Hotel Apartamento Paraiso De Albufeira

Piscina

Falta de limpeza e rudez de rececionistas

Large pool area. Easy check in and check out

Room very dated. Floors, skirting, bathroom fittings loose and visibly worn. Floors in room not clean. Large bugs in shower when first arrived. Towels stolen at pool.

A vista o ambiente tudinho estava perfeito

A localização e a piscina

Our room was clean and was not dated like some reviews I have seen. The location was great, right in the middle of old town and new town. The most we paid in a taxi was €8 and that was to the Marina. Majority of staff were very friendly. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot say if it was good or bad. Overall for what we paid and the time of year it was okay.

The hotel really needs renovations.. even just a good paint and floors in corridors changed. Unfortunately if you were not at the pool by 9am you did not get a bed without paying for one. Many beds where saved at 9am and might have been used for an hour or two, guests went about there day any came back for an hour in the evening leaving the beds reserved all day! (Even though hotel rules say this is not allowed, it happened every day for the week we where there) Pool bar was very expensive, €10 for a vodka and mixer/ cocktails.

Excellent location, good pool & room. Enjoyed my stay with family. The food was up to the mark.

Location was amazing. Pool area and entertainment was great. Cleaners were great. Beds comfortable.

Bungalow could do with a bit of maintenance. Broken drawers in wardrobe. Toilet seat and shower broken.

A piscina

As porta a janela do terreo não fechava. Não fiquei seguro.a TV não funciona. E o telefone estragado.

Da piscina

Ar condicionado nao funcionava, tvs partida, móveis partidos,

L’emplacement

Not the easiest check in

A localização

De tudo o resto.

Amplo e limpo.

Tudo bom.

Nice location,

Rude staff not very clean loud at night wouldn’t recommend for families

Nice swimming pool

Was given the wrong room booked . When told to staff they were very rude. Wasn’t until booking.com got onto hotel it was resolved. First 3 days spent in a standard room. Strong smell in toilet, cleaners walking into rooms when do not disturb sign up , two single beds given.

Gostei

Only good thing was entrauntment

Full of partys an teenagers running loud music not for families

Nice upgraded room good facilities

Not being able to drink one drinks around pool when booking on a self catering g basis

Good , BUT 2 AC not work so thats why we feel to hot , we are not happy. 1 days 3 time we request, and after next day also 2 time we requested for repair AC BUT DONT CARE ANY ONE , its very bad happy days

Good location

Cooking utensils ie toaster/kettle etc

The room was nicely refurbished and modern

The new refurbished rooms are at the front of the hotel directly above the main entrance and a shish bar that opens until 2am and plays loud music . The hotel was full of hen parties and stag parties and the hotel staff do not ask them to be quiet at 3am , 4am every morning when they are banging doors and shouting and swearing in the hotel. They stand outside the hotel entrance in the early hours of the morning at the front swearing and drinking and the hotel staff allow this and do nothing when it is reported

Pool was nice but staff was to strict

Cock rouchs on the ground

The pool and the pool staff were unreal they wanted us to get involved in everything

Nothing the loft made a wierd noise but other then that 10/10

Its location is half way between new and old town

Not the cleanest, not able to take own drink round pool however can go self catering? Pool bar is cash only. Garden bungalow has questionable flooring and cleanliness.

Really nice place to stay, easy access and in a very good location

N/A

De tudo

Nao tem nada que apontar

Can go wrong for the money. Nice large pool. Great location. Clean and tidy. Food was pretty good. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Rooms need renovating. I can accept that. But some of the rooms had broken tiles etc. Balcony doors not locking. Worst thing that needs to be addressed, is the height of the balcony walls especially in the big duplex rooms. We only had all adults staying there. But if I had children with me. it’s not safe enough.

Great value and really good location. Facilities and food were great also.

The €300 deposit per room in cash at the start and the fact you couldn’t use card.

Location

Not allow own snacks or alcohol by the pool even in plastic cups

Piscina, localização, apartamento estava limpo e organizado

Every was as expected, been here a few times now and still go back

All good

All good

The location was great

From the moment we checked in there were issues. We had a one bedroom bungalow which was out the back of the hotel. As we didn’t arrive until 8.30pm, it was dark so you’re left trying to find it in the dark while dragging suitcases across the wet grass. The sofa bed which we needed had no bedding and the bungalow itself was poorly equipped and not very clean. Other issues were the fridge actually freezing our food and the toilet blocked and when I reported it to reception they didn’t do anything about it.

Big apartment with a big balcony. Lilia, the housekeeper who helped us making the extra bed at 10pm. She was very kind and helpful. Thank you Lilia!

We booked a room for 3 people and the extra bed was not made. When mentioning this to the reception, we were told that the bed was made inside the sofa bed. When coming back in the evening, we saw that was not the case and had to request it to be made.

Cheap and good location

It’s 18-30s type hotel very loud people coming in at all hours banging playing music .

First time staying here and definitely won't be our last. Our apartment was ready when we arrived at 10am. The bed is the most comfortable bed ever. It was clean and bright. Housekeeping came every day. The facilities were clean and lovely. The location is perfect for absolutely everything. There is a luggage room that we could keep our bags after checkout until we left to go to the airport.

Couldn't fault it.

The hotel is huge and the room we had 216 was ideal for 3 adults , the pool was massive just needs to warm up but we still swam in it in march

The pool attendant lady thinks she rules the world she came over and took beers off us that where purchased in the spar inside the hotel,I was even told to go and buy them from there cos the pool bar wasn't open, it doesn't state anywhere that you cant bring your own drinks , does say no glasses or glass bottles , she even took unopened cans of beers off groups of people then expects you to pay €7 at the outside bar when its only €5 inside the hotel, for this reason I wont be going back to this hotel and being a travel agent I wont be recommending it to future clients, very poor from this lady.

Clean hotel but too far from where we wanted to be

Just the distance from amenities

Everything about this hotel was excellent, the staff were super nice, friendly and so helpful. Exceptionally clean. Pools were clean, although we only used the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. We had 2 rooms for 2 people and 6 people but our apartment could have held 10 people. The apartment had a FULL kitchen, fride/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a big dining table, lovely modern curve TV, we also had a big balcony upstairs with yable, chairs and sun loungers. This apartment also had 2 full bathrooms and had air-conditioning for cold or heat. Its situated right between old town and new town, with a shuttle service costing €1 per person to drop off. The apartment also had a safe for a refundable deposit of €25. The hotel restaurant did a 3 course lunch menu for €15 per adult and €7.50 for children. There is alo a little coffee place that served food also.....OMG everything on the menu was fab and again all the staff were so nice. This hotel also has a full gym.

The weather 🤭🤭🤭

Very spacious accommodation and brilliant facilities The cleaning staff were so good and really friendly

All good

All

All good

Rooms in need off a make over . Very Dated.

ROOMS VERY OUTDATED

Not much to like about this hotel

Blood stained curtains, chips out off the toilet seat and bath, no kettle,

Localização

A cama , e a cozinha .
