El entorno donde se encuentra es maravilloso, no dispone de habitaciones con vistas al mar pero el restaurante y piscina están en primera linea de una playa con vistas preciosas. Deberían mantenerlo mas. Buen desayuno frente al mar.

Great location spanning from one side of the island to the other. Lovely big room with pretty view into the gardens and a visit from the cute monkeys in the morning (just passing, not stopping). Nice food at restaurant. Great breakfast food choice.

Les coussins étaient un trop dur et inconfortable. Certains point de l’hôtel comme la salle de bain semble dater un peu. J’étais venu en 2014 l’hotel était vraiment sublime dans mon souvenir. Quelques petites retouches et rénovations seraient éventuellement nécessaire pour garder la meilleure qualité.

היינו מחוץ לעונה ובכל זאת השירות היה מלא, אדיב וטוב. נהננו מאוד! המיזוג בחדר שלנו לא היה מוצלח ומים טפטפו מהפתח שלו, ביום הראשון סידרו את זה אבל התקלה חזרה ולא תיקנו שוב.

Para mi opinión el personal le falta algo más de empatía y simpatía. Todo era muy frío.

La zona del restaurante y la piscina, con un montón de hamacas donde la vista es increible, es una maravilla ver desde alli las puestas de sol, desayunar,… la piscina de de dentro tambien esta muy bien, y aunque parece , no hay mucha distancia de un lado a otro del hotel, el paseo es muy agradable

Nos alojamos en las cabañas deluxe, y ahí si que falta un poco de mantenimiento y sobre todo de luz en el baño , y en la habitación.

Rooms are very spacious with 2 very nice pools on the property with one pool having direct access to the beach. Staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Disappointed by the quality of food and beverages at the hotel restaurant and bar. Breakfast was OK, but lunch and dinner not great. The alcohol quality is also poor for a 4 star resort. Also, watch out for the monkey excrement all along the pathways from the reception to the pool which is not cleaned.

Amazing location, very comfortable bed, and staff were very friendly. The resort is great at organising transport. We felt taken care of and were able to relax.

Excellent location, among several prime hotels having access on the two sides of the coast. Nice wildlife, including iguana and even snakes next to your room ;) Nice staff at the reception, the help you organize the ferry tickets/ride. Excellent for families.

The restaurant was OK for breakfast. but too simple for the dinner, better to go to the shopping street nearby.

Railay Bay itself is lovely and we booked this place as it was the only one which had a pool overlooking the nicer Railay East beach. Service from airport to hotel was good and they helped us when we wanted to do something a bit alternative when leaving. The included breakfast definitely exceeded our expectations.

Staff is not friendly. The hotel could be maintained better. Deluxe bungalow rooms seem to be old with curtain in the bathroom. It's better to book deluxe room- it's renovated.

Magnífica ubicación, con la piscina y restaurante al borde de la playa West de Railay. La villa con jacuzzi exterior fantástica, amplia, cómoda y limpia. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Excursiones a un montón de islas desde allí mismo.

The location and the property grounds were beautiful. The staff were friendly, but mostly Nay who worked at the pool and restaurant. He was really friendly with our 3 boys and made our stay extra special, thank you. Two pools at the property, one of them overlooking the beach area. We booked the transport from the Krabi airport and it was an easy way to get to the resort. We can't wait to go back again someday.

El hotel esta genial, la ubicacion es perfecta y las habitaciones y el personal fantastico. Nos volveriamos a alojar aqui 100% de nuevo. Merece la pena, aunque es un hotel caro para Tailandia.

Nice hotel

Location was excellent. Pool on the ocean was great. Staff were wonderful especially the bartender, Kim. We had great chats and we felt very welcomed. We stayed in the cottage room which was very private and spacious.

I thought it was about 20 to 30% over priced compared to other similar level resorts. Probably due to the only luxury choice at Railey, but still a bit over priced in my view.

Great location ! Wonderful staff very accommodating. Free mini bar everyday was a bonus and plenty of drinking water in the room. Loved the monkeys.

The restaurant food was a bit average after a few days not a lot of options. But upside plenty of other places around.

The location is great as it is on the beach and an easy walk to the main street. The room was comfortable, large and the private pool was amazing. We really enjoyed the main pool, walks / sunsets on the beach, ease of transport to and from the airport and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Teniamos dos Habitaciones, estaban muy descuidadas, muy antiguas, el aire no funcionaba correctamente, los grifos del baño y ducha en mal estado. La limpieza del baño fue muy deficiente en estos dias de estancia. Si tienes la mala suerte de que algún vecino fume hierba en su terraza, tu no podrias estar en la tuya. Reclamé cambio de habitación en dos ocasiones y no me tomaron en serio. Muy desecionante mi experiencia y la de mi familia.

sam lokacija sob slaba, takoj ob recepciji, daleč od restavracije, bazenov plaže...Soba 1604 je ves čas smrdela po kanalizaciji, ko je delala klima, očitno je smrdljiv zrak prihajal od zunaj. Sem povedal osebju, so nekaj reševali ampak brez uspeha. Niso se niti potrudili, da bi kaj izboljšali ali zaradi tega s čim ugodili. Če greste sem strogo zavrnite sobo 1604!!

The isolation from crowds and amazing views

Wij hebben erg genoten van waanzinnige omgeving en het prachtige resort. Ze bieden een goede service aan om de gasten bij aankomst op de East Pier op te vangen. Met een gezin van 5 en bagage was dit heel fijn. Wat een aanrader is om een privé transfer via het het resort te boeken van en naar de OA Nam Mao pier naar het resort / East pier. Zo voorkom je dat niet op het strand/ water hoeft te lopen. Vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. De dagelijkse snacks/drinken van de gratis minibar is fantastisch. We zaten dichtbij het zwembad met klif uitzicht en het restaurant. Zit je te ver dan kun je gebruik maken van hun golfkarretje. Wij komen graag terug.

The food at the breakfast table did not change for 5days. Mostly chicken. My girlfriend had a hard time because she was allergic to chicken.

При этом вокруг потрясающая природа Railay: скалы, зелень, птицы, лягушки, обезьянки — всё очень живое и атмосферное. У нас была отдельная вилла со своим двориком и приватной зоной, что само по себе очень приятно. На территории виллы были лежаки, джакузи и отличный душ на открытом воздухе — им пользовались чаще всего. Хороший напор воды, температура и слив, всё работало отлично. При заселении нас хорошо встретили, помогли с вещами и довезли до виллы на багги. В номере также ждала небольшая корзина фруктов, а весь мини-бар был бесплатным — очень приятные детали. Отдельно понравились бассейны. Их два, и особенно красив бассейн с видом на известняковые скалы. Вечером здесь потрясающие закаты — пожалуй, одно из самых красивых мест на территории отеля. Очень хороший завтрак: большой выбор, есть и западная, и тайская кухня. Особенно приятно завтракать на открытой веранде с видом на берег. Понравилось и питание в целом. Мы заказывали room service — пицца была вкусной, порции щедрые, цены вполне приятные. Меню достаточно разнообразное, есть вегетарианские и веганские позиции. Кровать удобная, постель свежая, ночью было тихо. Шума не слышали, поэтому спалось хорошо. Ну и, конечно, главное здесь виды и природа. Скалы Railay невероятно красивые, вокруг тропическая зелень, слышно птиц и лягушек, иногда появляются обезьяны. Атмосфера действительно особенная.

Кондиционер трещал В душе бегали муравьишки Зона с ванной джакузи была убрана недостаточно хорошо, поэтому пользоваться им мы вообще не стали хотелось бы чуть внимательнее следить за чистотой именно таких зон. Ещё стоит учитывать необычную планировку отеля. Его части расположены между East и West Railay, а некоторые маршруты между виллами, завтраком, ресепшеном и бассейнами проходят фактически по общественной улице. Поэтому территория ощущается не полностью закрытой и приватной. У бара возле бассейна также хотелось бы больше безалкогольных напитков. А обычные напитки или, например, молочный коктейль можно было заказать только после 11 00 и через ресторан. Неприятное впечатление осталось от общения с персоналом. Коммуникация часто была довольно холодной и без особой доброжелательности. Также при заселении нас попросили отсканировать данные банковской карты в качестве гарантии для отеля. Возможно, это стандартная внутренняя процедура, но для нас она оказалась некомфортной: буквально с первых минут появилось ощущение недоверия со стороны отеля.

Le personnel et l emplacement

La chambre était vétuste, l eau des toilettes s écoulait très mal… Il y avait une odeur d égouts dans la salle de bain, les canalisations sont à changer. La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit .Il y a des fenêtres qui n ont pas de rideaux. Dans certaines zones de l établissement les installations sont très détériorées. La plage n’est pas belle . J ai envoyé 2 mails pour leur communiquer mon mécontentement et réclamer un geste commercial mais je n ai jamais eu de réponse . Je ne recommande pas cette établissement bien trop cher pour le prix . On peut trouver bien mieux .

Goede villa met eigen zwembad vlak bij het strand. Goede locatie, fijn personeel.

Van het hotel niets. Wel jammer van de wietluchten in de achterliggende straten.

Mooie ruime kamers, we hadden 2 kamers naast elkaar met een deur er tussen, top met de kinderen. Groot resort, wij zaten helemaal aan de andere kant, stuk lopen naar het zwembad en restaurant. Gelukkig reden er golfkarretjes die ons eventueel konden rijden. Leuk straatje in de buurt met restaurants om te eten.

Ils vendent des excursions en bateau mais en cas de mauvais temps, c’est la croix et la bannière pour se faire rembourser. En ce moment ils ne veulent pas me rembourser d’un paiement de 280 Euros que j’ai payé avec Google Pay.

So many details in the room. Amazing surroundings and great breakfast.

Nothing to do with the hotel but the beach in front is so dirty because people leave all kind of rubish that end up in the sea. The best beach is behind the rock anyway and that one is clean and perfect. People should repect nature more. It is something I can’t understand.

The location is superb, and the staff are attentive and extremely helpful (the bathroom sprung a leak, and I was upgraded to a new suite). The spa is excellent and well worth supporting.

The restaurant was disappointing in terms of both tardy service and lacklustre cuisine, which always arrived cold. Such a pity. The view from the restaurant, however, is sublime.

On a wonderful beach, a lot of nice excursions to do, 2 swimming pools, a nice restaurant

Location is great. Beds were comfortable. Surroundings were lush, pool right next to beach and sunsets were lovely from property.

Breakfast was disappointing. Tea selection was terrible. Staff were trying but could tell they were tired and possibly overworked. Cleanliness of bathrooms could improve - room cleaning wasn’t even bare minimum but staff were great with giving us extra snacks and were friendly. Pool was accessible to outsiders though it said not and we had a few wrong charges by the pool that were billed to our room which weren’t ours which the hotel never clarified how that happened.

Situation géographique parfaite pour profiter des 3 plages de railay. Tout l intérêt de ce logement est d ailleurs la situation.

Accueil très désagréable : nous avions réservé 2 lodges : 1 lit double et 1 avec 2 lits simples + 1 lit supplémentaire à régler sur place afin que nos 3 jeunes dorment séparément . Tout avait été validé par l hotel 15j avant. À l arrivée, lodges non contigus mais surtout chacun avec lit double. Grande malhonnêteté quand immédiatement, nous avons soulevé le problème : impossible car hotel complet puis devant notre insistance, possible mais lodges très éloignés. Nous avons alors proposé qu ils mettent un 2eme lit supplémentaire à leur frais et ne voulant pas, ils ont fini par nous loger dans 2 lodges comme prévu initialement et plus proches l un de l autre qu initialement. Le personnel est réellement malhonnête et nous avons donc boycotté toute dépense supplémentaire avec eux en mangeant dans la rue voisine tous les jours ( avatar et mangrove sont excellents et personne n a été malade) et en réservant nos excursions dans cette même rue. Tout ça pour beaucoup moins cher qu à l hôtel.

Es un resort grande en la selva, cerca de todo lo que hay que hacer en Railay. Para salir de la península nos ayudó reservar con ellos el long tail. Organización óptima.

La ubicación es preciosa, un lugar idílico. Cogimos una villa con piscina y estuvimos genial. El complejo está muy bien cuidado y es muy bonito. Tiene dos piscinas, una dando a Railay y otra más tranquila en el interior. Desayuno muy variado y para todos los gustos. El personal muy atento y amable. El transporte (de pago) lo puedes coger a través del hotel, tanto para llegar e ir al siguiente lugar. Funciona a la perfección.

Que no hubiera un pequeño gimnasio

Las vistas desde el desayuno son inmejorables.

Que desde el.bungalow a la piscina vas por un pasillo de 100m lleno de aires acondicionados echando aire caliente encima de ti. Eso en un complejo así deberían mirarlo.

La posizione è fantastica e la struttura è completamente immersa in un giardino tropicale. La colazione sulla spiaggia di railay vista scogliera è un risveglio favoloso. Scimmie varani e tucani si incrociano continuamente. Le camere sono pulite spaziose e molto bene arredate.

La tenda nella doccia e l assenza di zanzariere alle vetrate che rende impossibile tenere la finestra aperta.

The location and tranquility of this resort is perfect. We were a family of 4 and loved our stay here. The breakfast was good and the view was stunning. The snacks that were provided daily in our room was a bonus!! It is such a small place that you are near everything and it was great to explore. Lovely restaurants were near by and we enjoyed the food. Would definitely come back. We just wished we had stayed for an extra night!

De locatie van het zwembad is fantastisch met uitzicht op de rotsformaties. Het zwembad is ook fijn ingericht, met ligbedden en een bar met bediening. Het ontbijt was erg lekker met vers gebakken ei en avocado toast. De kamer was ruim, de tuin is mooi.

Ik had het resort iets luxer verwacht. Wij hadden een van de eerste kamers aan de strandkant en werden overschaduwd met een riool lucht. De kamer was ruim maar wat oud.

Las vistas a la bahía de Railay west son insuperables. Buen precio. Nos organizaron las excursiones tienen buena oferta de excursiones a un precio competitivo. La comida estaba buena.

Las habitaciones necesitar reformarse un poco, se nota algo viejo el mobiliario y las instalaciones. Poco personal pendiente de la piscina y el bar.

Their obsession with beach towels, which are rationed. If you leave one by the pool or don’t have it back in your room you are on deep trouble !! Extremely annoying rules regarding beach towels.

Some villas are closer to the east side and are a bit older. Still only a ten minute walk from the west side. There’s often a shuttle.

There are no family rooms so you have no option other to buy two rooms or a room, adding an extra bed, which is extremely expensive. It’ll be really nice if there were some family room rooms. Hotels a little dated but still nice enough.

my room was not on the beach and didnt have sea view, i think none of the rooms in the island are on the beach. it it one of the best hotels on the island.

El hotel tiene hamacas en la playa y cuida que no entre nadie que no esté alojado. Estuvimos en una Cottage Villa y muy bien. Espaciosa y tranquila. Te ponen bebidas y snacks gratis todos los días lo cual se agradece. El desayuno también me gustó mucho. Te dejan un bolso de playa con toallas, paraguas, amenities. Hay restaurantes cerca donde puedes comer y cenar.Todo bien la verdad.

Que el hotel no limpiara su trozo de playa por lo que había plásticos por la zona de playa e incluso por el hotel.

As it’s the wet season there is a lot of maintenance work happening to spruce it up, some of which started quite early!
