Patong Central Residence and Apartment

The quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Overall, the place was good, but what I didn’t like was that when we wanted to extend our stay, we weren’t offered a special rate or discount, even though we had already stayed for 10 days. The price we found on Booking.com was also much lower than the price offered directly by the hotel.

Perfect location, convenient and value for money. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

Based on the hotel listed price they over delivered. No dislikes. Meets my expectation.

Cheap and staff was helpful

Outdated, not smart tv,

Location and comfort it was quiet

It was all good

The staff was excellent. Helpful, attentive, warm greetings always. They were the most positive attribute.

The issues were some of the noise. Nearby construction. Noisy guests as sound echoed easily in the hallways and in the driveway below the entrance.

Ideal location right in the heart of Patong

Nothing

It was quiet

A bit run down, but could see some rooms were being renovated

The service was excellent . They guide from A to Z . They have airports transfer . Island hopping . Laundry service .

The car park was limited

mid August 2026 it was only €39 for 2 nights. The staff is friendly.

the location seems horrible - surrounded by massage parlors staffed with men dressed as women. The buildings outside look very ugly. It doesn't feel safe in that neighborhood. Despite booking a room for 2 people, we only got 1 key, meaning the air conditioning was turned off, whenever we left the room. That meant coming back to very hot, unpleasant place.

Great hotel. Staff were great. Amenities. Pool. Cocktail bar. Pool. Close to everything.

For the price. I can not fault it.

Staff were friendly and the location was good

The shower wasn't very good no pressure in it and the walls were thin I could hear everything through the walls

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly! The room itself was decent and clean

The walls are very thin I could hear everything happening outside in the hallways or out by the pool.

Staff. location could not fault it at all.

Room was great. Pool was amazing. Hotel was in side Street so nice and quiet yet close to all facilities including restaurants shopping centre et

WiFi not up to standard almost non existent

Great friendly staff

Showers very slow and internet terrible

The staff adjusted our booking to suit family dynamics and were extremely helpful!

Nothing!

Hotel limpo, bem localizado e profissionais bem acomodados além do ótimo custo benefício, recomendo

Wi-Fi não funcionava direito

Staff cleanliness and location. No complaints at all.

Had a wonderful stay. Nice clean room, excellent location, very good service. Highly recommended

The pool is beautiful and clean, and the room neat and clean

The bed was very uncomfortable, not sureif its too old or, but it felt like I was sleeping on wood😞

24/7 reception and very friendly

That they only take cash which is arcac and instead of drinking at the pool bar, we went and spent our money elsewhere. We weren’t going to run to an atm and grab cash. Most people don’t even carry cash these days!

Muy buena ubicación, piscina inmensa y personal muy amable

Nada

Great location and the staff are amazing. They offer every service and are very happy and welcoming. The pool and bar are great and the rooms are huge with a small kitchen and large fridge and balcony, it's all tucked away in a little laneway and is a great price for it's central location

Odası, çalışanları ve sahibi rafet abinin olması beni mutlu etti

Sadece tuvalet kâğıtlarını beğenmedim.

Sehr einfaches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Lage ist gut, man erreicht alles.

Die Handtücher sind recht alt und ausgewaschen.

Shower didnt work well

No plug sockets in the kitchen so difficult to cook

Sehr schade!

Good location, very helpful staff

Quit room - good and space - IN/Out was nice .

Old Hotel

Was so easy and smooth

I loved everything

Staff great convenient location 4 br apartment but old and tired could do with a refresh

Beds hard. Pillows lumpy, weird power point setups in some rooms, shower heads high up fir giants

Close to amenities

It was very clean ! 😁

Tam bir fiyat performans bir yerdi merkezde olması iyiydi

Staff where friendly and helpful

Everything was fine

Very nice staff..always helpful,smile and nice 10/10 ❤️

Very comfortable bed and nice clean room

Wifi was so poor, it was not usable

friendly staff, lovely clean room small bathroom so the floor gets very wet but no problem for us, nice pool, good location near to everything but very quiet area. would definitely stay again.

The staff were lovely

Niets

Freindly very helpful staff, clean facilities, great location, pool is open late. Only booked for 2 nights, however decided to stay on for an extra 4 nights, and the staff were more than willing to accomadate us at a cheaper rate than online prices.

I found the bed a bit too firm. But just personal preference.

Everything

Nothing

Staff are great

Everything, staff were brilliant

Housekeeper very nice clean and receptionist are very helpful.

Gym need to improve.

We really loved the staff – everyone was very friendly, welcoming and polite. The bartender was especially lovely! Thank you for the nice souvenir – the elephant keychains were such a sweet touch. The room was clean and comfortable, with a huge bed and good-quality furniture. The location is perfect – everything is close by: the beach, shops and the market. You can find absolutely everything you need. The pool was also very nice.

The only downside was the hairdryer – it kept disconnecting from the socket, which made it difficult to use. Also, it would be great if the pool stayed open longer, at least until 11 PM.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Always greet you with a smile. The room was spacious and clean. Close to restaurants, massage parlors, laundry, 7/11. Walking distance from Patong beach and Bangla Road. Quite neighbor.
