Location is outstanding, view from our 4 bedroom villa is breathtaking, great hospitality from the Balinese staffs.

Cleanliness, bad maintenance, smelly bathrooms due to drainage , dusty windows, carpets, furnishings, humidity walls, unsanitary conditions, uneven wooden deck, safety issue on some desk lamps overall bad maintenance due to lack of proper management.

Relaxing, staff is amazing

Absolutely nothing.

I have never slept in such filthy conditions. The linen was dirty and the villa looked like it has not been cleaned in months. Air conditioning did not work and handles were falling off the doors.Electrical outlets in bathroom were hanging off the wall and unsafe for use. When we decided to cut our stay short after the first night there was no offer of a refund for the second night, no email from owner. We were extremely disappointed with this villa. Maintenance needs to be addressed ASAP and communication with customers was non existent.

The rooms were cleaned daily and we truly appreciated the fresh towels every day. The surroundings are calm, beautiful, and aesthetically pleasing, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant also deserves special mention — the food was excellent and always beautifully presented. Another lovely touch was that the owner personally came to greet the guests, which made the experience feel even more personal and welcoming. And finally, the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep. Thank you for a truly pleasant stay. We would be very happy to return.

The staff were incredible, polite and looking for ways to enhance our stay. Our original room was located down 82 stairs and they recognized my husband having difficulty navigating them and moved us to a different room the next morning. I did not read the description of the room thoroughly when booking and was very surprised to find an entire villa with kitchen and living room. Way more property than we were looking for on our final two nights before leaving Bali after a three week stay. The food was good and would certainly recommend.

There is nothing located near the resort and you need a ride to get access to a beach, other restaurants and shopping.

Overall the vibes are calm, relaxing and comfortable. But, the location of one bedroom villa is too far down through many steep stairs. Anyway, the staff assists us with the luggage so is ok. And also the property just too old, need kind of renovation. I see the food and other facilities menu, everything seems affordable and reasonable. So it makes more comfortable just staying and enjoying the villa itself

El trato de todo el staff fue excelente. Sabiendo que el último dia nos íbamos muy temprano, nos prepararon unas launch boxes para poder desayunar en el aeropuerto. Ademas, todo el staff estaba siempre dispuesto a ayudar y aconsejar en lo que fuese

Se podia apreciar alguna que otra mancha en sabanas y sofas de la villa. Nada antihigienico, pero sí es verdad que en cuanto al aspecto, perdia algo de glamour

No response from GM Douglas Wallace in any form email or message. Breakfast terrible, bar shuts at 10, drinks overpriced and terrible, no training of any sort. Expensive. Dirty villas. Blocked drains Flooding bathrooms. The list goes on.

Liked the area that the hotel was in - close enough to Gogek or taxi up to Kuta or down to Uluwatu. Very peaceful at the villa and is surrounded by lots of beautiful plants and friendly staff. The villa was huge and was a perfect fit for 4 people.

Lots of mosquitoes in the area however could also be due to the time of year we had went also weather conditions. We didn’t utilise the pool and outside amenities as much as what we wanted due to getting bitten but staff would visit the villa every night to spray each room with mosquito repellent and defog once a week which was really helpful.

The price is reasonable compared to other hotels targeting medium and low-range guests.

I recently booked a total of 3 units of 4-room villas, 1 unit of 3-room villa, and 1 unit of 1-room villa at your property. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations for a 4-star hotel. - No complimentary pick-up or drop-off service was provided, not even once, which was very disappointing. - In the villa6 I stayes, there was no hot water, and the showerhead was partially blocked, making it difficult to bathe properly. - The villa also had insects such as centipedes and frogs, which made the stay uncomfortable. - One of the 4-room villas turned out to be two connecting rooms instead of a proper 4-room villa. This arrangement caused unnecessary disputes among my relatives. If such limitations exist, guests should be informed in advance rather than only after receiving the keys. Individually these may seem minor, but together they created a very negative impression. I sincerely hope your management will review these issues and take corrective action to ensure future guests enjoy a better experience.

Extremely good service and beautiful villa facimg the forest. We really enjoyed our stay and chilling next to the private pool. Breakfastis abundant.

The villa was huge and had so much space, its in such a fabulous spot and the gardens are beautiful. Had the most amazing massage in the Spa.

The villa we stayed in needs a bit of TLC. The bathrooms were not super clean and had broken amenities like hair dryers etc. The second bathroom had a really bad smell in it so bad we avoided using it.

The staff were courteous and friendly and I really valued their service standards. The villas were very large and traditional style. The restaurant was fantastic and varied and cooked a la carte for breakfast. There’s only 19 villas so the complex is often quiet and I noticed many people eat in the villas with room service. The pools in the villas were large and clean. I will stay here again thanks for a lovely time!

Está bastante anticuado, teléfonos e interruptores amarillentos, bañera deteriorada, cortinas y cojines desgastados… Hay un poco de sensación de dejadez. Se ve que está limpio pero huele como a casa antigua cerrada. Desde luego no es un 5 estrellas. Diría un 4 estrellas pero con villa inmensa

Stayed here recently and had a wonderful experience. The private pool was great and the rooms were absolutely awesome – very spacious and comfortable. A big thank you to the overnight staff for going out of their way to organise a birthday cake, it really made the stay special.

Only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast menu, as there’s room for more variety. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Villa privada de lujo. Tal cual se ve en las fotos. La nuestra era la villa 16, de dos pisos, para 2/3 personas. Es muy tranquila, nadie te molesta. La oferta del restaurante muy completa. Te dan la posibilidad de desayunar/cenar en tu villa.

En los alrededores no hay demasiada oferta ya que está algo apartado para dar tranquilidad.

Some stairs so choose the right room 👍

Wonderful stay at Gending Kedis. 3 bed villa was huge with a fantastic pool and the biggest bath we have ever seen. The grounds were beautiful. Although it was fully booked, it never felt too busy in the restaurant or main pool. Staff were excellent, so helpful and friendly. My daughter has a food allergy and the waiting staff and chefs were good about this. Good breakfast and lunch/dinner choices. Easy to get taxis. Loved our pool and the relaxing area by it. Due to heavy traffic in Bali, it still takes at least 30 mins by taxi to Nusa Dua or Dreamland beach but taxis are not expensive and really enjoyed being in the villa with a restaurant on hand for meals in the villa or restaurant. The master bedroom is upstairs next to the main lounge, 2 other bedrooms are downstairs. We felt more comfortable with our teenage girls sleeping in the main bedroom inside but it took time locking the villa up/ turning individual lights off as could only lock the staircase door from one side. Would be better to have wall switches that could turn on/off all lamps in a room and a lock on the staircase door that could be used both sides but not too much of a problem. Furniture is traditional and a little tired in places, outdoor kitchen was open to the environment so did get visits from bats ( which wasn't a problem and made it fun but the food was great in the restaurant so never cooked. Massage was very nice here, never used the gym. We loved this villa hotel and would love to return here.

Large comfortable villas with private pools

Het was een prachtige villa met een mooi eigen zwembad. Het personeel wat uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De villa was ontzettend groot en ruim en de meubels zagen er netjes uit. Er werd elke avond netjes gespoten tegen de insecten(was ook wel nodig)

Het was een beetje oud allemaal. Het water wat op het dak van het huis onder ons lag was groen van de algen en zag er wat smerig uit. De kussens waren helemaal vervaagd en ik vind zo’n stoffen bank buiten altijd een beetje vies omdat je het niet schoon kan maken en er genoeg bezwete mensen tegen aan hebben gezeten. Er stonden geen glazen en geen servies in de buitenkeuken. In de avond stikte het van de grote insecten waardoor je niet meer bij het zwembad kon zitten. Prijs kwaliteit vond ik niet helemaal ok. Maar als je de villa deelt met andere koppels wat makkelijk zou kunnen gezien de ruimte zou het natuurlijk hartstikke goedkoop zijn.

Hotel is starting to get dated, deck boards were rotting and lifting around the pool, wife cut her toe on board. Water leak marks on roof in restaurant area could be better maintained, nice place, just getting old

The three bedroom pool villa was amazing. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Spa massages were fantastic. Restaurant provided very reasonably priced and good quality food and drinks. A really beautiful resort and gardens.

This is an ideal property for nature lovers and those looking for a different experience. There are beautiful, tropical plants and the team goes the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We met the Owner too who was very hospitable and gracious. My wife wasn’t too well so the team very kindly served us breakfast in our villa. The private pool is well maintained and the team does an excellent job of cleaning the same very efficiently.

The one bedroom villa which has several steps is ideal for youngsters. Not ideal for senior guests. However, to make it more comfortable for all age groups, one suggestion would be to add a minibar in the bedroom so that for cold drinks etc one doesn’t have to go to the upper level. The doors need to be tightly sealed or changed to UPVC to prevent creepy crawlers from entering. We had several visitors during our stay !

Dated, dark, dank, mouldy and hundreds and hundreds of steps. The place is a ghost town, no one staying there. Management with any autonomy never available. Checked out after 2 nights instead of the 7 we booked.

Gorgeous spot! The grounds are well-maintained. The staff was fabulous. The villa we stayed in was a bit tired, with warped floors in the kitchen and paint pealing in a few spots.
