Perfect location. Parking is easy and stress free at The Killarney Park. Lovely staff. Spacious rooms with robes and a bath and separate large shower. Fluffy white towels and very tasty breakfast which we had in the room.

Loved that breakfast was included and you could order off a menu. Had a fridge in the room. Everything in the room worked (TV, lights, phone, etc)

The location is fabulous for everything. Decor is very chic and the rooms very comfortable and no noise. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Wouldn't have wished to stay anywhere else. Thank you to all at 'The Ross' and we loved Killarney

Lage mitten im Ort, Zimmer 108 war dennoch so ruhig, dass wir mit geöffneten Fenster schlafen konnten und einen schönen Blick auf die Kirche hatten. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück bequeme große Betten Parkplatz zwar nicht direkt vorm Haus, aber zumindest in der Nähe. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal

Bei der Ankunft ist es recht schwierig, vorm Hotel einen Platz zum Ausladen zu finden. Der Geruch im Zimmer war nicht so angenehm.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in a Junior Suite. The room is wonderful, spacious, rectangular shape with two windows, great AC, opening windows, bright bathroom, good room lighting, secure parking in their sister hotel, lovely professional staff and a great breakfast. All in all a great place- did I mention modern decor, technology and excellent condition.

Cool quirky hotel right in the center of town. Rooms had AC which was great for the recent weather. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The highlight for me was the breakfast, lots of choices and so many courses served by the super attentive Maeve, she treated us like we were in her own home. A real Irish welcome, thank you.

What a nice stay! Room was clean, even has a towel warmer in the bathroom! Comfy beds and linens, no hair dryer in the room or iron, but they will bring right up to your room. Staff was very nice all around from the bartenders to the very friendly servers. Juan at reception was a rockstar with helping us check in a few hours early. Cener of town, free parking across the street, nice breakfast included as well. Cant go wrong here.

We loved our stay at The Ross! The location was perfect, the employees were incredibly nice and helpful (shoutouts to Shea and Katarina), and our corner room was large, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the reciprocity with The Killarney Park and took advantage of their free parking. We prepaid for breakfast at The Ross and those were great too. It was the perfect hotel for my husband and me; we would definitely give it 5 out of 5 stars!

Excellent spot. Great facilities, room, location and staff

We loved everything about The Ross. It couldn't be more central, on a street with loads of cafes and outdoor seating in Summer. The decor is unique and very funky (check out the wallpapers!), the breakfast was super but, above all, the staff were wonderful. What separates great hotels from others is the quality and authenticity of service. The level and warmth of service in the Ross felt five-star. If staff meet you on a corridor they immediately ask if you need anything. Special mention goes to Caterina at reception and Maeve at breakfast. We stayed in Room 110, a mini-suite with lots of space, light, fabulous decor and services. Free parking was available at their sister hotel The Park just a 2 minute walk away. What you don't see on their website is the 'Polly Lounge' at The Ross' entrance. This is a gorgeous 1920s style bar with great cocktails and small plates, a brilliant place to while away the night if you don't want a heavy main meal. Killarney is one of the jewels in the Irish tourism crown with amazing lakes and mountains and culture. It's full of hotels and pubs and this one is a stone's throw from most of the latter. But if you want a hotel with loads of personality, uniquely colourful decor and fantastic staff, pick this one.

The air conditioning is centrally controlled. We stayed at an unusually hot time by Irish weather standards so could have done with lowering it ourselves. Otherwise not one complaint!

This is the hotel to which all other hotels will be compared going forward. Excellent location right across the street from Killarney National Park. Easy parking 1 block away at a sister hotel. Decor is happy, modern, colorful. Room was lovely, with a large deep tub. Enjoyed the cocktail lounge - had a meat and cheese plate here with housemade crackers that was great and a good value at 17 euros.

Great stay at The Ross. The hotel is very well located, a short walk from the train station. I was welcomed and able to get my room earlier than the 3:00 check in. Very nice coffee / bar area with seating in the main lobby area. Breakfast was served in a very cool space on the lower level. Lots of choices, good food and no buffet! Comfortable bed and bathroom and good seating area. I asked for a quiet room and was placed facing the church which turned out great. easy access to the National Park, the main streets of the town, and the horse carts. Numerous good restaurants and pubs and shopping right around the corner. I stayed four nights and was glad to have the Ross as my base. Definitely recommend.

The location: right in the middle of town. The breakfast was excellent and the servers were very nice!

There was no place to park when we first arrived to check in. Later on we found the off-site parking lot which was very nice and close by.

Lovely hotel - great staff and our room was very comfortable. Our bes sleep in Ireland so far. Excellent location for walking about town. No problem parking as they provided us space at their sister hotel closeby. Breakfast was delicious.

The Ross was gem that was a perfect base for my time in Killarney. The room was very comfortable, up to date, and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent, and the attached lunch option was also really good. Shout out to the staff, who were both helpful and extremely friendly. The Ross is perched near the center of town, the train station, and the national park, which made everything I wanted to do an easy walk. Highly recommended.

As always a great visit to The Ross. This is our preferred place to stay when in Killarney. Location is prime and the staff are always great. Hotel is clean and consistent. There are many great places to stay in Killarney but we really enjoy it here!

Loved everything about The Ross. Staff (from entry to exit and in between) were wonderful, friendly, approachable. Room was large and comfortable, breakfast was filling! Location is second to none - right near the main restaurant/pub area without being affected by it.

This hotel is bang in the centre of town and is a hidden gem. The room was big and beds comfortable. It’s a quiet hotel despite the location. Breakfast is served to the table and the staff are friendly. We borrowed bicycles from the sister hotel The Park hotel.

Delightful boutique hotel with modern and stylish decor. Great central location. Check in was friendly and efficient. No parking on site, but partner hotel one block away has plenty for free. Our room was immaculately clean and kept that way throughout our stay. Breakfast was wonderful - full table service with plenty of choice.

My wife and I loved The Ross! The room, including the bathroom, was large and clean. The bed was the most comfortable of any we've ever slept in. The breakfast was amazing and the staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. We highly recommend The Ross and will stay there again in a heartbeat if we make it back to Killarney.

Comfy bed. Nice rooms. Loved the atmosphere with the Polly Lounge. Great breakfast - try the Turkish eggs. Great location. I would absolutely stay here again and wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel itself was spotless, and the rooms were cleaned and refreshed daily to a very high standard, which made our stay even more comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you can really tell the team takes pride in delivering great service. It made our time in Killarney even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very clean, big rooms with all amenities, excellent breakfast cooked to order, easy to reach, it's only a 5 min walk from the train station. As it's right in the centre of the town, when we arrived we were afraid that it may be noisy overnight- it's not! Excellent windows, we didn't hear a thing from the outside. The Ross is now my 1st choice hotel in Killarney.

Food was very average, cold. Waiting for a long time, over priced, since I have been there before it has really declined.

We stayed at the Ross hotel last weekend. We would highly recommend it. From start to finish, the curtesy and kindness shown to us. Help with our luggage as we are elderly. Nothing was a bother. The lady who served breakfast was exceptional. The food was delicious. We don't write recommendations usually but I had to tell of our experience. We will definitely be back soon.

Location, atmosphere, cleanliness, breakfast everything was perfect. This hotel has very unique interior style, the way how bar, reception, restaurant and other areas are leyed out is really cool. Best hotel we ever stayed in country!

I booked this hotel 2 weeks ago as part of a hen party of 26. The staff were so helpful and accommodating when booking! Thanks Fiona! The hotel is a 6 minute walk from the train station, a 2 minute walk from Reidy’s, Hilliard’s etc. wherever you may want to go. It’s a small boutique hotel. Our room (double double) was gorgeous! Large bathroom and loads of space for four to share (voya products). We booked the ‘girls night out package’ with karaoke for the second night. There is a pianist playing during dinner! We thought it was great value, as well as great cocktails. 10/10 would recommend this hotel.
