They recently purchase a parking garage not even 2 minutes walking distance, you can park there in the rare event you cannot find parking on the street. Great restaurant next door where you can grab a steak, pizza, pasta, etc.
Bathroom door would get stuck in the floor whenever you tried to close it, had to put a little pressure upwards in order to avoid dragging it on the floor. Could definitely use a good trim.

El servicio de restaurante, cafetería no lo promenten pero se agradece un café de calidad con buena disponibilidad, algún bocadillo en otros horarios.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026This place really exceeded expectations and was a perfect oasis in the middle of my Sierra Occidental trip! It's a few blocks from the main plaza, but it ended up being the place I spent the most time. The courtyard has a beautiful garden and a water fountain where I sat and read my book. Everything is new and clean. It seems like it just opened up! Breakfast was continental but there were many offerings. The staff was helpful and friendly. This place is easy to recommend for relaxing while in Mascota.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Het hotel is super schoon en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd tussen 08:00 en 10:00 uur . Er is geen restaurant in het hotel, maar in de omgeving zijn genoeg opties. Honden zijn welkom, wat een groot pluspunt is. De binnentuin is prachtig en zorgt voor een fijne, rustige sfeer. Parkeren is op straat, maar gelukkig wel dichtbij het hotel.
Het continentale ontbijt was wel wat aan de magere kant. Daarnaast was er een klein probleem met het bestek; niet alles lag direct voor handen. De koffie was van matige kwaliteit en mocht zeker wat sterker gezet worden — het leek bijna thee.

Se desconectaba demasiado la señal de internet, no nos impidió disfrutar la estancia pero si una película en la noche nos hubiera gustado mas verla sin problemas en este.

Il manque de protéines pour le déjeuner, à moins d’aimer les œufs à la coque. Il y a beaucoup de sucre offert.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025I liked everything at this hotel, the staff was professional, friendly, flexible, understanding, they made me feel like family and that is not very common at a hotel. The room was gorgeous, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom, were spacious, cozy, very pretty and simple at the same time. The building and central garden are gorgeous. This hotel has a very unique personality. Their location is perfect in the magical town of Mascota. The only area in which I would suggest they have an improvement opportunity is in their included breakfast, it was not bad but it is a very super light breakfast, I am sure they could make an effort to at least add some more light options, for example: toast or bolillo with cream cheese, unsweetened whole grain cereals, waffles, boiled eggs, etc.

Reviewed Feb 16, 2025What a great place to stay! A very beautiful and modern hotel in Mascota close to Centro and many wonderful restaurants in town and close by. Hands down the best hotel in town. The owners are on site everyday and super friendly family staff cater to your every need. We felt like we had instant friends when we met them. They speak excellent English. Being Mascota is the family home they are knowledgeable of the area. The decor is inviting and very tasteful. The rooms are large. The inner court is lively with gorgeous plants and quaint seating areas. You often have hummingbirds visiting creating a great place to sit and read, have a tea or just relax. Great WiFi, great showers, comfortable beds and a quiet area. Breakfast is Included in the stay which you definitely want to try Nimfa's BEST homemade natural yogurt! what a lovely wonderful place.. The lights outside my bedroom and across from it lit up the room at night. Thankfully I had eye shades to help me out. I would recommend that black-out shades be installed.
