Reviewed Sep 2, 2026La posizione è perfetta, sia vicino al centro storico che al porticciolo, come anche la spiaggetta di Cala Petrolo (per lo più ci sono ciottoli, quindi un tappetino e ciabatte da scoglio servono) dove l'ombra arriva però già dal primo pomeriggio. Non c'è l'ascensore, o non mi sembra di averlo visto La stanza, grande, pulita e silenziosa, l'unica pecca è che sotto la finestra c'è la cucina del ristorante accanto e quindi aperta entravano gli odori, ma con il caldo che faceva finestra chiusa e clima acceso. La colazione, servita in terrazza, è stata discreta; la vista è quella della montagna, l'altro affaccio da in piazzetta.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man kurz vorfahren, danach muss das Auto außerhalb abgestellt werden.
ACHTUNG: Lassen Sie sich von den guten Bewertungen nicht täuschen – wir können diese Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen. Das Zimmer war hygienisch sehr bedenklich: deutlicher Schimmel im Zimmer und Schimmel/Moder Geruch im Flur, ein marodes Badezimmer, defekte Duschbrause und ein defekter Safe. Dazu kam ein kaputter Abfluss: Das Abfluss-Wasser lief aus dem Badezimmer in den gesamten Schlafbereich, da die Tür keine ausreichende Bodendichtung hatte. Das Waschbecken war nicht benutzbar und die gesamte Unterkunft hat extrem nach Kloake gestunken. Der Abfluss war mit Handtüchern abgedeckt, die sich zunächst komplett mit Wasser vollsaugten. Erst dadurch bemerkten wir überhaupt, dass Wasser austrat und sich bereits im Zimmer verteilte. Deshalb konnten wir nicht mehr am selben Abend abreisen und mussten notgedrungen eine Nacht dort verbringen. Als wir den Abfluss meldeten, wollte der Gastgeber zunächst nur die Handtücher wechseln, statt das Problem zu beheben. Erst nachdem wir darauf bestanden, dass zumindest der Abfluss repariert werden müsse, kam lediglich ein „OK“. Wir überlegten kurz, das Zimmer zu wechseln, entschieden uns wegen des Gesamtzustands aber zur Abreise. Bei der Abreise bestätigte uns der Gastgeber mündlich die Stornierung und Rückerstattung. Auf meine Bitte bestätigte er dies anschließend mehrfach schriftlich per WhatsApp. Danach erklärte er lediglich, dass er die Booking.com-Stornierungsgebühren nicht bezahlen möchte. Bis heute wurde die zugesagte Stornierung nicht durchgeführt. Für uns wirkt es so, als würde der Gastgeber seine Zusage aussitzen. Wir haben danach noch mehrere Tage in Castellammare del Golfo verbracht und in unmittelbarer Nähe eine wunderschöne, saubere Unterkunft gefunden. Deshalb unser Rat: Schauen Sie sich lieber nach einer Alternative um und lassen Sie sich nicht von den guten Bewertungen täuschen.

Досить чисто і охайно. Добре працює кондиціонер. Зручне місцезнаходження готелю. Близько до ресторанів і пляжу. Сніданок був не з широким асортиментом, проте зі смачними і свіжими продуктами.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Giuseppe is a friendly and helpful host. The Ai Grandini is situated right in the middle of the old town a very good location for harbor trips restaurants and the Cala Patrolo . We enjoyed our stay and the rooftop breakfast was delicious overlooking the harbour.
Parking in the Piazza Madrice is only during the daytime. If you stay at the hotel overnight you have to find somewhere else to park.

Nulla in particolare. Da tener presente solo che la struttura si trova in una zona ztl, ma questo non ci ha creato nessun disagio, abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio in piazza Petrolo (esattamente a 2 min a piedi dalla struttura).

Nuestra habitación cumplía con todo lo necesario y también estaba limpia. Los responsables del hotel fueron muy amables. El restaurante que está justo al lado es excepcional, nos encantó.

Bad @ Breakfast, kein Hotel wie beschrieben . Es war niemand vor Ort, obwohl wir telefoniert haben und mitgeteilt haben dass wir in einer Stunde kommen. Stiegenaufgang sehr eng ohne Lift. Frühstück nur von 8-9 Uhr mit einer unfreundlichen Dame vor Ort.. Es gibt kein Obst oder Gemüse keinen Käse, kein Naturjoghurt, nur für Zuckerfreunde akzeptabel. Ich komme nicht mehr
