Culture Hotel Centro Storico

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Naples et ses alentours. L'hôtel est proche du centre historique et du quartier espagnol. Depuis L'hôtel il est très facile de rejoindre à pied tous les lieux stratégiques de la ville (port, transports en commun, etc)

La robinetterie mériterait d'être renouvelée. La tenture murale très endommagée par des fuites de la clim. Dommage car la chambre est spacieuse et bien agencée

Même avec du double vitrage le bruit de la rue puisque la chambre donnait sur l’avenue (jour et nuit) Par contre les chambres sont très bien insonorisées.

Il set bagno in un albergo 4 stelle, secondo il mio pensiero, è inaccettabile che sia ancora con bagnodoccia in flaconcini da 30ml e saponette, senza parlare che in una camera matrimoniale venga dato a disposizione soltanto un bagnodoccia, un sapone intimo (se non sbaglio) e una crema corpo. La pulizia lascia un pò a desiderare, sopra la madia della TV c'era polvere e vista la quantità non era recente. Il parcheggio è un garage convenzionato che di convenzionato non ha nulla.

La localisation au centre ville était très bien, malheureusement dans une rue peu accueillante, mais c'est un des défauts de Naples Centre Ville, vieux et pas très propre. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, la position rooftop un plus.

Pas de sujets majeur, mais des sujets plutot juste bon mais pas très bons : chambre sans vue agréable (situation de Naples Centre Ville), un personnel qui apporte le service mais pas le plus dune touche amicale / agréable / familiale, une suspicion d'allergie au traitement des draps (qui se justifie pour éviter les parasites probables, mais peut-être un rinçage insuffisant)

The location is great. Very near Piazza Dante and the port. Everything is in walking distance. Really lovely hotel with fully functioning air con and a fridge in the room as well as a safe. Breakfast is fine, nothing spectacular but it is on the roof of the hotel which is lovely.

La posizione é ottima e il personale gentilissimo. Buona la pulizia. La camera era piuttosto ampia per le.mie esigenze ed il letto molto comodo. Nel complesso comunque é una buona struttura in cui tornerei.

Con un po' più di attenzione per i dettagli l'esperienza sarebbe stata anche migliore. La porta della camera non si apriva e chiudeva bene, ma doveva essere tirata o spinta con forza. Questo perché strusciava sul pavimento. La porta della cabina doccia restava aperta parzialmente con logiche conseguenze. Soffione della doccia da sostituire e soffitto della camera con muffa in un angolo (per infiltrazione acqua/condensa probabilmente). Peccato per la colazione che, nonostante la gentilezza del personale potrebbe essere di qualità superiore (es frutta fresca)

Sehr gute zentrale Lage nur 3 Minuten bis in die Altstadt. Zimmer groß und sehr geräumig. Ruhig obwohl direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Klimaanlage sehr angenehm und leise so dass man sie auch nachts nutzen konnte. Ausreichend Handtücher im Badezimmer vorhanden und noch nie eine so gute Dusche in Italien gehabt. Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung und für jeden etwas dabei.

Leider konnten wir erst verspätet gegen 15:30 einchecken obwohl Check in ab 14:00 war.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de todos los lugares turisticos. . Personal muy amable e instalaciones cómodas. Queda calle principal, pero no se escuchan ruidos en las habitaciones. Ademas al lado esta un supermercado y una lavanderia.

El personal muy servicial y dispuesto a ayudar. Muy cómoda la habitación y el desayuno variado. Dejamos las valijas antes de hacer check in y cuando regresamos nos las habían ubicado en las habitaciones, evitando nuestro esfuerzo. El personal 10 puntos! La ubicación perfecta también!!

Un detalle menor, pero faltaba acondicionador en la habitación. Es fundamental para las mujeres.

La stanza era molto pulita e la posizione è sicuramente strategica per un giro nel centro della città.

Nápolyban szerintem a legjobb ár érték arányú hotel. Nagyon tiszta és szép. A személyzet magas szinvonalú mindent el intéznek hejeted és semmiben nem sürgetnek. Ez volt az elsö olyan szálás ahol le pakolhatam a cucaim mielött a szálást ki kelet fizetnem.

Leider war die Klimaanlage nicht einstellbar wodurch es entweder sehr kalt war oder man musste diese ausschalten wobei es dann auch schnell warm wurde

Great Hotel in a fantastic location. The Hotel staff were fantastic and very helpful. The rooms were great size and had everything needed. The breakfast was amazing, lots of variety and in a great setting on the rooftop. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommended.

Das Frühstücksbüffet ist super und ein richtig tolles Angebot. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, die Anreise mit der Linea1 und 5 Minuten Fußweg schnell zu machen. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr ruhig (für napoletanische Verhältnisse)

Enttäuschend war, dass der "Pool" immer noch oder schon wieder nicht einsatzbereit war. Ein Post vor 1 Monat zeigte, dass er da schon defekt war. Dann bitte nicht damit werben.

Komplett ausgestattet auch mit vielen Pfegeprodukten. Gut geräuschgedämmt, wenig Straßenlärm. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Klimaanlage benötigte einige Stunden Anlauf um Wirkung zu zeigen. Parkplätze am Hotel nicht vorhanden, nicht einmal für Motorräder. Ein Parkplatz für ein Motorrad in der nahen Tiefgarage kosten 25€ pro Tag!!!!

A truly classic hotel. From perfect staff to comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. You can see the hotel is carrying the legacy from the time that hotels actually were designed to maximize the comfort of the guest rather than being just chains trying to make money as much as possible. The hotel has a fast service providing for what you need and soundproof rooms which is a big plus in a big and crowded city like Naples. The location is perfect and you can reach most of what Naples has to offer with a 20 minutes walk

Good location in the historic centre. Plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walk. Restaurant is clean and modern. The included breakfast was very good, Served on the roof terrace which is a nice addition.

Air conditioner unit slightly noisy, but found a way to keep it quiet. Safe was not working, but was not desperately needed during our stay.

The location is excellent, really central in Naples so you can walk to most sites. The breakfast was very good - one of the better ones I’ve had in a hotel in Italy.

The rooms were smaller than I thought or showed on the website photos.

Be careful, please. They block the cost of one night on your bank card when you pay at the property. Unfortunately, from 27/06 until today (15/07), I am still waiting for the money to be unblocked. The hotel uses this method to protect themselves, but we are the ones who end up paying the price. They are simply not accountable. They told me they have nothing to do with it and that I need to figure out the solution myself, as if I were the one who chose this stupid process.

Siamo stati molto bene a Culture Hotel Centro Storico e se dovessimo ritornare a Napoli, sicuramente torneremmo qui. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la vicinanza al centro, in meno di 10 minuti a piedi eravamo nel centro storico. Un punto molto buono anche per chi dovesse prendere i mezzi di trasporto, molto bene collegata come zona. La cosa che ci ha più stupito e resi contenti è stata la disponibilità e la generosità dello staff; tutti quanti hanno contribuito a regalarci un soggiorno incantevole. Ci teniamo moltissimo a ringraziare soprattutto Pietro della reception e Anna delle colazioni, molto carini, disponibili e ci hanno dato dei suggerimenti molto utili oltre che una fantastica accoglienza. Le camere pulite e dotate di tutti i confort. Non possiamo dire altro che A presto! Grazie di tutto, Simo e Mada

Excellent location for seeing the historical side of Naples. Careful not to miss the entrance as it is up a lane. Check In was easy and the staff were polite and helpful. Some staff understand and speak English better than others. Ashamed to say there English is better than my Italian! One of our party is a wheelchair user and the hotel kindly stored it out of the way so they didn't have to take it to their room. We were in rooms 102 and 104 which were of an adequate size. There is a small lift to all floors. The rooms were 'made up' each day by the maids however if you'd rather they not, you can put a sign on the door. The shower was good however it can flood the whole bathroom (wet room) so make it a quick one! The beds are large and comfy. Rooms have air conditioning which you control from a panel on the wall. Plenty cupboard space (only 3 coat hangers) and there is a safe. The staff were really helpful whenever we needed anything. We had no problem with noise from the roads. There are plenty of restaurants close by. If you want to eat before 7pm you're choice will be limited though. You can get street food all through the day. Walking distance to many sights. Bus stop just outside, although we never used it. The roads are disorganised chaos so be careful when crossing! I mentioned earlier that one of our party is a wheelchair user, Naples is mostly wheelchair accessible but it is not wheelchair friendly. There is a lack of dipped kerbs and it has cobbled streets and roads.

Le point fort de l'hôtel était sensé être la piscine jacuzzi sur le rooftop... aucune communication préalable mais non disponible car cassé apparemment! Pas mal de poussière dans la chambre et dans les parties communes. Chambre double réservée, chambre triple livrée, donc peu d'espace disponible. 2m2 perdus à la place du lit simple et 3m2 perdus pour le couloir d'entrée. Sur une chambre de 18m2 c'est non négligeable ! Et pour couronner le tout, porte de la chambre cassée, il fallait forcer pour ouvrir et fermer. Le personnel ne parlait pas français. Pas grave mais encore un point négatif supplémentaire...

When we arrived there were issues with the power at the hotel and the staff recommended we stay at their sister hotel. We asked if this was in the centre of Naples as that is why we had booked Culture Hotel Centro Storico. We were told it was only a 15 mins walk from the centre. We also asked if there were bars and restaurants near the other hotel, and we were told there were. A taxi was arranged to take us there. This took 20 mins to get to the sister hotel and it became clear we were at least 1 hours walk outside the centre of Naples up a hill. It was far too hot to walk that distance. Also there were no bars and restaurants near the sister hotel and as a result we had to pay for multiple taxi journeys to and from Naples during our stay totalling close to 180 Euros. We were not made particularly welcome at the hotel and were not offered any welcome refreshments for our trouble. It made for a disappointing stay. I would expect some refund to compensate us for the taxi fares.

A very clean and comfortable hotel in the centro storico of Napoli. Our room faced the main road but it was very quiet. The doors opened to a small balcony so it was fun to watch the craziness of the street below! The elevators were big enough for 2 people and luggage. The breakfast was great and all staff were friendly and helpful. A sound, value for money hotel in a great location. I've read some of the negative reviews and they sound like people just being petty and fussy.

Hôtel très agréable, à taille humaine. Situation géographique impeccable pour visiter la ville à pied. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et la literie très confortable. Elle donnait sur une toute petite rue donc l immeuble d en face était très proche…vue sur un mur mais calme absolu ce qui est un luxe dans une ville très animée et à choisir je préfère le calme à une belle vue. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, un buffet copieux sur le roof top et là pour le coup la vue était bien. Personnel attentionné et serviable.

Отличное расположение. До порта, Королевского дворца, музеев, Испанского квартала и торговых улиц можно дойти пешком. Очень приветливый персонал, спасибо, что учли нашу просьбу и дали номер с двумя отдельными кроватями. Номер был идеально чистый, тихий, с хорошим климат-контролем. Отдельное спасибо за кровати : матрасы и подушки были настолько удобными, что за три ночи мы прекрасно высыпались.

Единственный минус-завтрак. Выбор небольшой, и еда не впечатлила. Мы завтракали в кафе через дорогу. Думаю, если бы отель улучшил завтраки, было бы вообще идеально.

Ηταν αρκετά σκοτεινό το διαμέρισμα, γενικά ήταν καθαρό, νομίζω πως υπήρχε κάποιο θέμα στον εξαερισμό του μπάνιου και μύριζε λίγο. Όταν κάναμε το τσεκ ιν δεν μας ενημέρωσαν πως οπότε κάνουν refill στο μπαρ με τα νερά θα υπήρχε έξτρα χρέωση. Βεβαια θα έπρεπε και εμείς να διαβάσουμε τον κατάλογο. Υπήρχαν επίσης δύο διακοπές ρεύματος, αλλά οκ αυτό δεν ευθύνεται απόλυτα στο ξενοδοχείο.

Petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité ; charcuterie bas de gamme ; jus de fruit en bouteille, certainement coupé à l’eau; impossible d’avoir un café correct, pourtant fait à la demande; un toasteur pour le pain, allumé une seule fois en 5 jours; viennoiseries et pâtisseries bof , bof. En bref, un petit déjeuner, pas d’un niveau 4 étoiles.
