While this property has a lot of potential, several maintenance and design issues in our room significantly impacted our comfort. First, we requested to have the twin beds joined for our stay. While they were pushed side by side, they were not securely locked or connected. Throughout the night, the beds kept sliding apart in the middle, creating a wide gap that made it incredibly difficult to sleep together comfortably. The hotel needs to invest in proper bed bridges or frame connectors for these requests. Second, the bedside lamp layout is highly inconvenient. It is positioned in a way that completely hinders you from sitting upright in bed to read or relax without hitting the fixture. Finally, the soap dispenser in the washroom was frustratingly stiff. It required an excessive amount of force just to get a small amount of soap, which is an unnecessary daily struggle. We expected a much higher standard of comfort and functionality for the price. The management needs to address these room ergonomics and housekeeping details to improve the guest experience.

Reception staff don’t know how to behave with customers. Very poor standard of food. Not worth at all. Many plug points not working. Surprised to know this hotel is run by ITC

For a long term stay, it would be food to have more shelf storage to keep clothes. It was a bit of a struggle.

Wish there was a fan in the room, ac cooling was not enough on one corner of the bed (twin bed- one towards the bathroom), property is quite old, only 1 shower gel to be used for both body and shampoo, no conditioner, bathroom cubicle is way too small. Went for Spa on 3rd floor but looking at the 2 ladies there i was not confident of taking any massage, they didnt look professional and when I asked something they looked lost. Entire room and corridor smelled musty/ mouldy. Even a normal conversation was heard in the corridors from other rooms.

Except for location everything else is a disaster. no professionalism. very poor experience.

.Kids like more western and elders Indian cuisines. Food was excellent with both North & South Indian along with western options.

Dinner and lunch should also be part of packages when rooms are booked from online travel companies too

Location seems quite far from main attractions

Excellent service minded staff, very attentive. The hotel was able to accommodate our request for early check-in for one of the rooms in our group so we could all have a place to rest. Breakfast was very good with several choices and hot meals made to order. Very impressed.

Comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nice restaurants nearby, all within reasonable walking distance.

The room was well appointed, clean and the bed comfortable. We hadn’t booked a suite but were given one which was very nice, albeit for one night. The dining was very good indeed. Excellent buffets for both breakfast and dinner.

This was pricey for India. The staff in the restaurant were chaotic and 25 minutes wait from ordering wine to not receiving what we’d asked for, frankly ridiculous. Also the bar at the swimming pool was shut. Upon enquiring we were told it only opened in the evening which is useless when you arrive back from sightseeing mid afternoon and fancy a dip and a beer !

The only positives are the excellent location and the professionalism shown by staff at the ground level—restaurant bearers, bell boys, security staff, and valet team—who were genuinely warm, customer-centric, and welcoming. Compliments to the department head who has clearly mentored them well; unfortunately, this felt like icing on an otherwise spoiled cake.

My recent stay here was far below expectations for an ITC Fortune Select property. After booking through a third-party app, I tried calling the reception multiple times (three calls with 30-minute gaps) just to confirm my reservation. The phone kept ringing with no response. Only after several attempts later in the evening was the call answered and the stay confirmed. Despite informing the hotel about a late check-in, the reception welcome was extremely cold and uncomfortable, almost as if accommodating us was a favour. As a frequent business traveller who has stayed in several 5-star hotels in Bengaluru, this was surprising—especially since even late-night check-ins elsewhere are handled warmly with basic hospitality gestures. This being my first ITC property experience, the first impression was disappointing. The deluxe room was quite small and cozy. The bathroom had a strong stinging smell and the floor was extremely slippery. Since my young son was with me, I requested toilet floor towels for safety. Housekeeping did not answer, and the request was routed to reception at around 10:30 pm. The request was handled by “Areena” at the reception, whose response was repeatedly vague and non-committal, with the same assurance of “it will reach in some time” across multiple follow-up calls. There was no proactive update, no urgency, and no ownership of the request. After waiting over 1 hour 45 minutes, the towels were finally delivered at around 12:15 am, forcing us to stay awake after a long and exhausting journey. Hygiene & Amenities Concern: To add to this, the toiletries setup was unacceptable. A used shaving kit was kept in the bathroom for use. At the very least, basic checks should ensure that shaving cream or grooming items are unused and hygienic. This raised serious concerns about housekeeping standards. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast was below expectations in terms of variety, replenishment, and service efficiency.
