Nice big room’s, clean and comfortable bed, if you are skiing it’s so close to the gondola so ski in & out is easy.

Nothing about the property but it was the end of ski season so getting around to the more lively areas had to be by taxi, but in winter would be great.

夕食、朝食共に大変よかったです。

露天風呂への通路の床の敷物が　滑り止めの目的は分かりますが、もう少し刺激の少ないもにしてほしいです。

Aussicht top aus der 17. Etage. Teppanyaki war super. Viele Aktivitäten möglich, Onsen verfügbar.

Teppiche wirklich sehr dreckig, Bettdecken etwas muffig und Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wifi sehr schlecht!

スタッフの対応は普通で、どこのホテルでも得られるサービスのみでした。ヒルトンなので、もう少し期待を超える一言やサービスを期待してました。

Restaurants too expensive Golf was also expensive but happy to play a round for one $220 with clubs etc But if I wanted to play as a single I had to pay for 2 ( now that’s ridiculous why?? ) So never again too Hungry 🕵️‍♂️🤔🫣

There was nothing wrong with the property but the restaurant that was open was way too expensive as were the drinks, we ate there one night and the next night went to a local Japanese restaurant for a 1/4 of the price Also it was ridiculous I wanted to play golf and prepAred prepared to fork out around $200 for a round plus hire clubs extra but oh no you have to pay for two , nice hotel but too greedy never again

Great Mountain View

Old-style mit einem Radio im Zimmer und einem Fitnessraum zur Mitbenützung. Etwas ausserhalb gelegen.

There is a nice onsen in the hotel. And we had a wonderful breakfast as well, many varieties for choices. All the staff are professional and helpful including the bell boy, front desk and waitress in the buffet restaurant. We will be come back again for sure. :)

Suppose the breakfast time is from 6:00am to 10:00am. A waitress remind us the buffet will be closed at 9:30am when the time was already 9:25am. Little bit rush for us.:(

The lobby/atrium decor is getting a little dated, and is rather 'dark'....would be nice if it got a proper refreshing, Otherwise fine.

Wonderful family stay with excellent service! Highly recommend Hilton Niseko Village! The room was very spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and they provided an extra bed for the kids, which made our overall stay so much better. The staff were wonderful, and a special thanks to Miss Winter, who was exceptionally helpful and made us feel so welcome! My kids also absolutely loved the ice cream.

Superb stay during summer, great service and buffet was fantastic.

This is our 3rd time staying at the hotel. The main things we like are the warm service, great buffet spread, onsen, gym and comfortable bed/pillows. We would like to express my sincere appreciation to Melani, who provided exceptional service on the morning of 29 May 2026. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to assist us. We were not aware that breakfast service begins winding down at 9:30 AM, and we arrived just three minutes before closing time, at 9:27 AM. Even so, Melani warmly helped us with our meal. When we mentioned that our son was feeling unwell and could not come down to the restaurant, she immediately spoke with her manager and arranged for us to have a takeout box, so we could bring some food up to him. She even thoughtfully offered a cup of milk for him as well. We were deeply touched by her kindness, cheerful attitude, and genuine care. It was wonderful to experience such high levels of professionalism and enthusiasm. Melani has certainly made our stay even more pleasant and kudos to Hilton for employing such wonderful staff.

Hotel remain very much unchanged over the years. TV has been the same (not a smart TV) and WiFi was not stable. Breakfast cut off time seemed earlier than before. The selection are the same for the 2 days we stayed there.

施設が古く部屋のカーペットも汚い。ロビーも暗くしてるのは汚さ、古さをごまかす為ではないかと思う。 朝食も全てが美味しくない。スキーシーズンの外国人客しかいなかったせいなのか、日本クオリティの朝食を期待していが、ご飯はパサパサ、味噌汁はお湯みたいだった。 従業員はスキーシーズンだけの従業員なのかわからないが、ホスピタリティがない。私はアメリカのホテルで働いていて日本のホスピタリティに誇りをもっていますが残念です。

お風呂もあったし、部屋も綺麗でよかった。料理は普段食べないような物が並んでいた。

受付やレストランもほぼ外国人で、話が伝わらない所があった。 夕食の予約をする説明がなかったので、レストラン会場に行ってから困った。

4月初到訪，選擇一泊二食方案，雖然知道已過了滑雪旺季，餐飲有做調整，但還是對餐飲部分有些許失望。

非常喜歡每天有house keeping，可以ski in ski out, 溫泉很好，特別喜歡有戶外的

WiFi 非常差，常常不能联上，信號很差。 早餐不好，水果種類少，其他食也不吸引，建議可以加入湯面和中式點心，住了六天，早餐都是一樣的食物非常痛苦，建議每日食物可以有所不同。酒店沒有投幣洗衣機，對於住三天以上的住客非常不方便

Well located at the bottom of the Niseko Village Gondola. beautiful onsen outdoors and overlooking Mount Yotei. breakfast hall has wonderful views too. Concierge Amal gave us very good recommendations for food nearby and helped when I needed to get some provisions from town. Both him and another female receptionist help us when our rental car broke down. They were so attentive and incredibly helpful.

A little more variety in the breakfast buffet would be good.

We loved the hotel itself and the staff. Although we had one instance where the ski valet didn’t believe we were staying at the hotel, which was extremely frustrating as he wouldn’t let us put our boots in to the valet… this was on the 3rd day of boarding and it didn’t happen again.

The bathrooms were extremely outdated. For the quality of every other aspect this was a bit of a let down..

Loved this hotel for our Japan snow trip. Great location with fantastic ski facilities right at your door step. The ski boot valet and ski valet set up made the trip seamlessly easy,

Most friendly staff and they will push there limits to provide what u want but no food after 10 and the store below closes at 8 but I can see my self coming next season. There is a pharmacy near by and a supermarket there the best and if u already have skis and boots I highly recommend going to boots solutions to do ur insoles go to the irlend guy

No halal room service dishes only fruits and it’s over expensive the only thing I ate at the breakfast is waffles I highly recommend the waffles and skip the rest

Mostly everything went smoothly and the staff were nice.

The hotel room and services were good. The onsen especially is a must try. The overall environment and comfort was perfect.

Unfortunately the hotel only has outdoor parking which is not totally a bad thing.

They assisted me to arrange the transfer by bus from New Chitose Airport to the hotel, to get ski equipment and contact to ski instructors / guides. The meals were very enjoyable. The view from the room to mount Yotei will not be forgotten.

Fint rum med bekväma sängar. Gott om plats att packa upp kläder. Fantastisk frukostbuffé! Perfekt läge med skidlift direkt utanför. Shuttlebus till byn. Härlig onsen med magiskt läge vid källan och naturen bakom. (Hästen Hanayuki som med sin ägare erbjuder pulkaturer i snön får inte missas!)

Shuttlebussen kunde gått oftare.
