No tiene aire acondicionado. En la habitación por lo menos hay ventiladores. Pero en el sector de desayuno, es insoportable. Tampoco llega el WI FI en dicho sector.

パリ・シテ大学、国立図書館からセーヌ川沿いを歩いて30分程度。簡易キッチン（電子レンジはあるがオーブンはない）があるので、長めに滞在するには便利だと思います。

6泊しましたが、ボディソープは最初に部屋にあった小さなボトル2つのみで追加はいただけませんでした。 長めに宿泊する人は自分で持っていくと良いと思います。 また、シーツの交換は7泊以下の宿泊の場合は有料のようです。 タオルは交換してくれるのかよくわかりませんでしたが、6泊目に部屋に帰ったら新しいものが置いてありました。 床に使用済みのものを置いておけば交換してくれるシステムであれば、そう書いておいてもらえると良かったです。

Spotlessly clean and spacious. Crisp white sheets, but bed was a bit too firm for us. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good security. Enter at any time with keypad. Basic mini kitchen to prepare meals. Location was about 10km out of Paris, and you need to walk 400 meters to the local train station. Lots of small shops and restaurants nearby .

Nous étions une famille de 2 adultes et 02 enfants et nous etions très à l'aise dans l'appartement. La situation géographique aussi avec les restaurants autour était top ! Je recommande cet établissement

L’accès au parking est une catastrophe. On vous demande d’appeler pour ouvrir le portail. Sauf que personne ne répond quand on appelle. Nous avons tourné en rond 20 minutes car pas d’endroit pour se stationner … mon mari a fini par me déposer devant la réception pour que je puisse allez demander pour qu’on nous ouvre le portail… une jeune femme a l’accueil était occupée avec des clients, et m’explique qu’elle n’a pas pu répondre. Je leur suggère donc de mettre un autre systeme en place car c’est vraiment pas professsionnel. À ce moment là le gérant intervient de manière agressive, en me donnant juste en réponse c’est ainsi, ça ne changera pas. Aucune discussion possible… ne souhaite pas améliorer son système juste parce que «  c’est comme ça! »

En verano es insoportable el calor , yo recomendaría poner aire acondicionado porque con los ventiladores que hay de verdad se pasa mucho calor , y si no se puede poner aire acondicionado mirar de cambiar a unos mejores ventiladores , por lo demás todo muy bien !

appartements un peu vieillots, pas très moderne comme ensemble. le quartier est un peu loin des points d'intérêt. plus comme un ensemble résidentiel ancien qu'un hôtel / appartotel pour touristes.

The apartment was spacious compared to other choices.

The apartment was air conditioned and the air is not floating properly to the apartment so we checked out 2 days early than our planned schedule and booked different hotel for that reason, the other reason is the breakfast quality and timing, it is only from 7:30 -9:30 which is not enough for late sleeping people, the no much of breakfast there and doesn’t worth the cost.

Alcuni aspetti positivi di questa struttura: • la cucina: utilissimi il frigorifero e il bollitore e le stoviglie presenti. • la stanza insonorizzata: la strada è piuttosto rumorosa, ma chiudendo le finestre non si sente più nulla • possibilità di entrare/uscire a qualsiasi ora, anche di notte • fermata del bus (25, 125, 325...) praticamente sotto la struttura. I bus permettono di raggiungere facilmente la metro • bagno piccolo ma con wc e vasca/doccia, phon, asciugamani • ventilatore • ascensore

It was a very good stay, and the room was spacious. There was a little kitchen with a minibar, which was very helpful.

The air conditioning did not work, and was very hot. The drain of the bathtub and sink was clogged. The elevator was not working after day 2. And it’s very far from the city center, but has buses in the front of the building.

The staff was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

We stayed here for 6 days, the elevator didn't work for 5 of those 6 days. No aircon and it was VERY hot, also next to a busy street so it is quite noisy.

The location is very convenient, especially for getting around by public transportation. We found it very easy to travel using the local transport system and reach different areas. There is everything you need nearby: a shopping centre where you can buy anything necessary, including personal hygiene products, and a great variety of restaurants. There are many options for dining, whether you want to enjoy a meal outside or order takeout and eat comfortably in your room.

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which we noticed is quite common in many accommodations in Paris, including some Airbnb properties. However, the hotel provides two fans, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, which were very helpful. The children actually enjoyed them, and overall, this made our stay a very pleasant experience.

Apartamentų viešbutis Paryžiaus priemiestyje, šalia žiedinio kelio, taigi gana patogu privažiuoti, mokamas požeminis parkingas. Šalia autobusų stotelė-patogus susisiekimas su miestu viešuoju transportu. Geras kambario dydis, vonios kambarys tinkamas, virtuvėlė su reikalingais indais.

Problematiškas patekimas į vidų, kadangi recepcija dirba tik 3 valandas ryte, ir 4 valandas vakare. Įėjimui reikia surinkti kodą, o aparatūra veikė blogai- teko laukti momento, kai išėjo kiti svečiai. Kondicionierius neveikė, o buvo +38. Buvo neteisingai nuskaičiuotas depozitas, norint jį atgauti, teko rašyti viešbučiui kelis kartus.

Non c'è climatizzazione e il ventilatore fornito non è potente abbastanza da rinfrescare l'ambiente, siamo stati una notte a luglio ed è stato difficile dormire nonostante la finestra spalancata, era un forno. Il mattino l'ascensore non funzionava.

Rien L'hôtel vieillot pas entretenu. Salle de bain tres sale avec lavabo cassé, pommeau de douche cassé. Le parking est compliqué d'accès car vous bloquez toute la circulation le temps que la orte s'ouvre.

Le seul ascenseur de l'hôtel est tombé en panne le lendemain de notre arrivée et nous avons du nous taper les 6 étages a pied. Le balcon n'a pas été nettoyé depuis des lustres, c'était vraiment sale..

Er was geen airco en het was 35 graden, de lift was meermaals defect en zaten op de hoogste 6e verdieping met kinderspullen. Ze hadden wel flesjes water klaargezet.

El personal es estupendo, muy amables! El alojamiento estaba limpio y cumplía lo expuesto en el anuncio y las fotos.

Necesita mejorar un poco el mantenimiento de las instalaciones, del baño. Es un alojamiento muy ruidoso ya que justo debajo hay una parada de autobús muy frecuentada en una calle principal bastante transitada. Lleva tapones, los necesitarás. Está bien comunicado con el centro de París, algo lejos, eso sí.

Posizione buona. Collegata benissimo: treno a 5 minuti e autobus proprio in loco.

Quartiere estremamente sporco. Strada rumorosa che non ti permette di tenere le finestre aperte e soprattutto mancanza di aria condizionata! Cuscini enormi e duri; impossibile dormirci. Bagno senza finestra, pulizia che rasenta la sufficienza, equipaggiamento angolo cottura scarso (due piatti piani, due bicchieri, due padelle, nessuno scolapiatti)

The elevator was not working and the person at the reception was very rude. The breakfast was below average.

O quarto estava limpo e os funcionários eram simpáticos.

A casa de banho era tão quente que as toalhas secavam em minutos mesmo estando ensopadas, o suporte para pendurar o chuveiro estava mal apertado e balançava, o saco do lixo que se encontrava na casa de banho já estava sujo antes da nossa chegada. Na casa de banho só haviam dois rolos de papel higiénico, sendo que a estadia era para duas pessoas e para 4 noites, foi preciso andar a pedir às senhoras da limpeza que por sua vez só entregavam um rolo de cada vez. No interior do armário estava o esquentador que por sua vez aquecia o quarto todo, numa altura de onda de calor, não foi nada agradável e era quase impossível permanecer no interior do quarto. A torneira da kitchnet estava mal apertada. O quarto não possuía ar condicionado, apenas uma ventoinha que fazia mais barulho do que vento. Para podermos dormir foi necessário molhar as toalhas com água fria devido ao calor intenso que se fazia no interior do quarto, calor esse que passava quando saíamos para o corredor. As janelas do quarto deixavam o calor entrar todo, por vezes o quarto parecia uma sauna, acabávamos de tomar banho e começávamos a suar logo. Chegamos ao ponto de introduzir a roupa que íamos vestir no congelador para ver se refrescava, mas passados 10 segundos de a termos vestido a roupa já estava quente outra vez. Na primeira noite chegamos um pouco mais tarde para aproveitar Paris e ao chegar ao hotel deparamos-nos com o elevador fora de serviço, sendo que eu estava com o meu pai que estava de muletas, e que era do conhecimento do hotel que o meu pai estava assim, e que teve que subir até ao 3º andar, onde estava o quarto dele, naquele estado e eu até ao 5º andar, onde estava o meu quarto. Por fim, foi nos pedido uma caução no valor de 100€ ao efetuarmos o check-in que no início compreendíamos mas tendo em conta à pouca qualidade do quarto, não nos pareceu nada razoável para um hotel de 3 estrelas. Só merecem nota 4 graças à simpatia dos funcionários.

Das Zimmer war groß und das Personal war sehr freundlich

Die Bettwäsche war bei Anreise kaputt, wurde von uns auch direkt moniert. Die einzige Reaktion auf diese Beschwerde war, dass das auf die Kaution keinen Einfluss hat. Die Bettwäsche wurde also nicht getauscht. Die Halterung der Dusche war auch defekt, dass würde wiederum direkt behoben. Das Zimmer wurde nie zwischen gereinigt. Der Mülleimer war auch kaputt. Das Zimmer hat unangenehm gerochen, es war wärmer im Zimmer als draußen (draußen waren 40 Grad). Das Zimmer war unter anderem wegen der Straßenlage ziemlich laut. Fenster waren sehr schmutzig. Das Viertel ist sehr industrielle es gibt zwar Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, allerdings steht das große Einkaufszentrum weitestgehend leer. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig, es gab Aufbackware, Müsli, Joghurt und verpackten Aufschnitt.

Pas climatiseur vu qu'il faisait la canicule pendant nos séjours, 06 nuits, l-ascenseur était en panne la plupart du temps, en fait c'était une très mauvaise expérience cette dois ci, il se peut que nous arrivions au mauvais moment!

In theory, this could be an OK hotel, but under the extreme heat wave from last week, this doesn't cut mustard. I appreciate that this is more or less the general state of housing, and therefore hotels, in Paris and suburbs, but I also stayed in another City Residence Hotel in November (the Charenton one), which had AC. This one doesn't have AC, nor it has shutters to keep the heat away. There was a fan, but there is no plug near the bed head. This is already inconvenient on its own (e.g., to charge devices, as to top it all up, the USB plugs on the bed head did not work), but in that case it meant that the fan only reached my feet and legs, forcing me to sleep in an awkward low and diagonal position. That also suggests that the fan was just not powerful enough: I have a smaller one at home, and on the same max setting, I can feel the breeze it creates from 2m away. Cue me sleeping with a wet towel on myself for four nights, and being grateful that I was not sharing the bed. My cleanliness rating is also lower than usual as I could see humidity traces on the wall above the window ventilation part. Location is OK to get a lower price not too far from Paris, it is a 30 minutes walk from where I needed to go, which is what I would like in normal conditions. People should be aware though that the overground train is a little far (maybe 15-20' walk), so in extreme weather, better locations are available (e.g., the Charenton City Residence I aforementioned).

It was 36 degrees and there was no airconditioning just 1 fan but there wasnt much wind and it blew only warm air. Everything was old, the bathroom had a dirty showerhead, the sink was damaged and looked dirty, and there where a lot of spots on the wall/seeling. Als a lot of dust also behind furniture.

Nice and quiet hotel with spacious, clean, and cozy rooms, and a laundry room. The kitchen was well-equipped with useful utensils and amenities.

There was no air conditioning, only fans. The elevator wasn't working for several days, which was inconvenient especially with luggage. The location is a bit far from the city center, and the bathroom sink was clogged with hair, so the water didn't drain properly.

The facilities were really great tbh. I loved it. The location was a very calm one too, with lots of restaurants by the side. I had a great time in Paris courtesy of them. Quite affordable too.

Oh, some services were not to my taste. Internet was barely 9mb per sec. I could hardly use my laptop.

What I liked about this hotel was its location. There were plenty of transport options nearby, and lots of places to eat. Carrfour was just down the road, which was very convenient

What I didn’t like was the hidden charges, including a €100 deposit and €33 city tax that weren’t clearly explained when booking. The elevator broke, there was no air conditioning, the balcony door wouldn’t open, and the room became extremely hot. Staff were rarely available, making it difficult to get help when problems arose.

Le camere erano prive di climatizzatore con la temperatura esterna oltre i 38° pertanto il soggiorno è stato un tormento...e la pulizia non ci ha entusiasmato, anzi...

Kitchen equipment is very basic; no useful implements for food preparation (a sharp knife and chopping board are essential). No information about recycling. Not well designed for the exceptionally high temperatures experienced at the time of my stay.

Stanza senza aria condizionata, abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte che davano sul terrazzo con cacche di piccione. Rumori provenienti dalla strada consentivano di dormire poco. Dopo 5 giorni i miei amici hanno ricevuto la caparra mentre io ancor no, ho mandato una mail e nessuna risposta.

Pas de climatisation, un ventilateur dans la chambre mais il était écrit à la réception qu’on avait des bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre que je n’ai pas eu. Salle de petit-déjeuner trop petite et très humide il faisait très chaud.

La chambre est confortable et propre. La salle de bain également.

La salle du petit déjeuner est borgne et de couleur sombre. J'aurais apprécié des fruits frais et des biscottes.
