Que nuestra habitacion no tenia ventana, bueno, si tenia pero era interior y no entraba absolutamente nada de luz, siempre era de noche en nuestro cuarto, y esto no me gustó nada. El desayuno era normalito, pero veo q es un habitual en Sicilia

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026We fell in love with Trapani because of this lovely hotel. Close to the city center and port, for walks in sunset and during the day. The location is also on Corso Italia, which has a supermarket and pharmacy a few meters away from the hotel. I recommend taking the breakfast since it had a good verity of options, and delicious cannolis and pastries for dessert. As well as wonderful coffee. The staff is wonderful and helpful, helping us book a taxi from the bus station within 10 minutes from our arrival to Trapani, and we got upgraded, which was an incredible start for our trip. The staff were also being very kind and helpful during breakfast, recommendations for restaurants and ferries to Favignana and anything else we needed. The rooms are all private, quiet and incredibly well-equipped with a mini-bar, a/c, safe and a comfortable spacious bath. We truly appreciated everything in this hotel, the design, rooftop breakfast and the silence that allowed us to recharge and enjoy our trip so much. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend booking it! Thank you!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Sicuramente la disponibilità dei ragazzi alla reception sopratutto il ragazzo con gli occhiali e i capelli neri corti che ci ha dato tanti consigli preziosi sul nostro soggiorno a Trapani oltre alla posizione che permetteva di raggiungere il centro e l’imbarco dei traghetti in pochissimi minuti a piedi.
La nostra stanza, al secondo piano, si trovava sotto la terrazza dove si teneva la colazione la mattina quindi era impossibile dormire oltre le 8 del mattino perché puntualmente venivamo svegliati dai tavoli e dalle sedie trascinati a terra. Il letto, che doveva essere matrimoniale, in realtà erano due letti singoli attaccati e infine la camera era troppo poco illuminata!

Loved the room it was very immaculate and elegant nice balcony and wonderful! I like the lobby to sit there and read a book and enjoy it too. Upstairs was nice as well to sit in the sun or eat breakfast so pleasant.
Wish it had some free water or some type of water machine to refill bottles.

W pokoju ładnie pachniało i klimatyzacja działała rewelacyjnie co w tym miejscu było bardzo przyjemne. Śniadanie było dobre ale czasami mogło być bardziej urozmaicone.
Za butelkę wody w pokoju należy płacić 2€; co w innych miejscach jest za darmo.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026The hotel itself was in a perfect location, with easy access to everything I was looking for, from the pier to some amazing restaurants. The room was in excellent condition, with a very comfortable bed.
For me, the breakfast was rather poor; I was expecting better given the hotel’s star rating. There was no fresh sliced fruit, and there wasn’t much variety. It simply fell well short of expectations. It would also have been nice to have a bar or a lounge area where guests could relax without having to leave the hotel.

Avevamo prenotato una camera standard, ma quando siamo arrivati, la direzione ci ha fatto soggiornare in una superior (avendola libera) senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. Una scelta da noi molto apprezzata. La camera era molto bella, veramente spaziosa, pure il bagno ben curato e pulito. La colazione è servita su un terrazzo al terzo piano. Le pietanze tutto sommato erano di buona qualità, ma poca varietà (abbiamo presupposto che essendoci pochi ospiti questo fosse il motivo) Consiglio vivamente.

The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room without us asking, which was a lovely surprise. The room was quiet, spacious, comfortable, and had a nice AC. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage for an extended period after check-out. Even small details were taken care of - when we forgot our toothbrushes, replacements were provided immediately.

Todo o ambiente do hotel era agradável. Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Bons acessos a transportes para as imperdíveis ilhas Egadi e para a deslumbrante Erice.
O pequeno almoço poderia ter mais variedade de produtos locais.

La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente, a due passi dal centro storico di Trapani, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile. La camera era spaziosa, elegante e molto confortevole. Inoltre ho avuto la gradita sorpresa di ricevere un upgrade gratuito a una categoria superiore, un gesto molto apprezzato che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Ciò che ho apprezzato maggiormente è stato però il livello di assistenza e organizzazione offerto dallo staff. Il personale della reception si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile nell’aiutarmi a organizzare escursioni e a prenotare ristoranti, fornendo consigli preziosi e un supporto costante durante tutta la permanenza. È proprio questo tipo di attenzione verso l’ospite che, a mio avviso, distingue un vero hotel da una semplice sistemazione in appartamento. Professionalità, cortesia e attenzione ai dettagli hanno reso la mia esperienza eccellente. Consigliatissimo a chi desidera visitare Trapani con la tranquillità di poter contare su uno staff competente e sempre disponibile.

The hotel staff, in particular the reception staff, were extremely helpful on planning trips and information on the area and the island and were very friendly and spoke very good English.
