Niseko Northern Resort, An'nupuri

施設の雰囲気とスタッフの皆さんの対応が素晴らしいなと思いました

ホテルに限らず交通の難し差はあるのかなとおもいました。

We stayed for two nights at Niseko Northern Resort Annupuri. Overall, we were very pleased with the spacious and comfortable room, the modern and well-maintained onsen, and the welcoming, professional front desk service. The location is more secluded compared to the livelier Hirafu area, but having a car made getting around completely hassle-free, making for an enjoyable stay. However, the dinner buffet was a major disappointment. The food quality was subpar, the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the pricing was unreasonably high. It was definitely not up to the standards of the resort, nor does it match the quality expected in Niseko.

The bed was good and not too soft like the others.

We were downgraded to a standard twin instead of my booking for a Deluxe twin room. During check-in they already prepared the standard room at the front desk and not because my wife was using a walking stick and told it would be convenient for her to be within the facilities.

落ち着いて、静かなところです。 スタッフが丁寧な対応をしてくれる。 館内が分かりやすい。

工事中でなかったら、景色も違った。ロータリーにトラックがいるのは似合わない。

山の上にあるのでロケーション的にとても静か。ゲレンデに面していてゴンドラ乗り場も近い。清潔、ちょっと古いけど、ゆったり過ごせます。

温泉の利用時間が意外に短く残念だった。深夜入りたいという時もあるのに。実は今回もう三回目の滞在でした。 朝食のビュッフェが昨年のゴールデンウィークと比べて顕著に不味くなっています。 外国人、それもドイツ人が多いと売店の方がおっしゃっている割に、朝食はドメスティックか中国人向けで、パンは白い食パンとデニッシュしかないし、シリアルも安い甘いものだけ。卵は生卵もなく、ゆで卵、何も入っていない目玉焼きもなし。海外の人はパンはもっと健康的なライ麦系とか硬めのものを好みますし、パンがあるならチーズ、ハム、は必須です。 紅茶もポットを自分用にテーブルに持って行けるようになっているべき。アスパラは冷凍だったし、目玉焼きに設置されていたソーセージは日本の量産品だし、北海道なのにがっかり。ブロッコリーは生を使っているようだったけれど茹ですぎでその後水に晒しすぎ？でなんの味もしないし、ビタミンも流出したのじゃないかと思う。あれで3-4000円？？というのはあり得ない。欧州人は1日で懲りるだろう。残念だった。

溫泉超級舒服的啦! 服務人員態度親切，也很熱情! 餐點也很好吃

要是能在泡完溫泉時買到牛奶就完美了!可惜我太晚泡溫泉，商店已經打烊了。也許可以在自動販賣機中賣牛奶?!

夕食、朝食共に美味しいです 温泉もとても良いです。シャワーヘッド、ドライヤーが全てRefaでビックリしました。

サウナマット用の抗菌スプレーとかがあると良いと思います。

食事が美味しかったです。 小さいながらも、色々廊下や部屋にこだわりを持って頑張っているなと思いました。 ゆっくり過ごせました。

ロケーションも施設も新しく清潔、スタッフの対応も良かった

Hôtel à la décoration très soignée, très confortable et très bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner du restaurant l’Eclat était très savoureux. On a passé un très bon séjour.

Spacious room. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Vending machine same floor.

Quiet hotel with very spacious rooms and a very nice breakfast spread. Didn't expect much during the summer / off season period but it turned out as a pleasant surprise.

The onsen and breakfast were of much better quality than at the other hotels we tried during our trip.

部屋が広くてきれいで快適。パジャマが上下分かれているタイプなのもありがたかった。また、朝食のバイキングが全体的においしかった。

綺麗で接客も丁寧。お風呂もゆっくりできたし、自然を感じることができた。ブッフェも満足の内容

とくに思い当たりませんが、強いていうなら、露天風呂に入っているときに虻に襲われた。

夏場なので室内のエアコンが効いていて快適でした。 朝食付きのプランで豊富な種類の料理を頂けて満足できました。

部屋の冷蔵庫が静音では有る分、冷やす力が弱く、良く冷えた飲み物が飲めないのと、冷凍機能も無いので持参の保冷パックが冷やせず、フロントに預けて凍らせてもらうことはなんとか出来たが手間が有りました。

食事のオプションがもう少し欲しい

施設がリニューアルし、内装、寝具、アメニティ、食事、すべて最高でリラックスできました。

The environment was good.

Coffee at breakfast was bad.

Clean and friendly staff. I left an item in the room. Upon sending an email to verify the front staff was able to arrange Yamato transport to send to my next location in Japan. The location is good if you have a car.

The breakfast ends at 9.30am it would be good if it ends at 10am.

全てにおいて大変満足です。 一番に食事がとても美味しいし、 スタッフは皆さん感じが良く、 お部屋も清潔で空調も良く、 温泉も最高でした！ また是非行きたいです！

Breakfast is great which consists both western and Japanese styles. Bedroom is great especially for a solo or couple. The public bath is good though a little small with one indoor cold tub and indoor hot pool, as well as an outdoor pool. One can also go for a hike behind the resort. Free car-parking which is a short walk to the lobby. Has coin-operated laundry services which means that one does not need to bring a lot of clothings.

The resort is a little old but still very well maintained. Not much food choices if one want to have lunch or dinner at the restaurants during off-peak season. One will have to drive out to nearby eateries (about 5 to 10 mins away).

Nice and clean hotel. We had a very good relaxing experience.

Not much to do around the hotel during Spring where there is not enough snow to ski, but still can't walk on the frozen road. I wish the seats in the bar (with big window) are free to use. Not that many people actually use the bar.

Beautiful and convenient location, stylish and modern facilities, super comfortable room, bedding and shower, great onsen and amazing hospitality. The Director of rooms, Mr. Hatakeyama was particularly caring and helpful during our stay.

We just loved everything even outside of the skiing season in late May

お部屋もアップグレードしていただき予約の部屋より広くのんびり快適でした。温泉も期待していたより綺麗で良い湯でサウナも良かったです。 食事も牛肉やじゃがいもはニセコならではで美味しく料理されてました。スタッフの皆さんも元気に挨拶されていて気持ちが良かったです。

泊まった部屋のインテリアが、これまで経験したことが無いほどにスタイリッシュで素敵でした。 間接照明の使い方がうまくて 本当に「リゾート」の気分が満喫出来ました。

文句ではありませんが、大浴場の大きさが ホテルの規模からしたら不十分ではと 少々疑問に思ってしまいました。 今回は全く問題なくお湯を楽しめましたが 繁忙期のスキーシーズンには 相当に細やかな時間管理をしないと お風呂に入らない？なんてことが起きないでしょうか？ ただの老婆心であれば良いのですが、、、

ski in out真的很棒，除了地點有點偏僻之外其他都挺滿意的。

房間的空調不能手動調整，暖氣跟冷氣都不能開，廁所的抽氣機風力很弱，衣服洗好不用烘乾機或是濕透的滑雪用品要掛上一整天才會乾，很不友善

朝ごはんが美味しい。バリエーションも豊富でとても楽しめました。

施設全体落ち着いた感じ。窓の清掃も意気届いてきぶんもよかった。とくに、露天風呂の感じが、好きです。部屋の広さも十分でした。浴室にタオルの常設も、よかった。

Great breakfast with a strong variety. Onsen was perfect after a day of skiing. Lockers available for skii rentals for every room. Shuttle bus to the town, no issue. Skii lift is right next to the hotel, so you strap the skiis on at the hotel and skii down to the lift! Extremely convenient. Hotel ammenities were perfect, everything well thought out.

Great Location for Skiing its a true ski in ski out place. Newly renovated, Ski rental on Site with quality equipment. liked the in house Onsen and Delicious Breakfast. Since we had a Car the free parking was great.

Ski in/out

The hotel is ski-in-ski-out and very convenient for skiers. Breakfast buffet is brilliant, especially freshly baked breads. However, comparatively, dinner buffet is just so so with limited selections. The area is quite far from Niseko Hirafu and so very quiet, suitable for families.

There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to Niseko Hirafu (where most restaurants, bars and supermarkets are located) but only one per hour. Thus, it is not so convenient to go to Niseko central areas for dinner.

Very good breakfast. Prices for drinks, snacks at the lobby bar are very reasonable by Niseko standards. The Annupuri cookies (still 500 yen/package) available at the shop are crowd pleasers if you are looking for souvenirs for work colleagues or friends.

The outdoor bath is a bit small given the potential number of guests.

Perfect ski in ski out location. Exceptional buffet breakfast, Friendly helpful staff. Great range of guest facilities, ski storage /laundry/ black cat/ bar and restaurant.

Tenía todo lo que se necesitaba para un viaje de esquí: una buena habitación donde descansar, un desayuno completo, alquiler de esquís y taquillas a pie de pista, onsen para después de esquiar, etc. Perfecto para el plan.

Great location, ski in ski out. Good breakfast and dinner. Excellent onsen.

The breakfast buffet was always stocked full of delicious food. The chefs were always happy to cook omelets or eggs to our liking. The pastries were fresh and the various types of cuisine catered for all. The buffet restaurant looks over the ski field so gives you a bird's eye view on what the runs/conditions look like.

It wasn't that I didn't like the check-in but rather the information could have been a bit more forthcoming, so we understood what was included. For example, it was only after our first ski that we realized that we had a locker in the ski room where we could store our gear, dry it out etc. Ski storage and access details, what is included with the Onsen (everything including the fact that there is an inside and an outside Onsen) and how to use the televisions would have been handy information. The resort is fully ski in/out which is amazing. When you ask the staff for help, they are incredible, but you only get what you ask for and not much else.
