Breakfast was the same each day. Shower plug was blocked, asked for this to be looked at several times but no joy. Requested iron/ironing board - burnt and unstable board.

An unexpected extra charge when arranging at the hotel due to an error in the configuration by the hotel & booking.com. Hotel would not have any liability and made up pay an extra 40 euros. To be fair, booking.com are now investigating it

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The location is perfect if you want to able to travel with a car, as there is a shopping nearby and walking distance to the beach. There are two supermarkets within 5-10 mins. Also as we hired a car, we didn’t have any problems with parking either on the street.
The only issue we had that I believe some guests above us must have dropped their drinks and the balcony floor was never cleaned. Apart from this the room was made everyday and new towels and bin changed everyday, which was important as we have a baby and the bin can get full quickly.

I booked 2 twin rooms but upon arrival I was told it was only booked for 1 person for each room, which made no sense. Why would I Book a twin room with 2 beds for 1 person? I was told I neeeded to pay extra €51

Uncomfortable mattresses, some of the worst I’ve slept on! Ten hotel is so noisy at nights with drunk people shouting and slamming doors at all hours.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Central location , handy walk to supermarket, the old town strip. Nice pool area, let us play our own music, no issues with our stag do. Rooms were clean and tidy. 2 single beds and a pull out double sofa bed. You could defo get 4 people in.. breakfast was grand done the job. Was no kids at all thankfully
Expensive for drinks at the poolside bar, and bar shut at 7.30pm I think. £200 deposit per room was asked for. Accepted card though thankfully.

The hotel was super, the staff were lovely and great location.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026We booked this stay very last minute and were very pleased with the hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel room was spotlessly clean, we have no complaints! The pool area was also very well kept and we never struggled to get a sun bed. The closest beach was about a 20 minute walk, and a 5 minute uber to the coach station for transfers to the airport. There was also a large supermarket across the road from the hotel. If you are looking for an affordable comfortable stay in Albufeira I’d highly recommend!

Not much wrong with the actual hotel however there were a few small issues that we had to talk to reception/staff about but neither were followed up or acted on.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly and accommodating! The room was beautiful and the AC really helped keep us cool during the hot days and the shower was just perfect, the dream shower, the breakfast was delicious and the drinks were top notch!
The things I didn't like that much was the bed was too hard for my liking and the pool was too cold to go into it, the hair dryer power was okay but it could have been stronger

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025Tuba rõduga oli super- mõnus ja puhas. Toas oli külmkapp, kraanikauss, teekann. Asukoht vanalinna lähedal. Bussipeatus, turistirongi peatus lähedal. Toidukohtadega kaubanduskeskus 100 m hotellist. Väga abivalmid ja meeldivad töötajad. Suur bassein, päevitamis-ala.
Koridorides kahel ööl kolmest oli päris vastik lärm, kui noored jooksid edasi-tagasi ja koridorid kajasid. Hommikusöök kolmel päeval oli täpselt ühesugune, ainult esimesel päeval olid pannkoogid ka. Toit oli väga lihtne. Kõhu sai täis, kuid juurde võtma ei ahvatlenud.

Der Poolbereich könnte einladender wirken. Beim Frühstück waren Speisen nicht oder falsch angeschrieben. Der Kaffee war leider gar nicht gut & der Speisesaal beim Frühstück lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025Great location, big supermarket really close and lots of shops and restaurants. 20 min walk to old town. Hotel had everything you need & rooms cleaned every day. The food in the snack bar by the pool was really good, especially the burger!! The guy working at reception was also super friendly and had great customer service :)
Bad smell from the pipes in the bathroom sometimes but wasn’t there all the time. Beds were a little soft for my liking but that’s just a preference and didn’t cause an issue.

Albufeira en sí. Zona para ingleses, alemanes y demás fauna. Pero el hotel por suerte está en zona tranquila.
