The showers and taps in the bathroom are old and rusty. The house was full of mosquitoes. The check in took long and the honeymoon suite which we booked for our anniversary wasn’t even decorated as they said they will.. there wasn’t even any welcome drink or fruits for our anniversary. Very expensive and bad experience. The restaurant staff in the hotel were unkind and their service wss too long as had to wait an hour and cancel our order because they said they have a big table they are serving instead. We ordered some smotthie on the last day on in room dining and it never came and we just had to cancel it. Really really bad experience

Perfect location, nice rooms and wonderful staff.

There was a bit of smell of moist in the rooms but nothing too bad just something that can be improved upon the hotel.

Le restaurant de l’hôtel ne donne pas envie le soir., mais d’autres à proximité sont très chaleureux. J’ai voulu faire une excursion pour aller voir des éléphants proposer dans le book de l’hôtel. Une hôtesse m’a expliqué que ce n’était pas possible. Elle n’a pas voulu s’embêter car à deux mètres plus loin, dans un commerce, j’ai pu organiser l’excursion….

Dejligt hotel. Haven omkring poolen er super fin. Værelserne i pool villaerne er rigtig fine. Super rene og vedligeholdt. Restauranten ligger lige ud til stranden (Railay Vest) og hotellet ligger tæt på gågaden. God service og super sødt og hjælpsomt personale.

Maden i restauranten var ikke specielt god desværre. I det hele taget var det svært at finde rigtig god og smagsfuld mad i området. Restauranten ligger perfekt ud mod stranden, men den kunne godt gøres hyggeligere og mere indbydende (med fx lys, lidt musik, blomster osv). Der kan være noget larm fra gågaden om aftenen/natten. Vi var der i juli måned (off season) så det var ikke så slemt, vi var ikke genereret af det og hytterne er rimelig lydtætte. Men hvis man er meget sart er det værd at være opmærksom på.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beautiful Railay Beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and we loved having direct access to the pool. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the gardens and pool area were beautiful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand, and we would happily stay here again.

Nothing significant. The resort is a little dated in some areas, but it is well maintained and did not affect our enjoyable stay.

The location is outstanding. The staff worked as a team to help us with an emergency.

We loved the location of the hotel. It is situated on the West side right next to the walking street. It made it easy to go out at night and especially for sunset drinks. The beach is very busy during the day but it quiets down when the day tourist leave. The hotel's restaurant is right on the beach. Breakfast was sufficient with a good variety to choose from. The swimming pool was great - it is long and winds down the rooms. There are no cars on Railay beach which is wonderful for a relaxing stay. Railay was one of our highlights of the holiday. We went out on a long tail boat to go snorkelling and it was a great experience. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and bars on Railay. The people were very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Highly recommended to visit.

The rooms can do with an upgrade but I do appreciate that it is difficult to get to Railay as there are no roads that lead to Railay. This makes getting building material and maintenance difficult. I am surprised that that they have managed to build such a nice place there.

This was our second time in Railay (first time 18yrs ago when we stayed in budget accom on the opposite side) This resort was the perfect for our family of 3 on a very beautiful beach. The resort is extremely peaceful and tucked away, yet only meters away from the main walking street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed watching the monkeys play in the pool and the huge monitor lizards strolling around.

We are early risers and breakfast was not quite ready (eg. warmed up) at 7am when the buffet opened. Maybe don't head to breakfast until 8 if you want some hot food.

Location. Swimming pool was lovely. Beautiful gardens. Helpful staff. Breakfast right next to the beach

We booked our last few days in Krani here at Railay Village and was able to stay in the honeymoon suite. What an wonderful stay. We loved the room, location, everything. thank you for a fantastic experience to finish our anniversary trip to thailand.

Great place to stay in Railay. Excellent pools, great breakfast, great rooms and very helpful staff. Picked up from the airport and driven to the pier where the boat takes you to the resort. Very easy and hassle free. Resort is just around the corner from the Main Street with many restaurants to choose from for lunch/ dinner. Daily breakfast in the resort was very good. Wifi was good. I don't think the staff like the monkeys coming into the resort but it was pretty cool to see them on the balcony and there are plenty of them to be seen around the rest of Railay as well but they never come near you or cause any concerns.

Only negative would be the lack of a smart TV in the rooms. Not a high priority but on rainy days it would have been nice (and I know we weren't there to watch TV).

Great location close to railay walking street and beach. Today rooms, great staff and the spa was wonderful.

The room was musty curtains were mouldy needed cleaning. Bed was weird.

Wonderful facilities right on the beach! Little difficult navigating from the East pier with heavy suitcases initially so would recommend reaching out to the hotel beforehand to assist with arrival. We did encounter an issue with the AC on arrival but was immediately upgraded when the problem could not be resolved. Wonderful seemless transfer service to the airport! Highly recommend staying here at Railay Beach. Excellent breakfasts each morning.

De plek en uitstraling van de accommodatie is echt super. Een mooi opgezet resort, dichtbij de winkels en het straatje waar je kan eten en drinken. Ontbijten aan het strand, geluiden horen van beesten die wij nog nooit hadden gezien of gehoord. Gevoelsmatig zit je in de jungle.

Als we dan echt iets moeten bedenken; De waterdruk uit de douche was heel weinig waardoor het uitspoelen van haren wat minder makkelijk ging. We hebben een top verblijf gehad en zouden zo nog eens terugkeren.

La chambre que j'ai eu ne correspondait pas aux photos sur Booking, une chambre sombre vetuste, humide et un jacuzzi qui n'en est pas un. Salle de bain encore plus vétuste, avec des taches au mur. J'ai du changer de chambre pour une chambre inférieure donc moins chères et ils ont refusé de me rembourser. Très très déçue, ça n'a rien à voir avec ce que j'avais réservé et bien loin du 4 étoiles.

We , two friends, booked a room with twin beds eight months before we arrived, but we ended up having to share a bed, as the extra sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Location was perfect.. right at the heart of Railay beach west, reaching by boat via ao nang mao pier was great. Didn’t have to worry about being wet. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The restaurant served halal food and plenty of food options were available. Breakfast at this a hotel is quite good. We stayed at jacuzzi villa. Room was quite spacious, well maintained, regularly cleaned. Naturally really blessed, well kept hotel. Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The private transport from Krabi airport to hotel was well arranged.

Wir waren sehr überrascht von der Unterkunft. Hatten aufgrund der gemischten Bewertungen nicht viel erwartet, das Hotel ist allerdings ein kleines Paradies im Trubel. Ein wunderschöner Garten, der Pool ein Traum. Jeden Tag haben wir Affen im Garten gesehen. Die Zimmer waren toll sowie auch das Frühstück war top. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

The main concern is that reception sold me transfer to airport for 1800 for 2 people while it costs 900 in kiosk everywhere. 1. Jacuzzi was dirty. They did not clean it properly. They need to fill and run it before every guest which is expensive and timely. 2. After jellyfish bite reception did not have vinegar. Clearly not qualified, the man who works in the hotel helped me with local leaves. I need to say that they were helpful but didn't know what to do. 3. Hotel did not reply in booking chat when I asked them if they can meet us at East railay. - there is a shortcut through hotel property to the reception, about 5 minutes walk. 4. Jacuzzi works. It feel dated because of chrome parts but it works. It's actually really nice.

Good location on beach although you do hear a constant buzzing from the boats on the beach. Pool lovely. Staff lovely.

Not enough deck chairs around the pool. Were upgraded to the honeymoon suite as they had lost my booking but it felt like a downgrade as no windows.

La playa es muy linda, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, pegada a la walking street. El desayuno frente al mar era muy lindo. La habitación es espectacular, grande. Lo ideal es levantarse temprano he ir a la playa que está del otro lado. Es un sueño.

Durante el día la playa se llenaba de barcos, pero se Compensa porque cerca tenes otras playas que no tiene barcos. La habitación era hermosa pero estaba al final de todo por lo cual tenías que caminar bastante para llegar a la playa.

Railay village was extremely well located to the town strip, west beach and restaurants. The property was clean and comfortable.

Our room was situated at the end of the property, and there was a persistent sewage smell. I'm not sure what the hotel could do, if anything, but it was an unpleasant aspect of our stay, particularly as the scent seeped into the room through the AC unit at times.

Mobiliário antigo, porta do quarto com buracos remendados com papel, muitos mosquitos e cama sem mosquiteiro, restaurante bem ruim, funcionária que faz os ovos sempre mal educada, zero simpatia. O hotel fica na frente da praia, mas na tem cadeiras de sol para uso dos hóspedes na frente da praia (tem apenas na piscina). No geral a “estrutura para uso da praia” é bem rudimentar e fica atrás de outros hotéis que ficam do lado.

Absolutely stunning location with beautiful wildlife, trees, small ponds and well kept paths. The room was very comfortable, with a big bed and a spacious shower. Everything was clean, neat, and tidy. The location is great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were kind and helpful.

We had several issues stemming from the staff's miscommunication issues. First, we opted for a paid package with room decorations and a cake/dessert for our anniversary. The staff seemed to not be aware of this when we arrived. They promised to make up for it the next day, and they (partially) delivered - the room was properly decorated and looked great. On the day of our anniversary, we booked an expensive massage program at the hotel's spa. Once again, the staff were surprised to hear from me that we booked a 2.5 hour program (and not a 90 minute single massage session). After some back and forth between themselves the staff said they will be able to deliver the full program, however, we ended up not getting the included 30 minute head massage. We were proportionally compensated by the staff so, while unfortunate, the situation was well handled. Finally when we went to the hotel's restaurant to get our dessert, once again the restaurant staff were not aware of our talks with the reception about this. We did get the dessert, but it was sadly underwhelming (like the rest of the restaurant's dishes, unfortunately - we looked forward to it!)

Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am but employees were still preparing the food until 7h45 which was frustrating as we had made plans to start the day early. Service at the restaurant was not so efficient.

The property was located in a prime location, which was excellent. Breakfast was really good I have a lot of variety. Spectacular sunsets.

It has to be the first property and all my travel that ice is not included with accommodation which was a little strange for us. It was a chargeable item for I’m not sure why.

The service in the rrstaurant was slow and a bit hit and miss.

We only booked for one night for our wedding anniversary. We wanted somewhere a bit more up market and this place delivered. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is right on the beach, although our room was set back about 50 yards. The staff can't do enough for you either. We were only let down by a rowdy drunk family whooping and splashing other guests around the pool, and telling us all to "chill" when we complained. Apart from that, it was great.

The location of the hotel is great, on the beach and close to all other bars and restaurants. The pools and gardens are well maintained and clean. The transfer service to the airport was seamless, it was very impressive. Staff were always helpful and friendly where they could be.

Overall some of the facilities feel very dated and not well invested or maintained, particularly for the money being spent by customers. We had issues with the baby cot provided (unsafe with sharp rusty hinges) which we had to flag and get a replacement for. The restaurant only had two baby high chairs, even though many guests staying had babies. Of the two chairs they did have, one of them had a broken harness so couldn’t be used. This does not make for very relaxing or practical meal times if you have a baby, as we then had to do every meal with her on our lap. They need to invest in some working and safe high chairs and have more available. The breakfast was lacking in quality, often buffet dishes were not replenished and left empty which was not enjoyable. There is only one coffee machine and it is very slow, the queue would be five people long and it would take 15 minutes to get a coffee! The queue for eggs also would often be a 10minute plus wait. Overall the breakfast is not good enough for the price of the hotel rooms.

La atención del servicio era horrible, nos trataron como si no fuésemos clientas del hotel desde el primer momento. Incluso en el desayuno, no hay ningún control. O les preguntamos si había basura para tirar y nos sugerían llevárnosla nosotras. Además la habitación era un quiero y no puedo. Mucho calor en la zona de la bañera, no hay aire. Éramos 3 y solo nos dejaron 2 juegos de zapatillas y 2 albornoces. La estancia ha sido decepcionante

Fica na praia mais linda de Krabi, em Railay Beach. Os quartos são amplos, apesar de não serem tão novos.

Achei o café bem fraco. Tanto a comida, qto o lugar. Apenas a vista é boa. O hotel fica em uma península acessada apenas por barco. Quando se chega em Railay Beach não tem placas pro hotel… fomos pelo caminho mais longo com várias malas, tendo que carregar as malas por areia e no sol de meio dia… soubemos no dia de ir embora que tinha um atalho pelo hotel, que o tornava muito próximo ao Porto e que nem passava por areia… minha sugestão é que mandem essa informacao para os hóspedes qdo efetuarem a reserva ou que, entrem em contato com os hóspedes para saber o horário de chegada e mandem um funcionário ir buscar as malas no Porto, assim como o meu hotel de Ko Phi Phi fez. Tem uma piscina antiga perto da areia da praia, porém a piscina bonita que tem fotos aqui, fica no fundo do hotel. Também acho que poderia ter mais espreguiçadeiras em frente ao hotel. Tem apenas 3 camas, o restante são as mesas do restaurante.

The location is perfect, it is just a few steps from the boat and from the start of the walking street. The territory is quite big with a fantastic pool, surrounded by beautiful garden.

La piscine est super mais il y a peu de transats disponibles par rapport au nombre de bungalows. La chambre est grande et bien équipée.

Nous avons été déçus par le petit déjeuner et le fait que le restaurant ne fasse aucun effort pour nous accueillir dans un endroit chaleureux et avenant le soir. L'hôtel compte sur le fait que la rue des restos et bars se trouve à côté. Pas d'alcool dans l'hôtel pour info. Enfin, n'allez pas à Railay pour trouver le calme et vous baigner. La plage est envahie par les bateaux qui déversent des centaines de touristes pour la journée. Et pas une poubelle pour accueillir leurs déchets....
