Underbart hotell med vackraste utsikten! Vi var jättenöjda med alla aspekter av vår vistelse. Bäst var att bada och sola på hotellets "beach club", lugnt, rent och fint och med en fantastisk utsikt både över gröna kullar, hav och Aragonese Castle. Vi åkte till ett par andra beach clubs runtom på Ischia men hotellets egen brygga var var det bästa stället. Taxibåt in till Ischia porto för 5 euro per person var så trevligt och smidigt. God mat i restaurangen, både lunch och middag. Vi rekommenderar verkligen det här hotellet!

Un aspetto da migliorare riguarda l’accessibilità della struttura: l’hotel è raggiungibile attraverso numerosi scalini, il che può risultare problematico per le persone anziane. Inoltre, il percorso è poco illuminato, specialmente nelle ore serali, riducendo la percezione di sicurezza e comfort.

Secluded part of the island but still close enough to be able to get a water taxi. Beautiful location and great staff. Room was fantastic.

The Location is perfect! The view from the Hotel is 10/10, the beach club was perfect!The staff were friendly. It's pretty close to the harbour so easy to get to and lots of restaurants close by if you don't fancy eating at the hotel. I would stay again

Tutto Sporca abbandonata a se stessa, cibo scaduto personale scortese, camere piene di muffa e polvere, mura rotte educazione dello staff pari a 0 se vanno i nas lo chiudono ho anche video ma purtroppo non si possono mettere Per non parlare della puzza proveniente da un armadio e indagando abbiamo trovato muffa polvere e un indumento che probabilmente stava lì da anni

Sad to say that after staying here we would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. All of the below is said on the basis that the hotel is rated 4 stars. Starting with the room.. verrrrry old, needs to be refreshed. You also don’t get any complimentary water provided in the room, it all must be purchased. The bathroom is very dirty and has visible mould, the bath / shower again is very old and a hazard to get in and out of. The sink was clogged and house keeping clearly know about it as they just continue to unscrew the sink plug (doesn’t fix the issue) rather than unplug the sink which is filled with hair and dirt. There was also hair in the bed & shower. The older lady at the reception desk seemed very inconvenienced whenever you asked her a question. When we asked for a fan (bc of poor air conditioning) they said the room felt just fine. Air conditioning needs to be fixed. The breakfast is easily the worst we’ve had on our trip around Italy, just lots of different cakes ?? The on site restaurant was actually really yum, a bit random though as it states it’s open every day from 1pm but some days it just didn’t open. On our first night, we were given a clip board with about 5 food options to choose from rather than the full menu. Again, the food here was good though. The deck leading to the sea was also nice, but seems well used and in need of refurbishment. When checking out, we were charged for the towels we used every day 5euro each towel each day, despite being a hotel guest. We were not told about this charge when using the towels as we assumed they would be provided to hotel guests for free, as has been the case at every other hotel that we have ever stayed at. The towels were clearly old and dirty as well which rubs salt in the wound. The impression we got was that the hotel relies a lot on the picturesque views of the sea and castle, but has failed to put any effort into its own amenities, rooms, and care for visitors.

ma se non fosse per la fortuna della posizione della struttura , lo staff del ristorante la Nassa , arriviamo a ristorante alle 21.30 con prenotazione , ci dice che la scelta è solo quella del menù e non possono fare altro perché alle 22 vanno via i dipendenti già questo dice tutto. Le camere sono vecchie , per non parlare della doccia che ho trovato modello vecchio idro piena piena di ruggine ! Lenzuola che lasciano il loro perché , un Beach bar privo di scelta e con prezzi che direi ESAGERATI

Posizione eccellente di fronte al castello. Accesso al mare privilegiato, con comodo beach bar. Camera ampia e vista eccezionale sia dalla zona colazione che dal ristorante.

Nulla di importante. Forse il ristorante essendo la prima settimana di giugno, non era ancora a regime, poca scelta di piatti, nel complesso cucina migliorabile.

Struttura datata. Camere spoglie di tutto. Persino il frigo bar vuoto. Prese elettriche rotte. Nessun set di cortesia in bagno. Ho alloggiato nella suite con relativo costo di una suite per avere la porta doccia rotta dalla quale fuoriusciva acqua che allagava l’intero bagno. Non hanno mai pulito nè a terra nè sui comodini sui quali è rimasto alone della bottiglia d’acqua e della tazzina di caffè per tutto il soggiorno. Mai svuotato il posacenere fuori al balcone. Totale assenza di personale di assistenza in piscina ed al mare. Vendono lettini al mare anche agli esterni non avendo cura di lasciarne a disposizione per gli ospiti dell’albergo che se non arrivano all’alba restano senza lettino. Non è per niente un 4 stelle, in nulla. Servizio pessimo.

Della struttura si salva solo la posizione. Ed il punto mare. E non è un merito della struttura ma di madre natura.

Non so come sia possibile che sia classificato 4 stelle. A mio avviso anche 2 stelle sono troppe. Struttura fatiscente. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente impari. Ho prenotato una suite e mi sono ritrovata ad avere una doccia con la porta vetro rotta con acqua che usciva ed allagava il bagno. Scarico water rotto. Una delle due porte uscita balcone rotta. Frigo bar vuoto senza nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia con 40 gradi all’ombra. Solo due misere bustine di sapone scadente e puzzolente da utilizzare per tutto. Shampo bagnoschiuma ed intimo. Due bustine minuscole per due persone per tutto il giorno. Null’altro in bagno. Non una cuffia non cotton fioc nulla. In un 4 stelle in una suite. Con quello che è costata. Alla struttura si accede tramite due rampe di scale ripidissime. Nessuno che portasse giù le valige o desse una mano. Nessun servizio spiaggia e piscina. Lettini luridi ricoperti con dei materassini in origine bianchi ma diventati neri. Impossibile metterci su il telo. Troppo sporchi. Nessuno che ti aiutasse ad aprire ombrellone. Giù al mare la sorpresa finale. Fanno accedere persone dall’esterno e si vendono i lettini agli esterni. Dunque si rischia che gli ospiti dell’albergo restino senza lettino per il mare. Per non parlare del bar che essendo gestito da esterni apre quando vuole e comunque mai prima delle 10.00 dunque se vuoi una bottiglia d’acqua devi aspettare. Nessuna assistenza da parte dell’hotel per nulla. Non c’è giù al mare nessuno a cui rivolgersi. Io sono allibita. Come può essere un 4 stelle !!!! Il personale completamente inadeguato. Al mattino addirittura il latte caldo, bottiglie di latte caldo messo in secchielli con il fondo di ghiaccio. Avevo prenotato 4 camere perché ospitavo delle persone. Avevo lasciato detto che tutti i loro extra avrebbero dovuto essere addebitati sulla mia camera, hanno chiesto loro il pagamento delle tasse di soggiorno ed il caffè portato in camera. !! Assurdo. Mancano le basi.

Very old and dirty no AC full of dust lack of basics perks for a 4 start (even the do not disturb sign was missing). AC broken and they were charging hidden costs for basics percks (hairdryer, iron, hangers). We even fund worms

Świetna lokalizacja ze wspaniałym widokiem na zamek. Dużo dostępnych leżaków na prywatnym pomoście, do tego 2 zewnętrzne baseny. Super restauracja. Dobra klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżka.

Hotel lata świetności ma za sobą. Trochę odświeżony, ale widać upływ czasu. Lodówka w pokoju działała tak 50/50

VISTA ESTUPENDAS ACCESO DIRECTO AL MAR

ALGUNAS ACTIVIDADES EN EL MAR COMO FLOTADORES O OTRO OBJETOS

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole fin dal momento dell'arrivo. Siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e professionalità, con un gradito benvenuto a base di caffè e acqua fresca, un gesto semplice ma molto apprezzato. Nonostante il check-in fosse previsto più tardi, alle 11 del mattino le nostre camere erano già pronte. Inoltre, pur avendo prenotato delle camere standard, ci è stato riservato un inaspettato upgrade alle camere deluxe, una sorpresa che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. La camera era ampia, luminosa e dotata di un bellissimo balcone con una vista mozzafiato sul mare: un panorama che da solo vale il viaggio e che porterò a lungo nei miei ricordi. La colazione era ricca e abbondante, con un'ampia scelta di prodotti, soprattutto dolci, tutti freschi e di qualità. Anche l'offerta salata era presente e soddisfacente. Il vero fiore all'occhiello della struttura è senza dubbio l'accesso al mare. È possibile scegliere se rilassarsi sulla piattaforma direttamente sul mare oppure nelle piscine presenti all'interno dell'hotel, entrambe immerse in uno scenario spettacolare. La vista è semplicemente incantevole e regala momenti di autentico relax. Un soggiorno che ha superato le aspettative sotto ogni punto di vista. Se tornerò a Ischia, questo hotel sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta.

Se proprio dovessi trovare un piccolo aspetto migliorabile, direi che il materasso è risultato un po' troppo rigido per i miei gusti. Inoltre, la colazione, pur essendo molto ricca e di ottima qualità, offriva una scelta salata leggermente meno varia rispetto a quella dolce. Si tratta comunque di dettagli che non hanno minimamente compromesso l'ottima esperienza complessiva.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen von der Altstadt. Es gibt aber die Möglichkeit über den Hügel in die Stadt zu gehen, mit dem Taxi, Bus oder Taxiboot zu fahren. Letzteres war am Schönsten. vor allem am Abend. Das Frühstück war gut. Der Blick aufs Meer und das Castello sind traumhaft. Die Badeplattform ist auch wunderbar.

Wir hätten uns sehr über die Möglichkeit SUPs oder Kayaks auszuborgen gefreut. EIne Dusche und ein Wc beim Badeplatz am Meer wären gut gewesen.

Centrally controlled AC throughout hotel. Rooms way too warm 🥵 all hotel very warm 🥵 you have a shower and then start sweating immediately. Not good. Wouldn't stay again as a result

The view

I want to start by stating clearly that this is not a genuine 4-star hotel. Hotel classification in Italy is governed by official, formal criteria (not subjective opinion), and this property does not meet several of the specific requirements mandated for the 4-star category it is marketed and priced under on Booking.com. General condition: - Visibly worn, poorly maintained areas throughout the hotel - Several repairs done with duct tape or temporary fixes - e.g. a broken window near the room entrances covered with a bamboo mat - Numerous marks and holes in the walls - Restaurant has broken chairs, mismatched glasses, plates, and cutlery Cleanliness: - Dirty tray with hair on it found next to clean coffee cups at the breakfast buffet The room: - The beds had no mattress topper and were very dirty - Did not match the standard described at booking - Hairdryer was broken, repaired with duct tape - Bathroom had holes in tiles, loose fittings, and mould around bathtub fixtures - Only small sample-sized toiletries provided; no cotton pads, shower cap, or nail file - Minibar completely empty despite being listed as a room facility - Air conditioning did not work properly - had to be switched on/off directly at the circuit breaker Housekeeping - a specific formal 4-star requirement that was not met: - Italian 4-star classification requires daily change of bed linen. Ours was not changed once in five days (towels were replaced daily) - No laundry or ironing service was available, which is also a standard requirement at this category Staff: - Staff tried their best, but overall service did not live up to what the 4-star category requires Safety: - Fire extinguishers were also missing at several marked locations on the ground floor - The fire extinguisher on the 2nd floor was hidden behind a door that was wedged to the floor, meaning it would not have been visible or accessible in the event of a fire - No lifeguard

Beliggenheden var fantastisk. Der var dejligt nede ved havet med en fin snackbar og en utrolig udsigt. Udsigten fra værelset var smuk. God bådtaxi til Ischia Ponte.

Hotellet var slidt især værelset. Bruseren virkede kun halvt. Den ene dag, var rengøring ikke forbi. Vi kunne høre alt inde fra naboværelset. Air con kunne ikke indstilles. Strandhåndklæder kostede EUR 5 per styk, og du skulle betale igen for at få dem skiftet.

Ottima la posizione, la vista, il mare sotto la struttura. Il personale è molto, molto disponibile. Sono bravissimi ragazze e ragazze che cercano di assecondare ogni richiesta, dal primo all'ultimo, sempre cordiali e col sorriso. Bravi tutti, per davvero!

La pecca di questo posto è che manca un po' di manutenzione, dovrebbero aggiustare o cambiare più cose. È strano arrivare un posto così bello e trovare una porta rotta, una doccia idromassaggio che non funziona e altri dettagli del genere. Comunque la bellezza del posto e la gentilezza delle persone che ci lavorano fa passare tutto in secondo piano.. io ci tornerei.

Le restaurant est incroyable !! La vue est superbe et la cuisine est au top, le meilleur repas que j ai mangé pendant mon séjour en italie et pour un prix raisonnable !

Les infrastructures sont un peu vieillissantes c est dommage car l hôtel et l emplacement sont a couper le souffle !

El hotel fue perfecto en terminos de calidad-precio. Tenia un ingreso privado al mar, que era precisamente lo que más nos interesaba conseguir a pesar de habernos hospedado durante temporada alta (julio).

This was an exceptional property to stay at. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I loved the facilities and the ability to go right off the dock into the sea. It was the most beautiful place I’ve ever been the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was more like a spa experience. Absolutely go there if you get a chance.

The staff was not welcoming. We were supposedly given an upgrade, but it turned out to be a family room with a connecting door that was too short, meaning you could hear everything from the next room. When we reported this, they reacted very irritably. In the end, we were given a very basic room. The next evening, the room had not been cleaned and we had not received any new towels. When we reported this, they reacted with disbelief and said they would rectify it immediately because this was unacceptable. As it turned out, someone had simply come and put new towels on an unmade bed and left the dirty towels behind. No one ever asked if everything was to our liking, not even upon checking out. Very disappointing, because the hotel has a beautiful view and a nice taxi boat service.

Il servizio non è stato all'altezza di un hotel quattro stelle superior. Le camere presentano dotazioni e amenities non in linea con la categoria della struttura. Il minibar viene consegnato completamente vuoto, costringendo gli ospiti a contattare ripetutamente il servizio in camera anche per esigenze basilari. Sarebbe inoltre auspicabile adottare soluzioni più sostenibili per ridurre l'utilizzo della plastica monouso. Durante il weekend la struttura ospitava anche esterni per accesso alla spiaggia; è stato quasi impossibile per gli ospiti dell'hotel trovare un lettino con ombrellone disponibile in spiaggia. Una situazione che ritengo non accettabile per una struttura di questo livello. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non rispecchia gli standard che ci si aspetta da un quattro stelle superior.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely amazing and couldn’t be better. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with any questions we had. The hotel has a charming vintage style, but it is very well maintained and full of character. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back many more times. Highly recommended!

The property itself is beautiful, I particularly loved the decks down by the sea. However, it was the staff that made the stay unforgettable. They truly went above and beyond in every instance! I would 100% stay here again.

All arrivo siamo stati accolti con un buon aperitivo fresco che con una giornata così calda è stato graditissimo. Inoltre abbiamo avuto un upgrade con una camera vista mare fantastica. La giornata al mare e tutti servizi che offrono ti fa staccare davvero la spina dalla routine della città. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente Voto 10+

Todo menos las vistas, da la sensacion que le dieron las estrellas cuando abrió en el 1976 y alli se quedo, nadie ha repasado las estrellas y las instalaciones siguen igual. Es una lastima ya que el lugar esta en un sitio precioso. Nuestra habitacion no tenia ventanas y parecía de una habitacion de pension.

Being able to swim in the sea daily. Beautiful view and proximity to town

The staff were incredibly disappointing and unfriendly. There were no lifts when we arrived so had to carry our very heavy cases down ourselves to the reception. Someone tried to unpick the door lock one night at 2am to break in to our room which was terrifying. There are no security cameras in the hotel, anyone could just walk in and come up to each floor. The hotel has very poor security overall which made us feel very uncomfortable. You hear lots of sounds during the night. We also had a connecting MDF wall taken down from our room during the day without being notified. You have to pay 5 euros a day to rent beach towels and you have to buy your own bottles of water each day. The breakfast was very poor and basic. This was a very disappointing stay to say the least considering the price of our stay

Although the hotel was not in town the views and accommodations for the price was worth it. The staff was very helpful and we would come back in the future.

It could of been closer to town and or the Port where there are restaurants and more options.

La posizione con vista da mozzafiato,lido con uscita diretta al mare , colazione sull patio rialzato in alto con vista panoramica , servizio restorante (la ragazza giovane che servito colazione espirato accoglienza e serenità) , camera comoda e appartata sensa balcone ma con vista mare e castello sull livello medio mi regalato privacy .Da fare notare varie pezzi di antiquariato collocate nell arredamento come porcellana di 900 , mobile antichi, quadri e sculture da ammirare. Staff simpatico .

Dopo aver comunicato l'orario di mio arrivo facendo altronde il check in online,mi stata consegnata la camera non pronta ovvero la camera stata ordinata parzialmente,estato shockante trovare rimanenza di pizza in frigobar , nella doccia capelli,sapone aperto ,mentre letto perfettamente fatto lenzuola usati . Tornando ai reception e comunicando l'accaduto sono state date scuse e offerto un cocktail di benvenuto tra altro fatto male mentre stavano sistemando la camera,ma posso dire .... per un incidente in genere ! ..? Come minimo un gesto di più da parte di hotel tipo cesto di frutta fresca con bottiglia mandata in camera . Mancanza di doccia nell aria di pedane sull mare . Piscina con poco pulizia sia dentro sia fuori (mozziconi per terra ) Più cura nell servire collazione (burro completamente sciolto già nell vassoio principale) pane fresco che e ottimo tagliato a pezzi irregolare), insomma per 4 stelle l'offerta dei prodotti non in linea)

Il lido sul mare meraviglioso, ristorante di livello alto, un po caro. Personale gentilissimo, camera pulita,vista e posizione spettacolari. Colazione buona.

La struttura ha una location meravigliosa di fronte agli scogli di Sant’Anna in uno dei punti più belli dell isola

La nostra camera da letto quadrupla era molto spoglia. Non c era una bottiglia d’acqua, dei bicchieri, una sedia dove appoggiare i vestiti. Anche il kit di cortesia in bagno era scarso

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, purtroppo abbiamo avuto la sfortuna prima di incontrare un battesimo che ha reso impossibile l’accesso al ristorante, e poi la sera dopo abbiamo incontrato un matrimonio sempre in struttura che ci ha precluso dalle 18 l’accesso alla battigia, di nuovo il ristorante inaccessibile e inoltre la sera la festa essendo andata avanti fino alle 1.30 di notte senza avviso agli ospiti, siamo incorsi in grandi problemi per dormire avendo l’indomani la partenza dato che la musica e’ rimasta a volume alto fino alla fine. Peccato

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt: traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf das Castello Aragonese, sehr freundliches umd hilfsbereites Personal, exzellente Küche - besser geht‘s nicht

The location and view are great !

The extensive sunbathing decking is no longer there and hasn’t been for a considerable period owing to the rusty steel frame which now sits there for all the residents to enjoy while lying on the remaining small sunbathing area at the sea edge!!

The view is amazing.

No mini splits for the rooms, so no AC outside of the summer. Fans blowing from the AC are also very loud

Lovely sea view, from our room with large balcony. Very old school Italiano style, think over the top 70’s resort style. Walk down the steps to the water’s edge for a swim and sunbathing. Easy access to Ischica Porto area via the 182 bus which stops right outside the hotel. Get a multi day bus pass when you get off the ferry when you arrive. Don’t worry about a taxi, get the 182 bus.

The breakfast was average, the scrambled eggs and coffee terrible! We didn’t eat dinner there because the staff couldn’t/would’t provide an à la carte menu, vaguely mentioned approximate prices. We thought their set dinner menu was expensive so jumped on the 182 bus to explore Porto restaurants. Lots of stairs from road-side down to the hotel so carrying luggage difficult, particularly if you’re older.

Udsigten er fremragende. Værelset var i en fin størrelse - Seaside suiten. Der var en stor terrasse til. Pool området er fint. Morgenmaden var ok.

Indretningen var rodet, og der var mange mangler. Der var et skab med 20 bøjler. Vi kunne ikke pakke ud. Der var ingen hylder, så vi havde det hele i kufferten og på sofaen. Safetyboksen virkede ikke. Døren kunne ikke låses indefra, det tog 2 dage, inden det blev fikset. Der var et toilet der løb konstant, og det larmede meget. Jacuzzien udenfor kunne ikke bruges. Spaen var en stor skuffelse. Det er dårligt vedligeholdt og ligger i kælderen. Vi havde ikke lyst til at gå dermed. Generelt er hotellet noget slidt, og lever ikke op til at være 4 stjerner. Vi var generelt skuffede over standarden, og synes, at vi har betalt alt for meget for at bo der i forhold til kvaliteten. Det levede ikke op til billederne på booking.com. I øvrigt skal man vide at det ligger for enden af en blind vej, og at man skal gå op og ned ad bakker 7-800 m for at komme til Ischia Ponto og nærmeste indkøbsmulighed.

Nos encanto las instalaciones, la piscina y la comodidad de la habitación, creo que solo por tener ese acceso al mar, es un top.

La toalla estaba sucia, llena de pelos negros (soy rubia) asi que era imposible que fuera mio. Las piscinas también estaban sucias. Llegué a las 10 am y le pedi un desayuno o comer algo, me dieron la verdad que un mini buffet, con charcutería, pan, croissant y café, pero la sorpresa es que nos cobraron 28€ por ese desayuno y tres aguas, al principio me dijeron que era de la tasa turística, pero luego llamaron a la habitación para reclamarmela. Creemos que le cobraron un desayuno a mi compañera que NO tomó desayuno, pero nos pafeció muy caro.

Les chambres sont vieillottes, elles sentent le moisi et le renfermé (j’ai changé 3 fois de chambre). Le restaurant était fermé, il fallait se faire livrer, le personnel était absent et le petit déjeuner très très moyen, bref passez votre chemin

incredible views, very good location, a bit uphill but a short walk to ischia porto.

the indoor pool is very small, 2 pools outside were closed, understandable as we visited out of season. restaurants options also limited at this time of the year.

Die beiden hausinternen Restaurants, waren leider noch geschlossen, Das war bei booking.com leider nicht angekündigt und man musste immer mit dem Bus zum nächsten Restaurant fahren

la limpieza, el trato de la hosstes.cuando llegamos no dijo ni anche buon giorno. La ubicación está lejos de todo y en salida, cuando llegamos nos avisaron que la pileta no la podíamos usar por qué estaba sucia y que la playa privada ( que fue por lo que rentamos el hotel estaba cerrada por una pequeña boda la cual hizo que nuestra estancia de relax fuera para nada a lo esperado ..

Un peu éloigné quand on a pas de voiture. Encore le début de saison , pas de restaurant ouvert mais un service de livraison de repas . Les extérieurs pas encore prêt à accueillir le public .

Emplacement idéal,panorama inoubliable,piscine thermale et massages au top.

Hors saison pas de restaurant sur place mais des livraisons de repas sur commande.

Très beau cadre et le personnel aux petits soins
