Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The beds we’re comfortable and the bathtub was basically nice.
It wasn’t very clean, everything seemed pretty neglected, especially the hotel itself. We felt like we were the only guests, never saw anyone except for the cleaning guy. No reception, you have to call a number to get a code to get in. Everywhere is garbage, the staircase looks like a dump. The bathtub is supposed to be a whirlpool, but part of the nozzles are broken, so that I hurt myself using it. Basically the place has amazing potential but somehow it seems neglected. We ordered a baby bed, it wasn’t there when we arrived but it was very fast brought to us. It was half broken and the mattress was dirty and we couldn’t really use it so our baby slept in our bed in the end. It’s a tough area, a lot of junkies around. We know this before so weren’t bothered or surprised.

Мало света в номере, но для пары ночей нормально.

החדר קטן, לא היה כל כך נקי, הפח בשירותים היה מלא, האיזור מסביב למלון קצת לא נעים במיוחד בלילה. סהכ היה זול מאוד אז החדר די שווה את זה, אם אתם רוצים מקום לשים את הראש אז זה מספיק.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Чудесный отель, останавливаюсь здесь регулярно! Уютный, чистый, неординарно оформленный внутри. На центральной улице города, поэтому рядом кафе, магазины, в том числе круглосуточный, рынок, аптеки. Теплая домашняя атмосфера и доброжелательный персонал. Особая благодарность Ави за доброту и участливое отношение. Ави был готов помочь в любой момент, спасибо ему! Благодарность отелю за подарок: меня поселили в 504 номер - люкс с джакузи по цене обычного номера! Номер просторный, большой, в нем есть холодильник и чайник, это важно. Телевизор, вайфай, сейф, в шкафу вешалки. В отеле шикарная терасса, где я могла медитировать и принимать гостей.
Служащий (по-моему это уборщик эфиопского происхождения), вошел в номер без стука. Долго выяснял, что я там делаю, сказал, что в компьютере не отмечено, что я остановилась на несколько дней. Звонил руководству. И это все поздно вечером. Пришлось предоставлять распечатку о датах приезда и выезда. И передо мною даже не извинились, хотя подняли с кровати, это происходило поздно вечером. Остался неприятный осадок. Прошу научить этого служащего уважать пространство постояльцев! В номере с джакузи не была прикручена ручка в туалетную комнату. Мои гости прикрутили ее. Не было мусорного ведерка в туалете.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026לא אהבנו הכל. חיכינו שעה עד שמישהו פתח לנו את הדלת עמדנו בקור בחוץ ואף אחד לא הועיל בטובו לענות לטלפון אפילו שירות על הפנים וגם שענו אפילו לא הצטערו ניתקו את הטלפון אחרי שאמרו שישלחו מישהו ישר וגם לא קיבלנו פיצויים בקיצור להתרחק לא מומלץ.

המיקום של המלון בהדר על ההר היה רחוק מהמקומות בהם טיילנו. קצת רועש שומעים יותר מדי קולות מהחדר. לנו לא היו מים חמים בחדרים אחרים הבנתי שהיו מים חמים

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026מלון הסאטורי אינו בהכרח מצטיין במתן תחושת WELCOMING: אך זהו עצם יתרונו הבולט. כניסה צדדית, מבנה משוחזר, סגנון הווינטאג', חזות קדורנית, דהויה. באוהאוס של פעם עם מרפסת נאה, תקלות שמטופלות בקצב משלהן, זמן בהשהיה. היחס, הסובל ממחסור קל בחינניות, תואם את האווירה הכללית, הלא מלחיצה, של הסביבה. באזור יש כל מה שצריך, ובסופו של דבר, מתקבלת תמורה שהיא משתלמת למול עלות שהיא סבירה. ליום או יומיים — מפלט מעולה בהחלט מההמולה. והאין זה מה שכה רבים באמת מחפשים?

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026היינו 11 איש ב4 חדרים, מקום נקי , מסודר , היינו בקומה 5 יש בקומה מיחם מים חמים, קפה , תה , סוכר, מתקן מים קרים. מרפסת שמחולקת ל2 מקורה ופתוחה , נוף מדהים! שרות בכל שעות היום, טלוויזיות וספות בקומה 5 ובקומת הכניסה שממש נתנו תחושת אירוח נעימה! החיסרון היחיד - שלא היה מיקרו לחמם אוכל. אבל בחור בשם יוהש שעזר לנו ופתח חדר סתרים עם מיקרוגל :) מיקום מושלם, מרכזי עם סופרים ושוק ! הילדים נהנו וגם אנחנו!!
אין מיקרוגל זמין או מקום לחימום אוכל היינו צריכים להטריד את הצוות בשביל זה .

Reviewed Nov 30, 2025לא היה ארוחת בוקר אבל יש בית קפה צמוד למלון . הדברים הכי טובים הם המחיר והמיקום . אנחנו זוג קשישים שנוסעים ב,תחבורה ציבורית ומהתחנה הצמודה למלון ברחוב הרצל מגיעים לכל מקום החיפה ומחוץ לחיפה ,עכו ,נהריה ,בני ברק ירושלים ועוד . גם הקירוב לשוק תלפיות ומגוון מקומות אוכל מוסיף
הריהוט בחדרים מאוד ישן .
