The location of the property is excellent. Staff is well behaved and room service is prompt. Food is good compared to other properties. The property is right next to the beach and the lawns and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was till 11 unlike other properties who close breakfast at 10.

The cleanliness wasn’t up to the mark. Bathroom seats had stains and as we were travelling with children, the dustbins needed lids which were provided once we asked for. When we had visited previously, the beach could be easily accessed from the beach shack however this time they had it enclosed which kind of killed the view

From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We were provided with a spacious, well‑maintained room overlooking the lush gardens, and housekeeping ensured it was refreshed daily with great attention to detail.   The team was consistently attentive and responsive to our needs. A special highlight was the provision of hot, fresh baby food throughout our stay, which made traveling with a toddler so much easier. On my son’s birthday, the staff surprised us with a cake — a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration even more special.   The property itself is beautifully maintained. A short walk through the resort leads directly to a clean, uncrowded beach, perfect for family time. The swimming pool was spotless and became our son’s favorite spot to play and splash around.   Dining options were plentiful, with multiple restaurants catering to varied tastes. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with subtle changes in the menu each day to keep things interesting. I would also recommend trying the dinner buffet — it was absolutely worth it. Beyond dining, the resort offers spa services, a kids’ play area, and recreational activities that add to the overall experience.   Most importantly, the property felt safe and secure, which is invaluable when traveling with family.   🌟 Overall, Holiday Inn Resort Goa is an excellent choice for families seeking a blend of comfort, amenities, and warm hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Goa.

Amazing property which exceeded our expectations. The staff handled everything with genuine warmth and professionalism. The full-body massage was pure bliss. My therapist was highly professional, incredibly intuitive.

Only thing to mention would to what the pool size was a bit small.

The property is a resort - rooms are spacious but Old . This is the second time I have come here (once i had come for DInner) it ALWAYS Booked for office parties and big solo male traveller groups . Its impossible to have a quite me time with family .

I travelled to it with young kids and overall had an enjoyable stay. Staff is warm and attentive, quick to respond. The breakfast spread is impressive with yummy food. I did not like the pizza at fig and olive because of base sauce overload which was on the sweet side. Also it was missing crunch. The absence of high tea was disappointing. They do put up a cart but the food is very overpriced. Also, the room was comfortable but the absence of any windows in the bathrooms in villa style rooms bothered me. The pool was very nice and clean. The beach bar is also amazing with great food and drinks. I would like to be back but do hope the rooms are renovated by then and maybe mattresses replaced. They felt somewhat worn out. The lobby is huge and gorgeous - I liked that it is multilevel. Also appreciated the well appointed kids activity room with several activities. The game room however should be more central and not treated like a store room

The overall stay was absolute relaxation and fun. The staff, especially was very helpful and supportive from each department, kitchen, cleaning, games area. Along with food, villa stay, beach view- We got excellent spa services, we were 9 adults and everyone was equally satisfied and happy with the massage services, I would recommend it to everyone to experience it. Kudos to lady from Kerala, Sindhu mam who made extra efforts to make our spa experience worth remembering.

Our family had the most wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Goa on 24th July, where we stayed for one night in Rooms 152 and 154. Though it was a short getaway, it turned out to be one of those trips that left us with beautiful memories to cherish. From the moment we entered the resort, we felt like we were on a real holiday. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The location was quiet and peaceful, and the beautiful beach nearby was absolutely mesmerizing. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The stay was excellent overall. One thing that could be improved is providing more affordable transportation options, as most of the nearby attractions are quite far away. This would make it easier and more convenient for guests to explore the area.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort in Goa for 3 nights, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel perfectly captures the relaxed, tropical vibe of South Goa while offering all the modern comforts you expect from the brand. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the balcony was a great place to unwind. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool area—it’s huge, beautifully maintained, and the poolside service was quick and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a massive variety, catering to both international and local Indian tastes. The staff deserves a special mention; from the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Location, beach access, outdoor walkable areas, spa/ massage, breakfast options and its quality, very cooperative staff, good in room food service including its quality and quantity, spacious rooms with lot of amenities [2TVs].

1) Outdoor Activities within the hotel needs enhancements in terms of activities and its continuity since its a single person dependency. 2) a) Bar does not have a proper secluded sitting area. b) There is no process of providing complimentary nuts to consume along with the drinks.c) There is no proper Happy Hour policy. Opted for what was offered called buy 1 and get 1 for Wines, it was noted that this was limited to one specific local brand only? Quite annoying and confusing. 3) The hotel employs a lot of trainees. Whilst this is a good gesture, certain of them does not have adequate product delivery knowledge and customer expectations.

We had a truly memorable and extremely relaxing stay at this beautiful resort. The property is huge, beautifully maintained, and offers private access to a very clean beach. Our kids had a fantastic time enjoying both the beach and the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet had an extensive spread with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. We also had dinner at Zest, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to Ms. Jewel and Mr. Vinesh from Zest for their warm hospitality and excellent service. We would also like to express our gratitude to Ms. Tousin from Guest Relations for going the extra mile to make our stay so special and memorable. We honestly wished we could have extended our stay. It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be visiting again in the future. Highly recommended!

Beautiful beachfront location with direct access to a clean and peaceful beach. The resort is spread across lush greenery and is very family-friendly. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were warm and courteous. It was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with a toddler.

The buffet offered some good options for toddlers, such as baby khichdi, dosa, idli etc. It would be even better if the resort could introduce a separate baby/toddler menu with more variety for room service and à la carte dining.

Very obedient and well behaved staff. Facility maintained really well. Found all staff busy andndelivering very well in their duty. No requests were delayed or forgotten. My family hardly stepped out of the resort ;-) ... wont name anybstaff as that wud be partial towards others. We lost our phone at the beach and got instant and swift help from helpdesk to guards to buggy drivers to get it back!! Thanks once again for the same. And yes.. their private beach means no outsiders. Very safe property. Well done!!

They took a beautiful 5 star property and give it 2 star service. The staff at the front desk was helpful, courteous and kind. The staff everywhere else was only fit for a 2 star. We had made bookings for 2 different rooms as the bookings were made separately, so we asked them to let us keep the same room for the full stay. Either upgrade or downgrade we didnt care, we were happy to pay the difference for the upgrade. They refused. Then while changing our rooms, they kept us waiting in our room without letting us move around for over 4 hours while they tried to assign us a room. No one had a clue of what was supposed to happen. That aside the property is great! Pros: - Amazing property, vast lawns, tons of greenery, really nice Beach. - Rooms are decent, not the best, definitely worth the price. - Budget friendly, although the food at the restaurants are a little expensive and not worth the price. Cons: - Service was atrocious, front desk was very helpful, but service around the hotel isnt great. Pool barely was more often than not without anyone manning it. Gym never had anyone there either. - restaurants in the property were not great and a little pricy, but there are a lot of nice places around to eat. This was my second trip here, regretted coming because of the service this time round. Dont remember it being this bad the previous time. Would I go back, probably, cause the location is great, the beach is amazing.

My experience at Holiday Inn was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed to lack basic customer service skills and were often unprofessional in their interactions with guests. The service was consistently delayed, and getting even simple requests fulfilled took far longer than expected. Throughout my stay, there appeared to be little sense of urgency or concern for guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences I have had. Significant improvements in staff training, communication, and service efficiency are needed to meet the standards expected from a hotel of this brand.
