L’emplacement. Nous nous sommes stationnés à 1 km et il a fallu tourner. L’établissement possède un parking à 10€ trop cher selon nous.

Il parcheggio ha decisamente un costo troppo elevato. Noi, come sicuramente molti altri, vista la vicinanza all’aeroporto, siamo arrivati la sera e ripartiti la mattina dopo. 10€ per appena 12 ore di parcheggio all’aperto è davvero troppo. Inoltre tengono loro le chiavi dell’auto, cosa che non mi ha fatto impazzire visto che ti fanno pagare appena arrivi e non quando te ne vai.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ ευγενικό, η τοποθεσία τέλεια πας με τα πόδια στο κέντρο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό κ άνετο. Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Είχε κ πάρκινγκ με 10€ την ημέρα ακριβώς δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο που το έκανε πολύ βολικό.
Δεν είχε και την καλύτερη ηχομόνωση, άκουγες τα πάντα από έξω αλλά κοιμηθήκαμε άνετα.

The photos are misleading. The hotel is old and poorly maintained. My room had a serious maintenance issue, and it was hard to believe they were not already aware of it. The staff was not helpful and basically expected me to accept the room as it was. The room was simply not in a condition to be given to a guest, and it should not have been available for booking.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Everything was great! We were allowed to check in earlier, which was really appreciated as we didn’t have to wait for several hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location deserves a special mention. The hotel is only about a 7-minute walk from the city center and the sea, while the area is nice and quiet at night. There is also a bus stop literally just a few steps away, which makes it very easy to get to the beach, the airport, and other places around Heraklion. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the location and overall experience. We had a really good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Nota positiva: la posizione. La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima, a soli 8-10 minuti a piedi dal centro, comoda per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni e i servizi.
La camera è assolutamente inadeguata rispetto agli standard di una struttura classificata 3 stelle, soprattutto considerando il prezzo eccessivo per notte. La prima sera siamo stati costretti a cambiare camera perché la prima era davvero inadeguata: il piatto doccia era praticamente privo di una chiusura in vetro e, durante la doccia, l’acqua arrivava fino davanti alla porta del bagno. Inoltre, la stanza era molto buia. La seconda camera era leggermente migliore, ma presentava comunque diversi problemi: box doccia estremamente piccolo, stanza buia e climatizzatore funzionante solo a tratti. Essendo inoltre situata all’ultimo piano, la camera risultava particolarmente calda. Abbiamo preferito non sollevare ulteriori contestazioni durante il soggiorno, trattandosi di soli due giorni, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato decisamente negativo.

Unfortunately, we could hardly sleep because the sound insulation was very poor. We could hear people walking and talking outside the room as if they were right next to us. The door and walls did not seem to block any noise at all. We also felt uncomfortable with the balcony setup. The balcony doors could not be properly secured, and it seemed possible for guests from the neighbouring balcony to simply climb across. This made us feel unsafe and affected our overall experience.

La camera che ci hanno dato (è stato fatto presente) non corrispondeva a quella vista sul sito. Foto un po' ingannevoli. Piccola, doccia piccolissima e vecchia. Mai effettuato il cambio lenzuola. Qualche luce fulminata, insomma non era granché.

We found a cockoroach, hair in the bathtub, and very poor lighting in the room. We had to leave the bathroom door open to be able to see at night as there was no light in the room- only the two lightbulbs next to the bed which were not sufficient.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026המקום מסריח מסגריות ברמה מטורפת כנ״ל המצעים החדר לא דומה בשום צורה לתמונה הצוות היה חמוד אבל גם כשאמרנו שלא נעים לא עשו עם זה שום דבר הארוחת בוקר לא משהו ממליץ לא לקחת וללכת למאפיה מקומית בנוהל לנו היה חשוב מרפסת לא היה מאפרה ובנוסף החדרים צפופים ברמות ואין שום פרטיות ברמת הטלפון ששומעים דרך הקיר לנו היה מקרה אנחנו חזרנו מאוחר לחדר וישבנו במרפסת ודיברנו כמובן בשקט לגמרי כי לא רצינו להפריע עובדת במקום ישנה ליד החדר שלנו עכשיו סופר מוזרה 0% ביחסי אנוש מתצפתת אלינו מהחלון של החדר שלה במשך 20 דק ואחרי זמן מה יוצא למרפסת ומבקשת שקט כמובן שכיבדנו ואמרנו כמובן אבל המשיכה לתצפת לעוד זמן מה אחר כך נכנסנו לחדר והתכוננו לשינה לאחר 20 דק שאנחנו בחדר באים לישון אנחנו מקבלים שיחת טלפון מהלובי שאנחנו מפריעים ועושים רעש בזמן שאנחנו בתוך השמיכות כבר לא ממליץ בכלל במיוחד לישראלים כל האזור של המלון הוא ערבים ועל על הקירות מודעות של free palestine בקיצור בין המקומות הכי גרועים שישנו בהם וישנו המון

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026きれいに清掃はされているし、石鹸、枕、タオル、ポットなどかなり揃っていたと思います。バルコニーからは絶景というわけではないですが、海が見えました。ギリシャで15分歩くのは当たり前ということを考えると、イラクリオンの博物館も要塞も繁華街も徒歩圏内です。何より空港バスがホテルの前にあるので、重い荷物を持って、ということもありません。 朝食は最高でした。チーズの種類もあって、出来立ての玉子焼きとフルーツもありました。ちょっとしたリゾート気分を味わえて朝からテンション上がりました。 スタッフの皆さんも普通に親切でしたよ。めちゃくちゃ文句言ってる人はどんな高級ホテル泊まりに来たのでしょう？？？
排水溝とかの古さは仕方ないんじゃないでしょうか？掃除はされていたので問題ありません。（掃除のスタッフも感じ良かったです） ただシーツ一枚の上掛けは慣れません。お布団被りたい…。

İnternet sitesindeki görsellerle gerçek odaların alakası yok. Fotoğraflar gerçek değil. Banyoda sadece 1 küçük sabun var, duş kabini kırık, sifon çalışmıyor. Klima filtresi belli ki hiç temizlenmemiş.

Bei unserem verlorenen Koffer wurde auf Anfrage bei der Fluggesellschaft nachtelefoniert und auch bei der schwierigen Taxi suche hat die Rezeption unterstützt. -Sehr gute Lage: Das Stadtzentrum sowie der Hafen sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein einfaches Cityhotel. -Zimmergröße für ein Stadthotel ausreichend.
- Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Besonders im Badezimmer gab es einige Mängel. - Unser Zimmer (108) lag schräg gegenüber einem Personalraum. In der ersten Nacht war dort starker Rauchgeruch wahrnehmbar, der sich auch im Flur bemerkbar machte. - Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Geräusche aus dem Flur, Türen und andere Gäste waren deutlich zu hören. - Die Hauptstraße ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern zwar nicht extrem laut, aber laute Motorräder oder Personen draußen waren deutlich wahrnehmbar. - Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und ohne Duschabtrennung, wodurch nach dem Duschen der Boden nass war. - Das Frühstück hat uns persönlich nicht überzeugt: sehr überschaubare Auswahl und künstlich schmeckender Orangensaft. - Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war sehr laut.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο για εμένα, τον άντρα μου και τον μικρο μου. Η τοποθεσία μας βολέψει για να πάμε στους προορισμούς που είχαμε επιλέξει. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησω! Το προσωπικό και ιδιαίτερα ο κύριος στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν ευγενεστατοι!!!!!!! Τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ πολυ για όλα !!!
Το ασανσέρ είναι μικρο αλλά εντάξει καναμε την δουλεια μας!

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026La posizione e la reception con personale gentile e disponibile. Il bagno del foyer. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Letto comodo.
Nel bagno la doccia non si chiude, manca proprio la parte centrale (le porte per chiudere, per intenderci). C'era puzza di fogna tornando in camera che usciva dal bagno che si trova davanti alla porta di ingresso. La stanza è molto piccola ma diciamo agibile. Si sentivano tutti i rumori sia delle altre camere adiacenti che dal quartiere (ad esempio dal posto che fa pite e fast food poco più avanti). C'era una farfalla morta che ho visto appena arrivata in bagno, vicino al lavandino, che non ho tolto per vedere se il giorno dopo con le pulizie l'avrebbero pulito, invece no. Il parcheggio non è incluso, ma è in collaborazione con l'hotel e costa €10 al giorno, cosa scoperta qualche giorno prima di arrivare.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Zentrale Lage, moderne Einrichtung und guter Preis. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Matratzen hatten eine sehr gute Qualität und waren nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich.
Die Dusche hatte keine Halterung und nur zwei kleine Seitenwände. Es fehlte ein Duschvorhang, so dass das Badezimmer immer ganz nass wurde. Dementsprechend war bereits die Tür aufgeweicht und der Badezimmereimer verrostet. Da alles andere sehr gut war, war ich insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Breakfast was adequate. I would’ve liked to have seen a better selection. Everyone else in my party seemed to be satisfied.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The location of this property is ideal if you’re visiting the city center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were maintain immaculately. Every day they came to clean our room and make sure we had everything we needed. Although this is an older property, it has been remodeled, and it was quite lovely.
I didn’t love the breakfast, but everybody else in my party was satisfied. They had all the basics, coffee, juice, toast, eggs, cereal, fruit and yogurt.

Easy to leave my bag before check-in and after check-out. Room was a good size, well equipped, balcony with sea view. Breakfast was excellent and regularly replenished.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Ontbijt was goed, uitgebreide keuze. Ook de locatie is een heel goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Je bent op 5 minuten in het oude centrum. Drukke straat, maar met het raam dicht valt het mee.
Douche in badkamer viel tegen. Hoekdouche kon niet afgesloten worden, enkel 2 glazen paneeltjes en in het midden is de douche gewoon open (geen inloopdouche!) waardoor er heel veel douchewater op de badkamer instroomt. We hebben er 2 nachten gelogeerd en aan de receptie zit telkens ander personeel.
