Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Quai d'Ivry

En réalité, comparé aux différents adagio que nous avons pu faire celui ci est assez catastrophique..

Malgré une réception censé être joignable, nous n’avons pas réussi à les joindre par téléphone, et ce, durant 3 jours. Il a fallu passer par booking pour obtenir une réponse. Les animaux sont acceptés, cependant, les espaces verts sont restreints, voir fermés. De plus, pas de climatisation, seulement un petit ventilateur dans une pièce à 27 degrés en plein mois de septembre malgré des températures à 12 degrés annoncé la nuit. Nous avons demandé un second ventilateur mais n’avons pas eu de retour de la réception. Il aurait fait un peu plus chaud, nous n’aurions pas pu rester avec des chiens. Est indiqué qu’en dessous de 8 jours, le ménage est tarifé par l’établissement or aucun matériel de ménage (balais, sceau, emplacement de local poubelle) n’est fourni dans le logement. Seulement 1 torchon et 1 éponge. Le matériel électrique n’a pas été utilisé, cependant un luminaire de lit était de travers à notre arrivée, l’évier de salle de bain quand à lui bouché. Le ventilateur faisait un bruit infernal, nous n’avons pas dormi. Concernant le parking, il est propre, cependant impossible de le réserver en avance, ce qui nous a valu plusieurs tours de quartiers avant de pouvoir attendre l’ouverture de celui-ci par la réception.

Room was comfortable and bed was large enough. Fan was provided which is very good in the weather

No place to keep the luggage and we had to keep them on the floor. A Table can be provided along the wall. The shower stall can easily be 1 foot longer- space is available. The fridge in 206 needs to be fixed. The whole thing freezes over at #5 setting, and the freezer is not cold enough at anything lower. There was a fire alarm issue in the middle of the night and I wish the management gave some token of apology (Chocolate, breakfast). As cleaning is only done once a week, need some mechanism to take out the garbage and a small broom to clean the room.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'hôtel est agréable et nous en repartons globalement satisfaits. Je tiens particulièrement à saluer Axel, seul membre du personnel présent la nuit de samedi à dimanche. Face à une situation compliquée, il a gardé un sang-froid et une patience remarquables, malgré des clients très agressifs envers lui qui n'y était pourtant pour rien. Une attitude exemplaire qui mérite d'être félicitée.

La nuit de samedi à dimanche, l'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée à cinq reprises après qu'une personne l'a actionnée puis bloquée. Ces déclenchements en boucle ont généré fatigue, agacement et stress chez plusieurs clients. Un résident, se présentant comme élu municipal et soutien de Bruno Retailleau, s'en est pris très violemment à Axel (le seul employé présent), allant jusqu'à l'insulter et lui reprocher une situation dont il n'était absolument pas responsable.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, problémákat hamar megoldják, busz a ház előtt, kb. 15 perc menetidő a metróhoz. Vonat kb. 7 perc séta. Élelmiszerboltok a közelben, hipermarket 10 perc séta.

Kicsit kicsi a szoba, az utcafronti szoba nyitott ablakánál folyamatos a zaj, szemben kávézó későig nyitva, mindent lehet hallani.

Literie confortable, logement propre. Tout le nécessaire pour un séjour. Personnel agréable.

Személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. A szobai felszereltség, kávéfőző, vízforraló, edények, mikrohullámú sütő, hűtő mind rendben voltak.

A falak néhol mocskosak.. Annak ellenére hogy 2 ventillátor is volt a szobában, azért nagy melegben klímaberendezés volna szükséges, mivel nagyon felmelegszenek a szobák. A reggeliből hiányoltuk a zöldségeket.

Nous avons trouvé que le personnel était agréable, l hôtel était plutôt silencieux pour un hôtel situé en banlieue.

Le parking est mal indiqué, je le trouve difficile d accès avec la circulation, le stationnement dans les rues voisines reste très compliqué

Aucun confort au niveau de la literie. C'est une honte. Lits jumeaux qui se déplacent. Pas de climatisation. Draps trempés de sueur malgré les ventilateurs en période de canicule.

Blisko przystanku autobusowego, stacji kolejki RER C (400m) i stacji metra Maire d'Ivry-sur-Seine (900m). Obok pizzeria i restauracja, 400m do sklepiki spożywcze. Pokój czysty, kuchenka mikrofalowa z małym aneksem. Okolica spokojna, chociaż to ewidentne przedmieścia.

Brak klimatyzacji bardzo dawał się we znaki. Kobieta sama na ulicy może czuć się niekomfortowo. Ulice niezbyt czyste. Okolica nie wygląda na lepszą dzielnicę, chociaż generalnie panuje spokój.

Comme il a fait très chaud, une climatisation aurait été très appréciée, la ventilation a ses limites.

J'ai pris un studio de 20 m2, c'est donc un bel espace pour notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié le lit très confortable ainsi que les bons oreillers, la propreté générale. Pas de clim mais un grand ventilateur tour. Il faisait lourd à notre arrivée mais la nuit s'est bien passée, la fenêtre légèrement entrouverte nous a apporté de l'air frais. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner, inutile dans notre cas. Se renseigner sur l'espace salle de bains (fermée/ouverte sur la chambre ?) Détail ayant son importance selon les personnes. Petite remarque pour de futurs arrivants : on ne peut pas cuisiner dans les studios, à moins d'amener son huile, vinaigre, sel poivre et autres produits indispensables pour cette activité. Donc : réchauffage uniquement. A savoir également : pas de dosettes de thé ou café, et avant l'achat se renseigner sur ces dernières : nous ne connaissions pas ce modèle d'appareil à café et avons heureusement prévu des sachets de thé. Sinon, bon séjour dans cet appart hôtel bien situé, calme et propre, non loin du centre d'Ivry. Personnel agréable.

La douchette ne tient pas bien. Régler l'eau pour la douche prend du temps, donc perte d'eau. C'est dommage. Pôle Nord dans le compartiment à glace. A faire mais le froid est là, pas de soucis.

Le réfrigérateur était endommagé,la paroi du fond présentait un bloc de glace ce qui empêche la bonne réfrigération des aliments.

N'y allez pas en été , hotel pas climatisé , un ventilo minable fourni . Le menage hebdo pas respecté par contre ils hesitent pas à informer du menage supplementaire 20€ Le prix affiché sur booking est pas celui payé sur place

El apartamento no dispone de aire acondicionado, lo cual en verano es horrible, no corre ni una gota de aire. Por suerte tienes dos ventiladores que remueven el aire caliente. La ubicación tampoco es muy cómoda para desplazarse al centro de París.

Struttura accogliente, personale gentile. L’hotel si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro, e in circa 40 minuti si arriva alle principali attrazioni. Vicino all’hotel ci sono molti locali, e c’è ampia scelta. Colazione ottima e molto varia. Una sera eravamo troppo stanchi e abbiamo deciso di fermarci in hotel per cena e abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Parcheggio in struttura pagabile a parte

L’hotel è comodo ai mezzi ma se si sta poco e non si ha il problema del parcheggio dell’auto come noi, sceglierei qualcosa di più centrale per ottimizzare

Τhe staff was willing to help us for something we needed. The location is good but is not near the centre of Paris, it is a quiet neighborhood quite close to train station. Αlso, there are super markets nearby.

The room was not air-conditioning, the temperature was very high inside the room and our staying was intolerable because it was difficult to us to sleep. There were only two fans. Also, I didn't feel satisfied with the cleaning policy.

We had booked 3 apartments. Filthy smell from all the rooms, especially from the bathrooms. Foul smell from the refrigerator Kitchen hob was not working in one of the apartments When informed to reception, we were informed that its just the smell from city’s sewage system. Reception desk mentioned cleaning staff would come the next day but there was nothing done. This made our stay with kid and elderly parents very difficult

Pas de climatisation par période de canicule avec une chambre à 31.5°C, un ventilateur extrêmement bruyant, fenêtre qui s'ouvre mais dans ce cas pas de possibilité de tirer les rideaux.

Super séjour, personnel accueillant, gentil. Chambre spacieuse, au calme . On a bien aimé .

El servicio de lavandería dejaba mucho que desear, la secadora estaba súper sucia de pelusa, se veía que jamás la habían tocado para mantenimiento. Así mismo, no obstante que había que separar los residuos (lo cuál es bastante correcto) teníamos que bajar dicha basura al cuarto destinado para eso, el cual apestaba por obvias razones. La puerta de la bañera, rechinaba demasiado por lo cual era desagradable ya que el ruido era intenso y podría molestar a los vecinos de las demás habitaciones. El aire acondicionado no servía y se tuvo que utilizar un ventilador el cual era insuficiente para el clima extremo de la temporada.

L apartahotel si trova in un quartiere tranquillo circondato da negozi, market e un ottima creperie. La metro dista 5 minuti a piedi. Comodissima. La pulizia è ottima e l appartamento e ben arredato. I letti comodi. Lo Staff è super gentile e cortese. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Grazie per questa accoglienza.

Tutto perfetto. Se dobbiamo trovare proprio qualcosa che si potrebbe migliorare sono gli spazi della cucina. Il tavolo era un po' piccolo per tutti e 4 ma ci siamo adattati.

The accommodation was great, enough room to store luggage and clothes, everything was clean and well maintained. Close to the train station which was very convenient, supermarkets and bakeries all around.

I had one incident with a lady playing music super loud at 4 am in the morning, and then starting to speak on her phone on speaker, and couldn't find anyone at the reception at that hour :)))

Nu are climă, aveam 33 de grade in camera. In baie miroase canalizarea.

The mattress was very good and sturdy, also a big plus for the underground parking.

Breakfast was very poor, I would suggest to go eat in some nearby restaurants. Very noisy during the night, some party happening outside both nights. It was extremely hot inside and outside, no conditioner or even a fan.

very uncomfortable bed. NO AC , so in the summer its absolutely terrible to sleep during the day and especially at night. The fan provided is weak. The room is extremely small, even for one person. No free house keeping which is normally the prerequisite of any aparthotel stay. Breakfast is very limited. barely any options for international breakfasts and starts too late which means your day to get out into the city starts late and you're in the july summer sun. Travelling by train and bus is such a mission to get to the hotel. Do not recommend for solo female travellers. you end up wasting your train/ bus ticket and forced to take an uber most times especially getting back to the hotel after dark.

Logement assez bien équipé et bien situé. Tout à fait satisfaisant pour y dormir et manger le soir, en temps normal.

Logement non climatisé, situé au dernier étage, donc en période de canicule, c'était très pénible, voire insupportable pour dormir. Les deux ventilateurs colonnes mis à disposition sont totalement inefficaces. Il faudrait investir dans de "vrais" ventilateurs, pas forcément plus chers, mais qui sont un peu utiles.

Emplacement top avec le RER à 5min à pied. Cafés, alimentation et snacks autour.

Bruit de la circulation routière autour. Propreté à revoir au niveau de la salle de bain, la literie, la cuisine, le cadrans de la fenêtre ou encore le sol.

La mancanza di aria condizionata divenuta essenziale visto il caldo di ogni anno oramai non è un evento eccezionale, non abbiamo dormito nulla inoltre bisognerebbe attrezzarsi del doccino da bidet.(Sei costretto a fare la doccia ogni volta che si utilizza il water, basterebbe un doccino estendibile collegato al lavabo).

la robinetterie du lavabo n'était pas super solide. Avec la canicule le ventilateur est nettement insuffisant pour avoir un sommeil réparateur.

O calor e a distância do centro de paris

On checking in expressed my concern about the hot weather and was given a room on a lower level facing away from street so was relatively quiet and cool during the heatwave. No air conditioning but room had a tower fan that I used a lot.

Locatie, behoorlijk veel plaatsen waren goed bereikbaar met het OV.

Met de hittegolf in Parijs, verwacht je dat het hotel meer maatregelen treft wat betreft het airconditionen van het hotel. We hadden alleen een torenventilator tot onze beschikking en dit was absoluut niet voldoende, ook was er geen airconditioning aanwezig. Het hotel deed er verder ook helemaal niks aan. Hierdoor was het vrijwel elke dag tot wel 34 graden in onze kamer. Ik raad dit hotel ‘s zomers absoluut niet aan.

The locations is great! just next to bus station where is very useful in commuting through paris

With this weather, Air conditions in the rooms is not an optional any more! The room is hot like hell! Only a fan is available which only swing the hot weather. The staff in the reception has attitude, most probably they are over whelmed and feeling hot so they are not functioning properly.

It is not too far from RER and has bus stops nearby, the breakfast is fine, after few days it gets tiring of eating the same but quality of products is good, there were free water and lemonade in lobby, each room had quite large balcony.

Maybe it is not bad place to stay, but we had few issues - first the check in - first hotel that by checking starting at 3PM meant that room will not be available at 3pm, maybe 4-5, maybe more, who knows. So you arrive on time and you can wait and wait, lady on the counter does not care too much. Next thing - if you did not check carefully - this hotel does NOT have AC, while most of the similar hotels nearby has - so if you happen to travel to Paris in summer - do not go here. Most of the rooms are positioned from South which means medium temperature in morning is around 33C, in night it doesn’t get better - even with fans working all day you sleep in 30-31 degree’s.

The hotel did not have an air conditioning. Also, there was a music festival that night, so it was quite noisy outside.

Ωραίο μέρος, ωραίο ξενοδοχείο, καλή σχέση ποιότητας/τιμής, καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Είναι η 2η φορά που μένουμε εκεί.

Η αυτόματη πόρτα του παρκινγκ ήταν χαλασμένη αυτή τη φορά και έπρεπε να ζητάς απο την reception να την ανοίξουν μετα τις 1 το βράδυ. Καλύτερα να την επισκευάσουν για να είναι όλα πιο εύκολα για όλους. Παλιότερα άνοιγε με κωδικό.

Now the circumstances have changed, and French businesspeople will have to adapt. Α/C is a must. When we entered the room, the temperature was 36 degrees, and there wasn’t a single bottle of water in the fridge. At noon, you couldn’t even sit down to rest. We come back in the evening, open the windows, and leave so the temperature would drop a little before we come back to sleep. Also, the duvel, instead of a sheet, looked like a joke.
