Dear Hotel Management, Thank you for reaching out and asking for my feedback. Unfortunately, I have to be completely honest and say that I was very disappointed with my stay at Pickalbatros Sea World Resort – Marsa Alam. I had high expectations for the resort, especially considering that I booked and fully paid for a Family Beachfront Room, which is one of the higher-priced room categories. Unfortunately, several aspects of my stay fell far below the standard I expected from a five-star hotel. I would like to highlight the following points: 1. Room condition upon arrival When I first arrived, I was initially given a Double Interconnecting Sea View room. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The room was not properly clean, the furniture and overall condition were very worn out, and most importantly, the air conditioning was not working. I was also surprised to find a ceiling fan in the room, which I found very unusual for a five-star hotel, particularly when the main air-conditioning system itself was not functioning properly. In addition, the design of the interconnecting rooms provides very little privacy because the connecting door is designed with an opening that allows air from one room's air-conditioning system to circulate into the other room. This is not what I would expect from a room category advertised and priced at this level. The overall design of the room was also very outdated, and the finishing and general condition did not, in my opinion, meet the standard I would expect from a five-star property. 2. Poor response to my complaint and room change I immediately contacted Reception by dialing 0 and explained the problems with the room. The receptionist told me that someone would come to my room to assist me. However, I waited for approximately 30 minutes and nobody came. At that point, I became extremely frustrated.

Byl to famózní hotel se šlapacimi riksami, které se zadarmo půjčily a mohli jste si projet celé areál moc krásný a čistého řádu.

Příjemný personál možnost chodit na jídlo na spousta místech, jak u pláže, tak na hlavní budově, mnoho restaurací zaměřený na různé kuchyně, opravdu dřela doporučuji. Hotel byl opravdu veliký bylo tam spousta lidí, ale tím že ubytování bylo v malých budovách a v každé byli jenom čtyři apartmány, tak se lidi rozptýlili na velké ploše a nikdo nikomu nepřekážel opravdu to bylo dobře vymyšlené.

كل شىء ممتاز ، الاكل - حمامات السباحة - الاكوا بارك - الموظفين - وسائل الترفية مثل VR أخص بالذكر ا/ علاء فرج مسؤل ال VR و الاكوا بارك تقريبا هو شخصية رائعة وقام بمساعدتنا فى عده امور تخص ابني عند الاكوا وعند الVR وبالتالي قدم لنا تجربة اقامة رائعة . ومسول التنظيف عن F6 كان فوق الممتاز

Les cocktails sont pas terribles, le vin est moyen, le centre de plongée n'est pas à l'attendu niveau matériel et renseignements sur les conditions de vente.

كانت تجربة ناجحة جداا الحمدلله اختيار موفق.أخص بالشكر المدير الأستاذ أنور على تعاملو الراقي معانا. وأشكر الشيف خالد اللي كان موصي علينا بكل مكان من غير أي معرفة سابقة. كل فريق العمل كان قمة في الأخلاق والرقي. بشوشين وبيلبو الطلبات باسرع وقت. الفريق عبارة عن خلية نحل بتتعامل مع الكل بس بهدوء. الأكوا، الأكل ،الفعاليات ،تنظيف الغرف كلو كان بمستوى عالي. ان شاء الله رح تتكرر الزيارة مرة تانية

افضل مكان اقمت فيه كل شي جميل بداية من الاستقبال الرائع من مستر عبد الله ثابت ومستر احمد السحيمي مستوى راقي وجميل ومهني غرفه رائعه واثاث جميل وشكرا مستر محمد سيد واحمد اسماعيل وفيو جميل امام كامل الفندق والبحر وقريب من كل شي حمامات سباحه نظيفه جدا واكوا بارك جميله و life guard على مستوى مهني رائع شاطي جميل جزء صخري وجزء رملي ومياه نظيفه جدا وقريب من معظم غرف الفندق مطعم alacart جميل جدا وافضل شي ترحيب الموظفين جميعا محمد احمد وحسام حسن ومحمد عبد الغني وعادل ومحمود ومصطفى الطعام متنوع جدا ويوجد اكثر من مطعم بيغطي تقريبا جميع الاوقات خاصه اذا حدث تاخير جميع الموظفين بالمطعم على مستوى من اللباقه جميعا وخاصة مستر تامر علي شكرا لمساعدة مستر حسام رضوان الكافيهات على مدار الساعه وتعاون واجواء رائعه اثناء مباريات المنتخب وخالص الشكر للجميع ومستر ادهم عبد الفتاح وخالد من تسليم دراجات التوصيل افضل تجربه لي في فنادق الباتروس وقريبا ساقوم بالعوده ان شاء الله خالص شكري لجميع الموظفين عالاستقبال والترحيب شكرا ❤️

بالنسبه للاستف كانو غير بشوشين والاكل فقير جداا تقريبا كل يوم الغدا والعشاء فراخ بجميع الطرق مفيش اصناف فخمه كالمعتاد واللحوم ان وجدت غير مستويه والتست سئ والبارات الي علي البحر والبسين الخدمات فيه ضعيفه جداا وحدث ولا حرج علي الناموس والنمل داخل الغرف

من افضل الوجهات علي الاطلاق وانصح به بشدة

Suite confortable, avec vue sur mer. Petit déjeuner varié. Plongée et masque et tuba avec l'organisation de l'hôtel, super journée.

Animations parfois trop sonores. Hôtel trop gigantesque à notre goût.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and attentive. They worked very hard to ensure that guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a wide variety of restaurants offering different cuisines to suit all tastes. The swimming pools were fantastic, plentiful, and conveniently located throughout the resort. The aqua park was also great and provided plenty of fun for both adults and children. The beach was beautiful, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There was a coral reef located close to the shore, making it easy to enjoy snorkeling. Although the variety of marine life was limited, it was still a great experience, especially for children and for those who are not confident swimmers.

The marine was closed almost all the time with no swimming or snorkeling allowed from marine ,only in the near area , i am not sure if this is normal or it was bad luck or timing so we were not able of enjoying snorkeling.

Delicious Food with a lot of varieties along the whole day from early morning till late night with 5 main restaurants beside Snacks food courts during mid-day Spacious Clean Rooms with the best room service Incredible Activities all day long matching all family interests : Clean variant pools , Aqua park operating all day long from 10 AM till 6:00 PM with only 2 hrs break from 12:30 PM till 2:30 PM , Beautiful beach with non-believable snorkeling experience , you are enjoying corals and fish colors while standing free in the sea and no need to diving or live jackets , kids can do snorkeling with no risk Lovely animation Teams The Virtual Reality Games was great and kids liked it every day Hotel afforded me a Free Room Upgrade which was a nice point from their side , also during my departure they insisted on providing me with lunch boxes to match my departure experience as I will be driving more than 7 hours back to home Really Nice Professional Lovely Hotel Team Keep up the Good Experience for all your guests !

We had a wonderful stay at Albatros Sea World and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded our reservation to a sea-view room, which made our stay even more special. Waking up to the beautiful view every morning was truly amazing. The facilities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of the hotel were excellent. The food was diverse and delicious, with many great options available throughout our stay. A special thank you goes to Chief Mohamed Ashraf at Saffron Restaurant. His kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to providing outstanding service made a real difference to our experience. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his warm hospitality is a great example of the exceptional service offered by the hotel. Thank you to the entire Albatros Sea World team for creating such memorable moments. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

محتاجين اهتمام أكثر بالشاطي أنشطه وموسيقى اكثر

Mi è piaciuto tutto da questo soggiorno. Dalla gentilezza dello staff sempre presente, alla pulizia, alla qualità del cibo, alla bellezza delle stanze, le attività comprese nel resort (padel, tennis, ping pong, beach volley...) Avevo aspettative alte ma le ha comunque superate. Ci ornerei volentieri e molto probabilmente ci tornerò. Ambiente tranquillo per una vacanza di relax. Piscine in continuità dalla reception fino al mare (circa 10 minuti di camminata). Impossibile non trovare un posto silenzioso dove rilassarsi. Il resort è così vasto che anche se la gente è molta non c'è mai un punto affollato.

Gli orari sono internazionali, quindi le cucine per le 21.30 chiudono e le piscine chiudono alle 18.30 Le persone che vogliono venderti esperienze fuori dal resort sono un pò insistenti, ma nulla di disagiante

احب اشكر أحمد السحيمي من الاستقبال عملنا ابجريد للغرفه لسي فيو جميل جدا I would like to thank Ahmed Al-Suhaimi from reception; he upgraded our room to a beautiful Sea View Suite.

الفندق عباره عن كارثه حقيقيه وقيمه منعدمه مقابل المال الخدمه غير احترافيه إطلاقا .. مثلا منذ البدايه في فنادق الخمسه نجوم يكون هناك guest relation ينسق مع العميل ويشرف علي تلبيه طلباته واحتياجاته ويتابع معه بشكل يومي اذا كانت هناك مشكله تواجهه او طلب معين يستطيع تلبيته.. لم يكن هناك اي شخص قام بهذا.. ثانيا المطعم ومستوي الاكل سي سي جدا جدا لا يليق حتي بفندق 3 نجوم الاستف يفتقر الي الاحترافيه والشياكه في التعامل عند استلام الغرف المتعارف عليه في فنادق الثلاث نجوم أن يكون هناك مثلا طبق من الفاكهه أو أنواع معينه من المكسرات في الغرفة كترحيب بال guest طبعا وهذا شي بسيط جدا وحركة شيك من أي أوتيل ولكن لا حياه لمن تنادي غياب تام للابتسامه من فريق العمل اكرر قيمه صفر مقابل المال The hotel is a complete disaster and offers zero value for money. The service is utterly unprofessional. For example, in five-star hotels, there's usually a guest relations officer who coordinates with guests, oversees their requests and needs, and follows up daily to address any problems or specific requests. No one was there to do this. Secondly, the restaurant and the food were extremely poor, not even worthy of a three-star hotel. The staff lacked professionalism and courteousness. Upon check-in, it's customary in three-star hotels to have a plate of fruit or a selection of nuts in the room as a welcome gesture. This is a very simple and thoughtful gesture from any hotel, but it seems no one is listening. A complete absence of smiles from the staff I repeat, it's zero value for money.

THe kids loved the waterpark and bikes, we loved the sea and the spaciousness. Abundant amount of delicious food. Amazing staff, welcoming and friendly and helpful.

The View from the room was amazing, Restaurants are close to each other which made it very easy to enjoy the varieties of food, also the Ala cart dinner at the beach was magnificent thanks to Amy the beautiful and helpfull guest relations agent, she was very helpful and supportive and made sure our stay was great, We would like to thank Mohamed Abdel Fattah at the reception as he was very helpful and friendly, Mainly the hotel is operating perfectly under the management of the Honorable General Manager Anwar Abdel Fadeel and we consider this one of the best stays ever we had.

Our 5 visit of Egypt, second in this hotel. The best of. Luxury services, delicious food, great aquapark, lovely rooms. Perfect.

The only thing that is unfortunately weaker here is the coral reef and unfortunately not that much life in it. If you would mainly like to snorkel, I would consider another location.

كل شي جميل من أول الإستقبال حتى انتهاء .هناك تطوير وتجديد واضح جدا في الغرف الجميلة وحمامات السباحة النظيفة وطعام الرائع المتنوع كل يوم أطباق شهية ومشروبات باردة وسرعة في إستجابت الطلبات ،أشكر جميع طاقم العمل الموجودين في الفندق مستر إسلام في لرسبشن قمة في الذوق ولإحترم وسرعة لكبيرة في إستلام الغرفة والخروج وطبعا مستر أنور على المجهود الجميل في تطوير المكان وايضا لاننسا الشيف محمد في مطعم السمك كان لأكل تحفة فنية في شكل وطعم .الفندق جدا مميز في مصر وأنصح كل الناس تزورو

Sehr saubere Anlage und gute Zimmer Ausstattung. Die Rezeption und Lobby sind sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Die Auswahl in den verschiedenen Restaurants, mit Ausnahme des à la carte Restaurants, sind wenig abwechslungsreich und Themen bezogen. Eine bessere Durchmischung der Gästen- Herkunft würde den Aufenthalt merklich verbessern.

Tutto, in particolare la possibilità di accesso diretto dalla spiaggia al mare, potendo fare snorkeling senza usare la passerella, la struttura è pulita offre molti punti ristoro, il cibo è buono e molto variegato, senza pretese si può mangiare anche la pasta.

Il prezzo dei negozi all'interno sono decisamente alti per essere in Egitto, gioco forza per loro è che fuori non c'è niente di vicino, bisogna sempre contrattare su tutto.

اهم ما يميز المكان طاقم العمل حقيقة رائعين و اولهم الاستقبال مستر اسلام .. و طاقم المطعم و الطاقم النظافة ... كلهم حريصين عن ان تكون سعيدا

اتمني في كل سلسة بيك الباتروس الاهتمام بالخصوصية في الغرف ... بينما اجلس و زوجتي في البلكون / التراس وجدت شخص بالغرفة المجاورة بولندي سكران و يتطفل علينا لان الفاصل الزجاجي بين التراس بين الغرف بسيط و ليس كافي للحفاظ على الخصوصية
