L'hôtel est très bien situé, non loin de l'entrée pour Chichen Itza. Proximité avec le petit centre ville de Piste

No había lugar para usar internet y trabajar fuera de la habitación, algo de ruido con el paso de los demás huéspedes y algo de ruido de la carretera.

This hotel was what I expected: a place to sleep the night before going to Chichen Itza to facilitate getting there very early to minimize crowds. We had two rooms, both with two double beds. They were perfectly nice. The pool was large and pleasant. We didn't eat any meals, preferring to try local restaurants. (I can give a strong recommendation to La Poblanita, 500m down the road.) Parking was easy, right out front.

I understand that hotels don't want the air conditioning left on when the guest has left the room, but it's quite annoying if you're only going out briefly to not be able to leave it on lightly. The rooms heat up quickly. This AC was quite effective when on, at least.

La piscine est grande est l'eau y est à bonne température, ouverte jusqu'à 22h00. Le personnel est très gentil. Eduardo à l'accueil parle français, un vrai plus pour nous!

Great small “motel” style accommodation with chairs to hang outside of the room (super for parents to hang out after the kids are in bed!). Loved the pool! Room was very comfortable - the mattress was actually comfortable, best I had during our trip (not the typical super hard mattress you generally find in Mexico)

Not much, great spot when visiting Chichen Itza as it’s only 3-4 minutes away by car. You could walk there probably if you wanted to save on parking.

Very easy Check in. Room faces pool side. Important since street side is noisy and not a nice view. Good pool atmosphere with sun beds. Lunch buffet certainly a good deal. Breakfast menu also.

Comfortable room. Restaurant had good food for dinner, we tried the local dishes and I can safely say it was the best meal we had during our entire stay in Mexico. Breakfast was also good. Friendly and respectful staff and helped us in every possible way. Close proximity to Chichen Itza is also a bonus. There are also nice shops close to the hotel where we bought souvenirs at very good prices

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to Chichen Itza , had a restaurant and large pool area. We had a great swim at the pool upon arrival . We had dinner in the restaurant and a the best Cochinita Pibil we have had on the Yutacan . We left the hotel at about 7:40 am for a 5 minute drive to Chichen Itza , for 8 am opening . We also had a great conversation with a gentleman at the front desk , born in Piste . He told us about growing up and Playing at the Chichen Itza site as kid before it became a tourist site . He also shared a video on Chichen Itza and its history , we grateful he shared his personal connection to this amazing place .

Cet établissement et son restaurant ne paie pas de mine mais par contre à l’intérieur tout est parfait! Mention très spéciale pour le personnel, de l’hôtel et du restaurant, qui est adorable, attentionné et gentil. On est chouchouté ça fait beaucoup de bien. Le monsieur de l’accueil parle français et est de très bon conseil pour visiter la région. On a adoré cette rencontre. Au restaurant, les plats sont variés et délicieux. Ça permet de goûter d’autres spécialités mexicaines que celles habituellement proposées ailleurs. Les chambres sont propres, et très bien équipées. Il ne manquait qu’un frigo. La piscine est également très agréable. L’établissement est à 10 min, à peine de Chichen Itza, un atout supplémentaire parmi tant d’autres.

Nos intentaron cobrar de más, aún teniendo el precio de Booking, y a otros clientes que estaban a nuestro lado también les cobraron de más. No tuvimos agua caliente , hasta el siguiente día por la mañana y muy poca.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food is excellent, with a wide variety offered in buffet style, always fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Location is great and cleanness is acceptable. If there is a little fridge and a hair dryer are included in the room will make more convenience and hotel standard will get higher. Just my opinion to improve the quality of the hotel.

The property is outstanding. It has a nice courtyard, pool, rooms, AC, affordable restaurant, and is quiet and relaxing in the evening. The desk and many staff speak Spanish and English. The gentleman who works the check-in hours also speaks French, Dutch, and Maya. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It’s only a 15 minute walk to Chichen Itza and believe me when I say, that’s a great way to get there compared to driving in. The hotel offers a great breakfast as early as 7am, which allows you to walk down to Chichen and get in the gates by 8am. The streets get backed up by all the tour buses from Cancun, Vallocidid (spelling?), Merida, and the other cities. We walked by so many buses and cars sitting in traffic. So getting in early was a big plus. Beat the crowds. They just get larger and larger as the day goes on. You can also walk into the town of Pisté and find additional restaurants (we enjoyed a meal in town), ATM, and convenience stores (good for breaking big bills with a water purchase and snack). There are taxis sitting in town that will happily take you to Ik Kil cenote or other nearby sites. We only stayed one night and felt sad to leave. It was one of the better hotels and areas we visited on our trip.

A pochissimi chilometri da Chichén Itza, è una struttura molto grande ma tranquilla. Lo staff alla reception molto gentile, non avevamo la colazione compresa ma la abbiamo fatta entrambi i giorni in hotel perché molto buona!

You can walk to Chichen Itza from here very easily. It's in the best possible location for seeing Chichen Itza. When we needed taxis to get places, the desk staff were helpful. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works, there's a nice pool and garden.

Restaurant attached to the hotel is a bit pricey for what is offered. Restaurant prices around Chichen Itza in general are pretty high.

Great location, very welcoming and friendly staff, excellent starting point to visit Chichén and take a refreshing jump in the pool.

Great pool area. Hotel actually had a good quality buffet. We were hesitant at first but especially when we saw it was for a big tour group, we decided to do it and I was glad we did. It was great to be able to walk to Chichen Itza early and then come back for the buffet lunch and some relaxation by the pool. They let us use the pool and towels even though we checked out that day (but weren't leaving until 5pm). Rooms were fine, not fantastic but pretty good.

Used by lots of tour groups, I guess this can be good or bad. Taxis in the area are expensive but not the hotels fault.

Lo único bueno era que estaba al lado de la zona arqueológica de Tulum. Si hubiera que destacar algo más podría ser el buffet desayuno, aunque nada especial.

El hotel no tiene mantenimiento. Goteras por todas partes, suelos sucios en las habitaciones, olores, un ascensor no funcionaba y el que sí era muy lento. Los clientes optábamos por usar las escaleras. La insonorización de las habitaciones es inexistente. Nos cambiaron hasta 4 veces de habitación por bichos, wc que no funcionaba, llaves que no funcionaban… nos dijeron que NO tenían personal de mantenimiento. Para colmo, el día que nos marchábamos se desprendió parte de la decoración de troncos de madera de la terraza del piso superior siendo un peligro para quien estuviera debajo. Un desastre todo. El precio que pagamos no está para nada justificado. No lo recomendamos.

The restaurant was excellent with great Yucatan food. You could eat inside or outside near the pool which was a nice setting. Staff were friendly & very attentive. Front desk arranged a taxi to Tren Maya. From the street the hotel looks somewhat run down but the grounds and pool located in the back were very nice. Good size pool from shallow to 5ft depth. It was very quiet as most of the rooms are not facing the noisy street but the tranquil grounds; however, the room window is on the walkway between rooms so you must keep the drapes closed so people can’t see in which made the room very dark. The rooms were very nice & clean with lovely bedding & pillows.

Would be nice to have sheer drapes on the window to let the light in but not allow people to see in as the walkway is right outside your room

Lage zu den Ruinen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der stark befahrenen Straße. Die gartenseitigen Zimmer sind ruhiger haben aber die Fenster zum Erschliessungsgang. Also nur sehr bedingte Privatsphäre. Sehr hellhöhrig.

Das Personal, das Restaurant und der Garten mit Pool waren top. Alle waren freundlich, das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und das Zimmer völlig ausreichend und sauber .

L’endroit est très beau, la piscine est chouette et l’emplacement est nickel ! Le personnel est très chaleureux. La propreté est très bien La nourriture au restaurant est correct.

tous les moustiques s’infiltrent dans la chambre car la porte laisse un espace entre elle et le mur. au matin on avait un tapis de mouches et de moustiques par terre. On a testé le Spa mais les massages sont un peu chers pour ce que c’est.

El precio de las bebidas. Cervezas a 2,80€, cafes a 2€.... ni en España!!!

Il y a actuellement des travaux dans le jardin donc un peu bruyant quand on est au bord de la piscine.

Le site est très bien entretenu, le jardin est très agréable. Le personnel est très aimable et discret. Le restaurant attenant offre une bonne cuisine à prix tout à fait abordable. Notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable.

La première nuit des cars de touristes ont séjourné à l'hôtel. Malheureusement très bruyants et envahissants. Mais la deuxième nuit, les cars partis, le site est devenu calme et reposant. Nos avons pu profiter de la sérénité qu'offre le jardin.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe zu Chichen Itza und grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet, sowie sauber. Das Frühstück ist okay, aber man ist ja in erster Linie dort, um nahe an Chichen Itza zu sein und dafür ist es wirklich gut. Der Pool ist ein Plus, das wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben.
