The facilities were great, especially as we were able to access the gym at the nearby sister Hilton Hotel. The staff help you with everything and they insisted on cleaning the room completely with full linen services every second day. Most spoke English reasonably well. The location is great, nestled up against a mountain with most rooms have views of that or Mt Yotei. Niseko Town and Kutchan (bigger) are only a short drive away and have everything that you need for apartment style holiday accommodation.
The hotel's restaurant was only open for breakfast as it was late summer. No problem really, as we were easily able to self cater within the apartment itself.
Onsen and staff
We were not told that there were no restaurant facilities and as we were 7.5k from Hirafu this was unexceptable . As a result we spent Sat 29th at Hirafu and checked out a day early 31/8
Very spacious and new. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. Under Hilton hotel, you enjoy complimentary onsen at Hilton Niseko.
Nothing
Good views of Mt Yotei from our room. Attentive staff at reception and the restaurant.

Excellent staff and modern clean rooms. Recommend having a car however there is a shuttle service. Beautiful place to stay
Property is well equipped for a comfortable family stay - laundry/ dryer were especially handy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities (onsen) and ski slopes next door (though some were no longer available due start of the off season)
The food options at the hotel restaurant are rather limited. Shuttle bus service could be more regular.
The location was great, ski in and ski out via a small connector lift and in a much quieter part of town. The kitchenette was well equipped and we were able to make a lot of our own meals after one trip to the grocery store in town. Staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help several times, including an emergency booking on one of the airport shuttles and tracking down our misrouted luggage delivery from Yamato.
The ski rental place, while convenient, is pretty terrible. It is overpriced and has atrocious quality gear - I went back to complain about my boots not tightening and they said boots that fit properly require an upgrade to the high performance package. While I was there, at least one other customer came back with a similar complaint (gear not working) and was told that was just how the basic package was and he needed to upgrade. I wish we had the foresight to book ahead with one of the fitting companies that will come to your hotel and deliver/pickup gear.
Everything! High standard, clean, ski in and out (unless you stay beyond 31st of March, then only ski in). Rental equity available at the hotel, onsen, great breakfast, you will miss nothing here. The food is on the expensive side but very good.
Nothing at all! Absolutely lovely place!
Had a great 5 night stay. This hotel is away from everything. So you will need a car to get around like groceries, sight seeing, restaurants or to go to other resorts. There are shuttle buses but it is a hassle to wait and get things organised for us -gear rentals is within the hotel. Though slightly more expensive, it is worth the extra dollars for the convenience. The staff are so patient. You can go back to them if you need adjustments or return when you need a day break and then rent again -there is a magic carpet outside the hotel for you to warm up or practice on a tiny slope as a beginner -gondola and chair lifts are just a short walk away. Super convenient! -you can buy the lift passes on a machine in the hotel or at a counter near gondola 5 mins away -some passes are cheaper online. Do check -half day passes available at counter but for 1pm-4pm. Hope they offer mornings too -we had the impression that it might be quiet on the slope in this part of mountain but to our surprise, it was packed! There were hundreds of students and they blocked our paths on the slope most of the time. Was it school day in the first week of March? Not sure -ski lessons are available too. Ask the hotel for more infor. Meeting area is near the hotel too -roads a plowed everyday but we still had to drive slow and carefully -though we got a suite with mountain view, it wasnt the Mount Yotei. It was a view of the ski slopes with the front yard of hotel haha -there is a small onsen. That was nice -we got a suite with kitchen so we cook all our meals. Eating out was a hassle and cost more -room is clean with modern design -we love that this is a quiet area unlike Grand Hirafu area -the staff are amazing!!! They were so helpful and attentive! Special shout out to Julienne from Canada, Kim from Korea, Nagata!
We already knew all the drawbacks before coming and we were prepared for it. So if this fits your daily needs, this is a great choice of hotel

We love the ski in and ski out feature of this hotel, we love the ability to be able to cook and wash if required but have full hotel services as well.
Staff were amazing, location was spectacular...beautiful hotel
A bit pricey, had to pay extra for breakfast. Well worth it if you got a deal package but we didn't
Todo. Muy cómodo.
We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel. The facilities are excellent, especially the onsen, which was perfect after a day of skiing. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, with true ski-in/ski-out access and a very convenient ski room for storage. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Gabi and Jay, who went above and beyond to help us with restaurant bookings and always greeted us with a smile. Their care really made us feel at home. We truly enjoyed our holiday here and hope to return again very soon. We are Hazel and Dada

It’s located in a quieter location and the ski place is family friendly

We loved the rooms The staff were so friendly and helpful Location was quiet and easy access to the slopes
We loved the location. Hinode Hills is located in Niseko Village which is approximately 12 minutes from Niseko Hirafu - the main shopping, restaurant area of the mountain. The hotel provides an efficient shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes. Niseko Village is quiet and with all of the snow around us it was like being in a winter wonderland. Accessing the snow and lifts was super easy. The hotel offers a ski valet (amazing!) and lifts are accessible via a short magic carpet. The bonus of this area is that the lifts are much quieter meaning fewer queues and a faster trip to the top of the mountain. Our kids are beginner skiers and it was super easy to book lessons. We also loved the accommodation. The apartments are spacious, really well designed, comfortable, clean and new. This was among the best ski accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel also has an onsite onsen.
My only recommendation would be to improve the restaurant experience. There is only one restaurant onsite and it’s ridiculously expensive and lacks character and atmosphere. Given that Niseko Village is a bit remote, this was annoying as it was difficult to access food. I’d recommend having a food truck / coffee cart onsite (which is very common in Niseko more generally), opening a bar onsite and reducing prices so they are in line with the rest of the mountain. The only snacks on site are available from vending machines on each floor. Niseko Yo food village is about 10 minutes away and that is excellent. The staff were very friendly but sometimes were a bit confused when we made simple requests like asking for assistance booking transfers. I think they need to forge more relationships with local companies so that requests like these are very straightforward.
Ski-in ski-out; big room with kitchen and laundry machine; very comfortable and cozy.
It does not have a spa or a kombini inside the property.
Rooms were nice, location was good.
Breakfast was average, restaurant was average. Staff were inconsistent in service. Standout staff were Jason, Julian, Dede, and Cara, all were great.
The rooms were beautiful and useful kitchen that had everything we needed
The location made it a bit hard to access Hirafu
Staff and flexibility in the rooming arrangements
A little trouble to get around, as shuttle bus sometimes comes in hourly basis
Ski in ski out location. Laundry and kitchen facilities. In house ski valet and ski hire made things easier. Staff were attentive. Access to Greenleaf outdoor onsen.
Since Hilton acquired this hotel, the vibe changed slightly. Staff were very attentive, but the property has lost the boutique hotel charm.
服務人員親切
Location has easy access to slopes, convenient with rentals inside hotel ski valet
Breakfast selection poor for price paid, lunch options minimal. Inconsistent service quality. Small onsen facilities
Full facilities, nice breakfast
Car parking
It is fully equipped and well facilitated in the apartment. It is also very clean and comfortable. The view from the room is good too! Love the indoor onsen!!

The double bedroom suite was above any expectations. Modern, clean, washing machine with drier, dish washer, great kitchen, three toilets and two bathrooms. Three TV. A lot of space in the suite. Amazing staff with an exceptional service.
A bit inconvenient access from the parking. But it's really nothing compared to the amazing suite.
Spacious bedroom, convenient location, great service.
Nothing
Hilton screwed my booking match file so I did not get the points accrued
Its view of the mountain.
Its unfriendly policy, lack of restaurant and remote location (no nearby convenience store either). At check in, they made you sign a two page hotel rules and policies. I do not know any other luxury hotel that do that. Worse, they won't allow snowboard in the rooms, not even in the foyer area. Our board bag is also our luggage. They made us unpack in the narrow hallway which was difficult and tiring after a long haul flight and commute. Understand there may have been bad previous experiences, but such is the risk of running a hotel. And security deposit protects and compensates the hotel should there be any damages done. Its marketing contradicts with actual customer experience.
The rooms at the hotel were well presented, modern and clean, with all the amenities needed.
The lack of restaurants, bars, gym, pool etc made it challenging to spend time at the hotel.
Phenomenal staff and lovely location. Full ski-in ski-out facilities. Incredible experience!
Location was great. The facilities were fantastic - beautiful onsen and great ski storage facilities and staff running it. Rooms were new, well kept, clean (only some dust build up in the closets) and the washer/dryer in the unit was a life saver. Great room facilities too - coffee machine, fridge, kettle, stove top - everything we needed. Pretty views and comfortable pillows and blankets.
Breakfast was incredibly overpriced and it was average at best considering what we’ve experienced elsewhere. Everyone has different preferences, but for us, the mattresses were too hard.
Great location, very convenient lift access. Layout of hotel is efficient and even though at 95% full never felt overcrowded. Rooms are pretty great and very comfortable, a window in the bath would have been perfect.
Wish we our view was facing the other way (not toward the Niseko Village Parking lot) but it was ok as we didn't spend much daylight hours in the hotel.
Amazing apartment, beautiful views, very clean, nice amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Ski concierge was wonderful and so easy. Buffet breakfast was disappointing , overpriced with some food already cold when we arrived. Better breakfast at nearby Greenleaf. Definitely book bus shuttle in advance to and from airport if needed as limited transfers to the resort. That said, we returned by train to Sapporo and the scenery was stunning. Staff dropped us to train station on their small bus. Cash only train station, which fortunately we had enough cash for. Great trip.
Great rooms — we had two bedroom suite that was more like an apartment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ski in/out.
Location is in quiet part Niseko village - need to shuttle to dinners/shops.
Location was quiet but also very convenient for skiing in/out and speed to the main ski areas. Very good local restaurants to be found with home produced Japanese menus. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Large rooms well equipped. Very clean.
The mattresses were slightly disappointing compared to the overall quality of the rooms. Not particularly comfortable, hard, and just not as they should have been. Great size of bed, though.
The overall stay was Great, very clean, comfortable and convinient, with small, kitchen, washing machine etc
Air conditioning had some issues, but later the room was changed due to this.
Absolutely blown away by the incredible service at Hinode Hill Village, and we have Salina to thank for that! She went above and beyond to help us—not only did she assist with shipping our snowboards, but she also took care of booking our bus. Seriously, an absolute angel! Our trip wouldn’t have been nearly as smooth without her. If you’re staying here, you’re in the best hands. Thank you, Salina!
We loved the ski in ski out ability and their free shuttle bus to the other areas. We also loved the long hours of the on-site onsen!
The price of breakfast.
Bed was nice.
Long check in time. Rude staff. Bare minimum for many aspects ie towels. Restaurant had only two options for wine, 'house red' or 'house white'? Sorry, didn't realise I was staying at poor house. Everything here felt cheap, low end, bare minimum. Staff don't clear parking lot, don't sprinkle grit on icy path to carpark. They don't empty the ashtray outside. They get rude to you and have terrible attitude. I think main problem at this establishment is very lazy people from all over the world. I have always enjoyed Japanese hotel, but those are run by and staff are Japanese. This place, no. Internationals who are giving Japan businesses a bad reputation. Do not stay here. Terrible.
Helpful staff, very well trained and all very pleasant. Well organized, very stress free including ski rental area. Staff here were very organized and patient.
We did not eat at hotel - the seating fee made me avoid the restaurant. There could be more food options available for guests - restaurant often seemed abandoned, probably for same reason. current arrangement does not seem sensible.
Cleanliness , easy to the “magic carpet”, ski gears rentable at the hotel, Hinode Suite is great for group travel !
Nothing .
Convenient skin in ski out location. The kitchen facilities were a great plus.
Bedding very dusty, I am allergic to dust and had to sleep with face mask on. Bath towels very thin, bad quality and some smell like BO it was disgusting.
The apartment was a great size and well appointed. The ski in / ski out was fantastic. Having the ski rental on site and the free shuttle bus was also very handy.
The restaurant was over priced and average for breakfast and didn’t serve dinner.
Updated. Spacious. Nice and attentive staffs
No fitness room
The location is fabulous. Ski in/ski out is marvellous.
We weren't impressed with the ski hire. My boots were lost on day 3, never to be found again. I spent most of the following 2 days trying to find a pair of boots that fitted as well, I did not enjoy my time skiing as well as I had with boots that had fitted well. We also asked for help with the lift passes and with the miscommunication of us wanting the 5 day passes to commence from the following day onwards, we then spent a lot of time standing in a cue and sorting what had occurred with the passes being printed with the incorrect dates. Initially we were told that the passes would not commence the 5-day allotment until the pass was scanned. Again, misinformation being relayed to us and costing us time. No-one enjoys standing in a cue 3 times to complete one purchase.
The facility is clean, modern, and offers fantastic views. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable. Overall, the experience was satisfactory
There were a few drawbacks: an unpleasant odor in the toilet, the absence of a sink disposal in the kitchen, and not enough racks for luggage.
Unparalleled guest room facilities , as well as extremely professional and friendly staff
Dining - no restaurant open for lunch and dinner
