the room was lovely, private pool also lovely.

There was construction the entire time. No warning until I arrived. Woke up to jack hammering every morning. The shower water also was cold most of the time I was there.

The villa and the staff were nice

It was on a very busy road and all day and night you heard the cars, scooters and motorbikes zooming past and beeping horns. We also had refurb/ building on the other side of the villa - no peace or relaxation at all. We thought it was a 20 min walk to the beach, but the gradient of the road going to the beach would've been very steep to get back to the villa, if you wanted to dice with death and walk on the really busy road down there in the first place( there are no paths on the road ). On Bookings it did say shuttle available ( extra charge ) but there wasn't one.

Limpieza y la villa era preciosa. La cama comodísima y la habitación amplia. El baño espectacular. No está situado en el centro,pero eso hace que sea muy silencioso y relajante.

Estaban de obras temporales ampliando el hotel y no lo sabíamos, pero no supuso un mayor problema ya que no era un volumen de ruido elevado.

We had a lovely stay for one night before travelling to Sumba the next morning. The staff were amazing and even made us a take away breakfast for our early start. The room was lovely and the bed so comfortable. Beautiful gardens and lovely pool. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

La maison correspond en tous points aux photos. Le personnel est très gentil, le petit-déjeuner très bon et la propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Egalement c'est la meilleure literie que nous ayons eu durant tout notre voyage en Indonésie.

Le gros point noir est que nous avons eu la première maison, soit celle en bord de route et c'était extrêmement bruyant. Les scooters et voitures circulent jour et nuit et cela n'est pas du tout insonorisé. De plus, l'hôtel faisait des travaux pour inclure un restaurant et un spa et cela n'a pas été pris en compte dans le prix. J'aurais apprécié être informée avant ma réservation. L'emplacement ne permet d'accéder à Jimbaran à pied car en haut d'une colline.

property was absolutely stunning, room was spacious, bed comfortable, huge tv, big bathroom, little robe and slippers and hairdryer available. The pool and outdoor sitting area was also beautiful. Great location, 5 minute scooter ride to jimbaran beach. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and helped us out booking a scooter for the week.

There is currently construction work going on through the day by the reception area but it didn’t bother us at all

I loved the layout of the villa, the aesthetic, the pool and it was very clean, however there are a couple of things I would note on why I wouldn’t stay again personally, and areas that could be improved or changed. However the staff were lovely, especially the security who help when getting taxis!

Firstly, it is currently a construction site, which we weren’t notified on before we arrived, so when we did arrive I was a bit taken back by all of the work going on around and there is construction noise throughout the day which makes relaxing at the pool not very relaxing. Secondly, the lights around the villa are left on all through the night, which wouldn’t be too bad if there were blackout blinds however the room is VERY bright making it hard to sleep. (I did ask for them to be turned off and they just said they stay on all night) Lastly, our villa was so loud with traffic noise, I was awoken a couple of times throughout every night 3am, 6am etc. from loud bike / car noises. If you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend.

A lovely property and very large accommodation with an extremely comfortable king size bed, ceiling, fan, and Aircon. The bathroom was also beautiful with two sinks, a bathtub, and rain shower. The whole property feels very well thought out and designed with a lot of detail. There is an area outside of my bungalow shared with two other bungalows that has a large sitting area with two sofas and a coffee table as well as a kitchen and dining table. I used the beautiful swimming pool every day. It also is gorgeous with blue tiles, and occasionally frangipani blossom is falling from the plantings around the pool. I stayed here five nights when I had only intended to stay for two. There are plenty of excellent places to eat nearby and Jimbaran Beach is only just over a kilometre away. All of the staff were so considerate and friendly, always smiling and happy to help with any request. Really I can’t say enough good things about my stay here. I felt so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave.

The only downside for me was it is on quite a busy road with some noise from the traffic. It really didn’t bother me as I was well away from the road. Also, there are no sidewalks on the road, so it is difficult to walk anywhere and feel safe. As a result, I generally took a grab or ojek when I was heading out for the day or evening.

Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet und da uns das Frühstück nicht zusagte für den Preis war es schwierig ohne Toaster und scharfe Messer zu arbeiten. Weingläser wären auch toll. Die Klimaanlage war nicht gut zum einstellen. Mal funktioniert - mal nicht.

The property was great. The beds were so comfortable. Big rooms and bathrooms. Pool was great.

We had construction next door knocking down a wall that we couldn’t hear each other speak in the open lounge area. We told the manager and he asked them to stop. Kitchen needs an overhaul if you wanted to cook anything. Bad drain smell in the kitchen and back twin bedroom. Not an easy fix obviously

Είχε τα πάντα ότι χρειαζόμασταν το μόνο που δε μου άρεσε ήταν που όταν φτάσαμε κάναν ανακαίνιση κάποιες βίλες χωρίς να μας έχουν ενημερώσει κ επικρατούσε φασαρία…η δική μας βίλα ήταν ακριβώς πάνω σχεδόν στο δρόμο και είχαμε φασαρία γενικά , πιστεύω ότι στις πιο μέσα βίλες που δεν είναι πάνω στο δρόμο θα είναι πιο ήσυχα

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La villa est très agréable. La piscine est superbe! Le personnel est très agréable et toujours présent si besoin.

Erg mooi, er ontbreekt niets. Heerlijk zwembad en fijn dat iedereen zich ook even kan terug trekken op een eigen slaapkamer en eigen badkamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, 24u receptie, veilig, goed afgesloten terrein.

Keuken is aan vervangen toe. Hebben wij niet gebruikt, waren we ook niet van plan en zou ik ook niet aanraden. Er is momenteel een grote renovatie bezig waar wij niet van op de hoogte waren. Bleek pas bij aankomst, erg veel geluidsoverlast, even rustig relaxen en een boek lezen was niet te doen. Boren, hakken, etc van 8 tot 17u. Na onvrede te hebben uitgesproken, kregen we laatste twee dagen ontbijt aangeboden. Aardig maar lost geluidsoverlast niet op. Locatie ligt niet in de drukte maar met taxi prima!

Een ruime villa met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Fijn dat je ook buiten kunt zitten. Heel mooi zwembad met 2 ligbedden.

Schone villa, maar op veel plekken slijtage. Buitenkeuken heeft z’n beste tijd gehad. Voor ons lag de villa te rustig. Als je naar de drukte wilde, moest je een taxi nemen.

Pool and outdoor area was lovely. Villa was quite simple but had everything you would need for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Staff were fantastic - so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Very comfortable stay at the villa resort for 1 night. The facilities were excellent, the only downside is the food didn't match as the food was adequate, but not in keeping with the luxurious facilities.

Great location 20 minutes from the airport yet very quiet. Location is walkable to the beach and convenience stores however there are no sidewalk. Breakfast is an additional fee, but worth every penny

The property was in good condition when we checked in. However, the staff did not clean up after breakfast, leaving all the plates with food remnants untouched until the next day. On the second day, the milk provided for the child was spoiled. When we reported this, three staff members came separately and argued that the milk had not expired. Furthermore, they did not offer to replace the milk, claiming they had none in stock, despite a store with milk being just a 5-minute walk from the property.

We had a wonderful stay at The Mutiara Jimabaran. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. We stayed in a one bedroom villa. It was beautiful and clean, with a private pool, kitchen area and huge bathroom area. Grocery stores were close by and ot was a three minute taxi ride to Jimbaran Beach. Would thoroughly recommend!

The Villa itself is very spacious with a large pool and garden area. We found limited stocked kitchen items. The Villa roof has bats living there so when you get up on the morning if you have little children you need to be very careful as there was bat poo everywhere which is very toxic we did request housekeeping to clean each morning which they did. The Villa is on top of a hill on a busy road so not ideal to walk with kids as no pavements they do advertise a Free shuttle service to Supermarket and local area but they do not have a shuttle we had to order taxis to get everywhere. Overall we had a good time staff were very friendly and helpful but because of where the Villa is situated would not re visit.

The hotel was beautiful, very spacious, super clean the ground floor bathroom has a "outdoor shower" it's brilliant. The breakfast was brought to the villa each day and the table set ready for you good extensive menu too. We had a wonderfully time here and would recommend to any one.

Only 1 small thing was the second bedroom on the upper floor was only able to be accessed from an external staircase, we have kids old enough that this was acceptable but this wouldn't be suitable for younger children.

Quite a good location for those who plan spend most of the time on Jimbaran beach. But you have to be on the car/bike, it is a must. Very-very poor kitchen facilities. Actually it is almost impossible to organize full self-catering despite the availability of the kitchen itself. There were almost no dishes and kitchen utensils. Even for the knife we had to request additionally. And the guy on the receprion finally just gave us his own, I suppose. The same for the pot and frying pan. So, just don't count on cooking on the villa, that's it. For us it was an unpleasant suprise, cause we are VERY big family with kids and every day for every meal - visiting restaurants, is not an option A bit weeak shower pressure, but nothing really crucial. As for me - poor lightning. Absence/lack of mosquito repellent treatment, what makes almost impossible to have a dinner in the evening (and you have no any kitchen facilities inside, only outside the bedrooms)

The property was lovely and private, we had everything we needed. Good size fridge and kitchen, although cupboard and drawers could do with a little attention. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Bedroom was lovely and a very comfortable bed.

We probably should have looked better into the location, was in a very busy road with no footpath and as walking is our main transportation we did not feel safe doing so. Is quite a way out from any shops or restaurants, would prefer to be more within easy walking distance if hustle and bustle but in saying that, that is my poor investigating not the properties fault.

Also toiletries in plastic, would be good if in a more eco friendly package. No conditioner. Not many good options for food within walking distance, I had breakfast one day at Colombo Cafe [walkable] and was good.

Great place to stay

The original Jukung Villa had smell in toilet from guests use inside garden for pee, not use toilet. So i mentioned and they upgraded me a bigger unit. Just locked the second and third bedroom. I have stayed her many times Always clean and great location

The Villa was private with its own pool. Very comfortable!

It was right next to the road- could here people passing and conversating.

No fans or sun protection in living area making it unpleasant particularly in the early part of the day. Kitchen was not as well equipped as expected.

I like the location close to Jimbaran beach. Its quite a nice resort. First visit was better.

No ice, we were sent to buy some. They didnt offer to go and buy until we asked. The breakfast was attrocious. We could have ended sharing the villa. We were lucky no one else checked in. This is not my idea of shared facilities.

Staff were amazing, I can't praise them enough. The rooms were a decent size, the pool was amazing.

You can’t really walk out from the Villa - the road is unlit and feels a bit dangerous in the dark. We did walk but you really need to get a car everywhere.

The villa is hidden from the streets and very quite. You can easily travel from the villa to nice places in the neighbourhood. The reception can help you with renting motorbikes. The guys at the reception are very friendly. The pool is nice a large enough for 4 people. We would definitly go there again. Recommended

There nothing that we did not like. Maybe 1 thing: there was a bluetooth speaker but that was wasnt working. We didnt mind.

Spacious villa with comfortable enough rooms, nice pool and central living room area to gather with friends. Hot and cold drinking water is easily available from a water dispenser, which is great. Location was easy enough for all taxis to find, but it didn't have any walkable shops nearby, so we had to take taxis or order in food.

The main sofa seats were not too comfortable for long sessions. The kitchen could have been better maintained - the cupboards were old, some unused and grimy inside, and sink had no hand soap, just detergent, but there was cutlery. The main bedroom didn't have hot water.

No breakfast was included, it was unsafe to walk the street, with no path way or street lights. We were on a scooter and at times hard to get out of property as you could not see traffic, security guard was always there to help. Staff were friendly and always helpful. The villa was a nice and relaxing property with your own pool.

The villa was huge and had everything we needed. The most beautiful private pool we have ever had in Bali. Lovely garden around pool attracting lovely birds.

Unfortunately the road running by the property is really busy and dangerous to walk along. We had to take a taxi to reach cafes/shops that were within walking distance for us.
