Struttura molto bella,molto pulita e c’è una bella terrazza con un fantastico idromassaggio e sdraio comode per rilassarsi e in più una bella palestra con sauna,stanza con letto molto comodo e con tutti i comfort molto pulita.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and in a great location. What really stood out was the Simona’s kindness and excellent communication. She was extremely helpful, responsive and always made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Struttura molto accogliente e ben disposta nel centro di Trapani. La host molto gentile e disponibile nel fornire informazioni su ristoranti, visite e attrazioni. Terrazza gradevole, ottimo post per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata. Ottimi anche i servizi di palestra e di lavatrici per pulizia indumenti. L’unica pecca è che non fornivano (almeno a noi) le minisize sapone e bagnoschiuma.

Everything was great! Especially the service on reception.

We would expect the washing machine to go longer for the price of 2 euros, not just for 20 minutes.

The property was very modern and clean. It had a comfortable bed and the room in general was very comfortable. The location was also a plus as it was close to everything. The check in process was quick and smooth.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location — I could do almost everything on foot. Having air conditioning working and an elevator was definitely a plus. The sunny rooftop was another lovely bonus and a great place to relax. One of the highlights was Simona’s kindness and support. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything and always being available when we needed assistance.

The only downside was the laundry room — getting the washing machine to work cost me a few coins and a bit of patience! 😅

The apartment is super clean and new, it is located in the heart of Trapani. We arrived early and they let us leave our bags. Our host Simona, is very kind and nice. she is quick to answer to all of our questions and is ready to help 24/7.

Sehr gute Lage, mit vielen Möglichkeiten in gehdistanz. Simona war sehr hilfreich mit ihren Tipps zum parken und zum Essen gehen. Leckeres Frühstück gab es gleich um die Ecke bei einer kleinen Bar.

Wspaniałe miejsce w którym od pierwszej chwili można poczuć się wyjątkowo. Apartament położony na Starym Mieście, blisko do portu, przystanku na lotnisko i plażę San Vito Ło Capo. W pobliżu kawiarnie, restauracje, sklepy spożywcze, piekarnie Apartament bardzo ładnie urządzony, czysty, taras na dachu z jacuzzi. Pobyt był bardzo udany, a atmosfera niezwykle ciepła i rodzinna. Szczególne podziękowania dla Simony z recepcji. Była przesympatyczna, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Dzięki Niej czuliśmy się jak na wakacjach u rodziny. Z całego serca polecamy to miejsce i mamy nadzieję że jeszcze kiedyś będziemy mogli wrócić .

Location, Simone very helpful even though she was sick and had to check us in remotely. Apartment was modern, very clean and comfortable bed. We only stayed one night but with kitchen area was fine for a few days. Roof space a bonus

Me falto mejores almohadas y que la cama fuese doble no dos camas pequeñas juntas ya que a veces se separaban.

Departamento un poco chico pero funcional para lo que buscábamos. Si viajas y lo necesitas mas de base para dormir, bañarte y salir esta perfecto , ademas el complejo tiene otros espacios comunes muy buenos. Recepcionista muy amable.

Propreté irréprochable et idéalement situé dans le centre historique de trapani, tout se fait à pied et il est à 5 minutes à pied des ferry pour Favignana et on peut facilement aller en bus vers la plage de San Giuliano ou prendre le téléphérique vers Erice. Un grand merci à Simona pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils/adresses.

Notre chambre était située en rez de chaussée donc pas de balcon ni de vue et le linge ne séchait pas :( Pas de café et eau gratuite

Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter trapani et prendre le bateau pour les îles favignana !

In a fabulous position close to everything- port, buses, shops , restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets. The room was clean, modern and spacious and had everything we needed. Great to get a washing load done too. Simona was so helpful with information and helped make our stay wonderful. Highly recommend !

La costante preoccupazione e presenza dello staff (specialmente receptionist e signore delle pulizie) nel rendere quanto più confortevole il nostro soggiorno.

Il bagno non aveva il bidet e la doccia era troppo vicino al water (ogni volta che ci si docciava si bagnava tutto). Per il resto camera molto comoda e spaziosa.

In bagno la rubinetteria non funzionava bene. Pulizia solo superficiale, sul battiscopa e negli angoli troppa polvere. Il piccolo frigo con la porta che strisciava a terra. Abbiamo trovato la finestra della camera aperta, quando fuori c’era caldo e anche qualche blatta. In tutti gli appartamenti in cui abbiamo soggiornato la bottiglietta d’acqua è sempre stata omaggiata come piccolo gesto di cortesia da parte del proprietario, qui invece l’abbiamo pagata. Gli asciugamani sono vecchi andrebbero cambiati. La posizione è in pieno centro ed è stato difficile trovare parcheggio e raggiungere a piedi l’appartamento.

Bardzo miły pobyt. Simona jest niezwykle pomocna i życzliwa. Lokalizacja jest świetna, a zameldowanie przebiegło szybko i bez żadnych problemów. Pokój był bardzo ładny, zadbany, a łóżka wygodne. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Ho prenotato una stanza che da descrizione disponeva di un terrazzino e mi hanno rifilato la camera per disabili a piano terra davanti alla reception, nonostante avessi prenotato mesi fa, quindi non all'ultimo minuto. Trovata sporca, con capelli sul cuscino, senza bidet con una doccia oscena che abbiamo dovuto farla con le ciabatte. Traversina di plastica nel materasso ad ogni movimento faceva rumore. Staff inesistente nonostante le mie lamentele non abbiamo avuto modo di parlarne con nessuno. Non so come faccia ad avere un punteggio cosi alto! Delusione totale!

The staff were really nice. We arrived early for check-in, and they let us wait in the reception area until our room was ready, as it was very hot outside. They made sure to clean our room as soon as the other guests checked out. Simona was also kind enough to give us great recommendations for sites to visit and restaurants to eat at.

La camera si trova al piano terra accanto alla reception. Poca privacy e rumori dalla strada e dall’ingresso. Inoltre la pulizia dopo 3 notti, soprattutto in estate, rende la camera poco accogliente.

Podobało mi się położenie obiektu, wszędzie było blisko, do centrum, do plaż, do przystanków autobusowych, personel bardzo miły i dba o czystość obiektu, cicha i spokojna okolica, bardzo blisko obiektu jest wspaniała kawiarnia, pyszna kawa i rogaliki, Simona bardzo miła i pomocna, polecam😊

Tutto perfetto: struttura accogliente, pulita e ben tenuta. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottimale, per cui nient’altro da aggiungere. Consigliata!

The property was very comfortable and conveniently located close to both the beach and the city centre. It offers free luggage storage, as well as the possibility to use the bathroom with a shower and the terrace before checking into your room or after check-out if you still have a few hours to spend in Trapani. The communication with the staff was very pleasant and quick — they were always available to answer any questions and provide helpful information.

Posizione ottimale comoda sia per il centro storico che per il porto. Gentilezza e professionalità dello staff. Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito, arredato con gusto con tutto il necessario.ottimo il servizio di lavanderia, terrazza panoramica con Jacuzzi palestra un plus di livello. The only positive aspect of this property was that it is in the city center and you can easily access surrounding shops, restaurants and the sea.

Our stay was very disappointing due to several unresolved issues. The toilet continuously ran, causing the bathroom floor to flood. The bathroom door would not close because the frame was broken. We had to use a chair to keep it as closed as possible, but it never fully shut, leaving us with no privacy whenever we needed to use the bathroom. We reported these issues to the host and asked to be moved to another room, but were told that no other rooms were available. Because these problems significantly affected our stay, we requested a partial refund or some form of compensation. The request was refused. The host claimed that the bathroom door was not an essential issue because the door was still there, even though it clearly did not function properly and could not be fully closed. This response was unacceptable and showed no willingness to resolve the situation. We were never met by anyone for either check-in or check-out. Communication throughout our stay was poor, with excuses instead of solutions whenever we raised concerns. Customer service was essentially nonexistent. Additionally, the laundry machine washed our clothes but did not dry them as expected, which was another inconvenience. Overall, the property was poorly maintained, communication was lacking, and the customer service did not meet even basic expectations. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

humble appartments with great services offered. it was very helpful to have minibar available with cold drinks and friendly prices. roof top is great with equiped gym, economic washing machine and reachable grocery.

The suite (deluxe apartment) was absolutely beautiful, really well equipped & spotless. Really spacious and air con fantastic. The roof terrace is such a wonderful bonus and I made use of all facilities which were amazing. The location is fantastic, really central but also quiet. Simone is a wonderful host and really knowledgeable, she helped us book excursions and transfers as well as giving us all information about local buses etc. The apartments also have sun umbrellas to take to the beach which was a fantastic addition for a fair haired family with a young child, we really appreciated this.

Just the TV didn’t work which normally we wouldn’t even bother with but England were playing in the World Cup so we would have really liked to have watched that. Didn’t take away from our amazing stay though.

Ci siamo trovate molto bene, era tutto pulito e Simona è stata davvero gentilissima, ci ha fatto sentire a casa ed è stata molto disponibile nell'illustrarci la città, le attività che avremmo potuto fare, i ristoranti migliori in cui cenare. La camera era molto spaziosa. La chicca è la terrazza al terzo piano con la Jacuzzi, quasi sempre libera. Si respira pace e tranquillità. La posizione perfetta per girare a piedi la città. Consigliatissimo.

La gentilezza del personale, la cordialità nel lasciarci usufruire dei servizi aggiuntivi anche dopo il check out, deposito bagagli, la posizione… tutto quindi

La posizione è comoda per girare il centro a piedi. Essendo in ztl bisogna lasciare la macchina nei parcheggi a pagamento vicini (300mt), ce ne sono alcuni gratuiti ma più distanti (comodi solo se devi prendere la nave). Fatevi consigliare da simona, saprà indirizzarvi anche dove andare a mangiare! L appartamento è comodo e moderno.

La lavatrice è in comune e a pagamento, cosa che dal sito non è specificato. l'ho trovata sempre libera perciò alla fine non ha creato nessun problema.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Trapani, die Lage ist super und der Gym mit dem Whirlpool oben waren eine schöne Abwechslung, wenn die Erwachsenen entspannen wollten und die Kinder spielen.

Everything was great - location, the roof top, the property reaching out and giving us proper instructions on how to get there, where to park, where to eat. It was amazing to check in and find water, wine and beer in the fridge. It was for a fee of course, but it was very convenient as the stores open around 5pm.

The only thing we would suggest is to have some essentials like sugar, tea, coffee and salt there in the kitchen.

Für ein Appartment ist die Größe des Zimmers zu klein. Es gibt nur die Möglichleit zur Nutzung der öffentlichen Parkplätze.

Emplacement idéal dans le quartier historique, au calme. Grand studio avec une kitchenette équipée, literie très confortable, balcon filant. Le toit terrasse est super avec le jacuzzi, sauna et salle fitness et l'espace buanderie avec lave linge et sèche linge est appréciable. Simona à la réception a été de très bon conseil pour nos visites. Nous avons pu anticiper l'arrivée et laisser nos bagages en conciergerie le dernier jour. Ideal pour un couple.

Apartment was clean and perfect for for our stay. Location was very central to lots of restaurants , mini bar was unexpected but a lovely touch. Simone was so helpful via WhatsApp’s before arrival , she had sent lots of information on restaurants etc and answered numerus queries and was even better when we arrived with sharing her knowledge of the area and helping with any queries we had.

We had such a fantastic trip to Trapani! The old town is absolutely stunning, surrounded by crystal-clear sea water. Simona was brilliant – she reached out to us before our arrival and made everything so easy. She also gave us some great tips on places to see and visit. The apartment was spotless and in a lovely, quiet area just a five-minute walk from the centre of the old town. Upstairs, there's a small gym, along with a jacuzzi and sauna, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here, and a big shout-out to Simona for really looking after us and making our stay special!

The property was well located and easy to find. There are no bells and wistles, it's a basic room but the bed was massive, extremely comfortable, the pillows were perfect, the water in the shower had lots of preasure, the room was super super clean and Simona was amazing. We would without hestitaion, stay there again. It was just what we needed.

We loved our stay in Trapani In. The apartment was great and the location was perfect for exploring the city, Erice and the Egadi Islands. Simona was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for helping make our holiday so special. We hope to come back one day!

Top Lage, sehr zentral und modern ausgestattet. Mit Whirlpool, Fitnessraum und Sauna – definitiv besser als so manches Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt!

Die Küchennische ist eher für kleine Mahlzeiten oder zum Aufwärmen von Speisen geeignet und weniger zum Kochen. Für Leute die mit dem Auto anreisen ist die Parksituation nicht optimal, da man auf einen etwas weiter entfernten, kostenpflichtigen öffentlichen Parkplatz ausweichen muss.

Simona was a great host full of information to make our stay a great time, our second visit in 2 months, because we loved Trapani so much. I apologise as I can't remember the name of the cleaner, she remembered us from our previous visit and I got the biggest hugs when she came out of the lift, we loved seeing her and translated quickly telling her how great it was to see her. So all in all would I stay here again .... Absolutely

Beautiful room and perfect stay! Simona was so helpful gave us all the tips about the city, dining, and it was so easy to enter the property with her detailed instructions to get to our room! We even could check in earlier!

Very nice clean unit. Has a top deck that has washer/dryer, and seating available for sunbathing or star gazing.

I prefer units where i can get fresh outside air. The main door went to a landing on the floor, the inside door opens to a sealed sunlight shaft. No fresh air. I didn't stay long as I had a rental car i wanted to use daily. It was 12 minute walk to/from the parking area that also could cost up to 25Eu / day. My rental car had proximity sensors that went off continually when i was driving there. It was just too much for me. I moved to a place that had lots of free street parking.

Fino ad oggi, il soggiorno più coinvolto che abbiamo fatto. Simona ci ha fatto sentire a casa, aiutato e suggerito tantissimo di cosa fare e vedere nella zona. Un elogio alla disponibilità e simpatia! Possiamo dire di avere una nuova amica in Sicilia. Catia, addetta alle pulizie, super professionale e disponibile; anche lei ci ha aiutato tantissimo durante la visita. La stanza aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno tranquillo, letto comodo. Posizione strategica in quanto centrale e a pochi minuti dalle vie del centro ed entrambi i versanti del mare. Hanno ottime convenzioni sia per le mini crociere nelle isole, che il noleggio auto. Di cui abbiamo usufruito. Molto bello anche il tetto dove ci si può rilassare. Se dovessimo tornare da quel lato dell'isola non avremmo dubbi, di scegliere come base questa struttura.

La chambre donne sur une toute petite rue, on peut vite se sentir oppressé. Et il y a un énorme vis à vis. C'est également bruyant la nuit. J'ai fait cinq logements différents durant mon séjour en Sicile et c'est le seul logement qui ne met pas gratuitement une bouteille d'eau à disposition... Tout est payant dans le frigo, dommage.

Property may not look like much on the outside but it is a feature packed very well kept hotel with an excellent rooftop area with sunbeds, jacuzzi and a gym. Our host Simona was fabulous and made our stay very special

The location isn’t right in the old town so you will need to walk a little to get to the nice areas, on the last day on our street there was a bad smell which can affect the hotel if you leave the window open. Parking is also a little expensive

La struttura e la stanza sono molto belle e pulite. Sopra è presente una terrazza con jacuzzi, una palestra con sauna e una lavanderia. La location è molto comoda. La stanza presentava un bel bagno e la presenza di condizionatore. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile a darci indicazioni e suggerimenti. Complessivamente davvero un bel posto ad un prezzo molto conveniente anche per la media dei prezzi a Trapani

Quando siamo arrivati c’era molta umidità in stanza. Poi con l’utilizzo del condizionatore la situazione si è assestata.
