שירות על הפנים, אין עם מי לדבר , אף אחד לא יודע לבדוק כלום במחשב לא ראו בכלל את ההזמנה ביקשו מאיתנו לשלם שוב פעם לא ראו בכלל ששילמנו יחס מחפיר . עובדים לא שירותים בחיים לא נחזור למלון הזה

I would like to mention that as soon as the staff of the hotel was made aware of the problem, they worked very hard to locate my item, and ultimately they were able to locate it and return it to me. Very much appreciated.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Shalom , I just wanted to update about the stay at your property of Ramada The room was clean and no issues However Breakfast was not up to standard 1. There were construction outside the dining room and there were workers who were walking inside next to the food creating unsanitary conditions 2. Why was the egg station outside with the construction and why was there no clear sign or verbal instructions about the breakfast eggs can be ordered? I didn’t notice till my second day I even verbally asked the chef about the eggs and he NEVER said anything about outside Please if the hotel can look into this and I hope I receive a reply Thank You. Ian

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Overall, our stay at the Ramada Jerusalem was okay. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The food was also decent. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the staff. Throughout our stay, we found the staff consistently very unfriendly and not particularly welcoming or helpful. This really affected the overall experience and is something the hotel should improve. Overall, the hotel itself is perfectly fine, but the service and attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired.

המיטה של היחיד הייתה מאד מאד לא נוחה, כאשר מדובר בילד - אז אולי זה מספק, כאשר מדובר במבוגר כמו במקרה שלנו, וכשהזמנתי רשמתי שלושה מבוגרים, המיטה הייתה נוראית, לא הצלחתי לישון בכלל, הקפיצים ממש נוקשים ומורגשים, ביקשתי אפילו מזרן נוסף אבל זה לא עזר, שמתי את המזרן על הרצפה וגם זה לא עזר. כשהגענו לחדר האוכל היה תור ארוך וקצת מבולגן, אך הצוות ומנהל חדר האוכל חושבת ששמו חאטם היה אדיב ונעים, והשתדל לרצות אותנו ולסדר וגם התנצל, מחייך, שירותי מאד, ואפילו ניקה וסידר בעצמו כדי להתגבר על הלחץ, מאד התרשמנו ממנו. ממליצה בימים לחוצים של תפוסה מלאה לתאם מראש עם אורחי המלון הגעה לחדר האוכל כדי לפזר לחץ. וכמובן לעשות שינוי בעניין המיטה ליחיד למבוגרים - כי זה ממש קילקל את השהות.
