la ubicación es lo mejor

la habitación tenía mucho polvo, además en la entrada al llegar había una toalla puesta en el suelo, no entendíamos por qué, cuando pusimos el aire acondicionado empezó a gotear y se formó un charco en la entrada de la habitación, lo comentamos a las chicas de recepción de la primera planta pero no hicieron nada. Entre toda la cantidad de polvo y las gotas que caían de la rejilla de aire acondicionado no fue muy agradable la estancia. Por cierto, no dan toallas a diario y la habitación la limpian una vez a la semana, no es muy 'hotel' aunque lo vendan así.

La ubicación excelente y cerca de todo a pie. La habitación tenía muy buena amplitud, con un abaño amplio y separado de los servicios sanitarios. Tenía una cocineta bien dotada con fogón, lavavajillas y frigorífico. la entrada al edificio era con tarjeta.

LA RECEPCIÓN QUEDA A LA ENTRADA AL RESTAURANTE EN UN PISO SUPERIOR Y UNO NO SEBE QUE ES ESE ESCRITORIO EN ESE LUGAR, COMO UNA PUERTA EN MEDIA MANGA. DURANTE NUESTRA ESTANCIA NO ARREGLARON LA HABITACIÓN, NI CAMBIARON LAS TOALLAS DEL BAÑO. EL PERSONAL TRATA DE SER AMABLE, NO HABLAN INGLÉS Y ES COMPLICADA LA COMUNICACIÓN.

- I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, as the reviews seemed different. I guess it's due to the high price during the Christmas season. I paid less than 1/3 of that in September, and it was great - The receptionists were really kind - The studio room was really spacious for a hotel room, and the bed was really comfy. Had additional pillows—high ceiling and big windows, with sunlight coming in. - Separate toilet and bath - There is also an internal terrace on the 2nd floor - Nice location, right next to Homme de Fer, where you have trams connecting everywhere. Easy to get to the train station or the city center.

- The breakfast could be improved, considering that we are in France :) Especially the bread and pastries. The coffee from the coffee machine was not the best either, so I recommend that you find a good local cafe around. - As you are right in front of a tram rail, you might hear the tram passing by all night. I usually sleep well, so it was not a problem for me, but if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend you book another one.

Die Lage war perfekt, man konnte zwischendurch immer wieder das Hotel aufsuchen. Das Frühstück hat gepasst. Der Kaffeeautomat war den ganzen Tag nutzbar. Das Personal sehr nett.

The best thing about this place is definitely the location. It’s right in the city centre, very close to a tram stop, which makes getting around really convenient. Other than that, I’d say the accommodation itself is fairly average. The kitchen, however, is well equipped with everything you might need, including a dishwasher, which is a nice plus.

The worst part was definitely the toilet — it simply wouldn’t flush properly. I tried so many times I honestly felt like I was going to use up the world’s water supply, and it still didn’t work. There was also only one roll of toilet paper provided, which felt rather inadequate. The refrigerator door wouldn’t close properly, and the electric kettle was extremely dirty. What was particularly unpleasant was finding water still left inside the kettle from the previous guest, which made me question how thoroughly the room had actually been cleaned before our arrival. Check-in was frustrating as well. I had to wait quite a long time for the female staff member at reception, and even when I called out, no one seemed to hear me. The towels looked old and worn, which really doesn’t match the 9–10 rating the hotel encourages guests to give, as advertised in the lift. The area immediately outside the lift was also surprisingly dark, making the signs pointing towards the rooms difficult to see and follow. In the end, there were simply too many small — and some not-so-small — issues to list. None of these are unreasonable expectations; a working toilet and refrigerator, a clean kettle, adequate toilet paper, decent towels and basic lighting are things guests should be able to take for granted. The excellent central location is definitely this property's strongest point, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to it.

Great value and amazing location. Kitchenette was handy if you want to cook your own food. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walk from the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

A bit hard to find. I'd skip the breakfast just because there are so many other options for delicious food and bakeries nearby.

Perfect location, close to everything and right next to the parking garage. The bed was very comfortable, and the little studio had everything we needed. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.

Having to pay extra for parking was a bit disappointing. Even with the hotel discount, it was €28 per day, which is quite expensive.

Das Zimmer hatte keine funktionierende Klimaanlage

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Küche, Bad und Zimmer sieht ordentlich aus. Es ist mitten im Zentrum, alles Fußläufig in der Nähe. Frühstück war vollkommen zufrieden. Es gab für jeden etwas leckeres zum Frühstück. Kaffeemaschine war super, verschiedene Sorten Kaffe konnte rausgelassen werden und für die Kinder auch Kakao.

Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn man beim einchecken mehr Informationen erhalten hätte. Im Zimmer stehen leere Glasflaschen, wusste nicht für was, hab ein Tag später durch Zufall erfahren, dass im Aufenthaltsraum ein Wasserspender steht zum Wasser zapfen. Auch ein Kaffeeautomat ist jederzeit frei zugänglich und man kann Kaffee holen. Das sind ja eigentlich super Leistungen die man extra nutzen kann. Was unschön war, war die Tatsache, dass der Müll vom Vorgänger vergessen wurde zu leeren und das Waschbecken beim Zähneputzen nicht richtig abgelaufen ist, wenn man nur Hände gewaschen hat ging es, aber wenn Wasser länger lief ist das Wasser im Waschbecken angestiegen und hat eine weile gedauert bis es abgelaufen ist. Daher bin ich zur Wanne gewechselt. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn hat nach Chlor gerochen. Dachte erst die haben mit Chlor geputzt. Ist dort anscheinend üblich, denn auch auf dem Platz Klebèr, hat das Wasser vom Springbrunnen nach Chlor gerochen. Also zapft euch Wasser im Aufenthaltsraum . Ach ja, man kann keine Deutschen Fernsehprogramm schauen. Hab danach gefragt. Bringt euch etwas eigenes für den Abend mit.

Le lave vaisselle était en marche quand je suis entrée dans la chambre. Il tourné jusqu'à très tard et j'ai dû aller chercher le réceptionniste quand il a commencé à fuir(de la mousse et de l'eau s'en echappaient).

Estaba en un primer piso y la ventana daba a la terraza, por lo tanto si la abrís te ven de afuera. Nunca entraron a limpiar, en 3 noches. No sé si es así o fue casualidad

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage mitten im Zentrum, sodass alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Frühstück war gut, reichhaltig und stets frisch. Auch hier wurde auf Sauberkeit großen Wert gelegt. Das Angebot war vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Mir wurde mehr als das doppelte beim Check In von meiner Kreditkarte abgezogen. Trotz sofortiger Beanstandung erfolgte keine Erstattung. Auch nach mehrmaliger schriftlicher Aufforderung keine Rückerstattung. Dann hatte sich booking.com mit dem Hotel auseinandergesetzt und mir bestätigt, dass das Hotel das Geld zurückerstattet. Jetzt ist di Frist schon 10 Tage abgelaufen und es ist immer nch keine Rückerstattung angekommen.

La ubicación por encima de todo. Cerca para ir andando a todos los lugares interesantes de la ciudad, algo más lejos de la estación de tren pero es normal si quieres estar en el centro. El desayuno buffet.

Encontramos unas bragas sucias detras de un armario. Limpieza muy superficial. Tuvimos que reclamar que no había jabón para la ducha. Lo repusieron enseguida, eso sí. Habiendo avisado de mi hora de checking no había nadie en recepción, puertas cerradas y tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos en la puerta con las maletas a que alguien respondiera al timbre. Después de un viaje largo, no es mucho tiempo de espera, pero no es agradable.

Die zentrale Lage ist super. Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen und die öffentöiche ;erkehrsanbindung ist perfekt! Für die alltäglichen Dinge ist alles Fußläufig zu erreichen und es gibt viele kleine Gässchen in denen man französische Restaurants und Cafés findet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und der kleine Balkon für die Sommerabende wunderbar. Vielen Dank für den stressfreien Aufenthalt!

Emplacement est bien, la réceptioniste de la deuxième journée a été plus réceptive à nos demandes.

L’hygiène du canapé lit et faire les réparations nécessaire au bien être des convives. La réception du premier jour doit être plus compétente et plus apte à proposer des solutions. Surtout être plus aimable vis à vis de nos demandes qui sont légitimes : changer de chambre parce qu’on a trouvé des miettes de nourriture dans le canapé lit. La salle de bain était sale et les poubelles n'avaient pas été vidées. On voyait bien qu'ils n'avaient même pas pris la peine de nettoyer la chambre avant de nous accueillir.

Staff, très gentil et arrangeant. Logement avec très bon confort et très bien situé. Réduction pour le parking apprécié.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is great. Lots of parking lots where you can park for a fee. The apartment was clean, spacious and beds were very comfortable.

Even though it was an apartment I expected a cleaning service every day. Breakfast buffet was rather small.

Nicely located, in a old building in the citi center, friendly qnd helpful staff.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Es un pequeño apartamento que siempre está ahí. Entras y sales cuando quieres.

Falta luz artificial. La puerta del congelador no existe. Los colchones no son nada cómodos. Falta útiles como jabón. La ducha no se puede poner en su sitio (cable tira de ella).

Konumu çok güzeldi. Şehirdeki turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Oda gayet geniş ve ferahtı. Ön cepheye bakıyordu bizim kaldığımız oda. Yatak ve yastıklar rahat ve temizdi. Lobide 7/24 ücretsiz su ve kahve olanağı vardı.

Oda beklediğimiz kadar temiz değildi. Birçok tozlu yer vardı. Detaylı temizlik yapılmadığı belli. Daha temiz olmasını beklerdik.

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt.

Die Reception sollte mal renoviert werden. Sie ist sehr abgenutzt und wirkt nicht wie ein Empfang. Wir waren um 09.00h beim „Frühstück“. Das bestand aus einem Kaffeautomaten und ein paar mini schoko-croissants und einem yoghurt. Es gab vermutlich mal mehr, aber das ist nur eine Vermutung.

Locatie is perfect midden in de stad, personeel is vriendelijk en ontbijt is gewoon goed.

Het is geen luxe hotel en de gym/fitness ruimte mag je geen gym/fitness ruimte noemen, dat zou niet op de site vermeld moeten staan.

Està al centre i no s'escolta soroll. Llit molt còmode i apartament net. Bona distribució de l'estudi.

ベット横のスタンドのコンセントが壊れていました すべて間接照明で、スタンドが壊れていたので、夜は暗めでした テーブルがすこしかたかたします 私たちにとっては、エアコンが寒めだったので、オフにしても、全館冷房ですこし寒かったです また、空調の音がずっとしていました

I stayed in room 107 which was near the lift so quite noisy, could hear the lift when it arrived and people talking as they got out.

La struttura si trova in posizione centralissima e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. È dotata di molti servizi, come palestra e sala giochi. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e pulite. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente.

Avrei preferito una maggiore accortezza nella dotazione di essenziali. Il dispenser dei tovaglioli in bagno non era stato sostituito al nostro arrivo e c'era un solo rotolo di carta igienica.

Ubicació cèntrica, prop de l'estació de tren i dels principals punts d'interès. La cuina de l'apartament molt ben equipada. Estenedor de roba al bany. Molt net i personal molt amable.

Esmorzar molt bàsic. La banyera és molt alta i rellisca. I una altra cosa (que segurament estava explicada a la reserva però no ho vaig veure) és que no hi ha servei de neteja ni canvi de tovalloles.

Einrichtung/Bäder/ Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dachterrasse ist ein toller Ort, wenn sie gepflegt würde (vertrocknete Pflanzen, Müll, volle Aschenbecher), das hat wirklich Potenzial. Frühstück basic. Keine Untertassen, Löffel fürs Müsli nur auf Nachfrage.

El estudio es amplio y muy cómodo. El colchón muy confortable. Me gustó que el wc esté separado del resto del baño en otra estancia. En personal servicial y correcto.

Por poner algo, en el desayuno me faltó hortalizas y tomate para poder hacerte una ensalada.
