The rooms are dirty and they don’t make the beds, take out the trash and I had to ask for clean towels and they were all stained. The rooms don’t look like they showed and the beds are lumpy and you fall into the middle. It’s a complete dump and you can’t get your money back if you leave early. Staff is rude and so disorganized and no one is ever in the front desk and they close the front desk

Clean and economical

Room was clean and comfortable. It was cool when we walked in. This cannot be overstated. It was really nice to walk into a cool room after a hot drive.

View was less than spectacular, but it was okay we just needed a clean bed to sleep.

Very quiet and peaceful

I checked in around midnight, and the experience was disappointing from the start. The staff member gave me my room key and told me I was in Room 212 upstairs. While we were walking toward the room, I asked to check the key card holder myself and noticed it actually said Room 112. It was concerning that I had been directed to the wrong room/floor in the first place. When I entered Room 112, there was a strong unpleasant smell, a mixture of cannabis and what smelled like beer that had soaked into the carpet. The room did not feel fresh or properly cleaned. The pillows were old, flat, and uncomfortable, and the bedding felt somewhat itchy. The following morning, I had food delivered to my room by Uber, but unfortunately no utensils were included with the order. I called the front desk to ask if they could provide any, and the only response I received was, “Sorry, we don’t provide that.” I understand that utensils may not normally be provided, but I was surprised there was no effort to help or suggest an alternative, especially for a hotel guest. Overall, the combination of being given incorrect room information, the unpleasant smell and condition of the room, and the lack of helpful customer service made the stay quite disappointing. I expected a much more comfortable and welcoming experience.

I loved the location of the inn. It was perfectly accessible, convenient, and easy for find. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and understanding as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we are very appreciative of them.

Fijn om na een tent vakantie op doorreis in een motel te kunnen uitrusten met de hele family (3kinds) op 1 grote kamer. Met eigen bad/douche. En zelfs de mogelijkheid om zelf koffie te kunnen zetten. Geen extreme luxe, maar prima prijs/kwaliteit.

We had a power outage and they couldn’t give us any information… power returned after 2-3 hours

It was filthy! One bed wasn’t made and was dirty! Went to wash face and the sink got plugged in the bathroom. Went to front desk to ask for a plunger and no one was there. Had to borrow a plunger from a resident that lives in the motel ! Room didn’t have a coffee maker, had to go to the front desk to get one. Room was very run down. Didn’t have shuttle service to airport like it advertised on your website! The motel is in a bad area of town and very run down. I took video but only 1 picture of the dirty bed after I made it. App doesn’t give option to upload video

We like the location: it's not too close to the highway.The beds was comfortable, a shower works fine. It was clean.For one night it was OKAY, we did not check a TV or A/C. We would stop again on a way to Vancouver

Grand salon et grande chambre, c'est très bien. . Grand frigo, très utile. La salle de bain était assez grande. Climatisation dans la chambre ET le salon. Le personnel était disponible et à l'écoute. Large living room and large bedroom, very nice. Large fridge, very useful. The bathroom was quite spacious. Air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. The staff were available and attentive.

The air conditioning works but is very noisy. The room was occupied by a smoker, and there was a lingering smell.

Loved the restaurant for breakfast. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

No ice machine or actually it was not working! And finding someone at front desk was not always easy.

It had beds and the wifi was not slow.

The bathtub drain was draining very slow and when I moved the plug hair and small black chunks were coming out. The bed sheets, towels, wash clothes were stained yellow and when the shower curtain got wet it smelled like urine. The pillow was ripped and a bunch of stuffing was coming out. We didn’t sleep under the covers, we slept using our own blankets. When I told the staff the next morning we weren’t offered a discount just a thank you for letting them know.

It was dirty. No excuse for that level of not clean! Both bedside outlets didn’t work,sand in sink,crumbs & crud on the couch,I could go on! Asked for enough towels for each guest & mentioned the dirtiness so they came the next day to clean ,the clump of dark long hair on the floor ended up on my clothes on the chair & they bought a microwave randomly. I wiped down light switches & knobs and used a towel to sit in the couch.

The bed and pillows were luxurious, and I was pleasantly surprised by how plush and soft the towels were.

The bathtub drain was plugged, and I was ankle-deep in water by the end of my shower. I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out, and the clerk promptly dispatched his maintenance man to attend to it. The TV remote batteries were weak, and the remote only worked close to the TV; this was also mentioned and rectified on the spot. These are minor complaints; overall, the property was comfortable, as was my stay.

Budget motel for 1 overnight stay. Very badly needs renovation.

I had stayed at this hotel in the past and found the stay satisfactory but when I arrived on this particular occasion I was told they had overbooked the room, that it had been given to another client and I was being referred to an associated hotel nearby.

Was tired after a 13-hour drive and wanted to settle in the room I had booked and prepaid for. The substitute hotel iwas in an unsavory part of downtown, with more than its fair share of street people/drunks lurking about. Parking had to be along the street, some distance from the hotel entrance, since there was no on-site parking.

Chair didn't work properly. Toilet did flush properly had to flush it 3 or 4 times to make it flush everything down room was very hot. Curtains blocked the air conditioner .

clean room, clean sheets (wrinkled) clean bed , clean bathroom, very helpful staff willing to knock on my door to wake me up in the morning, supplied the room with towels and all required bathroom necessities.The room was a good value for the price, quiet and just what I required after a long drive from Edmonton. I would revisit this hotel the next time I pass through Kamloops.

no phone at the end of the phone chord. the wall in the bathroom was functionally repaired with drywall compound, but it looked like a 5 year old applied the mud and forgot to sand it before painting it. The hotel decor is dated but comfortable.

Our room has a stinking smell , we are 4 people but only 2 towels where given also the mirror in the bathroom os very dirty same also in the microwave theirs finger prints. Also the aircon was not working

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were the basic amenities provvided.

The parking out back, where our room was provided very little space. We were not able to park close to the room. The Keurig pods provided were 2 decaf, 1 tea and 1 regular coffee.

Room was clean, easy to access. The room faced a quiet street.

There was no hair dryer or kettle available. I'm allergic to coffee & can't have water for tea come through a coffee machine.. Ugh. The Front desk didn't have a kettle available.

The staff were amazing and the place was central. Loved it, best value for dollar!

When we checked in, they actually gave away our room to someone else I ordered the family room because we needed three beds by the time we checked in at around 5 o’clock they had given it away to someone else even though I paid for the family room, very disappointed in that we ended up with two beds only. They did end up bringing us a car afterwards, but there was no room for the car because the rooms are small. We tried to push each bed up against the wall move the beds and the floor was absolutely disgustingly dirty filthy like it’s never been cleaned.. They came in the next day to clean our room and they took away all her towels. We had no towels by the time we came back to the room. As well as no days did they replenish the coffee for in the room.

It’s a low budget hotel. The tv is small and ancient. The bed was very uncomfortable. It had a hump in the middle which made it hard to turn over. The sheets were clean but the floor had some dried mud on part of it. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke but it was a billed as a non smoking room.

Location was far from city. Parking lot too small for where our room was and we have a truck. We had to park on the other side of the building. Sheets weren't changed was a stain on it. They didnt wanna change it for us.

The rooms were so so..

Not very much. The welcome on arrival was pleasant enough, other than this, very little.

The room and bathroom are very tired and looked grubby. A big square cutout in the counter top made it unusable. The bathroom has seen better days. Knob missing from the extractor controller, a lightbulb out in the bathroom, both the sink and bath drains were blocked and slow to drain, the shower curtain was stained and the bottles of shampoo and body wash were empty. Unfortunately these only became obvious in the morning of a one night stay. However, all of the above should be obvious to house keeping. The location is close to a main road resulting in quite a bit of traffic noise late evening and early morning, but not a problem during the night.

It only looked good because The location was in a good spot.

There was no bulb in the kitchen area and the other light didn’t work. The coffee was without sugar and creamer. In washroom When you opened the sink tap, the water would spray outside instead of going into the sink — the sink adjustment was bad. We only really had a bed to sleep on. There wasn’t anything else worth praising.”

Honestly, there was absolutely nothing I liked

The room was filthy! There was hand prints and a foot print on one of the head boards, bathroom floor was lifting, around the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned, bath tub didnt drain, TV remote didnt work, was there 2 days and no one came around to see if we needed anything, my dog found a white pill under the night stand, no creamer for coffee

The staff were lovely and it’s in a decent location for the city centre.

It was not the cleanest, very run down rooms falling apart and I just felt very uncomfortable. My room was not like the photos, the floor was dirty, paint chipping everywhere, there were marks on one of the towels and pillow cases. I don’t know what value people are referring to for their money, it was still a lot for one night and there was not a lot I got for it.
