a pesar de que las fotos son un poco extrañas, lo cierto es que el establecimiento superó nuestra expectativas. Efectivamente muy céntrico, camas supercómodas y aunque no hicimos uso de la cocina parecía que tenía todo lo esencial, incluidos productos de limpieza. Tienen códigos para hacer el autocheking pero aún así viene personal muy agradable a hacer la recepción.

por decir algo, nosotros que fuimos en coche, lo dejamos en otro parking más económico, quizás es lo único que si vas en coche, el parking que tienen al lado no es la mejor opción.

Sehr zentrale Lage im Zentrum von Straßburg. Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage kann gegen Kosten von 35 € zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Unser Apartment war im Dachgeschoss mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick über den Place de Kléber. Die Dusche im Badezimmer war sehr groß. Küche mit Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Das Bett hervorragend zum Schlafen. Der Service und die Betreuung durch das gesamte Team absolut gut.

Das Personal war nett, sind junge Menschen, die sehr gut englisch sprechen. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade von einem Familienzimmer auf ein zweistöckiges Appartement mit Whirlpool bekommen 2h bevor wir da waren.

Die Bäder haben nach arg nach Abfluss gerochen.

Avevamo grandi aspettative per le recensioni positive riscontrate per altre camere e sopratutto per l'indirizzo, davvero a due passi ma dico due dal centro esatto di Strasburgo. CAMERA: Siamo una famiglia di 3 adulti ed un ragazzo di 15 anni. Ho la fortuna di avere due ragazzi che superano i 185 cm. di altezza, e siamo stati sistemati in una stanza piccolissima. Il tavolo per la colazione era per tre, mentre noi eravamo in 4. Avremmo dovuto mangiare a turno, solo 3 sgabelli! Una volta aperto il divano letto non ci si poteva più muovere. Abbiamo passato una notte infernale e la mattina dopo abbiamo deciso di andare via, pur sapendo di perdere i soldi del soggiorno rimanente. Eppure la camera sembrava una reggia dalla presentazione su booking. Nella stanza abbiamo trovato una presa di corrente molto pericolosa a penzoloni e due vetri rotti, in bagno tenuto con del duck tape, e nella sala. PARCHEGGIO INDIGO CONVENZIONATO: Il parcheggio pagato in anticipo (di cui ci è stata restituita la parte dei giorni non usufruiti dopo le ns. insistenze) è qualcosa di orrendo! Senza l'aiuto del personale per entrare ed uscire si lascia parte della carrozzeria. La macchinosità per poter entrare ed uscire fa spavento! Con il ns. SUV ho rischiato di rovinare i paraurti ad ogni giro. Se si ha un urgenza nella notte, bisogna affidarsi ai Santi in paradiso per poter uscire. Di notte un ambiente da film Horror quel parcheggio. CONCLUSIONI: Quando abbiamo detto agli addetti che volevamo andare via, ci hanno proposto una nuova camera, ma eravamo così irritati della situazione che siamo scappati! In ogni caso dobbiamo dire che gli addetti sono stati molto gentili ed erano sinceramente mortificati, E capiamo che non dipendeva da loro. Mi spiace, ma Strasburgo per noi è stato un incubo. Arrivare inoltre in quella zona centrale, con tutto il centro città spaccato per lavori stradali è stato paradossale.

Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber leider war das Zimmer sehr schmutzig, Schimmelflecken auf jedem Bettbezug(wirklich überall). Schaben im Bad. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist. Lage ist super und das Parken auch.

It was very centrally located and perfect for a short stay. Very easy to find with the bears on the windows and I loved the red horse in the courtyard! We had a lovely view of the square. The room was a good size and as described. All was good.

The aircon didn’t work well and as our room was on the top floor it was a bit hot. I found the pillow very hard but the rest was fine and the bed was comfortable and the shower was perfect.

Dear Host, I would like to share brief feedback from our recent stay. As you were informed, I was travelling with my 6‑year‑old daughter and my 83‑year‑old mother who requires a wheelchair. The arrival from the parking area was very comfortable and we appreciated the assistance. On departure, however, the experience was more challenging. The route to the parking - involving both the lift and staircases - is not easy to manage with heavy luggage, a wheelchair, and small children. The staff member escorting us appeared under time pressure and understandably, may have been stressed. Still, we felt rushed and the situation became unnecessarily difficult at the end of our stay. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that future support for guests with mobility needs can be handled with a bit more patience and attention. All the best !

tolle Lage, Studio sehr gut ausgestattet. Bett bequem. Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet. Gut zu verdunkeln. Sehr schöner Balkon.

Schlechter Geruch im Bad. Schimmel an der Dusche. Auf dem Place Kleber sind oft Veranstaltungen, daher lebhaft und keine ganz ruhige Lage. War aber gut isoliert, wenn Fenster zu waren.

We loved that Glen met us outside of the property to help us remove the top box and guide us into the car park and then walk us to the hotel and explain how to access the hotel, he was more than helpful.

The only issue I ad was the carpet on the stairs, it needs to be more secure or stuck down.

Nie podobało mi się podejście personelu- zanim otrzymałam klucze do pokoju musiałam się właściwie o nie wykłócać, bo personel usilnie namawiał mnie na obejrzenie innego apartamentu mimo,że stanowczo tłumaczyłam że chcę apartament, który zarezerwowałam. Ostatecznie otrzymałam klucze ale zżarło to trochę mojego czasu i nerwów.

When we arrived to the place, we were informed, that we “don’t fit” into the booked room, therefore they decided to upgrade us to a better room with sauna. I checked the rooms info and no way the new one suited us better, they just obviously gave it to someone else. The room we got was not bad, but I didn’t appreciate the change (and sauna in 40 C outside) and I didn’t appreciate such communication, since they could have informed us already before when we could have decided, if we accept it or not.

Que estaba ubicado en el centro, y que al ser apartamento disponias de cocina y menaje. Suficientes toallas. Aire acondicionado.

Que el ascensor dejaba en una planta inferior y tenías que subir las maletas una planta por unas escaleras incómodas. Al ser céntrico no se puede acceder a la puerta del apartamento con el coche por lo que se hace difìcil o incómodo ddscargar las maletas. El aparcamiento que ofrecen es muy caro 35€ la noche. Nosotros aparcamos gratis a 30 min andando, pero es difícil.

I am leaving this review because I think future guests need to understand that the photographs, descriptions and high ratings do not necessarily reflect what you will experience if something goes wrong with your booking. We originally booked accommodation with the LIFE group in Strasbourg and expected to stay in the accommodation we had actually selected and paid for. Instead, approximately one hour before check-in, we were contacted and told that we had apparently been “upgraded” to LIFE VOYAGE. We were travelling as a family with children and, for reasons we had already explained to the accommodation, we did not consider the proposed alternative suitable for our family. We therefore declined the supposed “upgrade”. The important point here is that we did NOT simply refuse a better room because we were being difficult. We had booked a specific type of accommodation for our family and had genuine reasons for not accepting the alternative that was offered. Unfortunately, the response was not to provide the accommodation we had originally booked. Instead, we were left having to try to find a solution with the management because our original room was apparently no longer available. We were effectively put in the position of having to accept another accommodation rather than being given what we had originally booked. There was a considerable amount of communication with management about this, and I have retained written evidence of the conversations. The accommodation we eventually received The alternative accommodation was a huge disappointment. The room was not what we had expected from the booking or from the standard suggested by the LIFE branding. It was dirty and had a number of issues, including broken/tired elements. This was particularly disappointing because we had not chosen to change accommodation ourselves.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Schon die Kommunikation vorab über whatsapp hat sehr gut funktioniert und so hat uns eine Mitarbeiterin an der Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage in Empfang genommen, um uns unseren Parkplatz zu zeigen. Sie hat uns dann auch ins Haus gebracht. Das App. war ausreichend groß für 6 Personen, gut klimatisiert und mit der Lage direkt am Place Kléber unschlagbar. Das Schlafsofa war bequem, allerdings etwas quietschig bei jeder Bewegung. Das App. ist für einen Besuch in Straßburg absolut empfehlenswert.

Monolocale in palazzo storico sulla piazza. Molto carino e accogliente. Pulito. Bagno e doccia molto comodi. Glen ci ha accolto dal parcheggio dandoci tutte le informazioni. Molto gentile e cordiale.

Decor was lovely and beds were comfortable. Very central location. AC in the room and a great little kitchenette.

The only saving grace about this place is how nice the Ada (staff) was.

Very run down apartment, it's a 2 double bed property, and it's misleading that it shows a separate bedroom, but there is no door. The sofabed is noisy and broken, the mattress topper is very old and dirty. Very noisy building, you can hear the neighbours. AC doesn't cool (remote also didn't have battery, the staff had to put new batteries). Sink and shower were not draining properly. The toilet roll holder was broken. There is a huge hole in the wall that is hidden by a mirror.

Monolocale troppo piccolo e tavolo da cucina piccolissimo per 4 persone!! Solo 3 sedie. Siamo stati costretti ad uscire per cenare.  Ambiente datato e con scarsa pulizia, tappeto e cuscini da arredamento visibilmente sporchi. Muri sporchi, vetro della finestra rotto, l'abbiamo comunicato subito alla ragazza che ci ha accolti.  Divano letto rumoroso, con materasso sottilissimo. Letti scomodi. Entrata cupa, contrariamente alle foto che sono state messe sul sito. Finestra del bagno... la foto si commenta da sola. Solo due asciugamani, ne abbiamo chiesti altri, che ci sono stati subito portati. Niente tappetino in bagno. Una grandissima delusione!!! Allego foto.

Gute Lage

Wir sind beruflich sehr viel unterwegs und übernachten entsprechend häufig in Hotels und anderen Unterkünften. Natürlich ist nicht immer alles perfekt. Einen solchen Zustand und vor allem einen derart unprofessionellen Umgang mit Gästen haben wir allerdings noch nie erlebt. Wir hatten eine 4-Sterne-Familiensuite gebucht, die auf den Bildern hochwertig, modern und makellos gepflegt präsentiert wird. Was wir vorfanden, war davon erschreckend weit entfernt. Der Sauberkeitszustand war teilweise schlicht widerlich: Auf einer Bettdecke befanden sich bräunlich-rötliche Sprenkel unbekannter Herkunft, auf einer weiteren ein riesiger Fleck. Nach dem Abziehen des Bettes sahen wir, dass auch die Matratze voller Flecken, beschädigt und teilweise so weit aufgerissen war, dass der gelbe Schaumstoff offenlag. Die gesamte Unterkunft war extrem staubig. Auf den Balken über dem Bett lagen massive Staubablagerungen, die Badlüftung war regelrecht zugesetzt und die Ventilatoren waren so verstaubt, dass wir sie nicht einschalten wollten. Auch an der Kaffeemaschine befanden sich Verschmutzungen bzw. Kaffeerückstände. Fotos und Videos davon haben wir selbstverständlich gemacht. Auch der allgemeine Zustand war erschreckend: Der Tisch wackelte und war unten beschädigt, die Rückseiten der Betten waren locker, Schränke standen schief und unter einem großen Spiegel war die Wand deutlich ausgebrochen. Besonders ärgerlich war die Couch. Auf den Bildern unserer gebuchten Suite ist eine blaue Couch abgebildet, tatsächlich stand dort eine völlig andere ockerfarbene Schlafcouch. Deren Sitzfläche war zudem derart nach vorne gekippt, dass wir sie nicht vernünftig nutzen wollten. Hinter bzw. in der Couch waren Decken und Kissen hineingestopft. Der Mitarbeiter versuchte später selbst, sie wieder richtig zusammenzuklappen – und bekam es nicht hin. Trotzdem wurde uns gesagt, wir könnten uns ruhig daraufsetzen.

A fairly generously sized apart-hotel in an excellent location. The beds were fairly comfortable and the view overlooking the square was interesting. The water pressure was good in the shower and the cubicle was a good size. It was nice to have air conditioning.

Overall, the decor was a bit shabby. One of the beds was missing several struts - enough for the mattress to fall through the base (the on duty host made an effort by relocating struts from elsewhere on the bed), and the door handles to the bathroom were poorly attached. The main room lacked any storage space for unpacking or hanging clothes. The sofa bed was also in a poor state and we found the bears outside the windows weird.

Die Lage ist exzellent und der Service sehr serviceorientiert. Vor Ort wartete eine freundliche Dame auf uns und übergab uns die Zahlencodes inklusive weiterer Informationen zum Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Viele Dinge im Zimmer wackelten: Fernseher, Fernsehtisch, Klobrille, Eine Steckdose am Bett kam aus der Wand Die Beleuchtung in der Küche unter den Oberschränken funktionierte nicht. Die benachbarte Baustelle war tagsüber sehr laut, ebenso die Klimaanlage der angrenzenden Shopping Mall.

Desde el primer momento nos hemos sentido muy cómodos. El hotel, la habitación, la limpieza, la ubicación, el trato del personal y todos los detalles han sido perfectos. No tenemos absolutamente nada negativo que decir. Ha sido una estancia fantástica y, sin duda, repetiríamos. ¡100% recomendable!

Wonderful apartment in central Strasbourg. The room was really quirky and beautiful! Original building features with modern decor. We loved the location and ease of entry with door codes. The hosts were warm, welcoming and very helpful. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

Car parking pass did not work when gaining access to the parking garage. Fortunately, car park security was able to help.

This was a total scam! We’d booked a flat on Place Kleber. We wanted to stay reasonably close to the station. Communication with the accommodation provider was very good; we were in touch from the moment we made the booking, and as our arrival drew nearer, we received further messages welcoming us. 90 minutes before arrival, we received another message asking us to get in touch with the exact time of our arrival at the accommodation. So we did. However, once we arrived at the building, we were met on the stairs by a man who apologised that there had unfortunately been a double booking and that our flat was not available. We were to be upgraded, mind you! The new accommodation had an in-room spa and a sauna. It was 33 degrees and the thought of a sauna didn’t feel like an upgrade ... The new accommodation was a few hundred metres away. Not closer to the station, but further away. Once there, we didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. The old, presumably lovely, house was completely remade, and everything gleamed with shiny black tiles and floor tiles, black furnishings, and sparkling metal. It was all dark and gloomy. (I read another review who compared it to a brothel! Haha ... ) In one of the bedrooms, they’d crammed in a whirlpool bath, a sauna with a glass door opening onto the room, and a shower with a glass door. You had to wriggle your way past the glass doors to get to the bed, and then it really felt like sleeping in the bathroom. The glass doors to the shower and sauna also faced the windows, which meant you could even shower and use the sauna with the curtains open, in full view of all the neighbours in the house opposite. The room was clearly not prepared for the five of us. There were four of everything, and the extra bed was folded away.

It was a fraud from the begining. We contacted the booking office again and explained that this was definitely not what we’d booked or expected, and were told that the matter would be checked with the manager. They said they’d get back to us. That was the last we heard from them three weeks ago… We’ve now seen several different reviews, both here and on other booking sites, suggesting that this is very common for this accommodation. It seems to be a systematic practice they’ve adopted to ensure all their properties are fully booked. We were told that everything was fine just over an hour before arrival, but when we got there, there was no flat at the place we’d booked. We’ve contacted Booking to report this scam and hope to get a response from them at least. But – if you don’t want to sleep in a dark bathroom and shower behind glass doors in full view of all your neighbours, perhaps you should consider another place to stay. There’s no guarantee you’ll get what you’ve booked here...

Struttura in piena piazza Kleber, piazza principale, ma non ben collegata per chi arriva con la macchina. La struttura ci aveva dato tutti i consigli ma non ci aveva detto che la zona era traffico limitato.

La camera non era pronta al nostro arrivo nonostante fossimo arrivati dopo l’orario previsto del check-in, lavandino intasato quindi acqua non scorreva. Camera minuscola e male disposta. Presenza di una piccola cucina ma con un tavolino troppo piccolo per poterci mangiare, non abbastanza sedie per tutti.

We were upgraded when we arrived and found a beautiful apartment - it had a sauna and Jacuzzi bath! It was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and in an excellent location. The host was responsive and the check in was easy. We would highly recommend this place.

Ruime met zorg ingerichte kamers, goede bedden, sauna, twee douches en goed ingerichte keuken middenin het centrum. Dubbele beglazing dus goed kunnen slapen.

1. Geschoss, sehr laut, da direkt neben Geschäften, sehr eng für 4 Personen und entspricht nicht den Bildern wie auf Booking. Bett etwas unbequem.

Super locatie met ruime woon/slaapkamer. Locatie was super , overal lekker dichtbij.

Location is excellent. Close to everything. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Apartment was dated, which is ok. . Bathroom faucet and door knob broken, which is not ok. Didn’t feel like we got what we paid for. Carpet in the stairs are old and ripped.

Warm and friendly hosts, they communicated well and when we did report an issue in the room, they were excellent at responding and resolving it. Strasbourg is a lovely town and the apartment’s location is excellent.
