El hotel Se encuentra en muy malas condiciones sucio y descudado no lo recomiendo se esta derumbando o tiene mantenimiento

One man show no one else there to inform or assist . Definitely the worst hotel ever in all my travels . I don’t know where to start but if someone would ask me I would have to say that the place is a Hotel from Hell. Decor from 1970s with whatever they had is gone. No coffee service , no bar or restaurant or lounge, no good hot water system, plenty of bed bugs , spiders, and cat crap all around the premises. If it was earlier in the day I would have not stayed . When I had the time (today) I realized I paid 93 dollars for this dump. Please if you can rate this hotel as -10 as it deserves .

El personal es muy amable, habia agua caliente, pero fuera de eso todo lo demas es terrible. El lugar esta cayendose a pedazos y lleno de insectos en los cuartos, compre un insencticida y rocie el cuarto completo, de la cama salieron 2 aranas y algunos insectos tipo cienpies sin contar los que salieron del resto del cuarto. Los cuartos se ve que no se han usado en meses y no han tenido aseo ya que esta todo polvoso y lleno de telaranas. El jardin esta precioso pero tienen en ruinas todo alrededor muy peligroso para ninos ya que hay un pozo abierto y lo que parece ser un estanque con agua empantanada sucia y en el olvido. No me quede ni una sola noche ahi, preferimos perder las dos noches que pague y cambiarnos de hotel.

Llegue y no tienen computadora Si reservaste en línea no saben de tu reservación y podrías quedarte sin hotel

La reservé a través de Expedia pero al llegar me informaron que no recibieron la reservación y que estaba lleno. Extremadamente incoveniente, pues tuve que buscar hospedaje de último momento. Expedia sí me hizo el cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito, estoy tratando de tramitar el reembolso.

en el hotel falta mucha limpieza pero lo peor q en la aplicacion de hoteles me la cobraron al triple de lo q cuesta en el hotel

Descuidado y sucio

This property has great potential - its charming and was once an actual hacienda. Its grounds are expansive however not kept up in any way. The rooms were dusty and musky from not being used. Only 1 light bulb in the room to light up the whole room. poorly designed bathrooms with no appropriate space or lighting. Needs basic upgrades. The staff was all of 3 people If you needed something they were accommodating- I would try it again just because of the old world charm but they would have to totally clean up the place

Deberían de actualizar, los datos en general, porque lo funcionan los refrigeradores, la estufa, bar , etc etc, de allí en fuera todo bien

El hotel está pésimamente horrible, con chinches, no sirven las televisiones, se va el agua, los muebles están rotos, los baños con las cortinas rotas y sin mosaicos. La verdad no podemos dar ningún comentario positivo. Además de muy caro en comparación a los hoteles de Su clase.

El lago eta bonito solo que le falta mantenimiento

What a shocking surprise. Tried to find another hotel in town but this was the only pet friendly property. Now I know why the rates were so low. Didn’t need A/C, no WiFi, no food service even though it looked like it might have had a restaurant. Balconies on several rooms had collapsed. Our room had a sign on the slider door warning not to go out on the balcony.

Muy malas condiciones de las instalaciones y el trato de la persona en recepción de lo mas descortés y sin interés de dar un buen servicio. pague 2 anoche y solo usamos 1 para buscar otro hotel. Las fotos no son actualizadas, lo muestran mucho mejor que la realidad

La limpieza es fatal, y hay muchas arañas violinistas, si quieren sufrir y no dormir en la noche se los recomiendo jajaja

Do not stay here. The place looks abandoned. We booked 5 rooms. We were met at the front desk by someone that might have been the janitor. We prepaid our rooms. He tried to charge us again, We looked at the rooms. The first room, the door knob fell off while I was trying to unlock the door. The rooms smelt like mould. The lights didn’t work. We did not stay here. We stayed at a different hotel in the end. I am working with hotels.com to get my money back. This hotel should not be in the website.

Lo elegimos por la cercanía al evento por el que viajamos a Mascota, sin embargo ha sido decepcionante encontrar una habitación con un olor penetrante a humedad, descuido en la limpieza de la habitación, el lugar tiene el potencial peor necesita ser manejado de una mejor manera.

This hotel has old Mexico charm in need of an update. For our needs it was affordable comfortable and clean needs tlc . we loved the sitting area and the view was great will stay there again having made the staff aware

Rooms are humid and smell like there was mold. Door in back wouldn’t close water took long time for hot to come out.

hotel con pesimo servicio e instalaciones sin mantenimiento, tiene una apariencia de abandonada y ruinosa. las fotos de la pagina NO SON ACTUALES y no corresponden a la realidad, no saben como operar las reservaciones y la pagina HOTELES.COM no da soporte en ningun momento. Ninguno de los servicios ofrecidos es verdad, internet pesimo, no restaurant, no bar, no spa, no hay ninguna amenidad y mucho menos servicio bilingue (es una burla lo que ofrecen)

El lugar es muy acogedor, el encargado fue servicial con nosotros , es un lugar muy tranquilo. El único detalle fue que a nuestra llegada no tenían nuestra reservación y el baño estaba sucio.

Me decepcionó,creía que íbamos a disfrutar más la estadía así como el jardín interior,pero lo tienen en reparación. Así que no lo recomiendo para nada.

El lugar es muy tranquilo amplio y cómodo pero cuenta con zonas descuidadas y el punto mas critico es que si no vas en vehículo propio todo se complica pues queda muy alejado de el pueblo.

El terriblemente abandonado parabmi esta es una vil estafa pague por algo q no era lo q con tanto agrado me recomendo la empresa estoy muyy molesta habitacion llena de moscas oliendo a insecticida terriblemente baño sucio lleno de cabellos viejos puertas a punto de caer polvoriento cortinas rotas toallas rotas como lonas cabeceras quebrada sostenidas con alambres jardin abandonado lleno de excremento debpatos no har eestaurant ni recamareras no recepcion solo una persona q contrataron para recibirmos q mo sabia nada de el sipuesto hotel solo me dio un pedazo de papel para q anotara mis datos pedi q llamara a expedia para decirles q no aceptaba el lugar y dijo q no se podia q ella no sabia nada y no habia telefono.por favor no secdejen engañar q no les pase la mala experiencia que yo pase

Ni siquiera saben acerca de las reservaciones por medio de ninguna página de internet, llegamos y casi nos dicen q no tenían habitaciones pero ps.haber como le hacía para acomodarnos, el hotel sucio, los cuartos llenos de polvo, un cuarto con una puerta que casi no cerraba, y las instalaciones a punto de caerse, que miedo, si le dieran un buen mantenimiento y una buena limpieza estaría mucho mejor

Las personas que nos atendieron muy amables y hicieron lo mejor posible para que disfrutaramos nuestra estancia. Sin embargo en cuanto a los administradores o dueños del hotel. Les sugeriría más mantenimiento a las instalaciones. Ya que las paredes y el piso presentan cuarteaduras, huele a humedad, no hay agua caliente suficiente para todas las habitaciones, se termina pronto y sale fría, el servicio de televisión por cable no estaba disponible durante nuestra estancia. Parece un hotel que se encuentra abandonado. LO MÁS SORPRENDENTE FUE QUE NUESTRA RESERVACIÓN NO FUE COMUNICADA A LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DEL HOTEL Y NI SIQUIERA SABÍAN QUE LLEGARÍAMOS. CONSIDERO QUE ES UN HOTEL QUE TIENE POTENCIAL, SIEMPRE Y CUANDO MEJOREN ASPECTOS COMO ESTOS ANTES MENCIONADOS.

Este hotel segun se me informó no recibió la reservación que se hizo por medio de Expedia, no se respetó la misma, y me informaron que no me podían hacer ningun reembolso de la cantidad que pague por las dos habitaciones que se habían reservado, en las habitaciones, en las camas mucho polvo y hasta excremento de ratas. Muy mal servicio en todos los aspectos. De esta manera no se puede recomendar y yo no lo haría. Este comentario es para el hotel y la empresa Expedia.

Este hotel ha estado defraudando desde hace tiempo a las personas mostrando fotos que no corresponden a las habitaciones y vendiendo tipos de habitaciones que no tienen, no cuentan con suites, solo habitaciones dobles sucias, en mal estado, no cuentan con agua todo el día, y no tiene agua caliente. El personal conoce que venden habitaciones que no existen, pero ellos comentan que nada pueden hacer. El hotel tiene las paredes por fuera que se están cayendo el enjarre, huele a humedad y tierra, sin mantenimiento ni limpieza, después de ver las fotos publicadas y llegar al hotel uno piensa que le están jugando una broma. No se deje engañar y no vaya a este hotel a menos que este pensando en ir a un hotel sin categoría, sucio y en mal estado.

Place was in terrible shape, stay away! Bad location, dirty, musty and disorganised very bad condition and looked almost deserted

There are several bottom line things I require from any hotel: a secure room, easily available hot water, a comfortable bed, and an operational TV. All the rest is icing on the cake. At La Puerta de Enmedio, it was all icing and very little cake. The furnishings were attractive and the grounds delightful. However, when we tried the key in the lock of the first room they showed us, the key immediately broke off in the lock. In the room we finally accepted, the sliding bolt inside lock was non-functional. One could grow a long beard waiting for the hot water to come on, although--in fairness--it did eventually, at a very low rate of pressure. The TV, which was connected to the Sky system, refused to function. Even after the hotel finally got the Sky people there to "fix" it, the TV soon broke down again. The staff, with the exception of their groundskeeper, was almost completely absent and it took great effort to find them even just to check in. Nobody seemed to be in charge.

The rooms we got were actually very spacious and nicely decorated, but we could barely sleep because of the peacocks screaming all night long, and the roosters having a voice competition. It is unfortunate that this hotel doubles as a poultry farm: all these animals roaming the grounds freely are very pretty, but make sleeping impossible! If you find yourself in Mascota, try sleeping at Hotel Elena, or other hotels.

Es un lugar bonito, con jardines bien cuidados y animales como faisanes, conejos, guajolotes y gallos. La atención de la pareja que cuida el hotel fue excelente, pero ellos son el único personal. No hay servicio de restaurante. No pudieron confirmar nuestra reservación sino hasta nuestro tercer día de estancia, porque no tenían internet. El teléfono que tiene Hoteles.com para confirmar directamente con ellos, no corresponde al hotel, sino de otro por el rumbo de Barra de Navidad, en el que no tenían ninguna información de este que está en una ranchería del mismo nombre en las afueras de mascota. Una de las ubicaciones que muestran en su publicidad, los ubica en la presa Corrinchis, esto no es correcto. Su lago natural, es un estanque de 12 x 12 mts. La habitación que muestran en la foto de su publicidad, es su única habitación de este tipo y no estaba disponible por que no tenía agua en los baños y las habitaciones que nos dieron son

We very much enjoyed our short stay on the second floor - beautiful mountain view, nice food ordered from town, slow pace. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Aconomical, Mexican style hotel, on outskirts of Mascota, with lovely gardens and many interesting birds etc., including peacocks. Large room with kitchenette and tiny balcony. Not luxurious but , for standard Mexican hotels, adequate and quite comfortable

This hotel was a last minute stay over on the way to Puerto Vallarta over new years eve. It's located in "La Puerto de Enmedio", which after 30 minutes of driving around in Mascota, we discovered is a separate little town about 3 minutes down the round. The rooms are big and spacious and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk did not speak English, but even with our little Spanish it was not really a problem. It's located outside of Mascota (about 3 minutes) and has an old spanish "villa" feel to it, complete with a big fenced in grass area (great for kids!), duck pond and even a fully functional church. It is located on the main rd, so it can get a little noisy at night and the hotel does not serve meals (or at least didn't during our stay) so you'll have to find a little restaurant in Mascota. The building is old but has a remarkable charm to it and has various balconies and outside seating available. Truly and amazing experience of rustic, friendly, small town Mexico.
