Tesise gece 21,00 ulaştım . Bana ayrılan odaya gittiğimizde oda temiz değildi. Sonra 3 tane oda daha gezildi boş oda diye gittiğimiz odalarda kalanlar vardı uygun bir oda ayarlandı ertesi gün odanın değiştirileceği söylendi verilen sözler tutulmadı . Kaldığım oda yarı temizdi banyo fayanslari kırık ve oynuyordu banyoda böcekler vardı tesisin konumu sanayi depoları olan bir cadde üzerinde olduğu için gece güvenli açısından tehlikeli bilmiyorum . Apart tarzı bu yerde burcok öğrenci konaklıyor koridorlar yemek ve acayip kokuyordu odanın temizligi ile ilgili talepte bulundum yerine getirilmedi .

Cena je bila ugodna za apartma. Ni bilo tako daleč od avtobusne postaje in RER vlaka. Bilo je čisto in luštno. Osebje je bilo zelo prijazno. Dobra izkušnja za normalen znesek😊

La ubicación

It was just nostalgia and a memory of the distant past.

The apartment equipment was broken or ready to break. All past maintenance of the apartment was shoddy and negligent. See the pictures. The receptionist couldn't speak English. The reception was very often closed or empty. The staff tried to do the absolute minimum for the guests, the hotel, and so on. During our stay, the toilet drain was clogged and bubbling. From time to time, it was full of foreign excrement. The toilet bowl was full and on the verge of overflowing into the bathroom. We showed it to the receptionist and then to the cleaning manager. Nobody helped us for the whole week. We heard only promises.

Struttura silenziosa, fermata autobus 325 e 25 molto vicine.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo segnalato un problema al lavello della cucina che aveva lo scarico intasato e nessuno è intervenuto per risolvere i riparare. È stato un vero disagio.

Quarto limpo e confortável, localização "ok" pois fica ao lado de um carrefour enorme e há 13 min da estação RER C.

Algumas tomadas no quarto não estavam funcionando, principalmente a ligava a TV é o microondas. Não há estrutura para o calor, mas pelo menos tinha um ventilador.

El apartamento me gustó mucho

No me gustó que no había gente en la recepción cuando llegamos , tuve que estar llamando y al final vino un chico del garaje para nos dar la tarjeta para entrar , y también tuve otro problema que me fui a Disney y cuando llegamos de madrugada no podía entrar , la llave no abría . Tuvimos que llamar otra vez, el señor súper borde y mal educado, nos dijo que avía que renovar todos los día para poder abrir . Teníamos alquilado para 5 días , nunca escuché hablar de esto . Nunca nos avía pasado tanta confusión . También hacía mucho calor y no tenían aire acondicionado

Proximité des moyens de transport Emplacement permettant d’aller rapidement à Paris et proche de l’aéroport. Autonomie Très bien insonorisé (on n’entend nullement les voisins)

Pas très bien ventilé en pleine canicule Rotation régulière et particulièrement bruyante de camions de livraison due à la proximité d’une petite zone d’activité

Chałas od ulicy,specyficzne zapachy (nie zawsze) Informacje o dostępie poza godzinami pracy recepcji,kod dostępu otrzymałem po wielu interwencjach i telefonach mimo wcześniejszych pytań dopiero około 2 godzin przed przybyciem i do tego niekompletny.Sytuacja bardzo stresująca i niepotrzebna a łatwa do rozwiązania.

Les sécurité était très bien et c’était bien pour 2 ou 3 jour mais mais pas pour plusieurs semaines . Mais la prix était bien avec la séjours

La propriétaire était pas top et le sole était sale et vitres aussi, et nous on avait un problème avec la porte et les clés et l’arrière la borne ne marcher pas mais on remercie les secrètes pour état bien veillantes .

Os primeiros dias o ventilador era estragado e passamos calor

The people working there are very helpful, could communicate in English, was able to wash my clothes. The breakfast was okay, but for me buying food and keeping it in the fridge was a better idea.

Shower curtain is designed so the water flows on the floor and one towel is not enough to wipe the floor and keep using it after. Would appreciate if that would be changed every day. And I had to throw the trash myself. No cleaning the room on duration of my stay. Had to deposit an id document to have an iron and the receptionist was nowhere to be found on Sunday. If I had to leave on Sunday, how would I supposed to get back my id.

Son emplacement et la propreté de la chambres

L’absence de climatisation , toutefois un ventilateur a été mis à disposition.

Le seul avantage, c’est que ça reste près de Paris, c’est bien desservi en terme de transport, le bus 325 et 25 qui mène à François Mitterand sont toujours à l’heure.

La chambre était vielle, une odeur de cigarettes insupportable, j’en ai parlé à l’accueil mais ils ont juste remis un petit truc pour purifier l’air mais ça n’a rien changé, on était frustré par cette odeur.

La chambre était une bouilloire. Il faisait très chaud.La literie était inconfortable. Le réfrigérateur chauffait la cuisine où il était impossible d’y rester tant que l’air était irrespirable. Le fait qu’on prenne l’empreinte de ma carte pour payer 150€ de caution et qu’on ne fasse pas d’état des lieux ni d’entrée ni de sortie ne m’inspire pas confiance et j’ai peur qu’on ne me rembourse pas car il y avait déjà des objets qui manquaient.

It was all as it was expected. The communication with the property was OK. It was easy to find it. I get my deposit back, before I reached the airport.

There was no room cleaning included in the price. It will be good to include it in the offer or point more clear how to get it.

Price was great for staying in Paris

I emailed before arriving to confirm there were fans in the room--arrived and there were no fans. We asked the front desk for two, they agreed, but none were brought up. The pullout couch was broken. Two days later, I came to the room to find it under construction! The front desk gave me a smaller room to compensate for my time. The room had a broken lamp with exposed wiring. Two hours later, a couple entered my new room! On the last day I spoke to the front desk about a possible refund. The manager on site refused to speak with me saying she would handle it after the weekend. I have received no compensation to date.

No information by Booking.com that hotel charges deposit of €150 which will be return after 7 days (according to receiption).

Attitude, bad selection of rooms, uncomfortable beds, no AC with hot air inside the rooms and if you open the windows there’s no mesh to prevent you from bad insects, the other room is very noisy as it is very close to a school or a training center for kids. They deduct 1 night because I disagree to stay after I discover all these problems.

el lugar estaba bien conectado, el barrio es seguro y hay bastante actividad alrededor para poder disfrutar la ciudad. Con tiempo sirve para estar alojado cerca de diversos puntos de Paris

Nos tocó la hola de calor, nunca nos respondieron sobre el ventilador (el lugar no tiene aire acondicionado, lo que fue desastroso para el descanso)

E' comodo per andare a Parigi, a circa 20 minuti a piedi c'è la stazione della metro, ci sarebbe stata anche la RER, ma purtroppo la fermata è stata sopressa per lavori.

Avevo prenotato un appartamento per quattro persone, e ci hanno dato due camere separate, nella mia stanza c'erano parecchie ragnatele, mancava la spugna per lavare i piatti, il rubinetto della cucina si muoveva tutto, i muri erano sporchi, e la stanza dei miei amici era un pochino meglio ma non troppo, diciamo che forse una bella ristrutturazione non guasterebbe.

Un seul rouleau de papier wc à l arrivée et le lendemain j ai du demander à 4 personnes qui m ont dit. On avant d avoir le charmant Monsieur de la cafétéria qui m a apporté deux rouleaux de papier toilette, nous étions deux personnes et nous restions 3 nuits ! Pas de Clim la caution de 150€ prélevée et bloquée je suis partie depuis dimanche matin de l hôtel on est mercredi apres midi ils n ont toujours pas remboursé les 150€

Very disappointing experience. Upon arrival there was no reception available and no staff on site to assist guests. We were informed that reception was closed due to public holidays, which is difficult to understand for a hotel receiving guests with active reservations. The hotel also does not provide breakfast on public holidays or Sundays, which was not expected and is unacceptable for this type of accommodation. The facilities are old and outdated, and the heating in the room was not working properly. Additionally, parking could not be arranged because there was no staff available to manage it. We asked in advance but were unable to reserve a parking space due to the lack of personnel. Overall, the lack of service, support and basic hotel facilities made the stay far below expectations.

Algunos de los cuartos no andaba la calefacción. El desayuno no estuvo disponible todos los días un día por que era no laborable y el domingo tampoco estaba disponible el desayuno. Las fotos del anuncio no coinciden con la reidad.

Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, man ist schnell mit der metro im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Der kleine Bäcker um die Ecke hat eine sehr tolle Auswahl leckerer Backwaren.

Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen das eigentlich nicht zur Hotel Vermietung gedacht war sondern ein Zimmer für Studenten. Leider war es Schmutzig, Wände vergilbt und vollständig klebrig, Steckdosen fallen aus der Wand, der sicherungskasten war offen und nicht sicher. Die Küchenzeile war nicht für 4 Personen ausgelegt und auch die Sauberkeit hier wirklich ekelhaft. Alles klebt, voll fettig ...

No one gave us proper information about how to get the breakfast. It’s difficult to settle down in the facilities when you arrive on weekends. I really appreciate the support from person who handles the WhatsApp for emergency since he/she was willing to support us regarding access in parking lot. It was very supportive. Kitchen is well equipped and functional Good safety once you get access to the building

- Timing for reception are complicated when you book for vacations plans since guests plan for leaving early and come late to rest - Staff on charge of sheets and towels (is located in front of the washers) are very rude and can’t give you orientation about the services - Large stays needs more orientation and consideration about cleaning and providing more water for drinking

La situation accessible par l'autoroute de l'EST

Accueil à l'arrivée : aucune information sur le numéro de la chambre juste possibilité de récupérer la clef dans un boitier. L'accès payant au parking sans savoir comment l'ouvrir ? Bref utiliser le numéro d'urgence car sinon aucune info en dehors des périodes d'ouverture du guichet. Le lavabo a été bouché. Info donnée le matin à 9h à l'ouverture. retour 19h aucune intervention jusqu'au départ !!!

La habitación estaba muy bien, tenía calefacción y todas las instalaciones correctas.

No me gusto que la zona no es la más segura para volver de noche.

A l'arrivée nous avons utilisé le code confidentiel à la borne mais cela n'a pas fonctionné et nous avons dû téléphoner au numéro d'urgence . La personne qui nous a répondu nous a indiqué le code à saisir pour ouvrir le coffre où était située la clef. Il y a eu une réponse à notre problème mais il n'est pas normal qu'il y ait eu ce problème

Пристигнахме на 14.03. през нощта. Няколко дни преди това ми писаха, че няма денонощна рецепция. В понеделник, на 21.03. рецепцията вече работеше и трябваше да се обадим, че сме пристигнали. И тогава изненада, казаха ни, че трябва да платим 150 евро гаранция и ще ми ги върнат до 7 дни след напускане на хотела. На 19.03 напуснахме хотела, днес е 26.03 парите на са приведени. Как мога да си получа парите? Другият проблем. Резервацията беше за стая с балкон. Оказа се, че няма балкон, но няма на кого да се обадим, рецепцията не работи. В понеделник, когато имаше човек на рецепцията ни смениха стаята.
