The staff, the animation team and the facilities were terrific and you never feel that it’s crowded though it’s full.

The quality of food, variety and taste. Also, when they divided the aqua park with the other hotel we missed the some of the activities we used to enjoy.

Clean and family oriented. All are helpful and everything is tidy and fun. Pools are great, the water aqua park is fun and accommodate the 98% occupancy easily. Food is delicious and with good variety.

Sometimes the sea has red flag, but surely the hotel not to blame for this.

We had a great experience overall. What really makes this resort stand out is the attitude of the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, helpful and worked very hard to make sure guests had a good stay. This made a huge difference to our overall experience. The hotel and the entire resort area were also kept very clean, which we really appreciated. The resort is pretty large, but getting around is easy thanks to the electric shuttles constantly driving around the property. We typically never had to wait more than about five minutes for a ride. The food was also very good, with plenty of variety and different options every day. We especially appreciated the table service for drinks during dinner. The coral reef accessible from the pier was fantastic and one of the highlights of our stay. There is also a small sandy sea lagoon, which is great if you prefer an easier entry into the water. We also accidentally left a personal item behind after our departure, and the hotel team helped us recover it and made sure it was safely returned to reception. We really appreciated their help even after our stay had ended.

The rooms are a little dated and worn in places, with some visible construction and finishing imperfections. That said, none of this had any real impact on our stay or enjoyment of the resort.

The hotel was so nice, clean and all staff members were very friendly ,thanks to Mr.wael our stay was so great and so comfy One of the most special vacations we ever spend

Food is average

From check in you know it would be an exceptional stay. A fast early-check-in was granted to two centred ground floor rooms. By centred I mean the two rooms were close to the main restaurant, the pools and the aqua park. The room was good and spacious. The pools are separated in two; one is connected and has multiple depths suitable for non-experienced swimmers. Another Olympic pool where experienced swimmer can also enjoy. Also, a wave pool is available inside the aqua which was great as well. The aqua park has multiple games that can suit a family and individuals with multiple levels of difficulty. In the aqua park there are six jacuzzi pools that you can chill inside. The beach was sandy and a little bit shallow with a lagoon like space where you can stretch your legs in a modest swim. For snorkelling, you have to try the pier where you can see tons of new marine creatures along with the amazing colourful coral reef. The main restaurant was good, however food variety can be better. The restaurant was not very crowded -at the time of my stay- but the outside part was very hot during lunch time and during humid evenings as well. This made the air-conditioned space of the restaurant a little crowded sometimes.

The food variety and quality can be better. For example, the soda was not a Coca Cola or Pepsi. The washroom has glass door and cannot be locked from the inside which was awkward. One guy from the jacuzzi was so rude with us, he was allowing adjacent guests to go inside the tub with swimming shoes and had told us that we cannot do that in a very rude way.

Les piscines sont nombreuses et agréables.

Sur internet ou sur le plan de l'hôtel il y a une rivière et beaucoup de toboggan mais en réalité les toboggans les plus récents ainsi que la rivière on été attribués à un autre hôtel, le Sentido Akassia Beach du coup nous n avons pas le droit d y accéder. La nourriture au buffet n est pas variée et pas incroyable. Les bars ne sont pas propres et il n y a aucun service à table, il faut faire la queue pour avoir un verre vide et ensuite se servir à des distributeurs de boissons et parfois le goût des boissons est vraiment pas bon.

It was a wonderful stay with my family. Everything was more than excellent from the moment I arrived and met Mr. Wael Al-Sa'i, the operations manager, who personally offered advice and services and followed up daily on my comfort and satisfaction with the stay. All the hotel staff were cooperative, helpful, and very organized. The beach and snorkeling were enjoyable, the water park was excellent, and there were many other services and activities. The natural pool implanted in the coral reef, with a direct access from the beach was very pleasant. The cleanness of the resort, the aqua and the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just some small notes: - Rooms must be checked out better in maintenance before giving it to the clients, we had some issues concerning the tv and the AC, but have been repaired during our stay. - The resort must offer more golf cars during the day. - The food must be more varied and upgraded.

L’ensemble de l’établissement été bien . L’emplacement qui donne sur la mer , la sympathie du personnel , et la bonne nourriture.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au complet . Je remercie en général le personnel de l’hôtel qui a veillé à notre confort et à nos besoins. Je remercie en particulier le chef des cocktails qui nous a fait des cocktails de feu , le personnel du bar à la plage ( un grand bravo ) le personnel du Arbian nights , et la personne qui rangeait notre chambre et faisait des figurines marrantes avec les serviettes ( les enfants étaient très content ). Sans oublier la qualité et la variété de plats proposés.

Het hotel is ruim en wijds opgezet. De meiden hebben erg genoten in het waterpark. Ook onze jongste dochter(3) mocht samen met mijn man van meerdere glijbanen. Onze dochter had kort voor vertrek de diagnose coeliakie gekregen en de chef heeft er echt alles aan gedaan om ook haar van goed eten te voorzien en vroeg geregeld hoe het met haar ging. De mensen/personeel waren allemaal even vriendelijk.

Voor ons is de locatie toch te afgelegen. We houden van iets meer reuring in de omgeving. De afstand van onze kamer tot het restaurant was voor kleine kinderen best een stuk. Voor volwassene overigens echt prima te doen. We hebben een snorkeltrip geboekt bij de duikclub van het hotel. Hier ging veel mis. We zouden 45 minuten rijden maar dit bleek 1,5 tot 2 uur, het drinken zat er bij maar bleek niet zo te zijn en we zijn ook niet naar de plek gegaan die werd omschreven. We zouden om 9 uur sochtend maar dit kon in eens niet en werd 1 smiddags en een dag eerder. Mocht je willen snorkelen, dan kan dit ook echt heel goed voor het hotel vanaf de pier.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana all'Akassia Suisse Resort in Egitto e l'esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Fin dal nostro arrivo ci siamo sentiti i benvenuti: lo staff è sempre stato cordiale, professionale e disponibile, con un'attenzione particolare anche verso gli ospiti italiani. La struttura è molto curata, le camere sono spaziose e pulite, il cibo è vario e di buona qualità e tutti i servizi sono stati all'altezza delle aspettative. Il mare è spettacolare, con una barriera corallina meravigliosa, ideale per fare snorkeling e godersi la bellezza del Mar Rosso. Durante tutta la vacanza è stato tutto perfetto: organizzazione, accoglienza, pulizia e atmosfera rilassante. È stata una settimana indimenticabile e torneremmo volentieri. Consigliamo questo resort a chiunque desideri trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax, del mare e dell'ospitalità.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Akassia Swiss Resort. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Wael, the Operations Manager, for his outstanding hospitality. He welcomed us personally, gave us a tour of the resort, checked on us twice daily to ensure everything was perfect, and even called us after we left to make sure we arrived safely in Cairo. His genuine care made our stay truly memorable. Overall, we had a great vacation and would definitely love to visit again.

My only suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of food. The quality was good, but more options would make the experience even better.

They are not working like a one team as if they don’t work under the same management The reception guy asked me to use only new towel cards, the towels box is still using old towels cards and refused to give me the new cards !!!

Resort grandissimo, con tutti i servizi, acquaparco, piscine, animazione, spettacoli, cibo, relax. Un grazie ad Hosni per l'assistenza. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di cenare al ristorante la Vista sul tetto per ben due volte. Lo staff fa tutto il possibile per farti contento, in ogni momento.

Il resort è per il 90 cento frequentato da turisti polacchi e per il restante da altre nazioni. Eravamo una decina di italiani ed è un vero peccato. Speriamo che dall'Italia scelgano più spesso questa struttura. Solo come suggerimento: migliorare la qualità della pasta italiana e delle bevande analcoliche (es coca zero).

We stayed at Akassia Swiss Resort for 4 nights, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was excellent and varied, clean and big swimming pools , the sea was beautiful, and the aqua park was fantastic, especially for families with children. The animation team was friendly, the reception staff were professional, and the entire resort had such positive vibes that made our stay truly memorable. A special thanks to Mr. Wael from the hotel management. He is truly one of a kind. His positive energy, daily follow-ups to ensure everything was perfect, and VIP-level hospitality made a huge difference in our experience. Even after checkout, he called to make sure we arrived home safely. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Egypt and abroad, and Mr. Wael stands out as one of the best hospitality professionals I’ve ever met. La struttura del resort é veramente fantastica con tante piscine e scivoli, curata in tutti i dettagli, molto pulita, organizzata in maniera eccellente e veramente non manca di nessuna necessitá, visto che sono presenti negozi, farmacie, campi sportivi, centro massaggio, palestra e tanto altro. Il personale è di una ospitalitá incredibile, attento alle tue necessitá tanto da farti sentire quasi a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale va sicuramente a Mr. Wael una persona affidabile, efficiente, professionale ed estremamente cortese, che nel mio caso ha anche risolto un piccolo disguido con l'agenzia interna del tour operator. Il cibo é abbondante e vario non solo nei risotranti ma anche nei bar presso le piscine o il mare. Consiglio per gli italiani il ristorante sulla spiaggia dove trovate Mr. Ashref il cuoco della pasta, che ringrazio poiché l'unico che la cucina veramente bene (unica nota stonata per noi italiani specialmente). Le camere sono comode e ben dotate di tutti i servizi

Piú un suggerimento che una cosa negativa. Si potrebbe migliorare il servizio navetta per le stanze piú lontane con ad esempio installando una chiamata elettronica nell banchine di attesa.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was even better than the first. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and enjoyable especially mr wael el saee the operation manager for his great service and hospitality and being available 24/7 to help with any problems and another special thanks for reception team especially mr ahmed ali, mr rabh salah and mr osama mohammed for the great hospitality and the warm welcome. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Ficamos hospedados nos blocos familiares perto da entrada do resort, da piscina olímpica, parque aquático, piscina de ondas e piscinas de crianças. Ao contrário de muitos comentários, esta zona fica muito perto a pé de todo o hotel mas para os que não querem andar, há shuttles a passar com muita frequência. Experimentamos o SPA, escola de mergulho, as motas no deserto, assistimos as actividades nocturnas e diárias. Há programas diferentes todos os dias e em vários momentos do dia. Estivemos sempre ocupados. Os restaurantes são bons e todas as noites há jantares temáticos. Tivemos ainda vouchers para 2 jantares nos restaurantes do complexo. O staff é super prestável e simpático (as gratificações não são esperadas mas ficam muito contentes se as dermos. E são merecidas! Os jardineiros, as equipas de limpeza, nadadores salvadores, empregados dos bares e restaurantes, motoristas dos shuttles, recepcionistas … todo staff: 5 estrelas! Obrigada ao Sr Ahmed Hesham que cuidou tão bem do nosso quarto e todos os dias nos surpreendia :) Os colchões são duros (o que não foi um problema para nós. Nem o facto de o quarto estar perto da estrada principal (o quarto tinha bom isolamento). O Ar condicionado funcionava muito bem. O quarto era grande com 1 cama casal e 3 camas solteiro. A praia era óptima e vimos muitos peixinhos (levar máscara de snorkelling!)

O pequeno almoço era servido até às 10:00. Ajudava se o horário fosse prolongado.

Our second holidays in Akassia Swiss Resort was great, really fun and nice. Pools are great, waterpark is perfect, restaurants and food really delicious. But the best is stuff....lifeguards : Taha, Yasser, Mahmoud - you are great guys a you doing perfect job. My kids will be very happy to see you again. Waiters - Ahmed, Hazem, Said - thank you for your services especially with drinks and juices for kids. Thank to all workers, gardeners, cleaning stuff.... 1st of all you just need few minutes with Mr Wael to be sure that you will have exceptional stay as he is doing all his effort to make your stay comfortable. The facilities are great and the aqua park is very nice. One of the most pleasant things is the jacuzzi which gives you great relaxing moments. Beach restaurant for breakfast and lunch has great sea view.

The coral reef and the greenery were amazing. The resort is very visually aesthetic and well maintained.

The only downside was the food. For a five-star hotel, I expected better quality and a greater variety of options. While there were some good choices available, the dining experience did not quite meet the standard I was expecting from a hotel of this caliber.

wonderful atmosphere across the whole hotel. clean a tidy rooms. staff was extremely friendly and helpful. food was very delicious and had a lot of varieties, I have been for 5 days every day includes a different type of cuisine. special thanks for mr. Wael elsaie for his outstanding support. He knew well what customer satisfaction means by word.

Il soggiorno è stato fantastico al di fuori qualsiasi aspettativa, accoglienza impeccabile, personale sempre disponibile e professionale, un grazie di cuore al Manager Hosni per la sua accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza, grazie a lui il nostro soggiorno è stato come andare nel giardino dell'Eden, cibo senza mai finire, qualità sempre al top, tantissime attività da fare, immersioni, animazioni, musica, movida, tanta birra e qualsiasi tipo di drink, c'è pure un acquapark all'interno, nel senso tra coralli e un manager fantastico cosa vuoi di più, non vediamo l'ora di ritornare portando anche i nostri amici, penso che sia il resort migliore della zona! Personale gentilissimo e tutto molto ben curato

La colazione e complessa non e male ma trovo poco igienico avere i uccellini che si appoggiano sul cibo

La pulizia delle camere i bagni non vengono igenizzati tutti giorni,ho usufruito della spa e i asciugamani sui lettini non vengono cambiati dopo ogni cliente ma semplicemente risistemati

Zuerst einmal möchte ich mich bedanken bei Wael Elsaie er war über WhatsApp immer erreichbar und hat uns sehr geholfen bei Probleme. Das Essen war sehr gut und es gab immer täglich zwei mal Fisch.

Die Matratzen sind einfach viel zu hart. So etwas habe ich in Ägypten noch nie erlebt. Auch waren sehr oft die roten Fahnen draussen und wir konnten selten schnorcheln gehen. Dies für uns ein Grund wieder beim nächsten Ägypten Urlaub an einer Bucht zu buchen. Das Tauchcenter ist relativ neu und noch im Aufbau. Die Mitarbeiter dort sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Soggiorno davvero splendido. Il resort è immenso, curato e scenografico, con spazi verdi, piscine e aree relax che permettono di godersi la vacanza in totale tranquillità. Le camere sono molto ampie, luminose e più grandi rispetto alla media dei resort della zona, un vero punto di forza per chi cerca comfort e privacy. La struttura è pulita, ben organizzata e offre tantissime attività, dal mare spettacolare al parco acquatico. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. L’unica piccola pecca è il cibo un po’ ripetitivo, soprattutto per un palato italiano abituato a più varietà. Detto questo, la qualità è comunque buona e si trova sempre qualcosa di gustoso da mangiare. Nel complesso, un resort bellissimo, ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi, godersi il Mar Rosso e avere tanto spazio a disposizione. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Room seaside was very good, clean, staff all very friendly (Ayman cleaner of our room was very helpfull), food good, the reef was very nice, good snorkeling equipment

The hotel has a very nice water park where the staff helps both children and adults to safely use all the slides, which is really excellent. The big olympic swimming pool is also absolutely a plus. On the domain, there is a diving center where you can plan snorkeling and / or diving trips. Mr Hosni was our host and he really went out of his way to offer us a pleasant stay.

Overall the quality of the food could be improved, there is a lot of choice, but the taste of the food is not always in line with what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Other than that, we really had a wonderful time at the hotel.

Hausriff über relativ kurzen Steg gut zu erreichen. Anlage insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Gästebetreuung von Wael ließ keine Wünsche offen!

Sehr großer Komplex aus insgesamt 3 Hotels. Deshalb je nach Lage des Zimmers weite Wege zum Strand oder zum Essen.

Die Anlage bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten für einen tollen Urlaub: Riff zum Schnorcheln, riesiger Rutschenpark mit diversen Rutschengrößen, Aquaspielplatz und Kinderpool für Kleine, diverse Pools, Tennisplätze, Spa, zwei Restaurants und mehrere Bars, Touristen-Geschäfte ... Die Familienzimmer sind toll! Das Essen ist lecker und vielfälltig. Das Rezeptions-Management ist darüber hinaus super freundlich und hat uns bei einem Problem mit unseren Buchungsdetails sehr gut weitergeholfen. Wir danken sehr dafür!

Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben. Es ist eine sehr große Anlage, so dass die Wege zum Teil weit sind und es kein gemütliches Ambiente hat. Der nächste Ort ist nur mit dem Taxi/Transfer erreichbar (gut 20 min Fahrt). Für die letzten vier Tage unserer Ägypten-Reise war das aber überhaupt nicht schlimm.

Alles in allem recht zufriedenstellend

Bier in plastikbechern ist nicht so ideal

- Pools und Rutschenparks - Etliche, große, geheizte Pools, angenehm und sauber, inkl. ein 50-Meter-Sportpool. Viele Rutschen - Schöne, großzügige Hotelanlage mit Tennis- und Sportplätzen - Großes Zimmer mit interessanter Architektur, Balkon, großes Bad - Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Wir konnten wegen Krankheit zwei Tage später abreisen, und das Hotel hat uns einen Teil der Kosten zurückerstattet, obwohl es ursprünglich hieß, Stornierungskosten 100% der Kosten - Personal größtenteils freundlich (aber einige - an den Rutschen zum Beispiel - auch ziemlich unfreundlich)

- Langsame, instabile WLAN - Ein Rutschenpark wurde von einem Tag auf den anderen einfach geschlossen - Strandbereich vom Hotel ist schön, aber der Strand selbst ist leider nicht so schön dort - Same-Day-Wäscheservice funktionierte nicht, am Abreisetag mussten wir unserer Wäsche 'nachjagen' - Das große Buffet-Restaurant war teilweise chaotisch, Kaffeemaschinen funktionierten nicht, Tische wurden nicht rechtzeitig abgeräumt. Das Hotel war allerdings sehr voll, und das Personal tat scheinbar zwar sein Bestes, war aber doch etwas überfordert.

Mein Aufenthalt im Akassia Swiss Resort hat mir rundum sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder beim Service, man wurde immer herzlich empfangen und bestens betreut. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt, und auch der Reinigungsservice war zuverlässig und gründlich. Auch die Verpflegung war wirklich überzeugend. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen, sowohl internationale als auch lokale Gerichte, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Alles war frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Der Poolbereich sowie der Strand waren einfach super. Alles war gepflegt und sauber, und man konnte sich dort perfekt entspannen. Besonders schön war die Kombination aus Poollandschaft und dem direkten Zugang zum Meer. Auch die Abendgestaltung hat mir sehr gefallen. Es gab abwechslungsreiche Shows und Unterhaltung, sodass es nie langweilig wurde und man den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen konnte. Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub, bei dem einfach alles gepasst hat. Ich würde das Resort auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Das mit der Buffet-Aufteilung, dass es entweder nur drinnen oder draußen war. So entstand dann immer viel Gedränge.

Struttura veramente grande, ottimo cibo, ottima animazione e spettacoli serali. Ha moltissime piscine e un acqua park fenomenale. Staff sempre gentile e disponibile, un ringraziamento sincero a hosni che è stato un punto fondamentale per la nostra vacanza. Simpaticissimo amir, il ragazzo che si occupa della sala biliardo! Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni bellissimi
