Η τουαλέτα ήταν βρόμικη οταν μπήκαμε και η εργασίες που κάνανε ήταν ενοχλητικές και θορυβώδες και δεν μας εξυπηρετήσε κανένας ούτε μας ενημερώσανε και τις πετσέτες που ζητήσαμε δεν μας τής άλλαξαν αμεσως

Me gusto la habitación, el buen trato de todo su personal, muy amables todos y listos para apoyarnos en lo que se nos ofreciera. El hotel tiene áreas en remodelación, pero no le quita el buen funcionamiento.

La calle de acceso se ve es un tanto insalubre en la tarde-noche por la basura que acumulan en bolsas, para que las recoja el personal del municipio.

Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, die Zimmer waren immer Top, es fehlte an nichts. Das Frühstück war perfekt und die Bedienung immer sehr freundlich, einfach klasse

Leider war unser Zimmer etwas klein und dadurch alles sehr Eng, hatte es immer so nicht vorgestellt

Moderne Einrichtung. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.

I have stayed in this hotel with my family 6th till 12th August. on arrival to the hotel, they will ask you to pay city tax and also they will tell you they want to hold 100 euros as deposit and that they will release it on check out. On check out they told me they will release the deposit later the same day and i should not worry about it. Although, we did not use anything from the mini bar and are no other charges. they still charged me £32.87 and have not released the whole amount. I spoke to them on the phone and emailed them several times through Booking.com portal. Initially they said the amount was for city tax, and when I challenged them that i have paid city tax fully and separately he email back that they will give the money back. Still till this time and moment NO REFUND. Be careful of these dirty tricks.

The location in Rome near Roma Termini was perfect... And walking distance to most of our destinations with the metro one block away for the the Vatican. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room was very comfortable... On the small side. I wish I had more control of the AC as we like a cool room

Proche gare, chambres rénovées, propreté, personnel sympa. et dispo. Bonne literie, chambre calme, minibar. Petit déjeuné bien, sucré salé.

Salle de bain, manque un petit meuble pour pose des objets perso. Un support de douche en hauteur serait le bienvenu, ( mains libres ) plus des crochets pour les linges utilisés. Petit déjeuner, jus d'orange et jus de pomme pas bons ( goût de pharmacie )

Vicinissima alla Stazione Termini, ho fatto il check-in online last minute di notte e non ho avuto alcun problema. Camera nuova, fornita di tutto, bagno molto bello.

Excelente hotel. Con las reformas realizadas digno de ser un 4 estrellas. Desayuno super variado y amplio. Sobre todo destacamos la atención de su personal. De Diego y los dos chicos del sector desayuno. La habitación triple muy amplia y cómoda. Los recomendamos absolutamente. El personal habla inglés y español y tiene servicio de guardado de equipaje. Dante les manda saludos!

Si bien elegimos nosotros la zona por su cercanía a Termini, el barrio no es de lo mejor (a la noche claramente).

Friendliness of staff, good communcation. Cleanliness of property, Location was great, close to Roma Terminal, metro and old city of Rome. Many food outlets close by. Keycard access. Quiet area. Large double bed, fully newly renovated room.

Air condition was managed by reception only. Took 3 attempts to get the setting correct. Night reception had poor English.

La ubicación es excelente. Esta al lado de Termini. Las habitaciones están insonorizadas, no se oye nada y se duerme muy bien. Muy limpio y reformado recientemente. El desayuno bueno y variado.

El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Solicitamos este servicio y nos recogió una furgoneta pirata, no demasiado comoda y sin ninguna identificación, que tuvimos que pagar en efectivo porque no tenía para cobrar con tarjeta.

Pedimos en el hotel que nos solicitaran un taxi para ir al aeropuerto y nos recogió una furgoneta pirata, no demasiado comoda y sin ninguna identificación,.conducida por un señor mayor de manera un poco brusca y que tuvimos que pagar en efectivo porque, como suponíamos cuando llegó, no tenía para cobrar con tarjeta. Les pediría que se informaran de con quien trabajan antes de solicitar sus servicios para un cliente

muy bien ubicado para quienes arriban a la estacion Roma Termini. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, ideal para el verano y las altas temperaturas de Roma. Estan refaccionandolo. La habitacion muy amplia, limpia y linda.

Comfortable and well equipped room. Good quality bed and bathroom, seemed to be recently renovated.

'Hot' buffet breakfast items were almost cold, but uncooked cold options were acceptable alternative. Luggage storage room was accessible unaccompanied.

Centrally located hotel renovated to a high standard. Its clear a lot of time and money has been spent on the renovations. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, including a free upgrade on one of them. Reception staff were fantastic and are great representatives for the hotel.

We only stayed one night, would have loved to spend more time here!

Estaba reformado, moderno, muy bien aclimatado (algo crucial en Roma por el calor) y muy buena ubicación cerca de todo y de Termini.

La cama matrimonial era de 135cm no se podía descansar por lo pequeña que era.

Location is close to most of attractions and termini stations, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is good and rooms are newly renovated.

Major renovations going on which i wad aware and quite noisy. Dust from ceiling sanding got on my clothes.

I was looking for a place close to train station, and the distance was optimal, its clean, renovated, room had safe , room was facing interior patio so there weren’t noise from street at all

Tesisi yenilemeleri çok güzel bir düşünceydi. Merkeze yakın ve odalar gayet kullanışlı. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterliydi. Personelleri çok ilgiliydi.

when i took a shower the water overflewed and call the reception to check and for more towels since i used all. After i came back around 1am. Nothing has been changed and the wet towels were just there. Called the reception again, and he had no idea. And until i checked out nothing happened. When i checked out i mentioned to the reception, and he also had no idea about. what a service.

Great staff and room are just refurbished!!!

The only thing the double bed wasn’t double but two single bed together, that was the only thing but wasn’t a big deal.

Die Lage ist super für einen Städtetrip. Da es nicht unser erster Besuch in Rom war, haben wir die üblichen Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht besucht, allerdings sind diese vom San Remo aus gut und schnell zu erreichen. Sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (alle ab Bahnhof Termini - 5min Fußweg vom Hotel - verfügbar!) Des weiteren müssen wir die hervorragende Leistung der Angestellten betonen. Rezeption, Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmerservice - alles top.

Einen klitzekleinen Abstrich würden wir auf Grund der laufenden Renovierungsarbeiten machen. Wenn man sich über den Tag mal ausruhen oder schlafen möchte, könnte dieses als störend empfunden werden. Allerdings muss man dazu erwähnen, dass dabei darauf geachtet wurde, dass die Arbeiten auf Zeiten gelegt wurden, zu denen die meisten Touristen eh unterwegs sind. Von daher ist das eher ein Plus- als ein Minuspunkt.

O hotel é maravilhoso! Tudo é novo, moderno e muito bem cuidado, e tem tudo o que você precisa para uma estadia confortável. Os funcionários são super simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos. A localização também é excelente, próximo ao centro e à estação central, o que facilita muito para conhecer a cidade. Na nossa opinião, este hotel merece com certeza 4 estrelas. Tivemos uma ótima experiência e voltaríamos

Tudo estava perfeito.

Locatie lag centraal. Mooie verbetering aan het hotel. De verbouwing verloopt rustig, geen last van. Mooie schone kamer die elke dag er top uitziet. Vriendelijk personeel.

Ontbijt betreft sap smaakt niet. Wel jammer. Airco maakt veel lawaai, terwijl hij goed koelt. Fruit was jammergenoeg te rijp en over de datum. Appels waren wel lekker. Ontbijt assortiment breed genoeg.

It was newly refurbished and was excellent, clean and in a great location. Still a few bits of work being completed but didn’t effect our stay.

It is under some renovations so expect some building noise in the common areas. We had the breakfast buffet in the nothing exceptional but they wanted to charge it for our todler.

No coffee facilities, aircon is not that cold.

Hotel itself was in a good location. The lobby and the rooms were clean.

We were told our rooms were ready at check in but neither of the rooms were turned over. One room the cleaning staff was finishing and the room we were told was ready hadn’t been touched - overflowing trash, unmade bed, etc. The hotel stairway was under construction and there was debris and ladders we had to avoid to get to our rooms. The A/C wasn’t working in one of our rooms but eventually it came on and worked for the duration.

Perfekt hotel när man som vi bara stannade en natt på genomresa. Nära Roma Termini om man ska åka tåg. Har allt vi behövde, rent, fräscht, bra frukost. Hotellet ligger lite undanskymnt och är lätt att missa men så prisvärt. Vi kan tä ka oss bo här igen

Det stora minuset är att ingenstans framgår att hotellet tar ut en depositionsavgift på 100 €, oavsett hur länge du ska stanna, som man får tillbaka när man checkar ut. Det borde framgå lika tydligt precis som att man informerar om att man ska betala turistskatt

Идеальные кровати, удобные подушки, чистота в номере, отзывчивый и заботливый персонал, удобное расположение у вокзала Термини, ТИШИНА. Мы предупредили отель о том, что у нас ранний вылет и они собрали нам в дорогу ланч-боксы. Также они помогли нам вызвать такси четко к назначенному времени. От вокзала пешком не спеша минут 5-7. Думал будет шумно, но оказалось ровно наоборот - спали отлично. В следующий раз скорее всего остановимся снова в этом отеле.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel left me with a very disappointing impression. First of all, when I made the reservation, the website clearly stated that all taxes and fees were included in the room price. However, upon check-in, I was asked to pay an additional fee of approximately €10 per day, €40 in total, which had not been mentioned during the booking process. I was also not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations. The constant noise, dust, and ongoing disruptions were extremely disturbing and made my stay very uncomfortable. Due to the renovation work, the elevator was almost never working, which was another major inconvenience. As for breakfast, I found the selection to be very poor. Much of the bread and pastries appeared to be from the previous day or even two days earlier. What was particularly uncomfortable, however, was the behavior of the staff serving breakfast. They constantly stood nearby, watching what guests were taking and how much they were eating. It felt as though I was being given something for free rather than eating a meal that I had already paid for as part of my stay. They would also remove my plate immediately after I finished my last bite, even when I was clearly planning to have dessert. In addition, at check-in I was required to pay a €100 deposit, despite the fact that I had not been informed about this requirement when making the reservation. More than a week after checking out, I still had not received the deposit back, which is unacceptable. Another issue was communication. Most of the reception staff did not speak English, with the exception of one employee. This made communication difficult and caused additional inconvenience during my stay. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the value for money. Considering the price I paid, the experience was far from what I expected.

Pokoje odnowione i bardzo ładnie wykończone , czysto , wygodnie i bardzo miła obsługa. Można zostawić torby przed meldunkiem i po jeśli ktoś ma luźniejszy lot a chce jeszcze pozwiedzać .

وصلنا للغرف متاخرا ولم تكن جاهزة تم تبديل الغرف لغرف اخرى لكن ايضا لم تكن نظيفة طلبنا منهم التواصل مع البوكينغ لفحص استرجاع عن الليلة التي لم نستغلها بسبب تاخير في الطيران ولم تكن هناك اي استجابة او اهتمام

Really comfortable beds Super close to the main train station and lots of restaurants around Comfortable and modern room, loved having air conditioning. Enough room for suitcases in the room.

Nothing major - would have liked a bit more storage in the bathroom for toiletries for the 3 of us girls!

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was very clean, despite construction work inside. Good supply of complimentary products in room. Great to have a fridge in the room. Good access to metro at the train station and local buses.

Lift was a little dodgy - sometimes tbe doors opened immediately, other times, it was a long wait. Not great control of air conditioning in room. Slightly concerning that you could fully open windows, with no safeguards in place - and a massive drop to the ground. Just something that families might want a low-floor room.

The room was disappointingly small? The pick up transfer from the airport was very good as was the the transfer to the Cruise port. We did not use the breakfast option. The female receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

For a quaint hotel it offers a very clean and comfortable room. The location is 15-20-min to many popular sightseeing places (Trevi, Spanish Steps, Mary Major Church) and 5min walk to Roma Main Train Station & Carrefour Convenience Store (I recommend buying your stuffs here, it is cheaper compare to other small Stores). The breakfast buffet was also satisfying, enough to keep you going for an adventure packed morning. And to top it all, the service and Staffs were all attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Superb experience for us.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gut und preislich ok. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Hotel liegt günstig.

Im Hotel fanden Umbauarbeiten statt, es war also laut und schmutzig (außerhalb des Zimmers), man trägt den Dreck natürlich ins Zimmer. Wir hatten an 2 Tagen (von 4) kein warmes Wasser. Die Regendusche hat nicht funktioniert (wohl aber das Handstück). An einem Tag gab es keine frischen Handtücher (die gebrauchten hatte man aber entnommen). Die Bettlampe funktioniert nur an einer Seite.

The room was newly reonvated, and so nice. The people were so warm and welcoming. It made our trip feel so special and exciting.

Cependant, nous tenons à vous signaler un point particulièrement décevant. Ce matin, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude. Lorsque nous l'avons indiqué à la réception, nous avons fait face à une indifférence totale de la part du personnel, sans la moindre excuse ni geste de leur part. C'est dommage de finir sur une note aussi négative face à un tel manque de considération.

Quando cheguei no hotel, o surto não estava adequadamente limpo, tinha muito pó e cabelo no chão.. solicitei a limpeza duas vezes, mas somente no terceiro dia que limparam da forma correta! A cama não é nada confortável.. e o café da manhã fica uma menina lá parecendo segurança.. você fica até desconfortável em repetir alguma coisa..
