Quality Hotel & Conference Centre

The rooms are clean and more spacious than most hotel and the casino didn’t hurt.

Need more grass.

Nice

Nothing

Presque tout!

L'air climatisé était trop puissante.

Emplacement

This was one of the best places we have stayed in.

Nothing

Grosse saubere Zimmer, Restaurant nebenan, kostenlose Parkplätze, gute Highway Anbindung.

Our 1 night stay was fabulous. Dined in the Casino Restaurant, excellent food. A little entertainment in the Casino turned out successful. Full breakfast was excellent. Wonderful stay.

Everything was to the standard I would expect from an establishment like Quality Inn.

Excellent emplacemennt

Hotel was lovely rooms were very clean Location was great with many amenities within walking distance.

Not that I didn't like it but felt that the front desk staff when we checked in could be more friendlier

Location, cleanliness , staff were friendly

The second pull out twin bed in our suite was horrible! Like sleeping on the floor

Great hotel. Very modern

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The sky walk to the casino was quite nice. The room and bed were very clean and comfortable.

Nothing

I liked thw Jacuzzi tub by the pool.

The cleaner entered our room while we were sleeping and their entering woke us up. We even had the latch across the door.

Nice staff and new

Beautiful rooms and comfy bed.

Nothing to add

Great Location, cost comparable, cleanliness of hotel & rooms. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Very quiet & dog friendly.

The bed was great just a little to soft for me.

The customer service was awesome

The cost

Great location, linked with the Casino. Clean, spacious room

The cleanliness and breakfast buffet also the beds were very comfy with good amenities in room

The games room and gym were extremely minimal not good and the pool was not heated

rien

personnel pas hospitalier. Prix beaucoup trop élevé pour la qualité

As new family its very nice, room layout is very cool and functional.

Like everything these days price is king, would nice if the price was a little more budget friendly.

The room is big and comfy. Breakfast is good.

One of the staff are so horrible. When I check in, an elderly gentleman and I politely offered to let the other check in first, when she suddenly yelled at us, "Which of you have a reservation?" This startled us. So rude! After checked in, when I asked for more towels, she told me three towels are enough for us because we only have 3 people. Ok, she wanted to be my mom and give me the amount she thought was appropriate l. Anyway, I forgave her. Maybe she had a bad day.

The cleanness!!

Nil

Clean, comfortable, nice staff.

The location was super convenient off the highway and close to gas and a Starbucks for the next morning. Very clean and a generously sized room! The breakfast was also excellent - more than continental with hot options and a waffle maker!

The vending machines only took cash but that’s the most minor things

Easy to find off the highway

Noise from the highway

Cleanliness, breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices, staff were helpful and friendly.

Nothing

The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were great. Games room would be great for family with older children. More towels would be nice when having more than two people in the room.

I felt paying over $300 was a bit much for this room.

Clean and new with a great location. Highway noise was well blocked out and breakfast was good

Easy to get to, very clean and comfortable

Great space in the room and quiet

Free parking, off the highway, attached to the casino, clean, comfy bed, good breakfast included, access to a pool

Washrooms reno

Location and size of rooms

Nothing

Everything was great as a whole.

The excessive smell of chlorine in the pool area. To be more precise in the jacuzzi

Breakfast was great! Hot, tasty food - only missed bacon.

Price was a little high but that's life.

The room was more worn out than expected. Water flow was an issue. Suggest spending some money on cleaning the pipes. Other than that, experience was good.

Everything, love this hotel

Nothing

New, refreshing, friendly staff, all amenities on site or close by. Just off the hwy. Loved it

Nothing

I really enjoyed how spacious our suite was. It was the perfect amount of space for us and the baby to space out and relax before and after his surgery. Thank you

Very clean, comfortable, spacious, modern, good breakfast

Breakfast was delicious. I appreciated that there was also plain oatmeal for mom.

The air quality wasn’t great and one of the fans in our room wasn’t working. The shower was as a bit backed up/clogged. Being able to open windows would have been wonderful.

Delicious

Everything was great.

Breakfast was basic but good.

Very clean

Rien

Paying over 400 a night. When I inquired about the restaurant I was told food was great I get there and I’m told I can’t get in without a reservation yet the place was over half empty. Was not impressed and will never return.

Propreté, hygiène déjeuner

The beds are amazing, and the breakfast had tons of options

Had to park in the back. Not a huge deal breaker, just inconvenient. People walking the halls can easily be hard.

Everything was great customer service was great. Had a chance to check out the casino tand the restaurant his time which was a very good experience as well.

It's a little on the pricey side and wish the pool was open 24hrs as for the price and when you don't get a chance to check in until late in the evening/night and have to leave in the morning it's a lot to pay without getting to use the amenities.

Liked the easy access to the casino restaurant.

I had a small dog with me in a "pet friendly" hotel, yet there was very little green space outside for the pet to "do their business" ! Highly suggest you accommodate pets properly, or don't allow pets.

Everything

Everything was great !

La propriété

RAS

The room and hotel were pristine! It was a very convenient location right off the highway. We loved our dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel in the casino and were happy they were able to accommodate our baby at dinner.

The hotel was a bit loud in our hallway. You could hear every door close.

Friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, clean, quiet.

The price felt very expensive for what it was.

Toute

Toute

Coffee machine and fridge in the room. Good location for onward travel.

It was expensive for what it was. There were few options for dining other than fast food.

Everything was perfect

One quick note: chlorine in the pool and spa was very intense for the eyes

Clean & comfort

Every was good

Modern, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, complimentary breakfast was good

Expensive

Breakfast was great! Would have liked a few more gluten free options /labels as i am celiac

Stay was higher than I expected

I think the rooms are well furnished and laid out. The breakfast has plenty of options and always enjoyable.

Tout. Très bien situé.

Rien lors de notre séjour.

Incredibly clean and modern

There were no blackout curtains, I struggled to sleep with all the light in the room

Non

Bruyant - traffic autoroute

Location from the highway

Small beds and slow staff

Clean

N/A

We didn’t stay for breakfast

Vending machine on the second floor was not working properly

The Hotel was modern, clean, nice location and the young woman who greeted us at the front desk upon arrival was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Definitely on the pricier side.

Breakfast excellent and so is the location

Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable.

Nothing

Beautiful property and modern hotel. Exceptional.
