Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Like the area. There were many food options and a local supermarket.
The morning check out staff was not accommodating and were quite frankly rude. We were under the impression the breakfast was included. There was a sign for tickets and a sign for the price. The woman raised her voice and embarrassed my husband and I about the tickets. The woman then at the front desk was not helpful. It was also mentioned 4 times that we were from booking.com and not actual members.

Reviewed May 24, 2026This hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. As Basketball mom, I really liked the complimentary laundry! I liked it enough to stay a 2nd time! I would definitely stay again.
The only thing I didn't like is that I got a better rate through booking.com rather than through the Hilton app!

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026The hot tub was great! I liked that I could open the windows a bit.
My room had a strange odor. Perhaps it had been smoked in and then something had been added to cover up the smell. I had to open the windows and that helped.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026Great location in proximity to the University of Notre Dame. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were enormous and clean. Amazing value for the cost.
I would pay a few dollars extra per night to have the breakfast included rather than paying as an add on. Super clean, but there are areas that could be updated/refreshed.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026We liked how clean everything was and we loved how much we could do in the hotel. We felt like all the staff was friendly and were helpful with any questions we had during our stay.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026I had a confirmed, fully paid reservation, and called to confirm a late check- in and was assured that was fine. When I arrived, I was told that they had no more rooms available. When I asked how that could possibly be after I had a paid and confirmed reservation, the front desk lady kept saying you have to understand it’s first come first serve. I guess they don’t understand what the word reservation means. I had to work through Booking.com to get a refund and scramble to find another place to stay. This hotel did send me for the first night to another Hilton property, but I was completely unfamiliar with that, it was almost 11 at night, I was alone, and it was extremely inconvenient. I’ve never experienced anything like this anywhere I’ve stayed. They need to get their policies in order.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026The property is in a great location. Proximity to Notre Dame/Shopping/Restaurants very convenient & easily accessible. Staff is professional, congenial & accommodating. On site Laundry facility is a plus if staying for more than a few days. Bed is comfortable. Kitchenette was convenient benefit as well. Refrigerator is newer & clean. Overall very pleased.
Sofa bed (under mattress)could've used a good vacuuming - a little dusty & crumb filled. Sofa arm had a small stain (either chocolate or dried blood) but with some elbow grease & disinfectant wipes it became virtually undetectable. Microwave lining was peeling away/rusty & should be replaced. Older property that has been updated pretty well. Breakfast service ends at 9:30A weekdays, 10:30A Sat & Sun. It would be nice if it ended 10:30A every day. No daily housekeeping, but it is available (&fresh towels) upon request.
