ancien Club Med, bien reconverti. piscine super agréable Personnel très à l’écoute surtout Restaurant Nous étions un groupe de 10. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous n’étions pas très nombreux dans l’hôtel, donc je ne peux pas juger pour le bruit. Nous étions à l’étage dans une suite qui est très bien faite car la chambre des enfants (grands adolescents !!) est séparée par la salle de bain de salle des parents lit double pour eux un peu petit en largeur mais bon c’est comme ça ! parking devant tout proche du site emblématique ! Tout le monde était très content

Die Anlage ist schön im Grünen gelegen. Der Pool bietet eine tolle Abkühlung nach der Besichtigung der Ruinen. Das hauseigene Restaurant war sehr gut und die Bedienung freundlich.

Zu den Ruinen muss man mit dem Taxi fahren, da der Haupteingang verlegt wurde.

Posizione

Pulizia non sufficiente, camera claustrofobica, struttura molto datata, voto cena insufficiente n per rapporto qualità-prezzo (pollo spacciato per maiale).

Les chambres sont un peu vieilles et auraient bien besoin d'un peu de modernité. Attention si vous êtes grands, certains lits ont un mur à leur pied, donc pas forcément très confortables. La climatisation qui souffle directement sur la tête de lit nous a gâché la nuit. Suite aux différents commentaires lus sur internet, nous n'avons pas souhaité dîner dans l'hôtel et malheureusement le choix de restaurants pour dîner à Pisté n'est pas très varié.

The location was the best thing about the hotel.

The initial room offered had no fridge and a small double bed with 3 solid walls on each side. For a 6ft tall person this was not acceptable. We asked to upgrade to a king bed so my husband could sleep without issue. This cost a fortune. The mattress protector was so old and hard it made sleeping uncomfortable. The restaurant food was disgusting. The chicken nachos had no taste and old chicken. The guacamole was also disgusting which is a shame as everywhere in mexico we have tried it, it has always been fabulous. We will never stay here again. I would stay further away from Chichén itza and drive to the site.

La localisation est très bien on est très proche de la pyramide a visiter. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Après la chambre est organisée de manière "bizarre" la climatisation est face au lit. Donc dur de l'allumer sans tomber malade. Et les matelas sont plutôt dur donc on a assez mal dormi.

The location was very close to Chichen Itza, and the hotel staff were very helpful with arranging both a taxi to the archeological site (5 minutes away) and a tour guide. The hotel has a large swimming pool which is great for relaxing after the tour. The hotel restaurant was also excellent. We especially enjoyed the salsa verde, it was delicious on the tortilla chips and tacos we had for supper, and it was easily the spiciest we got to try during our trip to Mexico (we enjoy spicy food, but if you aren't a fan then stick to the milder sauces).

The beds were a bit hard. While I personally prefer a hard bed, my partner had some difficulty falling asleep.

Unweit des Eingangs von Chichen Iza gelegen. (Taxifahrt 5min, 100 Pesos) Wunderschöne Anlage in der Natur. Essen ist super, Ambiente sehr hübsch. Der Pool Lad zum Sonnenbaden ein. Kann ich absolut empfehlen. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Nichts negatives aufgefallen.

Beautiful ambiance and decoration with a pool in the middle and a lot of other room to enjoy. There is a restaurant with great breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very close to Chichén Itza and the guide can meet you there.

I liked everything.

J'ai tout aimé, endroit chaleureux, tres propre, confortable. Un mini musee, déco dans son jus plein de charme.Très proche du Chichen Itza en voiture.

Le lit un peu dur mais surtout la climatisation qui souffle sur le lit, c'est insupportable

Mysigt rum, fin dekor, spännande arkitektur. Jättefin pool. Personalen var kunnig och hjälpsam.

Maten var inte jättebra. Frukostbuffén var god och prisvärd.

Heel dicht bij Chichen Itza. We waren iets vroeger dan de officiële check-in en we konden al in onze kamer wat handig was. De kamers zelf waren proper en aangenaam.

Zowel het ontbijt als het avondeten in het hotel zijn prijs-kwaliteit te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt. Je moet het ontbijt ‘s morgens betalen aan de tafel zelf, dus moet je er een tip bijgeven terwijl het logischer zou zijn om het gewoon tijdens het reserveren of inchecken te betalen. Ook had een ober verschillende fouten gemaakt met onze bestelling en hij reageerde echt niet gepast toen we aangaven dat we iets anders hadden besteld.

We liked the Spanish architecture and the restaurant. It was very peaceful and chill.

The location in theory would have been perfect but Chichén Itzá closed the entry that is nearby. We could not find an uber, taxi, or DiDi from the other entrance so we had to walk over 4k on the side of the road. We were hoping to walk from the site to the hotel.

Een ruime en sfeervolle accommodatie gelegen naast Chichén Itza. Dit is de ideale uitvalsbasis als je de volgende ochtend vroeg in Chichén Itza wilt zijn. Het zwembad in de binnenplaats is heerlijk. Ook fijn dat je ter plaatse kunt eten in het restaurant. De tuin, binnenplaats en hotel waren allemaal heel mooi en sfeervol.

We hebben heerlijk gegeten maar de bediening in het restaurant had sneller gekund.

Muy amplio con grandes galerías y muy limpio

Adorable hotel avec une ambiance Agatha Christie, personnel adorable , petit déjeuner copieux et varié pour 11€(220MXN), bon restaurant à prix raisonnable. Il n’y a plus d'accès au site de Chichen par le sud, mais ils vous appellent un taxi qui est là en 10mn et pour 100MNX vous voilà à l’entrée.

J’ai beau chercher...Pas de points négatifs !

The swimming-pool, even though we couldn’t use it as much as we would have liked on account of a storm while we we’re staying there

We had to change rooms because of a mal function of the air conditioning. It obviously had not been checked prior to our arrival. No drinking water replenishment was available for guests ( the only hotel in which we experienced this during our stay in México whereas the temperature was the highest there). All additional services we had in the hotel were expensive for the quality produced. We chose this hotel because it advertised its close proximity to the Chichen Itzá ruins but in fact we needed a taxi as it was probably about 4/5km away.

Amazing food, very well priced. Friendly staff, fantastic location and facilities. We could not ask for more. The chef is real good!

Pleasant room, nice pool and decent breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly. Service was quick in the morning with everyone aiming to leave early to visit ruins. Pretty close to ruins entrance (but still need a taxi). Shout out to the honesty and helpfulness of staff who found my Kindle and sent it on to the next hotel on our trip. Remarkable and much appreciated. Overall, I think this hotel has been rated lower than it should be and it is well worth considering.

Everything was great, we had wished their were more vegetarian options at the restaurant. Pool was fantastic.

El precio del desayuno no estuvo acorde, la cena la hicimos en el pueblo y mucho mejor calidad precio.

Le calme du lieu, les chambres avec deux chambres séparées en suite familiale

Les matelas sont très durs. L'accès à pied à l'entrée secondaire de Chichen itza n'existe plus.

Idéalement situé à quelques kilomètres de Chichén Itzá et de Pisté. Hôtel agréable, belle végétation, belle piscine.

Le cadre de l'hôtel était très beau avec une piscine au centre du complexe. On pouvait voir et entendre des perroquets dans le jardin.

Le rapport qualité prix était élevé

It’s hard not to like this place. Everything is so cozy and cute. Very clean and staff are very friendly. Check-in was very easy. This is our second time staying here so we knew what to expect.

Lovely quiet hotel. Very clean and well kept, and nice and traditional. We dined in the restaurant and had a nice meal. Great location for Chichén Itzá although it is not accessible via a walk. You still have to drive to the main entrance. A great little quiet respite break for us in the midst of a load of travelling.

Lo mejor es la ubicación con respecto a la ciudad prehispánica de Chichén Itzá, para los que les gusta la historia, la arqueología y visitar con detención, éste es el mejor lugar. Muy tranquilo con una buena piscina.

Deben mejorar las instalaciones del baño, cambiar la cortina de la ducha, mejores toallas.

Lovely quiet hotel. Within a short taxi ride of the arqueológicas sites. Friendly staff and good restaurant. Pool is a good size and clean.

There was a power cut one evening and we had to use all our cash to pay for dinner. It would have been helpful if the hotel would have allowed us to pay by card in the next morning when the power was back.

La situation par rapport au site Chichen Itza

Établissement un peu vieillot dans les chambres //. Le prix de la 1/2 pension proposé à l arrivée est un peu élevé

Las instalaciones están bien mantenida, pero le hace falta clientes muy solo y falta de variedad en sus productos q ofrecen en el restaurante.

Relación precio con lo q se ofrecen no va por lo menos dar el desayunó gratis asi talvez logran jalar más clientela q estaba vacío.

Price, location, staff, cleanliness. They set us up with an excellent guide to Chichen Itza who met us at hotel. We followed him in our car.

Dinner for so-so, not bad not great.

The location couldn’t be better. It’s like 5 minutes drive to chichen Itza and 3 minutes drive from Ik Kil Cenote.

I was confused by the statement in the email confirmation "Your reservation is paid with Booking.com". The receptionist insisted that I pay at check in, and that I had not paid at booking.com. I could not prove this, so I paid at check in. It does not appear that I was double charged, but booking.com needs to be clearer.

Really nice hotel near Chichen Itza. Helping staff and good breakfast, but it should have been included in the room price in my opinion.

Only small minus was that we requested a twin and a double room, and got two twins.

They no longer have direct access to chichen itza like they used to, which was unclear (and the reason why we booked this property.) You need to drive like everyone else. Also got diarrhea from quesadilla (chorizo) at the restaurant.

Les serveurs lors du dîner étaient très gentils. La guides pour la visite de Chichén Itzá était très bien. L’emplacement est parfait pour être à l’ouverture du site de Chichén Itzá et très calme. Buffet de petit déjeuner pas trop mauvais.

On avait l’impression d’être dans un hôtel fantôme. La dame de l’accueil n’était pas agréable. Très peu de personnels, seulement 2 serveurs pour un hôtel de 60 chambres (qui devait être au 3/4 vide). Les chambres sont vieillottes, les lits inconfortables avec des alaises en plastiques qui crissent au moindre mouvement. Nous y étions pour le 24 décembre, un repas de noël était proposé à 800 pesos. C’était vraiment honteux… une salade avec 3 morceaux de fromage, 3 morceaux de fraises et 1 grains de raisins coupé en 2. Sur les 3 plats proposés seuls 2 étaient dispo porc à l’ananas ou crevettes ( il devait y avoir 6 crevettes dans l’assiette…). Seul le dessert était pas trop mal (tarte aux noix ) mais le reste un désastre alors qu’on mange si bien dans la région. Aucune boisson comprise dans le menu même pas l’eau ! Nous avons voulu prendre du vin il était chaud et tourné. À part pour son emplacement cet établissement ne vaut pas le coup.

Salle de sport inadmissible: rien ne fonctionnait. Tout est vieux. Petit déjeuner limite. Les équipes du restaurant forcent sur la facturation du service. Lits petits en largeur.

Very friendly and the location was amazing. They organised taxis at a very reasonable rate, food was good and breakfast was fab. Room was lovely and comfortable. The main thing was I don't think I have ever stayed at a cleaner hotel, it was spotless everywhere. Would totally recommend.

Excelente alternativa para alojar cerca de Chichén Itzá. Está en la zona hotelera (a 5 minutos de Chichén Itzá), el hotel es una casa colonial muy bonita, con buenas piscinas y habitaciones amplias y con un estilo muy colonial también. El desayuno, muy rico y variado, con muchos productos locales o incluso hechos en el hotel (según dijeron los que atendían). Nos encantó!

Lo único que podría decir es que las camas son pequeñas y la ducha tiene el agua fría y caliente indicadas al revés, por lo que sale fría si prendes el agua caliente (y no esperas un buen rato hasta darte cuenta).

Very convenient for Chichen Itza. A short drive. Good parking and helpful check in staff. Compact rooms but with everything you could need. We ate in and the food was good.

El hotel es lindo, la piscina tal como en la foto. Y el personal del restaurante bastante majo. Es un buen sitio para desconectar, pues la conexión es limitada

El personal de recepción, en especial la chica del primer día, muy poco amable. Sinceramente, nos pareció una trampa para turistas, que solo busca sacarte plata. No hay alternativa, así que toca pagar. Quieres comer, te ofrecen un pack de comida+desayuno caro, de calidad normal. Bebidas a parte. Y está en medio de la nada, con lo que sin coche, dependes totalmente de taxis. Ah, y la cama doble está encajada entre paredes, por lo que uno tiene que salir por encima del otro en la noche.. lindo el hotel, pero con sensación agridulce

Great hotel with nice pool and chairs/sun loungers around it. We had dinner at the restaurant that was great also. Nice polite staff. Free billiards and books to read and a very comfortable sitting area to watch tv, shows. etc

Although the location of the hotel is 800m from the archeological site you actually need to take a taxi to the entrance of it that costs 100pesos. It's about 5km away. All the routes around the holel (to Piste or to/from the archeological site or to cenote nearby) cost the same. You can rent a bicycle but it didn't feel safe to do so.

Sehr ruhige, idyllische Lage, die Kellner sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ok, kostete 200$ pro Person.

Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss, fast im Souterrain. War sauber, aber sehr klein und sehr dunkel
