The building is a tad dated. Lack of cover on the terrace area means it's difficult to utilise it. The A/C turns off after 3 hours.

Estuvimos en una habitación que era súper pequeña. No había lugar para nada. Y el desayuno por el precio podría mejorar, poca variedad y calidad. Recomendaría no pagar le desayuno y comer en algunos de los bares de la zona. También el área de desayuno no tenía aire acondicionado y hacia muchísimo calor. El de la habitación tampoco funcionaba bien. Cosas para mejorar

Özellikle son gün valizlerimizi emanet bırakma konusunda biz talep etmeden kendilerinin teklif etmesi çok ince bir düşünceydi. Çalışanlar inanılmaz kibar ve ilgiliydi. Otelin konumu da harika; Termini İstasyonu'na çok yakın, tam karşısında market ve yeme-içme mekanları bulunuyor. Sundukları hizmet ve güler yüz sayesinde kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğimiz bir otel.
Tek olumsuz yanı odaların biraz küçük olması ve iki tekli yatağın neredeyse bitişik durmasıydı.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy but it’s a little rough around the edges and probably due a refurb. It never spoilt our stay and I’d stay here again. All of the staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable Breakfast was very good catering for many different cultures
No kettle in the room. It wasn’t listed as having one after I’d checked but it’s sort of a thing you’d expect to be included

Номер с террасой имел спецефический запах, возможно с трапа.

Yakınında otobüs ve tren istasyonu var, şehir içi gezi ve hava limanına ulaşımda çok rahat oldu. Odamız teras katındaydı manzaramız güzeldi. Yıl dönümümüz için şampanya süprizleri oldu. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz
Odada terlik yoktu fakat istediğimizde verdiler.

Кстати, автобусные остановки тоже находятся прямо возле вокзала, так что нет проблем с передвижением вообще, от слова совсем!!! Номера были очень чистыми, терасса одного из наших номеров была просто спасением, от душных августовских вечеров!!! Завтрак не был включен, поэтому не могу сказать ничего, но а персонал был максимально любезным. В целом рекомендую!
Мебель и ремонт-старые. Но даже это не помешало нам провести 5 отличных дней.

Camera piccolissima e vecchissima, non raggiungibile con bagagli o x un disabile sul piamo ascensore, zero vista, lavori rumorosi in mattinata, stanza poco illuminata al contrario ottima illuminazione in bagno.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026A good hotel close to 2 metro stations (Termini and Repubblica) and 2 major museums. The neighbourhood is quiet yet offers a lot of restaurants and seems pretty safe nowadays. Staff were exceptionally nice, I was given an early checkin without charge and when I had a problem it was fixed right away. This counts for a lot. Beds are ok. Breakfast is ok. Overall very clean.
Nothing really. Everything as expected in this price range.

Hotel jest zadbany i bardzo czysty, a pokoje były codziennie dokładnie sprzątane. Dużym atutem jest również przyjemna atmosfera oraz świetna lokalizacja blisko dworca, metra i licznych przystanków komunikacji miejskiej. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i chętnie wróce.

Singurul lucru care nu mi-a placut a fost ca se aude extrem de bine cand se face dus,cel putin din camera 141.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, la cama muy confortable y la terraza del hotel muy acogedora. El aire acondicionado muy bueno. Limpieza muy bien. El personal muy amable.
La decoración y la iluminación de la habitación son mejorables. No me gustan las cortinas en la bañera y pondría un espejo de aumento en el baño.

Las instalaciones antiguas . Necesitaría una actualización de las instalaciones. En la habitación donde estuvimos la taza del WC se movía y hacia ruido al sentarse y al levantarse. Las duchas también necesitarán un cambio ,muy estrechas y los accesorios viejos y algunos defectuosos. Necesitaría un mantenimiento profundo.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026La ubicación nada más salir de Termini y se puede ir andando al coliseo o la fontana . La cama y el aire acondicionado era una maravilla y más con esta ola de calor.
El frigorífico no enfriaba y el secador de la habitación no funcionaba nada.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026We were moved to a different "sister hotel" instead. The supplemental hotel was fine, but we choose Imperio for the design and the other hotel was just regular. Also, the supplemental hotel had a higher city tax fee which we were not informed about.
