Our room was beautiful and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect. Helpful and friendly staff too.

The hot tub needed to be cleaned by 7pm, however I believe it may have been excessive guest use and not the hotels cleaning schedule.

Thé pool was good for kids. A bit dated but fun.

Fire alarm at 11:30 pm. Elevators not working. Staff not aware of procedures. Staff not helpful to guests. Unacceptable. I will be launching a formal complaint and ask the ministry of labour to pay the is place a visit.

Check in seemed more complicated than it may have been. Most of the accommodation in Edmundston is not near Downtown and access to restaurants requires a car trip. Not able to get a kettle for hot water to make tea - the option was to carry hot water in a disposable cup to the room

Booking.com submitted the wrong dates for our stay. As a result I was marked as a ‘no show’ on the dates booking.com submitted and the dates of my proper booking were never made. The Best Western realizing what happened, I had my booking information confirmed on my phone, found a room for us.

Everything was absolutely fabulous, from registration, appearance, felt luxurious! Wonderful!!

Liked the free breakfast but the menu was limited; there wasn't even bacon. Liked the convenient location close to the TC Highway. Liked the shower and bathtub.

We stayed on 22 and 30 August. The first time we had a stained bottom sheet on one of the beds. Both times one of the beds did not have a top sheet at all. Also the air conditioner directs its output directly at one of the beds. Finally, for the 30 August stay although the sheets were clean this time, the mattress on one of the beds was too soft (this was in 209).

It’s so worth paying a little more for a clean and comfortable stay. They were extremely busy and it seemed like they were totally prepared!

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. Arrived about 9:00 pm. There was one clerk at check-in. He was on the phone and did not even acknowledge us. There was no one in line ahead of us, but we had to wait about 5 minutes for the clerk to finish up on the phone and check us in. The clerk acted like he was doing us a favor. The room felt dated - nothing like the photo on the web site. Breakfast was included in the price. The quality of breakfast was OK but not as good as most hotels we’ve stayed at. The dining area was far too small for the number of guests. It included small tables in the lobby which is where we sat as other tables were taken. The table had not been properly cleaned.

The pool had WAY too much chlorine in it. After my husband and kids had been in the pool for maybe 15 minutes they had to get out because their eyes were getting red & very watery. We told the front desk but they didn’t seem too concerned but said they’d let their supervisor know. Another guest was also rubbing her eyes too. The breakfast wasn’t that great either.

Les fauteuils et chaises de la section bureau sur la mezzanine, très cheap et la porte tout rouillé pour entrer à la piscine n’annonce pas fraîcheur et propreté. Le buffet a besoin de plus de produits santé fruits, tomates, fromage cottage, yogourt et English muffins en quantité.

Room was clean. Staff were good. We stayed here about a week apart and the pool was very busy on the Sunday evening with kids compared to Tuesday evening.

The rooms were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We could hear the guests above us stomping around which affected the quality and length of our sleep. The room was quite dark, it would be nice to have a bit of overhead lighting. There were some plubming issues in both rooms - showerhead leaking in the first and difficult to flush the toilet in the second. But overall clean and comfortable.

The room was really nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and the location was good.

The pool was fun for the kids although the hottub wasn’t very hot and the smell of the chlorine burned our eyes a bit. It was also a very small pool that wasn’t ideal for adults since the slide empties right into the small pool. The staff was pretty good but we had to wait a long time for towels to be replenished in the pool area so we could leave.

Excessively overpriced, no restaurant or bar, and a pool the size of a bathtub.

Nice big clean room. Lots of room to put our stuff. Rooms have fridges, although not very big, still nice to have. Ice is available on a few floors. Great location, close to many restaurants in Edmunston. The gorgeous botanical garden is only a 10 minute drive from the hotel. If you want a pet friendly hotel, this might be for you. We saw many people with dogs. My daughter loved the little splash pad area and tried the slide once.

Bed wasn't very comfortable. Woke up with a sore back. Check in took a long time. Front desk clerk was confused and couldn't find my reservation. He was looking for the wrong name. He needed to ask for help more than once to a coworker in a foreign language. The pool area is small and smells very strongly of chemicals to the point that my eyes were burning. There isn't much room to swim because the slide lands into the pool which isn't very big. Only 1 elevator for the whole hotel so the wait was sometimes long. Stay away if you don't like numerous dogs walking around the hotel.

This was the first stop on our trip out east and the hotel exceeded our expectations for a Best Western. The hotel is so well kept and the lobby is spacious and beautiful, rooms were super clean, beds were comfy and the room temperature was perfect. Only thing to note, the air conditioning in the lobby didn't seem to be working while we were there. However that didn't affect our stay as we only stayed for one night

Overall not the most comfortable night but the breakfast was awesome and the service was very helpful and the place was pretty clean.

Everything was good except the mattress and pillows were completely worn out. My husband and I were trying to stay on the very outer edge of the mattress otherwise we were rolling into the center. The defect was visible by just looking at the bed. The pillows were also really clumped inside them which made it feel like foam building blocks were inside them

The AC system is so loud, had to turn off at night and use fan mode and by 3am it was 26 in our room. The pool is tiny and packed and not clean. Rarely has enough towels.

Beautifully renovated hotel. Very clean. Excellent amenities like a gym and pool. Great breakfast. Good location if needing to walk to places. Overall i would rate this as an excellent hotel.

Staff wasn't that friendly upon check in. Beds are NOT comfortable though we did see a large delivery of new mattresses so assuming they are changing them which will make this place excellent.

The hotel was beautiful, the pool was excellent. The kids played for hours. Breakfast had a great selection. We arrived a little early and the staff was great. We where not able to check in early but the staff kept us updated.

The power went out and when I asked the front desk what happened, the desk attendant was very rude in their reply saying they did not know. They spent the morning playing on their phone. They seemed frustrated when I asked for a recipe.

Les oreillers, mais c’est personnel, ce n’est pas mon style d’oreillers. Alors je n’ai pas baissé la note du confort car c’est une question de préférence, d’autres vont probablement adorer.

Aucune eau chaude pour prendre une douche, ce qui est vraiment désagréable. En plus, la pression de l’eau est presque inexistante, rendant même le lavage des cheveux très difficile. Pour le prix payé, l’expérience ne vaut vraiment pas le coût. Compte tenu de ces inconvénients, un remboursement de 25 % serait grandement apprécié en guise de geste commercial.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel adapté pour les cyclotouristes. Aucune endroit, cabanon ou pièce prévu pour mettre nos vélos. On nous a d'abord proposé de les mettre dans notre chambre (nous étions 3, donc 3 vélos) et il n'y avait pas suffisamnent d'espace pour cela. Nous avons dû les laisser dans un couloir derrière la réception. Aussi, le déjeuner est très ordinaire, voir pas très bon.

C'était beau et bien décoré. La piscine était très amusante pour les enfants. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et beaucoup de choix.

Les lits n'étaient pas confortables et il n'y avait pas de draps contour, juste des draps plats. C'était bruyant, on entendait tout à travers les murs. La piscine avait beaucoup trop de chlore, ça brûlait les yeux.

Very pricey for the service and facilities. It is a basic hotel and ideal for a road trip stop over, but charges a premium price.

Bed was too soft

Breakfast was amazing - and room was clean and comfortable.

1. Shampoo and body wash empty 2. Hot tub not working 3. Gym equipment broken 4. Ground floor room lock on interior door broken and on screen door - made the children feel very unsafe. We talked to front desk and we were suppose to get a call back from a manager by 1pm on check out day ( this is what the front desk staff ( lady ) told us, and we are still waiting 5 days later - we paid the extra to stay here for the gym and the hot tib and we were not able to use them.

Bathroom sink was clogged. Informed front desk , someone came and tried to unclog the drain , he couldn’t unclog the drain . That person said he will give us discount for the inconvenience, in the morning I inquired at from desk female person at the desk said there is not any notes from anyone about discount .

I liked the decoration and the slide at the pool. The room was nice. The breakfast was good but not the eggs.

The slide at the pool was loud and hurt my back every time I went down… at least there was a slide. Also the pool was very small. The workout area was nice but I had no space to do my pushups, wall sits, and etc (it was cramped).

The hotel was beautiful the breakfast was ok but every hotel I stayed at no one served bacon anymore which is ridiculous who wants to eat sausages for two weeks straight

The noice it was aweful there where children in the hallway screaming for about two hours when I called down to the desk they said they didn’t hear it but you could hear it echoing through the phone so you know they heard it. Then after the screeming someone kept knocking on doors

The room was a decent size and was clean. The breakfast was good - typical Best Western breakfast. The location was good - close to several places to grab a bite.

I don't know why, but I expected an on premises restaurant for a conference center. Also, the bathroom was just a little small, and believe there was a fixed shower head.

So clean. Very comfortable beds And a very nice breakfast variety.

Coming with an electric car that is not a Tesla, I was lucky to be able to plug in as there were only 2 spots for a regular EV. Also its is an extremely slow charge, and so had to top up at a nearby fast charger before continuing on my journey.

The staff upon check in was not helpful. After specifically asking her to charge a certain card she still proceeded to charge the wrong card and simply said it's already done and it cannot be reversed. I had 2 rooms booked and the second room for family was not clean. They had dirt and garbage on their floor and dirt swept under the bathroom sink. Small hair elastics were all over their floor and when brought to the attention of the front desk they were told "your room was cleaned". Both rooms had dirty smudged mirrors with smears and hand prints all over them. It was embarrassing to bring them after speaking so highly of the hotel. My family and I have been staying here for years but last night was our last time.

The room wasn't clean, but the staff was by far the worst part. I tried to call and write North American corporate and that was days ago and no one has even got back to me. I expect to be contacted soon. This was by far a disappointing experience for paying $664 for one hotel night!!!

Good location. Very clean. Attentive staff. And a good variety of foods for breakfast.

I came with an EV, and the only charger available was a trickle charge. I had to find a fast charger in the neighborhood.
