Hotel Chichen Itza

El sitio es precioso, habitaciones amplias, cómodas y un parking seguro. Al lado del pueblo, ideal para ir caminando y a 5 min en coche de Chichén Itzá. La piscina estaba muy bien.

Esta muy cerca de Chichen Itzá y si duermes allí te permite estar en las ruinas a las 8 en punto. El jardín es muy bonito

Hotel "di passaggio". Dovevamo dormire in zona e ci siamo fermati li...Bagno molto vecchio stanza molto basic. Ci sarebbe una piscina ma non era tenuta bene.

The rooms and furniture are quite old (as well as the bathroom). The restaurant is under renovation so the breakfast is served in a different hotel few minutes away (easily reachable walking)

Ruhig, trotz direkter Lage an der Strasse. Park und Schwimmsnlage sehr schön. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings in einem anderen Hotel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Immerhin hatten sie eine gute Lösung für das Frühstück angeboten.

Das Restaurant war geschlossen und wir mussten mit dem Auto in ein anderes Hotel.

L'emplacement près de chichen itza est son meilleur avantage et la gentillesse de la personne à l'accueil.

Aucun service, bar et restaurant fermé, heureusement l'hotel où on devait aller prendre le petit dej était bon. Piscine peu propre et pisté étant peu animé 2 nuits ont été un peu longues...

Les chambres sont spacieuses, le personnel très gentil, des produits bios locaux dans la salle de bain. Bien placé pour visiter Chichen Itza. La piscine est agréable, ils prêtent des serviettes.

Il fallait prendre le petit-déjeuner dans un autre hôtel mais il était très bon, très complet ( fruits frais coupés, œufs ou pan cakes) jus de fruit frais pressé et petits pains. Les rideaux ne ferment pas bien dans la chambre

El desayuno incluido nos enviaron a otro hotel a unos 600m, para eso, no poner que ofrecen desayuno. El restaurante cerrado. Gracias, que hay un oxxo junto al hotel.

Toda mi experiencia fue sensacional La ubicación , las instalaciones con la vegetación un lugar al que regresaré El desayuno estuvo riquísimo. Los meseros además de ir muy bien vestidos su actitud siempre fue que estuviéramos bien William en la recepción fue de mucha confianza. Andábamos algo perdidos me envió la ubicación y se porto estupendo Si regresaremos. Fuimos muy rápido Me encanto todos los detalles del shampoo jabones orgánicos. Y demás detalles. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Mesmo no começo de julho, o hotel considerada baixa temporada, por conta disso o bar do hotel e o restaurante fechavam as 15:00 e só abriram para o café da manhã do dia seguinte. O quarto é muito escuro.

Es un lugar ideal para visitar a primera hora las ruinas de Chichén Itzá, porque está muy cerca de la entrada. El personal, muy amable. Tienes la gran posibilidad de poderte refrescar en la piscina del hotel después de visitar el sitio arqueológico y antes de hacer el check out que es a las 1 de la tarde.

El wifi es muy malo y hay poca señal

The pool was great and 5 minutes drive to the chichen itza carpark. Which meant we had time for have breakfast and be there for the 8 am opening before the crowd at 10.

EL WIFI POR MOMENTOS SE PONIA LENTO, PERO CUMPLIA CON LAS FUNCIONES BASICAS DE COMUNICACION.

Excelente ubicación, un trato muy bueno por parte del personal, instalaciones limpias y el desayuno muy rico.

Que las ventanas del baño dan a la sala de espera y tuvimos problemas con la presión que tenía el agua en la taza del baño.

Les chambres pas bien entretenues, traces d'humidité sur les murs, odeurs. Bruits provenant de la route à proximité.

Personnel très agréable et disponible. Parking surveillé très pratique. Très bon petit déjeuner avec des fruits frais. Piscine très agréable. Les chambres sont très propres avec échantillons de gel, shampooing...

Not easy to get to using public transport

l'hôtel est très bien placé : à 5 min en voiture du par archéologique. Le jardin avec la piscine est agréable et donne envie de s'y poser. Une mention spéciale au dîner qui était excellent (bien qu'un peu cher par rapport au coût de la vie ici)

Le matelas du lit trop dur (comme tous les hôtels mexicains) et les rideaux n'étaient pas assez larges pour bien couvrir la surface de fenêtre (mais heureusement l'hôtel a éteint les lumières du couloir)

The rooms. The food, the noise Basically everything about the hotel...its needs renovations, better food , and facilities... there isnt even wifi in the rooms There wasn't any towels in my room I had to go ask for them And there is a lot of road noise as it literaly on the main road.. the deck to eat breakfast at is right by the road ...no fence or anything just sitting there eating breakfast in full view of the busy road

¡Excelente experiencia! La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, a solo unos pasos de las pirámides de Chichén Itzá, ¡se puede llegar caminando!. Si vas en auto, también es perfecto para visitar cenotes cercanos o ir a Valladolid. Hay varios restaurantes alrededor; aunque a veces parezcan vacíos, sí atienden. Además, el hotel ofrece desayuno, comida y cena (al menos en temporada alta), así que siempre conviene preguntar. El servicio fue espectacular, todo el personal muy amable, y la limpieza impecable. Como plus, hay un Oxxo a pocos pasos, lo cual es súper práctico. ¡Sin duda lo recomiendo!

Las almohadas eran demasiado duras para mi gusto. Además, las cortinas de la habitación estaban rotas, al igual que el mosquitero, lo que me impidió abrir la ventana y disfrutar de aire fresco por la mañana.

Fiquei só uma noite para chegar em Chichen Itza bem cedo. Se essa for sua intenção o hotel é otimo. Eles tem transfer de graça. Eu fui num domingo, então recomendo sair do hotel as 7h30.

il ne faut pas se fier à mon avis car nous n'avons pas séjourné dans cet établissement. comme les précédents avis, l'hôtel ne pouvait pas nous accueillir car le restaurant n'était pas ouvert nous avons donc été redirigé vers l'hôtel Mayaland qui était beaucoup mieux placé car l'hôtel le Chichen Itza se trouve sur la route principale

Die sehr gute Lage zu Chitzen Itza. Das Frühstück war wirklich ok.

Die extrem dunklen Zimmer. Schlechte Betten, kein WLAN das gab es nur an der Rezeption. Morgens um 6Uhr fingen die Arbeiter an die Terrasse zu reparieren.

Staff were excellent; A 15 minute walk to Chichen Itza; Generous, delicious breakfast; Spacious clean, cool room. Right next door to OXXO convenience store.

The in-house restaurant was not available for dinner and the eating options in Piste town were very limited.

Unser Aufenthalt war enttäuschend. Preis-Leistung absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Man merkt, dass man an einem Touri Ort ist. Das war die schlechteste und zugleich auch beinahe die teuerste Unterkunft bei unserer Mexikoreise. Würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen

Nous n'avons pas été hébergé à l'hôtel Chichen Itza car il y avait une panne électrique apparemment. Donc à notre arrivé le patron nous a transféré dans un autre de ses hôtels : MayaLand. La chambre était similaire mais le l'hotel semble t-il beaucoup plus grand. Donc difficile d'avoir un avis sur l'hôtel réservé en premier lieu.

There was a problem in the hotel and they have changed our accomodation with an upgrade and no extra cost.

Nous avions réservé une nuit pour être au plus pres du site archéologique â visiter le lendemain matin. A la réception on nous indiqué un problème en cuisine et on nous a proposé d'être surclassé dans un hôtel de luxe. Nous avons donc séjourné au Mayaland. Magnifique !

Abbiamo riservato l'Hotel Chichen Itza per la sua posizione nel villaggio di Pisté. Al nostro arrivo la camera non era disponibile e siamo stati trasferiti in un'altra struttura appartenente allo stesso gruppo alberghiero, il Mayaland, hotel lussuoso ma purtroppo lontano da Pisté e dal sito archeologico.

It's very close to chichen itza

We booked this hotel, but due to electrical issues they moved us to their sister hotel that is located in the Chichen Itza property. The hotel was wonderful and the staff we fantastic. The restaurant was excellent, I highly recommend the Cochinita Pibil, it was excellent.

L'implantation de l'hôtel, les jardins, la présence des animaux... c'était sympa et très jolie

J'ai tout apprécié

Attention, nous avons été surclassés et admis au Mayaland Hotel & Bungalows. L’expérience était incroyable. Le bâtiment principal de cet hôtel fait face aux ruines de Chichen Itza, plus exactement l’observatoire (le « caracol »), et borde un des cenotes du site archéologique. Les prestations sont luxueuses (chambre très spacieuse avec deux grands lits, boiseries et marbre, énorme baignoire d’où nous avons assisté au somptueux coucher de soleil sur le caracol), piscine gigantesque, restaurant avec un menu délicieux et copieux à 20€, serveurs attentionnés, bon petit-déjeuner inclus. Le transport vers le site est inclus. Auparavant, l’hôtel bénéficiait de sa propre entrée. Le reste de l’hôtel est un parc superbement arboré (manguiers, citronniers, avocatiers…), avec des bungalows et deux suites créées spécialement pour Pavarroti pour son concert à Chichen Itza en 1997 et Placido Domingo en 2008. Pour 150€ la nuit (les prix devraient augmenter à moyen terme car l’hôtel a réouvert depuis peu et est encore peu fréquenté), le Mayaland permet d’accéder au site dès son ouverture, voire rester en soirée pour assister au son et lumière (du mercredi au dimanche)

Nous pensions avoir un accès direct au site de Chichen Itza à pied. En fait nous avons du prendre le tranport de l’hôtel, 10 min en voiture (longue queue pour avoir accès au parking). La piscine ne nous semblait pas propre.

We got to the hotel and they had no electricity. It was no problem they have a sister property the Mayaland and had a room ready for us there at no additional cost. I have to say it was extraordinary and if we ever go back i would consider staying there again.

Gorgeous hotel with friendly employees, adorable stray dogs fed by guests, authentic and delicious food, and a fantastic courtyard and outside pool area (with swing!)

Good location to be close to Chichen Itza and get there early on the morning before it's too hot. The staff were all very friendly and spoke English. Room and bathroom were a good size. Convenience store next door was useful for snacks. Supplied breakfast was great.

The beds are very hard and there were a few stray dogs hanging around.
