Odalar çok geniş ve ferahtı. Tuvalet ve banyo aynı şekilde çok ferah ve tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılıyordu. Ama bizim için kahvaltısı efsaneydi yürüyüş mesafesi ile heryere ulaşım sağladık

The Hotel has a second Edifice where breakfast will be served. You need to walk through the Courtyard first, and up rickety stairs. Plus long hallways. The second item is: there is not Lunch or Dinner. In the Hotel. This courtyard restaurant is overpriced and unfriendly. I will not return. Rather eat out. A five star Hotel needs to deliver at least three meals. The nice Bar does not offer any snacks, only drinks. This is a serious issue.

THe hotel is in an excellent location, close to both the Esplanade, harbor, and central market. Staff was very professional and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet for sleeping. We are Americans and by now my wife and I are used to the smaller hotel rooms in Europe. We have had smaller ones than this, even in New York City for that matter. It was actually very nice. There is somewhat of an odd route to breakfast. But it is worth the walk. It is located in a part of the hotel that is actually an historic mansion facing the harbor. There was a good variety of food offerings with friendly and efficient staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I loved almost everything about Hotel Haven. The room was beautiful, spacious, extremely comfortable and very quiet. The hotel has a warm, elegant and sophisticated atmosphere, and the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, especially the beautiful historic setting. The location is also perfect for exploring Helsinki on foot.

Das einzige, was mich gestört hat, war die Musikbeschallung beim Frühstück (heutzutage kann jeder zu jeder Zeit jede gewünschte Musik hören und ist auf Berieselung nicht mehr angewiesen)

Great location near harbor and trams. Room had great view and was very comfortable. Excellent breakfasts in lovely dining room.

Request a harbor view. Our friends who had the same room category ended up with street view.

The location is fabulous!! The staff is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is incredible. The breakfast room was an original sea captain‘s house, and you cannot believe how absolutely gorgeous it is. Overall a 10 does not do it justice, it is fabulous!!!

Loved our stay. Our room was comfortable, if a little dated. The Scottish barman was really friendly and welcoming. The highlight was the stunning breakfast served in the heritage building at the rear of the property.

Reception can get a little chaotic when a large party depart.

We stayed one night in three rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I arrived with a large van and they were able to help direct me to a garage where I could park it overnight.

The breakfast was not great and the room where the breakfast was, was not accessible for a parent who had mobility issues.

Location and breakfast were excellent

We arrived early so paid for an upgradeed room to have early access. We were given a room at the back corner of the hotel. It was quiet but there was very little room to get around the bed which I found surprising with an upgraded room.

We stayed in the newer section of the hotel. Our room (826) was huge, and the bathroom was equally spacious. Despite the hotel being fully booked, our room was exceptionally quiet. The bed was comfortable, there was air conditioning, and plenty of electrical outlets were available. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. There were, however, a couple of shortcomings. The bar is open only four days a week, and the breakfast was below average compared with the outstanding breakfasts we enjoyed elsewhere in Scandinavia.

Love the breakfast, location, room. Overall great stay and would come back next time visiting Helsinki.

The location, the room, the beds and the breakfast were fabulous!! I would recommend this to anyone visiting Helsinki but especially couples or families with tweens/teens. We had access to the markets, restaurants, boats, trams and buses right at our fingertips.

Lovely hotel. Very centrally located with views over the harbour. Very comfortable rooms - well appointed. Staff were all exceptionally helpful. Superb breakfast in lovely setting.

This is a wonderful place and I have been here only 24 hours thus far. I feel completely spoiled! I am with a group but I arrived a couple days ahead so my stay is four nights rather than two and I just booked a regular room. Such loveliness! The bed is superb- so comfortable! It’s absolutely spotless and beautifully appointed. The cabinets have heavy, fitted wooden doors. When you open them a light goes on. When you close the doors, the light goes off. There is nice shelving- heavy shelving made of real wood. The decorative molding on the cabinets matches the molding on the bathroom door and the door to the room. Windows are plentiful and light streams into this comfortable space, but there is recessed lighting in the ceiling and a modified tray ceiling. A desk and comfortable chair sits in one corner and a drinks table and slightly more comfortable chair sits between the bed and the desk chair. At the foot of the bed is a small, comfortable leather bench. The air conditioning works beautifully. And the bathroom is large and beautiful and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Recessed lighting also brightens that room and the bathtub is large and deep with a rainforest shower head as well as a smaller hand held sprayer. Towels are thick and lush and so clean. The counter is large and there is shelving for toiletries under the sink. Thick robes are provided in the closet. The shears and matching draperies compliment the paint colors and carpet and the TV is nice. Breakfast is in a separate area and you must go downstairs to the lobby and further descend into a courtyard to walk to a set of stairs leading to a lovely breakfast room. Big windows. Blue and white ginger jars, nice plain table clothes. Simplicity making for understated elegance. The breakfast choices are vast and absolutely delicious. I had blueberry juice for the first time EVER! Wonderful! It was just such a treat and I have three more nights! And the staff- warm, welcoming, kind and efficient! Highly recommend! My first time in Finland! What a beautiful place!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, and the soundproofing seemed to work very well, which made the stay quiet and comfortable. The A/C worked perfectly, and both the bathroom and bed were very clean. The staff were all helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, especially being so close to the Kauppatori tram station. I had a very pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again.

The breakfast was great, and the view was superb. It was a really nice setting to start the day. The only small downside was that the breakfast selection felt a bit limited, so it would be even better with a few more dish options. Overall, though, I still really enjoyed the breakfast experience.
