafe has a pleasant and shady ambiance, complete with ducklings! They also have a designated corner set up as a kids' play zone, with a caregiver on duty. Khun Boy is incredibly service-minded; he played with the children so sweetly and with no sign of reluctance, and was very polite to them. ​The drink prices are moderately high, but not excessive. Considering the taste, presentation, and service received, the value is excellent, making it feel very much worth the price.

I had a breakfast at "La Vie - Luxury Coffee & Tea Lounge" with Egg Benedict and a Coconut Macchiato . Very delicious and good looking. The service by Ao was friendly and courteous.

It’s one of the most beautiful bars I have been to on the Chaam Huahin strip. Tables facing the sea, lively music, excellent attentive staff - they make sure you don’t move. And we did not move - enjoying the hospitality, wonderfully crafted cocktails, the sound of the waves and delicious food. We were lucky to have Khun Joe - he made the best cocktails - Margarita and Mojito - and also ensured dietary restrictions are taken care of. Thank you for a great evening.

It is a extremely bad impression for us be told by the front desk upon check-in that my 8 year old girl will be charged for breakfast, while the hotel policy upon booking says children under 12 can stay and eat free during the stay. The issue appeared to be sort out at check-in. However, at our last breakfast, we were informed that the breakfast fee of my girl was only waived for the first buffet breakfast. Upon further clarification, the duty manager informed me that the fee was waived but we just have to acknowledge their policy that child aged 7 or above will be charged for breakfast, which is totally contradictory to my booking terms through their own website. The in villa pool is excellent but the setting of villa is weird, with the bedrooms separated with the living room, i.e you need to go outdoor to access the bedroom from the living room. Thai food and in-villa BBQ is excellent. However, no facilities for kids.

Paeng was truly amazing and made our stay so special! She always welcomed us with a warm smile and a caring attitude. When we wanted to go play at the beach, she surprised our little daughter with a bucket full of beach toys so she could have fun such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! Later, when the pool float at our villa got punctured, Paeng immediately brought us a new one so we could keep enjoying our time by the pool. Every interaction with her was filled with kindness, patience, and genuine care. Thanks to Paeng, our vacation was even more enjoyable and memorable. We’re so grateful for her wonderful service and positive energy!

Brunch 3 august. We paid 2.999 bath by people. Offcialy include wines, gin, soft drink. In fact only one botte of wine. If you dont like gin you need to pay any more glass of wine (320 bth + 1 7 %). First problen the information for the drink are not clear. Second problem. the quality of the food are very soso for the price. No su much variety and somes dishes like egg benedict are very bad (si overcooked). Surely i am not one of the influencers are present today., eating free and saying it' s excellent. If a comparée with Bangkok go to Zuma St Regis it's 3180bth unilimited prosseco wine and Beer ans a lot of dishes as you want.
