C'è stata un'ora in cui è mancata l'acqua ma probabilmente non era problema dell'hotel

I was pleased with the room, view, bed, cleanliness, service, breakfast, location, and loved the hot water temperature & pressure in the shower.

Unkompliziert, zentral und alles was es braucht

The breakfast was really nice, port and airport were close by together with some really nice restaurants.

For me it wasn’t really an issue but you have to travel far to see any landmarks, not much beach to go by and planes were flying overhead every 15 mins or so.

Hotel is centrally located good, right in the old town with great views to the sea. there are lot's of tavernas and artisan shops around, Stuff is extremally friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic, lot's of variates. We do enjoyed our stay. Σας ευχαριστώ :)

La totale mancanza di un parcheggio. Quelli esistenti erano a pagamento ed abbastanza cari.

Het hotel ligt direct aan het centrum. Het is erg schoon en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is uitstekend, zowel eigerechten als ook zoets en fruit en Yoghurt, een goede koffie en verse sinaasappelsap. Je kan bij het ontbijt zowel binnen als buiten zitten.

De badkamer is een beetje krap, maar woon hadden ook een gewone standaardkamer geboekt.

Μείναμε στο Atrion Hotel στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης τον Αύγουστο του 2026 και είχαμε εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και επαγγελματικό. Ευχαριστούμε ιδιαίτερα την κυρία Μαίρη για την αναβάθμιση του δωματίου μας σε σουίτα, η οποία ήταν ευρύχωρη, άνετη και προσεγμένη, με όμορφα amenities. Το πρωινό ήταν πρωινό και ποιοτικό. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καθαρό και όμορφο, ενώ όλη η ομάδα ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει. Ευχαριστούμε την κυρία Μαίρη και όλη την ομάδα του Atrion για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

EL BAÑO UN POCO PEQUEÑO Y AL SALIR DE LA DUCHA ALGO INCÓMODO PERO CON VENTANA EXTERIOR QUE COMPENSABA.

Location was not what I hoped.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel proche du front de mer, du port et des rues piétonnes du centre. La chambre spacieuse avec un petit balcon avec vue sur la mer. Le petit-déjeuner sucré /salé, copieux et varié. Les espaces communs bien aménagés.

L'accueil froid et hautain, le soir de notre arrivée, de la personne qui semblait être le gérant et son attitude les jours suivants. Semble ignorer les règles élémentaires de politesse. Un comble pour une personne en contact professionnellement avec des clients. Les deux dames ,présentes beaucoup plus rarement à la réception , étaient, par contre, très aimables et souriantes. Ainsi que les femmes chargées du ménage des chambres. L'hôtel nécessiterait certains travaux. Un seul ascenseur, limité à deux personnes , dessert 6 étages. La salle de bains était minuscule et manquait d'étagères pour ranger les affaires de toilette

The Atrion Hotel was Absolutely Excellent. Facilities first class / really well presented / clean/ modern. The breakfasts were out of this world. Cannot speak highly enough & The Staff were out of this World!!

Lokācija ir lieliska, visi apskates objekti , veikaliņi,super marketi atrodas ļoti tuvu. Vien 10 minūšu gājienā. Brokastis viesnīcā ir labas. Lēnā pastaigā var izbaudīt pilsētas mazās ieliņas, kas aizrauj ar savu burvību. Iesaku šo viesnīcu. Es noteikti vēl atgrieztos šajā viesnīcā.

Būtu vēl labāk, ja būtu baseins.

Bellissimo albergo, elegantemente arredato, in posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti dal porto, dai siti museali, dalla stazione centrale dei bus, dalle strade più belle con i migliori bar ristoranti. Eccellente la colazione che viene servita anche in un bellissimo dehors nel quale è possibile cenare. Personale estremamente qualificato, professionale e cortese. Camere e bagni accoglienti e belle, letti comodissimi, livelli di pulizia altissimi, come in tutto l’albergo del resto. Consigliatissimo.

Ficamos muito feliz que guardaram a nossas malas enquanto preparavam nosso quarto. Inclusive, liberaram acesso ao quarto antes mesmo do horario do check in. A comunicação com o hotel através do app do Booking é perfeita! Outro ponto de destaque foi cuidarem das nossas malas após check out.

Poderiam ter opção de receber um kit de cafe da manhã no quarto antes do horario ou na noite anterior. A ilha conta com diversos tours e todos começam muito cedo (é necessário sair antes do horario do cafe da manhã do hotel).

La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica: comodissima sia per raggiungere il centro sia per la vicinanza al lungomare e al Museo Archeologico. La camera era estremamente pulita, moderna e silenziosa, garantendo un ottimo riposo. La colazione era ricca e varia, con una bella selezione di prodotti freschi sia dolci che salati. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff, sempre sorridente, accogliente.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια, το μόνο μικρό θεματάκι ήταν ο διαχωρισμός των κρεβατιών. Είχαμε διαλέξει δίκλινο αλλά ήταν δύο ενωμένα μονα κρεβάτια τα οποία γλιστρούσαν και διαχωρίζονταν.

Εξαιρετικό το πρωινό, πολύ πρόθυμοι και χαμογελαστοι οι άνθρωποι του ξενοδοχείου σε πολύ καλό σημείο επίσης του ηρακλείου, από το οποίο είχαμε πρόσβαση σε όλο το κέντρο σε λιγα λεπτα . μπράβο σε όλους!

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia per 4 notti, tutto molto soddisfacente: accoglienza, pulizia giornaliera della stanza, posizione ( a piedi andavamo al centro e alla piazza dei bus ) e punta di eccellenza sicuramente è la colazione con prodotti tipici appena sfornati e molto varia.

Ottima colazione ben fornita personale gentile . Le camere confortevoli con tutti gli accessori necessari. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro e ristoranti così come andare verso il mare, la fortezza e il porto .

Molto centrale vicino alla fontana morosini e al porto veneziano camere belle grandi è molto pulite

Mancanze di parcheggio, comunque ci sono parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze.

Staff gentile (ci hanno fatto upgrade)e colazione molto ricca e buona sia di salato che di dolce.

La posizione dell’albergo in un vicolo abbastanza stretto senza bella vista, il bagno potrebbe essere migliore.

Very good value for money. Very central. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ample and you would have to be very fussy not to find something to eat.

2 negatives,although 1not the hotels fault. Lots of graffiti,and looks like a rundown area. We didn't feel uncomfortable walking around the area though. The second which the hotel could do something about perhaps,was the sockets. They weren't located in our room 309 where you would want them to be. This is a very minor negative and wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Only minutes to centre with shopping and restaurants.
