BADIA NUOVA Apart Hotel

My room was lovely - with two balconies overlooking the street. The bed was very comfortable and the room facilities were excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The two staff members working the breakfast service were very busy - not their fault at all but perhaps another pair of hands was needed at busy times.

Très bon emplacement permettant la visite de Trapani et l’accès aisé à l’embarcadère pour les îles Egades. Excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et qualitatif.

L’isolation phonique des chambres ne protège pas suffisamment des bruits nocturnes des rues piétonnes avoisinantes.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetne śniadanie w miłej atmosferze i otoczeniu, bardzo przyjemne lobby hotelowe z ekspresem do kawy.

Obiekt oferuje wypożyczenie rowerów, dla mnie to był duży atut, niestety stan techniczny rowerów był fatalny. Wypożyczyliśmy je rano, jeden miał tak scentrowane koło, że tarło o błotnik, a w końcu koło całkiem przestało działać. Bardzo słabe hamulce we wszystkich rowerach, było to niebezpieczne. Po bardzo nieprzyjemnym powrocie z trasy rower trafi do serwisu, gdzie miał zostać naprawiony i mogliśmy skorzystać z rowerów po południu. Naprawa się nie udała i rower po przejechaniu 100 metrów znów nie działał (ten sam problem z kołem). Dopiero wtedy obsługa hotelu wypożyczyła mi zupełnie nowy, sprawny rower, który był schowany w magazynku. Sprzątanie pokoi - dość prowizoryczne, ręczniki nie były wymieniane (3 noce), a papier toaletowy został uzupełniony na naszą prośbę.

Superfräscht och mycket prisvärt hotell. Personalen är serviceminded och kunniga. Ida i receptionen tog mycket väl hand om oss på alla sätt. Läget mitt i staden är perfekt och gångavstånd till allt. Frukosten är generös och håller hög kvalitet. Trevlig roof-top-bar!

Człowiek odbierający auto i zaprowadzający je na parking uszkodził lampę i zderzak i nie chciał się do tego przyznać. Uważajcie na ich parking.

La habitación su amplitud y la ubicación del hotel . La comodidad del parking .

Nuestra habitación daba a la calle y por eso era ruidosa y también habia cierto olor al entrar . Por lo demas muy bien .

Seht bemühte Mitarbeiter:innen. Verständigung auf englisch war super. Sehr sauber, jeden Tag geputzt. Falls gewünscht auch jeden Tag neue Handtücher. Parkservice war top, hat immer ohne Probleme funktioniert und Pasquale war unfassbar freundlich!! 15 € pro Tag war gerechtfertigt..Parkplatz wo das Auto abgeholt worden ist nur 3min Gehweg vom Hotel entfernt Ausstattung: Weingläser, normale Gläser, Korkenzieher, Besteck, geräumiger Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Fernseher mit Netflix, Disney+ und Prime war auch vorhanden. Gratis WLAN alles wirklich top! Super viele Restaurants in der Nähe. 7min zum Hafen - sehr zentral das Hotel Klima funktionierte super, das Zimmer war schnell abgekühlt.

Frühstück war ok, für jeden was dabei...ausbaufähig. Balkon war sehr klein und eng, keine Aufhängmöglichkeiten für Badesachen. Aufhängmöglichkeit nur im 4. Stock. Es war sehr laut, Straßenlärm und man hörte auch oftmals die Nachbarn im Zimmer daneben. Es gab einen Lift der aber super klein war, 2 Menschen mit Koffer hatten grade so Platz.

Stayed in a 2 bed suite with balcony. Location very good. Close to city beach amd all restaurants. Beds ok. Apartment clean. Good shower. The hotel itself is very quiet but unfortunately there were two restaurants close by and were very noisy up until about 1am . I would suggest asking for a quiet room. I did not have breakfast, numerous cafes nearby. Staff polite. I would recommend this aparthotel for a few nights.

The balcony is off one of the bedrooms and is very narrow not very usable. Only one easy chair in the dining area (along with a table and 4 chairs) so nowhere to sit for relaxing except for one person. Noisy from outside on the street.

La posizione ..non si arriva in auto e il personale non mi ha avvisato che il loro valet service era fino alle 22 pur avendo telefonato entro quell'ora . Con i bagagli e la difficoltà del parcheggio non è stato facile va specificata questa cosa nella descrizione dell'hotel che invece indica la possibilità di parcheggio e basta Alla mia suite non arrivava l'ascensore. Il personale dovrebbe farlo presente le persone possono avere problemi.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the service was outstanding. I really value great hospitality and I genuinely couldn't fault the team - they went above and beyond to make every moment special and comfortable. Even when we came back on our last day, the welcomed us in with open arms. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in away from home. The property perfectly blends traditional charm with all the comforts and conveniences of modern living. This was an incredibly special trip and Badia Nuova played a huge part in making it so memorable.

We did have some ants in the bathroom but it wasn’t an issue - it’s not something that can be helped at all. And the bin men early in the morning, very loud - but again, it cannot be helped 🙏🏽

Excelente elección este appart hotel. Nos encantó todo. El apartamento era super amplio, cómodo, bien decorado y muy bien equipado. Las camas y almohadas de primera. El servicio del personal excelente, muy profesional, atento y cálido. La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos pasos de todo lo que hay que ver y disfrutar. El desayuno se lleva también un premio por la variedad y la calidad de los productos y servicios.

We’ve stayed here a few times in the recent years. We love the location near the beach and town centre. The apartment is spacious and clean. All the staff are kind, professional and efficient. We look forward to staying here again.

Gostamos do pequeno almoço. Variedade, cuidado. Atenção ao Cliente. As quantidades disponíveis eram razoáveis. Numa hora mais tardia tipo 9h , já quase não havia ovos mexidos e bacon, assim como algumas outras coisas como bolinhos, croissants, nunca vim um canolo. espaço com perfeita localização, serviços disponíveis. o serviço de pedido de transfer impecável. voltaríamos a ficar neste mesmo espaço.

os custos das garrafas de agua no quarto ficou um pouco confuso, percebemos que era uma por pessoa, eram 3 pessoas e 4 noites. mas nada de grave.

A localização é excelente, o atendimento excepcional. Ressalto a Mônica, que nos assessorou com muita eficiência e gentileza. As instalações muito boas. Quarto e banheiro amplos, muito confortáveis e limpos. Café da manhã com itens variados.

No café da manhã poderiam oferecer sucos naturais. Outro ponto pagamentos mais caro porque o apartamento tinha balcão. Mas era tão pequenininho, cabia somente uma mesinha muito pequena e 2 cadeiras. Nem usamos o espaço. Acho que não justifica pagar mais por aquele espaço.

Great location. Central to everything in Trapani. Very nice, spacious rooms. Attentive staff. They have a parking attendant who you meet only 2 minutes away from the hotel who takes your car and parks it for you. Loved this about the hotel as the driving and parking can be quite stressful when having a car rental. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location in the centre of the old town. The hotel oozed calmness, serenity and class. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated it was so quiet. We also had the bonus of a private terrace which was stunning. Staff were so kind and helpful.

Have stayed here before and think it gets progressively worse / poorer value for money. Staff aren’t overly pleasant or helpful, theres no acknowledgement you’ve stayed before, the rooms are getting more dated. Overall, wouldn’t stay again.

Logement exceptionnel et personnel aux petits soins ! Le petit déjeuner est réellement exceptionnel et très varié, du salé au sucré ! L’Emplacement est au cœur de l’hypercentre de Trapani, idéal pour l’accès aux restaurants et au port notamment, départ pour les îles Egadi à deux pas. Pour les coureurs, piste cyclable le long de la mer pour un 10 km ar 😇.

The location is excellent with shops, bars and restaurants all on the doorstep. Rooftop bar was lovely addition. The reception staff were excellent and gave us some great recommendations for our trip. Breakfast was buffet style and had a good selection of hot and cold options staff in the restaurant were great as well.

Probably a bit pricier than we usually budget for but we felt this hotel was worth it. We had a small terrace with the room which was great but we didn’t really utilise and some more comfortable chairs or loungers would be a nice addition.

Beautiful property. Lovely rooftop bar where we could have pre-drinks. Staff were very helpful booking taxis when needed. Breakfast very good and the lady who served us every morning was amazing. A credit to your hotel. Everything was good.

There was nothing negative about the property. I loved every minute of the stay.

Pobyt w Badia Nuova Apart Hotel oceniamy bardzo wysoko i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tutaj ponownie. Największym atutem hotelu jest fantastyczna obsługa – wszyscy pracownicy byli niezwykle mili, profesjonalni i zawsze chętni do pomocy. Na duży plus zasługuje również codzienne sprzątanie pokoju, które było wykonywane bardzo dokładnie. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne, z dużym wyborem produktów, a obsługa podczas śniadań zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie za życzliwość i świetną organizację. Hotel ma doskonałą lokalizację w samym centrum Trapani, dzięki czemu wszędzie można dojść pieszo. Świetnym pomysłem jest także możliwość bezpłatnego wypożyczenia rowerów. W Trapani praktycznie nie funkcjonuje komunikacja miejska, więc rowery są doskonałym sposobem na zwiedzanie miasta i okolicy.

Jedynym minusem naszego pobytu był hałas wieczorami i w nocy. Okna naszego pokoju wychodziły na wąską uliczkę z barem, przez co było dość głośno. Jeśli ktoś ma lekki sen, warto poprosić o pokój od spokojniejszej strony.

Maar als je er niet van houd om s'morgens wakker te worden van een vuilniswagen die glas op komt halen dan heb je een probleem.😂 Ik heb genoten van de geluiden van hoe alles voor de dag weer in gereedheid wordt gebracht. De cappuccino geluiden die worden gemaakt bij het ontbijt. De mensen die je hoort praten in de straatjes.

Gorgeous hotel, spacious and comfortable apartment and helpful staff. Great location right in the heart of town. Complimentary drink on the roof terrace on arrival was a nice touch. Very reasonable price.

Very small complaint, but the shower was strangely small and cramped, considering the size of the apartment!

Hotel was close to the beach and also to the port. Breakfast was tasty, room was clean and comunication via WhatsApp made everything easy. Staff was smiley and ready to help. We would come back for sure. Also bed was really comfortable.

Posizione ottima per chi vuole visitare Trapani a piedi, inoltre nonostante l’hotel si trovi all’interno dell’area pedonale lo staff ci ha consigliato un parcheggio a pagamento con ritiro della macchina a pochi metri dall’hotel. La pulizia dell’hotel è la cosa che più mi ha colpito è la gentilezza di tutto lo staff.

De locatie was perfect om de stad te verkennen. Bereikbaarheid met de auto is wat moeilijker, maar parking met shuttledienst is een fijne oplossing. Het ontbijt was lekker en verzorgd. Ons appartement was ruim met een fijn terras, alles was heel proper.

Er was 's nachts telkens straatlawaai dat ondanks gesloten ramen toch onze slaap erg verstoorde.

Breakfast needed to be refilled more, most days there was not enough hot food.

Excellent location, close to everything. Also very close to the ferry station, for any day trips. And we had a very quiet room, was was wonderful. All the staff were extremely helpful.

Sehr neues, sehr komfortables Zimmer. Zu beanstanden war lediglich, dass man das Fenster nicht offen lassen konnte, nachts wegen der befahrenen Straße. Außerdem war das Zimmer relativ hellhörig.

Sehr schöne und moderne neue Zimmer mit großem und modernen Bad. Alles Fußläufig in der Altstadt. Der Meerblick ist zwar da, aber Erdgeschoss und parkende Autos davor. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Wir waren quasi die Außenschläfer, zum eigentlichen Hotel und zum Frühstücken nur wenige Schritte. Frühstück sehr gut. Auch die Möglichkeit, draußen zu frühstücken, fanden wir gut.

Accoglienza ottima dalle ragazze alla reception, in grado di fornire informazioni utili e precise per tutto il soggiorno! Ci hanno offerto anche un drink di benvenuto nella meravigliosa terrazza nel loro rooftop! La nostra camera aveva vista diretta sul mare a 10 metri dalla finestra! Camera molto pulita e insonorizzata dall'esterno, letto molto comodo. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse e ristoranti del centro storico.. Abbiamo usufruito anche del loro parcheggio: la nostra auto è stata ritirata e riconsegnata senza alcun problema e addirittura, per nostra comodità, in un luogo diverso da quello concordato! Colazione che accontenta ogni esigenza.

The accommodation was very nice, clean, and in an excellent location in the city center, yet there was no noise from the street, which was great. Everything was nearby, and I received very clear and easy-to-understand instructions for the accommodation — it is very well organized. The room was very nicely and modernly furnished. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty; it was not overcrowded, but there was everything you needed. I would definitely recommend it because I could not have chosen a better location.

Excelente ubicación. Hay mucho movimiento en la noche y a pesar de ello no se percibe ruido en la habitación. Las instalaciones en muy buenas condiciones, definitivamente lo recomiendo.

El desayuno, me pareció algo limitado.
