Laundry services could have been more seamless

The hotel is very close to the city center. The staff is very helpful and happy to help. Breakfast is extremely good

We liked it all

Lage,Personal

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, przemiły personel, czyste i komfortowe pokoje.

Nice room. Big. Comfortable bad. Good location

Reservation via booking. The hotel charged different rate than in confirmation. Poor explanations. They blocked the value of rooms in card and after total payment, days later money are still blocked. For 14 days. Very low qualified staff at reception. All in training. 30 minutes waiting time for check out. 20/30 minutes to check in because of this reason.

Temizligini konumunu ve check in saatini erkene cekip misafirlerini dusunmeleri hostu

Tesis calisanlari cok guleryuzlu degil maalesef ozellikle esimin dogum gunu oldugunu belirtmeme ragmen herhangi bir aranjman hazirlamadilar

Zentrale lage.

De prijs was fors

Very very central . Right in the centre . Great location

Not that clean

The staff were very friendly and helpful, chatty and accommodating with my mother who is in a wheelchair. The bar is lovely in the evening with engaging bar staff. Excellent location within walking distance of the main areas we wanted to see. Very quiet location with just the pleasant sound of the horses walking past. Rooms and general hotel were very clean and in very good order. We would without doubt stay here when we next visit and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

I could not fault the hotel or the staff

Excellent location, room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping were excellent. Breakfast was buffet with both hot and cold options, excellent choice. Also had dinner in the hotel and again the food was excellent.

Could not fault anything.

Great location nice room nice staff

Terrible pillows

Colazione buona stanze confortevoli e abbastanza grandi.

Snídaně byla velmi pestrá, výborný výběr kvalitního jídla a milá obsluha.

Vše bude super.

the location is perfect and the staff is amazing. especially the lady manager. i saw her at 3pm at check in and 12 am with same smile and enthusiastic. Even next day at checkout she was helpful and offered us complimentary water bottles and took care of our luggage.

Location. Close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. Close to underground train station. Nice toiletries. Not used, but the facility of a pillow-menu and sleeping-music is a very nice touch.

Main restaurant is on a summer break.

The location, staff, breakfast, cleanliness.

Some rooms have an unusual layout, with main door and bathroom opening straight onto the bed. We had to upgrade to the next room category to change this.

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and on site restaurant. Highly recommend!

We loved it all!

Aardig personeel. Erg schone kamers. Badkamer met apart toilet.

Its location

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing. The most unpleasant issue was the bad smell in the hallways, which was very noticeable and uncomfortable. In addition, the air conditioning was unsatisfactory and did not work properly. However, the hotel has an excellent location and is conveniently close to many of Vienna’s main tourist attractions.

Excellent location. Good and friendly check in and vale. Big room.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel employees, specially Safwan, were very welcoming. The location is amazing and second to none. You have access to the metro and 1 minute from café demel. In a nutshell, the hotel is walking distance from every major attraction.

- Not to echo the complaints of other guests, but the corridors that are leading up to the room really do smell quite bad. In a few words, it smells like bad odour. Fortunately, this was not the same for the room. - The water kept overflowing in the shower because the water was draining too slowly. - The knock for housekeeping came at 8am, which was a bit too early for myself.

The hotel is in a fantastic location — it really couldn’t be better. We arrived by car, and the staff immediately welcomed us, took the car, and parked it in the hotel’s parking area. Everything was very smooth and convenient, and the car was brought back to us just as efficiently when we needed it. The breakfasts were excellent, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were especially impressed by the location and the service.

First, the hallways on the guest floors are carpeted, and every time we stepped out of the elevator there was a persistent unpleasant odor, somewhat like the smell of dirty feet. Unfortunately, this smell remained throughout our entire stay. I suspect the carpet may be the source of the problem, and I would strongly recommend that the hotel consider replacing or thoroughly renovating the carpeting. Second, we were very disappointed with the TV channel selection. We speak Russian, Ukrainian, and Hebrew, but there was not a single channel available in any of these languages. At the same time, there were at least 7–8 Arabic-language channels. For an international hotel, we found this lack of balance quite surprising and disappointing. I would strongly encourage the hotel to review the selection of international TV channels and provide a more diverse range for guests from different countries.

Excellent location, easy to reach all major sites within walking distance. The service was wonderful, the team went above and beyond to accomodate a family member with wheel chair (they provided us with a wheel chair for the entire stay). They helped us with booking restaurants and museum. Lastly the breakfast spread is top notch and the chief makes a mean eggs Benedict!

The spa could benefit from a pool or Jacuzzi (right now is only sauna available)

Reception staff are excellent. Especially Mr Kaiser & Ms Behnia who helped me with my lost luggage. Breakfast is outstanding 💰

No hot water on my last day, and any compensation denied by management.
